I went to Claires today and had a great experience. Shay greeted my family when we walked in and let us know about the current deals. Shay was super friendly and polite, and she even gave my kids lollipops as we left. Overall it was a great experience and Ill definitely be shopping there more often. Thanks Shay!

Brought my 3 year old here to get her ears pierced and Shay made what I thought would be a traumatic experience, easier than I imagined. She was quick and great with my kids. I highly recommend her! Thank you Shay! Till’next time!

Manager Shay is the best worker I have encountered, and deserves a major raise and increase in position as she clearly does her job well despite being understaffed. She displays such great empathy and determination. (great work ethic)

The store is truly a gem to go into especially with Shay being there. She is knowledgeable, cheerful, and an absolute pleasure. Thank you for helping me find what I needed and just being a peach.

The manager is very unprofessional, while I was there getting my ears pierced by Shay, the manger walks in saying why is that sign still in the window that promo was over the day before, she changed the whole vibe in the store, she should have waited until she had one on one with the employee(s)...SMHShout out to Shay for being professional and doing a great job.

Teenagers blocking the door. Had to push through to get inside. Was not acknowledged by the employee. She was too busy entertaining the thugs. Walked around found what I needed but the employee couldnt be bothered to work so I left them she had the audacity to say have a nice night after not speaking at all. Claires you need to do better. Ill never be back

I was in last week. The employee had no idea what type of earring I was looking for. She said she was the manager. She didnt seem to have time to stop talking to a customer (friend) that was using offensive language. I was in there with my 11 and 13 year old granddaughters. We will not be back to this location.

Diamond was amazing! We took my 6 year old to re-pierce one of her ears (it was done incorrectly and crooked at a different place). Diamond was very sweet, patient and professional. My daughter was a bit traumatized from our previous experience and we had to take a little break for her to calm down. Diamond was very understanding and encouraging, reminding my daughter how brave she was being. I can’t say enough kind things about her. Thank you so much! She is very happy with her ear piercing. Will recommend to others!

I went there with my daughter to get her ears pierced. It was a good experience for both of us. The lady did a great job doing the piercing - my daughter didnt feel much pain.It wasnt expensive either and we got offered a 20% discount on anything we bought that trip.Overall a good experince

I walked in inquiring about a piercing for my daughter. Although it was raining, and apparently some technical difficulties going on, Jackie (the store manager) was still very knowledgeable and able to do her job efficiently while ensuring I was ok with the placement of the piercing. The manager also, very strategically, brought up sports which made my daughter more comfortable as well. We were literally in and out! Now I want another piercing lol!

Diamond pierced my nose and she was sweet and gentle. She educated me on how to take care of it and helped me pick out nose rings that were better for my nostril shape. I recommend this location. Thank you again Diamond 💎 💖

I came here last week and worked with Samantha. Let me say she is AMAZING! Took me on the spot for a piercing. I came back again today and as soon as I walked in the service was terrible. And this was coming from the store manager. I wanted to get another piercing done and with an attitude she was like well you need to make an appointment. So I’m like uhm ok I can do that. She did not want to help me at all. Very rude and no type of customer service. What kind of store manager is that? She should be setting an example for the rest of her employees not showing exactly how NOT to treat a customer.

Went in to get my ears pierced today, it was very busy. The young lady named Dani took care of my immediately. She did an amazing job piercing me, I had to ask her if she was done already because I didnt feel a thing. She was awesome! Thank you again Dani 😊

My daughter lost one of her earrings so I came in on my way to work. The ladies were extremely rude because I only got two pair of earrings and making disrespectful comments as I was leaving.

Normally this store is staffed with one employee unless I go in on the weekend. And no matter what the new manager and the assistant manager are always trying to help everyone and very friendly!!!! Its busy alot due to only one person working but I keep returning because of the great service!!! But they definitely need more help at this location!! Tonight while in a customer was so rude because they couldnt pierce her. And the manager kept apologizing but the Customer continued to be a Karen but the manager continued to be polite and thats why Ill keep going back to this location.

Ive never been to a Claires outside of a mall so this s different. Typical Claires store design so nothing fancy there. I took my 8 year old to get her ears pierced and she was reasonably scared and almost backed out. I could tell the store employees were frustrated, but they really didnt do anything to calm her down and they actually had really bad attitudes. Management really needs to focus on customer care training since these people have to deal with scared little kids going through a traumatic experience.

I ordered on 7/7. I called customer service on 7/30 and spoke to Felecia. She was very unhelpful and dry. She directed me to call the store where the item was sent. I called the store and store manager Tonya began to yell as I explained my concern. She then hungup. I called multiple times and she answered and said she was the manager and she didnt have to listen to my concern. Then she hungup again. This was a horrible experience. Not only do they have my item but they have my money. Dont shop at Claires!!!!

Really bad customer service and the manger and her staff are extremely lazy. We were standing in line for 10 mins waiting to get my friends ears pierced and when we got to the front of the line they said they stop piercing at 5:15... it was 5:16 when they said that. At the same time, a lady behind us said that the manger told her that they stopped doing piercings 30 mins ago, YET the girl turned around and pierced a boys ears! We were told we needed an appointment but nowhere on the website does it say that. The lady blamed it on being understaffed but it was clearly pure laziness on her behalf. They were rude and unwelcoming and full of excuses. I will never step foot back in there!

Good place to get piercings for both children and adults. The lady Caitlin made sure i got my piercings in the right place. They have a wide variety of earrings including 14k gold, 18k gold, sterling silver, etc.

I went there to get my granddaughters ears pierced. The manager that does them well was having a mood so they wasnt going to bother her. Thats fine 3rd in charge can do it. She took my ID & info while talking to a friend. I had to tell her several times which earring to find out they didnt have it. A matter of fact they didnt have any infant earrings after all that time in store.

Claires, this store always gets me for way more than what I went in for. I love this store as does my daughter. They always have the nicest people and great deals on all jewelry and hair accessories.

Terrible service including manager. I called prior to coming for piercing 3 days prior to get info and when I arrive they stated you need an appointment which I wasn’t told when I called! There was no reason to not do it other than they simply didn’t care stating due to COVID when there wasn’t anyone else there!!

It would be helpful if they updated the hours here. This store closed at 7pm (waaay too early) not at 9pm.

RUDE!! Please consider all bad reviews! They never answer the phone and when they did so a Nicole picked up with a attitude and very rude. Highly annoyed from me asking a simple question & just hung up on me. Will never go to this store. Needs new management or better training in customer service.

Came here to get my little one ears pierced and she had a great experience and loved their selections.

Store hours are not correct. Associate in store did not even acknowledge my family as we looked through window. Then we see they put paper over their hours. Update hours every where.

The first 15 minutes of walking in , the clerk was very rude ...And how come In front of the Claire’s it’s says “ free piercing every day“ and we could not receive one immediately after walking in?

Their hours posted online are wrong. Said they closed at 9pm on Fridays, but closed at 7pm.
