Debbie and Nikki were awesome people! Debbie was exceedingly kind to me and my two sons, whom she gave two ballons to. Nikki, who is also a very friendly person, made sure I had a wonderful experience while making sure my kids were extremely happy.

Nikki is literally my favorite person here! She always has the best attitude, super friendly and always gets me right. Claire’s is lucky to have her!

Went to get her ears pierced and ready for the Barbie movie! 🥰 The two ladies that did her ears were great!! She was scared lol amd afterwards she didnt know how to feel 😂😂 but about 3 mins after she was running around spending my money❤️

Recently went to get some new earrings and was having a dilemma between the few pairs I wanted , but was met with the most helpful and kind staff members. I would most definitely shop here again.

I recently visited this location because my 5 year old daughter was ready to get her ears pierced. Of course she was scared but Nikki one of the employees made her feel so comfortable. She didn’t cry as much as I expected. Nikki was very gentle and caring with my daughter and that I really do appreciate. This was my first time at this location and it certainly will not be I last..I have 2 more daughters and I hope Nikki is still here when we come back.

I went to Claires to get my ear pierced (3rd hole)... and went on line screen shot the earrings I wanted and when I got there showed the young lady which one I wanted 2× and she still end up piercing my ear with the wrong earrings... the piercing went well...just the fact that I asked for one thing and got something different was disappointing 😞.

The lady there on Monday 3-6-23 was great with my babys ear piercings (shes 7 months old) . Quick and accurate with the placement. We went with the crystal daisies in the baby size. It was $80 which included the cleaning solution. I got several pairs of sterling silver kids earrings since they were on sale👍👍

The workers there were unhelpful, and both had horrible attitudes. We left the store and went to a different Claire’s to get my baby’s ears pierced.

Ive been to this store twice in the last week..and both times the customer service was non existent. No greeting upon coming in the store, no mention of promotions, and when at the register, the manager seemed to be more concerned with price changes thanringing us up. Because I was in management for Claires before, I know how they pride themselves with customer service. Even when a another customer was asking about ear piercings, there was no eye contact, she just yelled out the fee, and continued to be focused on price changes. I was so disgusted at the utter lack of respect for the customer...and they werent busy, so a simple walking the customer to the ear piercing station to explain pricing would have worked. Nonetheless, I will not ever shop this location again since my money and patronage isnt needed or welcomed.

Just got my brothers ears pierced & both employees had the WORST attitude. Didn’t get not even a smirk out of them. How do you work at a store where kids come around all day & can’t even say hi?

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The piercer on duty the day we went was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to my mother. My mother was looking at the products on the shelf THAT YOUR STORE placed in front of the door entrance.. she told my mother to move out of the way because she was blocking the door. DONT PUT PRODUCTS IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. We will NEVER visit this location again. Train your staff on customer service.

Do not get your ears pierced here!!!It took the long green haired lady an 1hr to get my ears measured due to the multiple times she stopped to help other customers.She then took an extra 30 minutes, of adjusting and moving the earings on my newly pierced ears. She could not manage to get the backs of the earrings properly closed and adjusted after using the gun. This extremely hurt!She peirced 3 on the measurements, but the fourth (Helix) she allowed the gun to move and it pierced in the wrong part of my ear. This caused a painful healing process that bubbled, and needed extra care and time to heal....After paying for 4 piercings and a bunch of jewelry spending over 100, it felt like the helix was dripping blood. While still in the store, I asked for a cotton ball or napkin to dry my ear. Although she had a full bag of balls, and a full napkin role. She refused to give me anything stating it was against store policy. I had to walk back to the register to ask for a napkin to wipe the dripping blood from my ear!!!Save yourself and dont get pierced at this Claires!!!!

The store was busy, clean, and tidy. Staff was friendly. Tons of accessories to choose from.

My Granddaughters love Claires but some of the prices are very over priced. Its a nice store for young ladies to go and shop just bring your money, at least $20.00 to buy something. Claires has alot of girly items that are pretty. I used to take my girls there when they were young. Nice store.

I got an ear piercing from here and the one who did it is new worker. My ears are infected even I already clean it 3 times a day.

Love this store and they always have great sales, if you buy 3 accessories or jewelry you get 3 free.

I went there and got 3 earings and 3 free. The three they charged me for was $35. I got a twisty on for my cartilage (16g) a stud for my cartilage (16g) and 3 hoops in one pack (16g) they were super cute and I was so exited. I got home and TRIED to put it on and the ball wouldnt even come off for me to put it through my ear. Then the twisty one wouldnt iven go in my ear. Then the stud fit but it was to short so it barley came out the other side so I couldnt screw the jem on. So I was very mad then I went back to Claires to return them and then they said it was body jewlery so I couldnt return it and it was 35 dollars (but then they gave me my money back for the cheap ones - 10 dollars) So I just lost my money and gave it to claires for free. This was also my first time going to Claires and Im not happy at all. Me personally I would NEVER recommend going here and I HATE it. Thats me personally and my opinion.

I was shopping with my liitle brothers, we were discriminated at this store and accused of stealing. I believe the store manager or maybe the supervisor name Perez started to look at us weird since the moment we step in the store. My little brothers always undecided when they shop at any store, so they were looking over the earrings for a while. Right after I paid almost 60 dollars just for earrings, a mall security guard came and told us to leave the store and accused us of stealing some cheap earrings. I showed him the receipt and the store manager/supervisor started the make things up. We just left the store. I will never shop here.

Its a v nice place.. i have been there for twice n i find all the smallest n the useful things for daily wear.. i was looking for the hair donut for my daughter n i was unable to find it but i found the small donuts here.. thanku clairs

They have super cute jewelry for teens and young ladies.. well sometimes I may find something I like lol. But they have alot of cute things.🥰😍

Very bad service, the girl on duty did not want to exchange an item we bought and it was broken, we did not realize it until we got home, but when we returned she did not change it. And he didnt want to give me the money, just exchange it for something else.
