Savannah pierced both my daughter and I and I will say she is one of the best! She was super patient and informative. Of course the piercing hurt BUT she was so encouraging throughout the entire process! Now I’ve had several piercings several times and I can admit that for me all of them hurt one way or another but my nose piercing only hurt for 48 hours max and now I forget it’s there sometimes and it’s only been 4 days.Update: I’m super huge when it comes to customer service. I reached out to Savannah because my piercing fell out and I just wanted to know when she would be back at the shop. I greeted her in my message. I wasn’t rude, I gave context to the situation and simply asked when she would be back in and she replied “Tomorrow!!” Whoa!? She simply could’ve just stated tomorrow without the exclamation marks. Seems like you’re yelling and I’m not a kid. But on the flip side I was able to get my situation handled.

I moved to Texas almost 6 yrs ago and havent found tattoo shop, I came across this location VIA Google and read reviews. My Beautiful Mother passed away early this morning, and im flying home. I wanted my mom favorite flower tattooed and mom written out on stem. RED drew up the tattoo and did such an amazing job. I am forever thankful for him, I will be back for my next tattoo. He incorporated to my dads tattoo, now my mom and dad are together again in heaven, in peace.

Red has done 6/all of my tattoos on my right arm. It’s been awhile, but I hope we can do a sleeve. Does great work and is such a good dude. Always a good experience. I know it’s just a small thing, but asks what music you wanna listen to. Just show him a picture of something that you want and he comes up with his style of it and I totally trust him. Hopefully I can go back and finish my sleeve. I’ll finish it up soon hopefully maybe I’ll start on the left. Only wanted the right one, but we shall see. Awesome dude. Great work. If you want something, go get it from Red.

Got 6 piercings done by Sav in one trip. She was super sweet, friendly, and happy to answer any questions I had. They look great and she made sure to place them according to my specific face shape so they didn’t look lopsided. Love this shop for tattoos as well, just a great shop in general.

This place is very clean and organized. Val, Red, and Savannah, just to mention a few, were great. I got my nose and 3 earlobes pierced with good results. I came back to get help with getting my nose piercing back on after it fell and Savannah did a great job.

Awful customer service, I been trying to get a touch up for 2 months now and the artist keeps telling me he will get in touch with me by x day just to never contact me.I do not recommend this place for big pieces that will require touch ups or follow ups.

I walked in with a picture of a SIMPLE tattoo that I wanted. I said I wanted this exact image. Red copied it onto a stencil, showed it to me, and I said cool lets do it.Red was very personable and friendly, and the tattoo is well executed, but when he was finished, he pointed out several little changes he had made to the image. I was speechless that he would make changes on a whim without saying anything to me! I wanted a very very plain image, and he added details that, in my opinion, ruin the tattoo. Unfortunately the tattoo is on my wrist and I see it every minute of the day, and it fills me with regret. I understand artistic license and all that, but if that is his style, he should at least ask for consent before changing the tattoo.

Jason is really knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I came here after I was unhappy with a piercing I got somewhere else and was looking to correct it. He showed me the best way to take care of my piercing and also took care to help match the jewelry in both my ears since I came with one of my ears already pierced, which was very kind. Also really love the feel of the place. As soon as you walk in, you know you’ll be in good hands.

Between myself and my 2 daughters, weve done 10 piercings. They are so professional and CLEAN! They dont play with having a sanitary work space. Theyre very warm and welcoming. Not a single problem with any piercing by following their after care instructions. Love these guys! Highly recommend!

Made an appointment to get my brows done and get pierced. Shop is super clean and modern, wirh super cool decor,i got to pick my background music and the whole experience was relaxing. This is absolutely the best shop Ive ever been to! Its incredibly clean and professional. Red did a fantastic job of perfectly copying the handwriting I wanted on both the tattoos I got done. He was a lot of fun to work with and answered any and all questions I had (tattoo-related or not) Everything was done quickly and my tattoos look perfect. We had the best experience taking my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. Jason was super professional and kind to my daughter when he pierced her ears. Ive been coming here for a little over 4 years now. Between my wife and I weve had over 40 tattoos done here, mostly by J who always does amazing work. Weve also had a few done by Jason, the apprentice artist, and hes been great as well. Weve gotten to be friends with all the artists over the years and they are really a great group of people. Theyve added microblading to their services as well.

Went to get a new nose ring switched out from my previous piercing that I had got a couple months prior. The place is super clean and smells clean! They are professional and make u feel comfortable. I believe the guy’s name is J. He and another guy took care of me when switching the piercing out. They were super funny, gentle and professional at the same time. Very clean and super friendly staff! They helped me remove a piercing that was pretty difficult and they were very nice and wouldn’t charge me even when I asked them to to compensate them for their time and help.

I loved this place since I walked in, great service, super amiable, and clean as well. I thought itd be pretty expensive since the place looked so nice, but it was actually pretty good pricing. It was my first tattoo, and I was nervous, I got the honor to be with Red, he knew what to tell me to calm me down, the whole time while I was getting my tattoo, he had stories to tell, jokes, he took his time, he said if I needed anything, I could swing by. Red was so nice and so hilarious. I didnt feel any pain till the last minute, it was a great experience for my first time. Got a piercing and it was executed perfectly. I did not bleed and havent yet...thinking I can be part vampire :-D The guy that did it wasnt overly friendly but average for a artist (cant be too friendly or youll lose your cool B-)) My husband tagged alone and I was thrilled that they let him come back and watch (respectively behind the counter of course) considering how I freak out every time I see a needle. Artist did a awesome job working with my anxiety. I was impressed that they sit you down and explain how to keep up your piercing(s). Very professional. Their facility was neat, clean and comfortable. All in all this would be a great place to go if you dont want the negative traffic, if you know what I mean.

Took my 18 year old son in for his first tattoo during the new COVID-19 restrictions. I have to say..... J was AMAZING!!! We emailed the tattoo, got a quote, and set an appointment. Walked in and were greeted knowing it was my son’s first tattoo. J was so patient and kind... explaining everything to him!! He had the tattoo printed and ready. Then asked for placement and size... ON POINT! I really appreciate how patient and kind J was! Even Red brought my son water just after starting when he was sweating and nervous and had to take a small break. This is what I expect from an exceptional tattoo shop! People who show care for their first time customers... Amazing! Im 16, first piercing other than my normal ear one when I was little, so I was really nervous. Got my helix done which is supposedly really painful. People were super welcoming, kind and professional. Explained every step clearly, made sure I felt okay, and were easy going. Super clean, and piercing was painless! Will definitely go again :)

On their website the time on Sunday says 12:00-10:00 but apparently they changed it and arent open at all on Sundays. But since I didnt know that I went with my mom anyways to get my industrial done. Nobody was there except one guy. And when he told me they werent open I was disappointed. But he told me that he would do it anyway. It was extremely nice. It was clean and he was very nice. It was my first piercing so I was very scared, but it was a very good first experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

I heard great things about Red, and his work that I saw was amazing. I scheduled an appointment for today at the beginning of last month. He was supposed to send me a few ideas and then I choose what I wanted before my appt. It was the week of my appt and I hadnt heard from him, so I emailed the address he gave to me the day I booked. I didnt get a response, so I called the shop a day or 2 later. He called me right back stating that he didnt have my contact info. The day I scheduled, my husband and I provided him with our emails and phone numbers. Keep in mind, this is now 2 days before my appt... He sent me a picture of a flower, when my request was a collage of multiple flowers, He wrote them down the day I booked. I responded and told him that I wanted something different and he said he would send me a revision. Well today is my appointment, and I never received a revision or any other communication from him. I know no more today than I did when I scheduled over a month ago. Its unfortunate because I passed up on other artists because I really wanted Red to do my work. I guess the feeling wasnt mutual.

Got my first tattoo and my second one done here. My brother has also come here too. Dale is a AWESOME and talented artist. My brother and I have appointments this week to with dale. I refuse to go anywhere but here. Very clean and Dale makes you feel right at home.

So far I have been there three times. First was almost a year ago, got my helix piercing done. The shop is clean, all the sterile items were handled carefully, and I wasnt rushed even though I was nervous and having trouble articulating the specific placement I wanted. The second time was about a week later when the captive bead popped out of the ring when I was changing clothes. I called and was able to go in right away and have a new bead installed even though they were busy. Third time was just yesterday. My husband got the ear piercing hes been wanting and I got another set of piercings in my earlobes, as well as having my helix piercing looked at since it has developed some hypertrophic scarring. Again, the piercings were done well, everyone we interacted with was great, and the advice I got for the scarring was really helpful. A couple of my coworkers will only go to the artists at Black Pearl for their tattoos and piercings, and I can definitely see why. I highly recommend this shop!

Great place!!! They have great artist, and a great piercer. I get my tattoos from Red but all of their tatto artist are great. They always use new needles for every customer. The inks they use are very vivid. The piercing area is almost like a doctors office. You go in and theres a table to sit on or lay on. She does the piercing with a face mask and gloves. Everything is very clean and taken care of. Also everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is the only place I go to to get tattoos and piercings. Also if my friends or family want a tattoo or piercing I always send them to Black Pearl.

Jay is an amazing artist. He does really good work. This is my girls leg. She has been working on her sleeve for a few months now and is excited to see the finish product.

My fiancée and I went last night to get tattoos weve been wanting, after researching online we came across the Black Pearl Tattoo Parlor and decided to give them a try. Mike was the only artist there after talking to him we decided to get the tattoos done last night. Mike was very professional and was willing to work with us to make sure our tattoos were exactly what we had wanted. Mike was also very easy going on making sure I was okay by making jokes and such to keep me feeling comfortable (since this was my first tattoo). After both tattoos were done he had made sure everything was to our liking. Both of the tattoos were outstanding and we will for sure be going back soon.

I went to J for an idea of a coverup that I wanted. This man is a true artist. He suggested adding more details. I was a little doubtful, but I put my trust in him. I got a very small geometric tattoo. It is not symtrical, line width varies, and shading is not even. The artist did not pay attention to how i wanted stencil placed and as a result it is upsidown.On the upside, the place is clean and the staff is agreeable.

I had my industrial piercing done here. They were clean, professional, and friendly. their prices are fair and have great customer service. I will definitely be going back.

They had poor customer service, I told them I previously got a piercing at another shop and used titanium because I have allergies to stainless steel and they said it was impossible that theyve been doing this a long time and I basically have no clue what Im talking about. They also were laughing the entire time they were piercing my friend and it was very uncomfortable.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They messed up my industrial bar piercing bad. The holes do not line up at all, they make a V shape. I had to go to another place to have the bar replaced with 2 separate bars in order for the infection to go away and heal. DO NOT GO HERE for industrial bars they do not do them correctly.
