I cannot recommend this place enough, don’t hesitate to come here if you need permanent makeup removal. I came here to remove my eyebrows tattoo. I previously went thru 3 sessions at a different place, while my tattoo got lighter, it turned from brow to red and they couldn’t get rid of the red pigment. I almost gave up until i found this place. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about laser treatment. They explained to me the other place used the wrong machine/ wavelength, since eyebrow tattoo ink has many pigments, one machine can get rid of brown/ black but a different machine is required for red. My treatment was so quick, pain free and most importantly, they completely got rid of my tattoo. Their price is also very reasonable. I won’t go anywhere else but here if i need laser removal again

If I could leave negative I would ….. they’re sweet nice when getting money but unfortunately their finance company pay them in full so after weather services are completed or in my case never healed third degree burn scars in two places…..here’s the real lack of care courtesy the comment oh I didn’t turn the machine up more than normal increase as I always do never mind every person is different!!! Or when I sent the photos not one apology not one or follow up by owner as stated never in fact reached out with zero care accountabilityWhy would they after all they took 4k for three sessions not one completed even half way two burn scars they pocketed the money and on to the next !!!!!!!!!Donna is who serviced my treatment so run the other way unless you want to end up paying for scars and receive passive aggressive comments after lol honestly such a poor experience it’s sad how desperate money hungry unaccountable people are

Donna made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable on laser tattoo removals. We spent a lot of time conversing and she sent me home with the best of care. The laser tattoo session was so quick and virtually pain-free! 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to go back.

Very clean with hospital quality professionalism. Everyone there was extremely nice and knowledgeable every step of the way. Nice facility inside, never a long wait. The staff here are very professional. Parking is free although its was difficult locating he business from the street. The restroom was clean. The office plays nice music while you wait. They offer shape sculptingwhere they heat the fat instead of fat freezing which freezes it. They offer great rates as well. Look on their website for more information. This business is located in somewhat a shopping center. There are other bus I eases around and a daycare just across it.

This place is AMAZING! Where to start! Last year I came in with a large tattoo on my chest of which is now GONE! I mean GONE! Donna is the best! The whole office has a larger than life personality so we get along nicely.. I have continued treatment here moving on to 3 other tattoos to be removed and have gotten the Hollywood laser peel (RUN dont walk to get this). If your in search of rewinding the hands of time this peel is for you. 3 peels later I look about 10 years younger. Fine lines who? Neck lines where? Like I said RUN dont walk they are professional, office is always immaculate and the prices are extremely reasonable. Would I recommend? YES I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND. Tell them Vanisha sent ya!!!

I just had my first laser removal procedure done on my microbladed eyebrows and could not be more excited with the results! They are extremely knowledgeable and reassuring at Inkfree MD. They were able to ease my concerns and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend coming here for any PMU laser removal. I actually look forward to my future sessions. Excellent facility! I’m amazed at how clean this office is. Irene and Donna are amazing people. Staff is always friendly via phone or email or in person. It was not hard to get an appointment at all. Donna is very knowledgeable and informed me about the Picosure laser and it was painless for a large arm tattoo removal. The business itself is well kept up with and clean with friendly staff. I went in for a consult on tattoo removal but feel like I received more fluff on the machine they use and sales pitches on their packages for treatments than anything. I canceled my first session after going to Clean Canvas Laser and getting a full mini class on ink types and what to expect throughout the removal process from John. He was able to give me good information and real expectations without the sales pitches I received here. Thats really the main thing I guess, I feel like Id have felt more comfortable with starting my removal process here if there were better education on tattoos and removal for the clients.

This place is fantastic! I’ve had a tattoo I’ve wanted removed for many years. I finally got the nerve to do it. I’m so happy I chose Inkfree. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed. They are knowledgeable and give you the care information you need. They have a state of the art laser that is quick and is not painful. One of the reasons I waited so long to get removal was because of my fear of pain. I am in an out in 15 minutes with barely a notice of pain. The recovery is not too bad either.If you’re considering getting tattoo removal, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret doing it. However, you may continue to regret your tattoo if you don’t get it taken off.

AMAZING!!! I have been going here for tattoo removal treatments and everyone is very professional, tell you exactly what to expect, and are friendly and welcoming. I feel very comfortable during my treatments and already have 2 of my tattoos completely removed without a trace left!!! I am extremely satisfied with my experience here!! I had a 2-inch tattoo on my wrist, I only had the tattoo for about 6 months before I decided to get it removed. I paid for a 10-session package, but the tattoo was gone after 9 sessions. I live a really healthy lifestyle (yoga, deep breathing, movement, strength training, clean eating, lots of water, healthy sleep schedule, little alcohol, non-smoker, no drugs), all of which I think contributed to it healing beautifully. There is a tiny, TINY amount of scarring, but its not noticeable unless I point it out - the word I had tattooed isnt there anymore, the ink is 100% gone, and thats really all I cared about! They offer payment plans, the staff there is phenomenal (thank you for always being so kind, Donna!), and they just did a really great job overall. Im so happy with the result!!!

AWESOME, great results!!! I loved this place, probably the best laser skin clinic in town. As a man, i felt very comfortable and hair removal results surprised me. Since then I purchased another package at this place and brought in my guy friend, who is very happy about his newly hairless back! This place is professional, very clean, the staff is very friendly. On a small downside, it is rather hard to get scheduled for Saturday - they are very busy, so plan ahead if you want to get in on Saturday.

Several years ago I started the laser tattoo removal process, but failed to finish my treatments. I recently decided that it was time to get this thing done, so I scheduled an appointment with Inkfree, MD. I was super impressed upon arrival as it was clear that they were serious about exercising all necessary precautions to prevent COVID exposure which immediately put me at ease. One of the owners was present during my appointment and took the time to educate me about the new and improved technology that they are using to ensure the best laser experience for their clients. After only ONE treatment with the new laser I can see a huge difference in the fading of the ink. The staff even followed up with me following my treatment to make sure that I was healing well and to answer any outstanding questions. Im confident that I wont need many more treatments for this thing to be completely gone. For anyone looking to start or finish their tattoo removal, this is the place to go!

I purchased a package for laser hair removal and Donna has done an amazing job. Every time I visit Donna and Jonathan are so personable and make me feel very comfortable. During the procedure, Donna talks with you to keep your anxiety low, from prepping the area to be treated to the last laser zap, Donna is a true professional. I live in Humble and have to drive 40-45 minutes to their location, but it is worth it. The Cynosure Elite laser hair removal has a blast of cold air that accompanies the laser, and there is absolutely no down time. Ive had laser hair removal before and I had to go in and have them apply a numbing cream at least 40 minutes prior to treatment. The Cynosure Elite laser doesnt require any pre-numbing cream so the entire visit is very short. I highly recommend Inkfree, MD for laser hair removal.

Well, getting tattoo removal isnt anyones idea of fun, they do it in a way that at least makes it as pleasant as possible. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Donna is great, shes quick and bandages up before you leave. Really nothing bad to say. If you want the ink gone, they are the ones to tell to.

This place is amazing!!! I came to ink free md to remove a very large tattoo on my back. I am such a baby when it comes to pain, but they went over and beyond throughout my entire experience. I was offered numbing cream, a squishy ball, a machine that blows cool air (to help reduce pain), and they asked multiple times if I was ok. I wanted to vlog my experience at this place. Once I heard the front desk lady tech say she didnt feel comfortable with it I completely backed off the idea and was totally ok with no vlogging. She tried to continue my first consultation at this place but never gave me her full attention or made me feel comfortable there. She kept looking at my sister who was holding the turned off camera in her lap while it was facing her. When I asked her questions she couldnt even answer them because her mind was clearly on the camera! I was very nervous about my tattoo removal and had lots of questions about the process and after care once the procedure was complete. She looked at me as if I was dumb every time and talked down to me like I was a child calling me sweetheart/sweetie. I would recommend this place if youre ok with dealing with rude and nasty receptionists/technicians.

For hair removal - 3 sessions down, 3 to go - excellent results. becky makes me feel very comfortable (as the hair is in a private place) and makes it fast and easy as can be. brand new equipment. i highly recommend inkfree md and think i will try tattoo removal here next. also like that theres a doctor on staff if needed, unlike other places i looked into before finding this one.

Inkfree Md turned my life around. I am so grateful to God that I found them because they were actually used by God to perform a miracle on my face. I have had this very bad spots all over my face and my upper lip was so dark like I have beard, this was going on for years and I spent so much money going from one facial clinic to the other, they will promise to help me but at the end of several treatments, no cure, time wasted, money gone. It’s annoying to hear them try to convince me to try another treatment, this means all they have been doing with my face was trial and error. From the first day I stepped into inkfree md, they knew what my problem was and they were very honest to me. I started the treatment and lo and behold, it’s a miracle to see my face clear again. They are also very professional and very friendly, they care so much for their patients and their positive results. Donna, is amazing! Ended up getting burned pretty bad doing under arm laser hair removal and now have scars left behind. I am going to see a dermatologist to see if there is something that can be done about this. I cant even wear a fitted Tshirt. You can see an area of scarring when I raise my arm. I was able to receive a refund and the doctor recommended a cream for me to help lighten the area. I just had a very bad experience with this place. I wrote a negative review on yelp and the moment I did, I received a concerned call about the situation. No phone call was made until my comment was posted. When I didnt take down my negative review, company responded with a very unprofesional comment. I am here letting others know about what I went through. And Ive been telling every single person I know about this place and to stay away. Of course they all ask to see the area that was involved, and the look on their faces makes me want to cry every single time. My biggest regret is coming here for laser hair removal. And I just found out my sister in laws roommate knows someone that was also burned at this location. =(

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, almost all clinics told me I could not remove faux freckles because brown turns orange, which is true but the laser used here did lift a lot of the brown away and the spots are barely noticeable now
