Nurse Lauren was amazing for all your ear piercing needs! Appointments are easy to come by at this piercing studio, and they work with you for any piercing desires you might have! The cleanliness and care provided throughout the entire needle piercing process is immaculate! Great work from this team!

I had an amazing experience at this store! I got my tragus pierced and was really nervous about the pain, but Nurse Yonie was fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and guided me through every step without making it scary at all. The whole experience was much better than I expected, and the pain was minimal thanks to her. Plus, they have some great spots for photos!

The experience here was GREAT!Our piercing nurse, Mayra, was OUTSTANDING!!! The process was easy enough that our 10 month old didnt cry until the 2nd ear got pierced.My only and biggest complaint is that we made an appt for 10am and got there on time, but they took someone in front of us and made us wait. If the ppl they took before us also had a 10am appt they should have told us they double booked. But if not, they should have made the other ppl sign in and wait 15 min to see if the 10am appt had arrived.

I brought my 5 month old baby here to get her ears pierced. I did a lot of research to find a good place and found Rowan with plenty of good reviews. When we first arrived everyone was very friendly and the store was clean. Nurse Yonie explained the entire process and answered any questions I had. She worked very fast and was very sweet to my baby. Afterwards she gave me instructions on aftercare and sent us home with a cleaning spray. I highly recommend Rowan to any mom looking to get their babys ears pierced.

Mayra was absolutely amazing! Took in our 5 month old and she was so sweet and patient. She explained every single step and assured we felt comfortable and knowledgeable. She gave our baby VIP treatment. The process was fast and pleasant! 11/10 recommend. Will be coming back!!

We took our 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and they did a wonderful job! Christine was very helpful in explaining everything to us. We were able to have 2 nurses pierce at the same time so it only took a second!

I got my doubles pierced by Yonie, and she made it such a seamless, peaceful, and nice experience!! Good experience. Pricey but professional. I requested new ear piercings because the original ones weren’t situated where I could wear larger earrings. I’m happy with the result.

I had the best experience at Rowan Piercing. I’ve been wanting to get a second hold in ears, but I kept putting it off. Today I got my ears pierced by a licensed nurse. There was no pain. The environment is kept clean and sterile at all times. Everyone was so pleasant, friendly and patient with helping me decide the best option for me. I maybe returning for a nose piercing. Nurse Ashley was so gentle…I really have any pain. I highly recommend Rowan Piercing.

Nurse Baylee did such an amazing job on my daughter’s first ear piercing and post change. We went to a different place first for the piercing and they were not even. We then came to Rowan and they were very thorough and very good at easing nerves! Nurse Baylee was the best!

Since we were here my teen went ahead and got a piercing as well. Nurses were very knowledgeable of what they were doing. Studio is super clean. Price wise you will spend +$100 but it is well worth it!

The place is decorated colorfully which makes for a fun environment; especially since piercings are kind of scary! The staff members were helpful and courteous. Our nurse, Mayra, was amazing! We came in to pierce our 5 month old daughter’s ears and she was oh-so patient with us. My husband was nervous about how it’d go, but he was surprised by how quick the process was and how quickly our baby recovered after the piercing.

Going to Rowan to get my conch pierced was such an amazing experience. I was building myself up and psyching myself up so much but the nurse made me feel so comfortable, answered all the questions I had and did an overall amazing job with the whole process! I will be coming back to get more! It was super quick! Pain level was at maybe a 3 but it was literally over in a split second!

The people were nice, but one of my baby’s earrings kept coming off and it was hard to put back in every time because her ears weren’t healed yet. When I called to ask for help they said I needed to pay again and pay new earrings. Also, the back part of the earrings turned dark and kept irritating my daughter’s back of her ear lobe. Wouldn’t recommend

This was my first time getting my ears pierced in over 10 years! I’ve been talking about getting a new piercing for awhile and a friend raved about Rowan, so I decided to stop by the studio. The store is very aesthetically pleasing. They had a variety of earrings for me to choose from. They took extra precautions to make sure everything was sanitary which was very reassuring. Kathleen double and triple checked the placement of my piercing and my conch is perfect! Highly recommend coming here!

Had a wonderful experience here with the thoughtful Nurse Yonie - highly recommend! It is expensive, but truly worth it to make sure your piercing is done hygienically and with care. They have numbing cream to assist with pain and take all the time that is needed to make sure the placement is exactly right.

Such a great experience! We did a needle piercing with nurse Bailee for our 6 year old. Bailee was kind and patient and talked us both through the whole process and our daughter walked out happy with her two pierced lobes! Not a single tear :)

After doing a lot of research and making a far drive I took my baby to get her ears pierced for the first time at this location. The experience was great, as well as the nurse patient, but the next day we noticed one of her earrings were missing. I called when I noticed and customer service was awful. I asked if they could replace the earring and was told that i would have to buy a whole new pair for regular price when it was their fault for not putting back of earring on right. The lady who answered the phone had little to no patience and got mad with me quickly. My husband and I suffered the pain of having to not only go out and buy but also put new jewelry into her freshly pierced ear ourselves. I am extremely disappointed and hope that this does not affect the healing process. Do NOT take your baby here unless you’re willing to pay the price and Rowan please fix your customer service.

I took my 10 month old daughter to get her ear pierced for the first time. The girls were amazing made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I also got my ear pierced. I wanted to add to what I have. So it was an amazing experience. Recommend it for babies 100 percent.

All the ladies were lovely we will be back.very clean very busy but it was worth the wait a lil pricey but the quality is good.

I am completely over this place and at this point I wish I never got my earrings pieced here. The complete unprofessionalism i have had to deal after my first time coming here is ridiculous.I had some issues with my piercing after the appointment. My earring completely disappeared inside my love. I called them for help just like they literally say to do and they were just so rude and playing the blame game with me instead of providing help. The person I was speaking to even accused me of not picking up calls from her that I NEVER received. I had to complain before I could actually be told to come and get some help.After all this happened, after spending more money to get them redone. They tell me to come back in two weeks. I arrive in two weeks and the girl tells me to make an appointment smh. This is after I was standing there for a while without being greeted while she was on her cellphone.The second time I went in there I bought more saline solution which they forgot to add to my bag. I ended having to go to another place to buy some and they were a lot more professional there that I wish I just went there instead.So disrespectful.

This store is adorable, and the staff is always so friendly, greeting you as soon as you walk in. I came in today to pick up some new earrings and, as always, had a fantastic experience!

They were not straight forward about prices. They did not even tell me that the gun piercing was an option.I picked out studs for my needle piercing and was not informed studs were $79 EACH.A piercing trip for my double almost cost me $250 ($70 needle, $79 (x2) for studs, $20 for aftercare, plus tip!!)Good thing I asked if it was $79 for the pair or individually, or else I would not have known until I got to check out.My suggestions are1. Give the customer an itemized bill BEFORE we are pierced, I had no idea the $20 Aftercare was a required purchase.2. Make a sign stating it is $79 per stud, not for a set.I want to recommend Rowan to a friend as the nurses were great but the non-transparency regarding prices leaves me to give 2 stars.

I took my 1 year old to get her ears pierced here and I had chosen some flower earrings (amy was helping me). Then a lady (she had glasses, i think her name was eryn, I dont know how she’s still employed there I’ve seen so many bad reviews with her name) well she came and started suggesting other earrings and I showed them my daughters earlobe since she was born with one side that didn’t fully develop and it’s pretty thick for that same reason. So she went ahead and suggested the earrings with real diamonds the ones that were ($198) so since that’s obviously her career I went ahead and got them. 1-2 weeks later passed and we noticed that the earring was like digging into her earlobe and it was very red and looked like an open wound. The reason being was because the earrings were way too small for my daughter’s earlobes. I don’t know if she just suggested them because they were the most expensive or what but they obviously weren’t right for my daughter. I called and the same lady eryn answered the phone and was being rude about the situation and started saying it was because i wasn’t cleaning her piercings right when I literally cleaned them 3 times a day and with the spray they sold me. There was absolutely no space for the earring to even move and that Amy didn’t check on after piercing her ears (i literally have it on video) which was the cause of them getting that way they were too small for my daughter. I went in right after calling and a nurse checked her and saw that they were too tight and she said herself that those weren’t right for her earlobe because they’re thick and she saw that there was no room for them to move. She then took them out and replaced them and my daughters ears were bleeding and she was in so much pain. Then the lady who pierced them (amy) comes and the nurse starts changing the story saying her ear lobes aren’t even thick that they’re just swollen and amy starts agreeing with her when the nurse had literally said they were when she checked her. And they certainly weren’t swollen I know my daughters ear because shes my daughter.. then I asked if I could get a refund or return them or something since I wasn’t even planning on getting those in the first place and since my daughter won’t even be able to use them again but I was ignored.. Don’t recommend.

Very overpriced and they do not tell you that they force you to get longer backs when getting a piercing and you have to come back to have the, switched out and will charge you $50 for someone to literally change the back of the earring that any human could do. They will say they are transparent about all of the extra charges but they are in fact not at all. $400 for an 11 year old to have her ears pierced is WILD.

After looking over some information (as a professional body piercer of 15 years)It’s says they also offer device piercing Meaning a piercing gun … please do not choose that option it is a terrible way to get pierced I would also like to say just because it’s a nurse does not mean that they have the knowledge of a formally trained body piercing professional any reputable piercer would never use a piercing device .. I have nurse clients who have told me piercing is a different thing entirely … please do more research and seek out professional body piercing .. not random ear piercings done by a nurse

Absolutely incredible staff! They took care of my daughter when we could not get her earring off. We had her ears done at another studio. The other studio was not a great experience, but once we went to Rowan I wished we knew about it sooner. Everyone was so kind and patient! They knew exactly what to do and calmed us both down.

The nurses there were really well informed and practiced and their medical background gives you so much faith in their work. The device they used was not a spring gun or anything, it’s pressure controlled by hand and cleaned each time and my daughter hardly cried. I recommend to anyone on the fence or unsure, just go! Amazing! Took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced here and the experience was fantastic. The nurses and staff were so kind and really knew their stuff. My daughter wasn’t too nervous but our nurse was amazing with her- asked permission before she did anything, walked her through exactly what she was doing, knew all the distraction tricks, and really made it fun. 10/10 experience, couldn’t recommend more.

I wanted my lobes pierced for the first time and had a wonderful experience thanks to the ladies at Rowan Piercing Studio! I had my piercings done by nurse Jennifer, and she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Getting the piercings didn’t hurt anywhere near as much as I expected, and the process was overall super easy. I’ve considered getting two more piercings for my upper lobes, and I will definitely come back to Rowan when I am ready!

I was body-shamed and regret going to this business.I decided to visit this establishment after reading reviews and searching their website for information about their professional nursing staff for piercings. Initially, my interaction with Erin, the front desk receptionist, was polite, but I couldnt shake the feeling of a lack of genuine connection. The real disappointment came during my follow-up appointment.I was shocked when Erin openly shared with the nurse conducting the follow-up appointment (I cannot recall her name) that they, Erin, and Nurse Emely (who had done the initial piercing) had been making fun of the thickness of my ear lobes during my first appointment. This exchange took place just a few feet away from me, and I was the only client left in the store after everyone who was there initially and came in after me had left. It was a hurtful moment, and what made it worse was the lack of acknowledgment or apology from Erin. Despite my silence, I expected a basic level of professionalism, which was not given.The discomfort lingered through the appointment and checkout process, where both the nurse and Erin appeared disinterested and distracted in my presence. Feeling disheartened for being body-shamed, I decided to reach out to the corporate office in the hope of finding a resolution. I firmly believe that businesses should prioritize sensitivity and professionalism in their customer interactions. However, given the fact that the people they choose to hire dont seem to care about offending their clients, I doubt this would ever get resolved.While I acknowledge that the service provided was done (which I am somewhat satisfied with), the overall experience left me deeply disappointed and hurt. Its my sincere hope that no other person gets body-shamed for having larger facial features like I did, or at the very least, if the staff that the Rowan Piercing Studio chooses to hire can make fun of their clients behind closed doors and not body-shame them to their face, it would be greatly appreciated.

Being old school, when a cork and needle was used, followed up by wearing a thread and straw from a broom, I was amazed and felt so comfortable with the care and security of the registered nurses and painless procedure. ⚘

I was recommended this place from a friend and I am so grateful.They are so patient and accommodating. This place is very sterile and clean but inviting. The woman who did the piercing was so sweet and talked to my baby and made her smile and laugh (up until the actual piercing lol).After 21 days I can bring my baby back and they will check the piercing and see how things are going. They will also change out the earrings for me which is really awesome.I highly recommended coming here for any type of piercing.

I’m very happy with my new ear piercing. Both Edwin and nurse Mayra were very attentive and supportive. Mayra was very clear about my choices. She worked calmly and attentively to place the piercing as balanced as possible. Soon I had my two ears pierced with the beautiful earrings I had chosen. She explained in detail how to care for my piercings and reassured me they would be there for me if I had any future concerns. So my wife and I chose this place to bring our baby because of the great reviews. Eveything went well with the nurse piercing my babys ear as she was super nice and explained everything step-by-step to us as we went. She assured us that there was no rush and that we can take everything slowly since my baby was crying a lot because she was scared. My wife kept trying to calm her down to get her settled so we could proceed with the piercing UNTIL one of the ladies working the register (lady with glasses, NOT a nurse) came up to the nurse station and started rushing us. She told her that even though our baby was crying they had to continue and hold her tight so we can keep it going. Mind you, we had only been sitting there maybe 4 or 5 minutes - its not like we were there 20+ mins trying to calm our baby. While I understand we have to keep going, I just feel that during a sensitive process like this no one should be rushed. Especially for women who suffer from postpartum anxiety like my wife, it can be triggering for someone to be rushing you while you are just trying to settle your baby down. Other than that, the rest went well and the nurses were very nice.

I highly recommend ROWAN for piercing. Clean, professional with qualified nurses. I also recommend needle piercing for accuracy. So glad I found this place.

We had the best experience yesterday, my piercer was Mayra, she is super friendly and patient. I got both a lobe and a helix needle piercing and it was virtually painless. I still dont have any pain or discomfort almost 24 hours on. It really gave me comfort to know that an RN was doing my piercing. The store is very clean and nice and they have a good selection of earrings.

Baylee has done my helix and conch. 10/10. No pain, no irritation bumps. Nothing at all! Highly recommend this shop and Baylee!

From the welcome at the door, to the chilled out quality of the studio the whole experience was so much better than it had to be...I got three needle piercings from Emily and the process was through while being low key, and basically painless. Bottomline, I could not be more impressed.

Wonderful experience! Ashley was so patient and sweet. Really took her time making sure we were happy with the placement of the piercings in lobe. Everything was very clean and they take station sanitizing and keeping things sterile seriously.

Definitely was super nervous getting my baby girls ears pierced but Ana was great! She made us feel at ease and the process was so quick that i definitely would recommend getting your kids piercings here. I felt safe knowing the whole process was also very sterile.

We had a bad experience that ended up with my baby being doble pierce in one ear. (This issue was already addressed). On that same visit 2 weeks ago, I paid $50 for this pair or earrings, I had to switch my baby to another pair because this is what they look like.

We got our baby girls ears pierced today with Nurse Kat. She did an amazing job. She was patient and explained everything thoroughly. 10/10 would recommend Rowan and Nurse Kat!!
