Sabrina, Amanda, and Kirsten took really good care of me. I was greeted, given great recommendations to make my purchases, and they were personable. I got a 2nd piercing in my ear (helix)…it’s been over 40 years since I had a piercing. They did great!

I had the best experience at Banter! I was having such a blah day on Sunday and Jestine really turned it around with her amazing energy while she helped me pick out everything! I had my 2 nose and helix rings changed out plus I got 2 new helix piercings on the other side. All the jewelry I got is beautiful and of such quality. Sabrina was so patient with the piercing process as well. Id recommend to anyone whos looking for an overall quality experience!

I loveeeeee Amanda!!! She always gets the job done quickly and efficiently. She’s the store manager and does just as much work as everyone else there. Everyone walking up, she always greets them and ensures them that she’ll be right with them if they’re busy.

Sabrina and the girls were amazing! Brought my 13 year old here for her 13th birthday, and she got her septum pierced and second lobes. The girls are very sweet and very knowledgeable!! Very clean and sterile too! Prices are great!

Sarah has now pierced my third lobes, a fourth lobe, and a helix. Sabrina pierced my conch. All were as painless, sanitary, and comfortable as possible. There’s also a great half-off discount on earrings with a piercing. Would recommend!

My daughter and I were wandering around the Galleria yesterday, and the kiosk called to us. We had no intention of getting pierced (actually I had no intention of doing more than window-shopping - ya know how that goes haha), but I saw the sale signs and Im a sucker for sales. Anyway, we were totally unprepared but Im glad we stopped.We did have some delays with our piercing experience but NONE OF IT was their fault! Half was due to Houston traffic (completely understandable imo & Im fine wandering the mall anyway), and the other half was my own unpreparedness (oops). I prefer needle piercings, but I didnt have any paperwork for my daughter (15) besides her permit, so she got the normal gun piercings. I also totally forgot that I had drank a Bang energy drink and taken aspirin that morning (breakfast of champions), so I only thought of my non-blood-thinning rx when filling out my paperwork and bled a lot. 🤦‍♀️ My bad.Our service was excellent in any case. They thoroughly explained all the costs up front and the aftercare for the piercings, plus they answered all our random questions. There were a lot of cute jewelry options to choose from (even for me, with my nickel allergy) for piercing and even MORE for healing! Im so glad Im an impulse buyer! 😅

One star because they sell beautiful piercings but the attention sucks: they take forever to pierce you or sell you an earring.I bought 2 piercings and the attention was terrible during the hole process. Didn’t say no I don’t want them because I respect people.

Lindsey (GM) sold us a ring with the buy one, get 2 @ 50% off. And told us she would walk us over to their sister store and made us get the ring size completely free. A week later we went cause only 2 items arrived and not the other one and we asked the same question about the ring size is big but we will still get it done completely free correct? And they stated no and that the ring hadnt even been shipped so it was going to take a few more days. It just arrived 2 days ago and we are trying to returned it. However they wont take it cause its past 30 days and they couldnt take the other 2 items because since we wanted to returned all 3 of them after them lying to us they said we had to wait until the 3rd item arrived due to them not being able to accept any returns without the original receipt! This just feels like I have to go on circles just to returned items and being lied to in every phone call with them!
