My experience was a 100/10 with Nayeli I was so scared at first but she kept me calm and I love her pink room PERIOD

Came here for the Friday the 13th special with two other people and we were the last people in line, they told us last minute after waiting 4 hours that they were done for the day. Very unprofessional and an inconvenience. The establishment is also dirty and had roaches. There was drunk men coming in and out of the building. Gang members standing outside yanking on people car doors throwing up gang signs. The staff were also very rude and unprofessional. Don’t recommend this place at all!!

I was so nervous to get my belly button pierced but it was just a pinch. I came here for my nose piercing and i was so comfortable and I’m happy I came back for my belly piercing. I got pierced by Nayeli she made me feel so much better. She didn’t rush and allowed me to calm down before hand.

Came here around August for my very first tattoo and the experience was amazing. My 1st tattoo was a 6 hour session on my back Thanks to my artist JON CHAMBERS and the very friendly and funny staff made me feel at home and at ease thru my session. So comfortable I went back the following week. Definitely coming back there for more in the future!! Everyone was so cool and I am happy of the result. Thanks a lot!!!

This is my favorite place to get pierced I haven’t had a bad experience and all of my piercings look great and healed well. She really made sure that I felt safe with all my piercings and she’s done 6 so far and hopefully more in the future.

Marvin did a great job at re-piercing my ear. He was very friendly, explained everything and detailed and overall great customer service I’ve came to them before and I didn’t have any issues.

Nayeli was very friendly and very informative about the belly piercing and made sure to tell us what to clean the piercing with 10/10 performance.

Came here two weeks ago for an industrial piercing. When the piercer sat me down to do the piercing, he didn’t wipe my ear or the piercing or any other surface. I didn’t even get a chance to ask or see if it was a new needle. He didn’t walk me through anything. It was straightforward and that was fine, I was thinking ok whatever… I expected the pain so I’m not going to complain about that. I WILL however complain about the infection I got afterwards, and the placement of the piercing, despite my bad ear anatomy for the piercing itself. I obviously didn’t know this beforehand, but the piercer should’ve seen it and let me know—any professional would have. I only found out afterwards. The bar pressed against my cartilage and the inside of my ear for those two weeks and I’m now left with a sunken wound in my cartilage. The two punctures were extremely swollen. They leaked blood, green and yellow pus at all times. It was not a regular piercing healing pain/process because I’ve had different ear, face, and body piercings, and none have hurt like that to “heal”. I also know how to take care of my piercings when they’re new. He simply pierced me even though he shouldn’t have. If he had told me it wasn’t possible for my ear shape I wouldn’t have minded—why damage my ear on my own accord. He only wasted my time and his time. I had to take it out to prevent it from getting any worse. $40 for a bad piercing down the drain. The photo of my ear after I removed the piercing is mild at best. It looked so much worse while I had it on and before I treated it. The other photo is my ear the night I got the piercing—it looked fine but you can see where it presses against the ridge of cartilage in my ear. Don’t come here for piercings, they obviously don’t care about cleanliness or the clients themselves.

Nice and Clean environment, especially the restroom was clean that was a + .. loved the prices! Personal and workers very respectful! Me and my boyfriend came to get a tattoo and it was going good at first, John chambers (chivo) was our artist . So first we paid a 100 dollar deposit ($50 each) to secure our spot which was supposed to go twords our tattoos. Our appointment was set for 1pm and we ended up leaving at 5 pm. The artist( Chivo) was not clear on the pricing at all, he told us we were paying by the hour which he failed to mention to us through mobile communication before the appointment. So first I went to get my tattoo, I got my zodiac sign behind my ear and I got a touch up on thy first tattoo (also tattooed by him) my first tattoo he charged me $20 for and when I asked him to touch it up he charged me $20 , I didn’t understand why he charged me the same amount as the original price of the tattoo to go over a line( mind you the tattoo is a very small infinity sign) but I just went with it since my tattoo really needed a touch up. So my second tattoo (the one I got this day was $30 which I was content with. But the problem is with my boyfriends tattoos , he applied the stencil to which didn’t come out all the way so he ended up free hand drawing the part that was missing . The tattoo ended up coming out uneven and one of the numbers are bigger than the other. Not to mention he over charged us for these tattoos in my opinion, I’m never the type to tell someone what their work should be worth , BUT IF YOUR GOING TO CHARGE $230 for something that’s another shop would do for $130 AT LEAST MAKE SURE ITS NOT UNEVEN. Not to mention it should not have took 4 hours for what we got , I say 2 hours max. ( if your running on time don’t come here because he stopped to take multiple smoke breaks. WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!)(in the picture you can see how long one of the 4’s are at the bottom and how the other one it shorter

The guy name Kevin did mine and he is very good and I accidentally moved when he was doing my piercing but he still manage to get it done perfectly where he did mark thats just amazing. Also the front desk guy he was very welcoming answers all of my questions. They use new needle every time, wear mask, gloves and very clean place. Spur of the moment family tats! My niece is going off to college out of state today, she asked her uncle and I to take her to get her first tattoo and make them matching. Dagos was the closest but after reading reviews, thank goodness we backed out and saw that INK Therapy had great reviews. We walked in knowing what us girls wanted, but had to see what ideas would be stirred for Uncle. The girl at the counter was very helpful getting us signed in, and the owner told us he would put us with a good artist. Well our Artist Chivo was amazing and also found a way to incorporate our girl butterflies into the uncles matching tattoo. Place had a great vibe, CHIVO all hands down was amazing at explaining things to my niece from start to after care. Chivo had great conversation with all of us, made us feel comfortable. After doing some research, I found Ink Therapy & Body Piercings and decided to go get my nose pierced. As I walked in, the lady and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me and smiled, they made me feel welcomed. They were both very helpful and explained things very well. Nayeli—who did my piercings, made me feel super comfortable and helped me calm my nerves, so much that I came out with 2 piercings instead of just 1 like I had originally planned (lol). Apart from the friendliness and good service from the staff, the station was clean and sanitized which was a huge plus and made me feel even better. Nayeli opens the earrings and needles in front you to show that they are new. Came here with my fiancé to get a couple tattoos. To start off it took way too long to do 3 simple line tattoos. All the stencils were correct and what we gave him but he still managed to Misspell our dogs name on my fiancé’s leg, we didn’t notice for about 2 weeks because we wanted to let everything heal before addressing the problem. When I went to address it, he (Jon chambers/Chivo) began cussing me out and stating that I was wrong and that the lettering was right when it CLEARLY was not! Was not looking for issues but will not be going back, I’d rather pay someone else to fix it than someone who was very unprofessional! If you mess up own up to it and don’t get defensive!

Kevin pierced my ears, he made me feel comfortable and lined up my piercings even. The place is clean and they make sure you know that everything is sterilize. 10/10 recommend coming and ask for kevin

This place is new bit the Artist there are On Point. Get right to it and always give super rad prices. Cant be beaten compared to other shops that gouge you and smoke break during your session. Check out Jon, Alex, The Adrian, & King David when your there they each have what you need thanks guys
