I have been to 2 tattoo removal offices, one office removed my first tattoo before it closed its Texas locations all of a sudden. I waited a year and i recently went to another office to start on a my second tattoo that i want removed, they were good, but i still wanted to check another office out. I stopped by at Premium and met Roland, he is by far the most knowledgeable professional i spoken to, he makes sure you know exactly what to expect for your treatment. I felt comfortable and confident during my consultation. I have now cancelled my appointment at the other office i was going to and scheduled my 2nd treatment for June here at Premium. I found the office easy to get to from my job, the hours are really convenient as well.

I took my fiancé in for a tattoo removal. At first we were unsure and a little scared. But Roland is very professional, super friendly and well trained and certified. He made us feel very comfortable. He answered all our questions and our concerns. We are beyond pleased with the results. We are now returning for our second session. I was so anxious about removing a huge ugly tribal tattoo off my lower back. I had my first session today and I’m so glad I saw Roland on the news. He’s so knowledgeable and professional. The office is clean and convenient and it’s the best laser on the market for a very reasonable cost. The procedure is not pleasant by any means but it’s definitely tolerable, easily doable, fast and worth it. It’s not any worse than getting the tattoo. If anything it’s faster. I can’t wait to see the end result.

Roland is absolutely the best! This procedure is not as painful as people have said. I’m not sure if it’s machine or technique. Either way, I’m pleased with his work. I went on an impulse and got a finger tattoo that I instantly regretted. Even though the tat was only three- four months old when he started working with it, we had significant fading with one treatment. I Just left from my second treatment and I’m excited for the results. I’m an olive complected AA women with dark brown and red ink.Trust: this guy is worth a visit!

Extremely disappointed with this company’s false advertising! Google shows they’re open, but upon arriving, they were closed. When I called to inquire, the representative was argumentative and unhelpful. It’s incredibly misleading and a waste of time. Beware of their inaccurate information and poor customer service!

I visited this establishment for a consultation after having a bad experience at a previous tattoo removal spot. The consultation went great and I was advised to come back in a month as I hadnt had a long enough time period between the prior visit. I made it to my first treatment in September. Everything was fine, prices were reasonable, and I was even given better advice on how to properly care for my treatment. I was confident that this place would take care of me. I was due to return again in early December. I called on what was a Wednesday, I believe, and left a message to schedule an appointment. Several days later, I had not recieved a callback. I didnt worry, because I know how busy small businesses can get, and just decided to call a second time and leave another message. Still no call back. I called a third time the next day and same thing happened. No answer, no callback. I was hopeful as the guy who treated me was very nice and knowledgeable, and his prices were affordable. However, I am not going to hound a business to give them my money. Unfortunately this place didnt work for me because of that. I am now on my third tattoo removal place and hoping that this time is the charm. I am only writing this review in hopes that maybe the owner will step their game up when it comes to returning customer calls. Very disappointed.

I went for consultation and treatment on tattoos on the inside of 3 fingers and on top of my hand. Pain is expected but very tolerable, and staff is friendly and was very upfront and honest about how many session and cost (i personally appriciate that). I am excited to continue the removal process with this company! They also have great hours and I was able to go after work and not take a day off!

I went in looking to get two large tattoos removed from my lower arm . I wasnt expecting start a session today but I felt comfortable and saw the results from other clients and decided to go for it . I am very pleased . The pain isnt that bad and I felt at ease . I would definitely recommend this place . I will be going back in ten weeks for my next session
