Easy peasey process to get started and signed up. They offer several types of tattoo removal plans after viewing and consulting about your specific tattoo. Having been familiar with tattoo removal I knew it typically takes multiple sessions to fully remove a tattoo. You can pay as you go, one session at a time or you can purchase an “unlimited sessions” plan with no limits on the number of visits. One feature I really like is they offer convenient payment plans and financing. I was able to get reasonable monthly payments, 24 months interest free. Staff is friendly and office is really nice.

When someone asks about my (now very faded due to the treatments) tattoo, I tell them how easy and not all that painful the process at Removery is. I have a few sessions left and am so happy I decided to have my tattoo removed here. The tech working the lasers is always so nice and knows so much about the devices and lasers (so cool). Couldn’t recommend Removery and especially this location more!

Izzy is incredible! Such a calm and gentle disposition. Was patient with me even when I needed breaks during my treatment. Vanessa was also really cool. Very personable and funny. Excited to lighten my tattoos enough to get what I really want over these old tattoos. I’m waiting as long as possible in between each treatment because I’m a big baby 😅 but also I know how much time in between treatments helps. Will be sending all my clients to this location! ❤️❤️❤️

Vanessa was amazing! She was very thorough explaining the entire process and what package would work best for me. Had a consultation here today and was provided the best customer service by Vanessa. She went through all the details about my tattoo and provided several options for scheduling and various payment methods. She took her time and did not pressure me to book any packages or put down any money during the visit, but simply answered my questions and listened to my concerns. ETA: it’s ridiculous just how slow the process is. It’s been years and you can still see my tattoo. The longer you keep going, the longer out they make your next appt. I would not recommend this clinic to people of color or tan people as they only seem to have expertise with light Caucasian skin tones. They turned me down (light 4) because they said they would do skin damage if they used the wavelength to target my red ink tattoo. I went to Dermatology & Laser surgery center, and they were able to handle my red ink without issues with the same laser that Removery uses (Picoway). I’m pretty sure the technicians here are just not experts with medium-dark skin. Although seeing a dermatologist was more pricey, I was able to see a real doctor who called bluff on what Removery told me.

Worth the cost and commitment to change… the team is Professional efficient kind and explained everything. The cooling process aids in diminishing any discomfort. Highly effective I can see the difference. I look forward to the complete removal. Thank you so much 🌺

I started my tattoo removal journey last May. A year prior I had consulted with Miller at their old location and he gave me a lot of helpful information on the cost and procedure. I went in for a consultation and decided just to go ahead and do a session. Vanessa was great explaining everything to me in terms of the laser the process and the price, Issy was super sweet walking me through step by step making sure I was okay during the actual procedure. My tattoo is smaller than a business card and the pain wasnt bad honestly, the actual laser part took about 20 seconds. It stings a little bit after but no big deal. Cant wait to see the results.

I had my first visit at The Removery this past Saturday and I was beyond nervous going into my consultation. I was worried about pricing, pain & feeling judged for my bad ink. Just as soon as I walked in the door all those nerves lifted! First off, the office is SO CLEAN! And everyone was earing a mask which was really nice considering the times we are in. My first interaction was with the lady at the front desk who was so welcoming and friendly! My wait time was almost non existent as they called me back super quick! The lady who took me back for the consultation (and treatment) was so professional, super nice & I appreciated the fact that she was up front and honest about the entire thing. She even helped me with financing options so that was really great! Because, to have a tattoo removed the right way isnt super cheap. I was even able to get my first treatment which was awesome because I am ready to be free of this bad ink! The pain was totally bearable thanks to the ice packs & cold air they use! And it is absolutely worth mentioning that even after just one treatment there are spots on my tattoo that have significantly faded! I know it will be a process but I am so grateful! They explained everything very well. The laser removal didn’t hurt because they prep you before. I’d rate the pain 1/10. At this other different place I went they were too aggressive and the pain was 8/10. I will definitely finish my treatment here.

So this was my fourth session of tattoo removal. I am getting two tats removed, lower back and ribs. I am, of course, always nervous because not going to lie it doesn’t exactly feel the best. However, today I made sure to take two Advil and put on Aspercreme about 45 minutes before my session and the tech, Jess, held an ice pack on before starting. I can honestly say this was one of the least painful sessions I’ve had! Jess was also super quick and thorough. She did a fantastic job and I’m so so thankful! She was super nice and knowledgeable too! Getting tattoo removal will never be on my list of exciting things to do but it has to be done and I couldn’t ask for a better place or staff. Everyone is nice and makes you feel comfortable. The place is super clean and they are always on time. Highly recommend!

Been thinking of removing my tattoos since they came out with laser removal. I came in today for a consultation the staff was very professional they did not put any pressure on u to do it its what u want to do is what I loved about the business I glad I chose this business to do the procedure I would recommend this place to any one who is ready to get rid of those unwanted tattoos. Went in for my consultation/ first treatment today and I must say that I am beyond pleased. Receptionist is nice as can be; Jessica was very thorough throughout the entire process. I was anxious going in but that didn’t last long. She made sure I was comfortable during and after the process. Definitely look forward to my upcoming appointments. Of course it’s too soon to see any results but I am definitely happy with my decision to come to eraser clinic ! :)

I just did my first treatment yesterday. I did the research for all tattoo removal store in town and the machines they used. Removery used Picoway which is the best and effective machine for tattoo removal.I only feel little pain on the first day I did the treatment, now is the second day, I don’t feel any pain anymore. Listen to the after care!Great service, they provide all the information you need and explained everything in detail.

I’m not sure how experienced the technicians are at this location. Went to several consultations around Houston. They were the worst and least knowledgeable. they cared more about getting my money then trying to help me remove a tattoo. WORST Customer service experience ever! They were definitely the most expensive! They really push high price treatment packages and offer financing. I Came to get a tattoo removed not to buy a used car! Do your research! Go to lots of consultations! Pick a place you feel comfortable with not a place that pressures you! This process is painful enough without the financial stress.

After having such success with the removal of the first tattoo, I decided to have the larger portion of the tattoo removed that originally I thought I’d be okay with keeping! Staff is very friendly. Appointment was easy to make. I travel over 1.5 hours so it was nice to be able to get started the same day as the consultation. Procedure takes about five minutes. Jess is AMAZING! My tattoos are in really sensitive areas but she makes the process way more comfortable and it goes by really fast. She’s super knowledgeable and very professional so I know I’m in good hands when I see her. I purposely book with her each time because she is the BEST! I have to Edit and update this review. After receiving and completing my services with Removery, I realized they didn’t actually “care” for you, or is it more accurate to say that they lack knowledge? The fact is, they are “releasing” ink into your blood stream but don’t educate you on the importance of detoxing these compounds from your system. Infrared sauna, proper hydration, vitamin C, among other helpful tips you can find online, will mean EVERYTHING to how well or how poorly you will recover after their services.Removery, your services will greatly improve by just educating your clients on the above mentioned. My detox system was on overload after receiving your services. It would’ve saved me so much time, money, and physical and emotional stress if you just provided those educational details as part of your services.

I had a great experience for my first session. The office is clean, well kept, and well organized. I was in and out for my consultation and first treatment in 20 minutes. They give aftercare instructions and all the supplies you need to care for your skin after the treatment. It was painful but SUPER quick, and my skin did not hurt after it was over. The actual laser treatment time took about 20 seconds. I haven’t seen any results from my first treatment yet, but they explained that the fading occurs between treatments as your skin heals and this is only day two for me. I will absolutely be back!

Ive had one session at Eraser clinic and I was more than pleased with it. They quickly took me back for my free consultation, explained the process to me, and answered any questions I had. They were able to do a session during the same appointment. The session was super quick - less than a minute and the pain was tolerable due to this cold numbing machine they use. I needed a second to take a couple deep breaths and they happily let me take a break. I was pleasantly surprised at their pricing, it is very affordable. My tattoo is some line work thats fairly large and they charged me a sizing down because of how much negative space there is. They supposedly are the only place in Houston who has the laser they do, which is a 2018 model (not sure of the kind), and their prices are still great compared to the competition. They provided more than enough supplies for the healing process for free and gave me detailed instructions on what to do. They even called me a couple days later to check on my healing process and see if I had any further questions/concerns. Im looking forward to going back for more sessions!

***UPDATE***I ended my sessions and was able to get a full refund for the unused portion. After 5 sessions and only one more to go, my tattoo did not visibly lighten or diminish. I was very disappointed.The staff at the Eraser Clinic were friendly and put me at ease instantly. Quick, professional and courteous, my appointment was over before I knew It.Erika explained the procedure in depth, as well as my after care instructions, leaving no need for further questions.

This place is awesome! I love the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is nice and very helpfully. All my questions where answered. I was able to get my first session done on the same day as my free consultation. The session was really fast. They also followed up the next day to see how I was doing and to see if I had any questions. This is a great place to come and get a tattoo removed.

This was my first experience with tattoo removal and I am so glad I went to The Eraser Clinic! I felt welcome the moment I stepped through the door. I was very nervous about my first appointment, but they made it easy. The woman who did the procedure was very nice! She answered all of my questions and helped me get through it. Little hard to find at first but really had a great experience at this office. It was clean, the staff was friendly and well informed. They explained everything and were able to do the laser removal same day (which not everyone does). Fair priced. More affordable than most and they do offer packages for a small discount. Really happy that they treat not only black ink but colored ink as well. They even give you a little bag with items to care for your tattoo afterwards.Only thing I didn’t like was they were running really behind. I was late for my appointment so it kinda worked out but if I had been on time I would have sat there for just over half hour waiting. If you ask me though, was worth the wait. Will keep going there and suggest others do the same!

Had a really great experience here. Jessica did my first session, and she was very knowledgeable, quick, and super informative. Ive only had one session, so it was pretty low power, but it was not bad pain-wise at all with the cold air and we could take our time and I could tell her if I needed a break at any time. Ive been going for a while Im not always going on the date Im supposed to go for my appointment but I think with one more treatment Im done. I have nothing to complain of not even the price there super nice and super fast in 15min or less Im out. It takes time for tattoos to fade dont think in one session theyll be gone Ive had mine sine 15 years old so Ive had them for about 12 years. Like I said I think with one more treatment Im done

Literally no complaints. My service was done by Jessica and she was great. Im a Laser Tech myself and found this Clinic because Im familiar with and work with the Candela Laser as well. I have tattoos on my fingers that Ive been wanting to remove for weeks.The check-in process was very easy and quick. No issues. Just finished my 4th session with Removery. Everyone has been in incredibly kind though this process. The staff seem very knowledgeable and willing to assist with any issues you might be having. I have no reason to not recommend Removery, the process so far has been easy and relatively painless (not counting the laser itself but thats not too bad either).

I enjoy my interactions with the ladies at the removery so much that I am going to be sad when my tattoos are all gone! The staff is very knowledgeable, and they give good advice and don’t rush through the treatment. They are looking at the long term effects of the lasers on my skin and they don’t hesitate to tell me to wait longer before continuing treatment. Also, I went to a “real dermatologist” the other day for a skin check-up, and she said that my tattoo removals looked amazing.

My experience thus far has been great! The staff have been very friendly and always answer any questions or concerns that may arise after my treatment. It is very easy to reach someone and they are flexible with appointment times. For me, what really counts is the friendliness during my treatment. Talking makes me feel comfortable and they never take my uneasiness negatively. They understand this is a painful and anxious process and take my feelings into consideration. Currently I have completed my fourth laser removal treatment.My tattoo- I have a fairly good size tattoo that I am having removed and it is located on my sternum and chest. It contains black and blue ink and has been touched up. After my third treatment my tattoo has taken on a vintage look. Currently the fine details have disappeared and overall has faded tremendously.Laser- I use numbing cream for each treatment. This along with the cold air makes this process very tolerable. (Week 2 was rough since I didnt get a good seal on my numbing cream, so I have a decent comparison) The laser feels like someone is popping you with a rubber band. The process is quick! Even with my decent size tattoo, the laser is only on me for maybe 2 minutes. The person operating the laser has always been concerned with my comfort and offer to stop if needed. Use numbing cream!Overall- Tattoo removal hasnt always been an option. With todays technology and numbing cream it is not only an option but a tolerable process. I recommend Eraser clinic to anyone that discusses wanting to remove a tattoo.I hope you find this review helpful!UPDATE- After receiving many treatments from Removery, I noticed hypopigmentation and raised skin- scarring. After reaching out to the medical director, it was told to me that it was from the tattoo. Second opinions differ and confirmed my fears.

I had a great first experience here. My only regret is going to different clinic before (and my tattoo). The girls were so nice and professional! I didnt even feel the laser at all.. especially compared to my first treatment at the other clinic. They send you home with a kit of care items you need for the next few days.. sterile bandages, A&D ointment and even portable icepack. When I got my first treatment done at the other clinic.. they told me to go to a CVS down the street for the materials I need. Mind you, the cost from that clinic was also 2.5 times the price as Eraser Clinic. Please, if youre looking to remove a tattoo consider going here first.

I would recommend this place to anyone Im getting my tattoos removed there now and its working. The building was a bit hard to find but I called the girl at the front desk was very kind and was able to instruct me correctly to their office. The office was super clean and the place was very welcoming. The girl at the front was very nice, offered me a drink while I waited & they had great music playing! I didn’t wait very long to see the technician who was also very nice and super informative. They use the latest technology out there. I can’t wait to schedule my appointment to get my tattoos removed. This would be the place to do it !

I had my initial consultation and first removal session yesterday, and it was a very pleasant experience. Erica, my consultant and removal specialist was more than adequately informative, and the session itself lasted only one minute. The actual removal process feels much like when I got my tattoo! Very tolerable and quick! Looking forward to the next few sessions and watching my bad choices fade! :-)

All the associates at Removery in Houston have always been nothing short of a delight. They are caring and super knowledgeable! Biggest advice with the treatment is be patient. It doesn’t happen overnight but the results are there! The associates are always so kind and helpful!

They were cool when I first went up there. I got a big tattoo done for $500 which I thought was Steep but it was pretty big so I didn’t bat a eye and I came up there today to get a tattoo as small as a Dot literally and the price was literally $200 now that is insane ..so a 8 by 8 (500$) a dot (200$) come on now

Process was fast (2 mins) and a little painful but no way in comparison to hours of tattooing. I only concern is hoping this process takes fewer than 6 treatments to remove my tattoo.

Highly satisfied with the results and service at Eraser Clinic. I had a tattoo fully removed. It is now practically invisible, even though I had blues and greens which are generally harder to get out. They anticipated me needing 6 to 12 treatments and my tattoo was fully gone after only 7, so they refunded me the balance of the one unused treatment since I had pre-paid for a package. The service was always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend for tattoo removal in the Houston area.

So far so good. Erica and Erika were bomb. Clean office. Greeted upon entry. Paperwork was in full detail and they answered any and every question I had. Made me feel comfortable about starting services there. Went on to the room and talked a little bit about the tattoo and how everything works. Then we went ahead and started the first session. It did sting a bit for me but I liked how she talks to deflect so that was helpful. Once we started a good conversation I was done. Removed bandage to clean and such and you can already see a fade on the first day. So I know I will be happy with this. Looking forward to update this review with before and after pictures. Oh one more thing the communication. I like the emails and text messages and they followed up with me immediately to make sure everything was ok. So i appreciated that.

I met for a consultation back in 2018 but wasnt quite ready to schedule. I went in yesterday for my first session and they had all my info on file and were very friendly. I didnt have to wait for my appointment and it went very quick! Although quick the technician was thorough in the explanation of the process, treatment and then after care explanation. Very easy to setup an initial appointment online. The day of the appointment, everything was explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered. The procedure itself was as pain free as possible and aftercare materials were provided for the following three days. I never do reviews, but I had such a great experience here that I felt I had to share for others who are thinking about getting rid of their unwanted tattoos! Quick and easy consultation. I’m getting two tattoos removed and the quote provided was fair and affordable! They also have financing available if that is something you need. Once I gave the go ahead to continue, Erika walked me through the process, took pictures so we can track the removal process, and then began the treatment. Really impressed with how easy going and knowledgeable she was! You can tell she’s really passionate about what she does, and really wanted me to feel comfortable with the procedure and journey I’m embarking on. Keep in mind, tattoo removal doesn’t happen over night or after one treatment so it’s important to be committed (which includes being deligent with your post-care instructions they will provide you). It didn’t take 10 minutes for the treatment of both tattoos (which was relatively painless) and post care walk-through to when I was out the door! They will provide you everything you will need (so no stopping at CVS/Walgreens on your way home or back to work)! This morning, I received a call asking how everything is going and that to me, was the cherry on top to a solid 5-star experience. Do your self a favor and at least come in for a consultation, you won’t regret it.

The place is nice and clean and the employees are very nice. However, I had 6 sessions done and it looked like nothing was ever done to my tattoo. I recently went to someone else and after one session the tattoo shows huge improvement. I wouldnt suggest removery if youre really trying to get rid of your tattoo, its over priced and they barley zap it

I feel like I have been to every tattoo removal place in Houston and boy what a difference there is at Eraser Clinic. I was getting no results on my old tattoo elsewhere and after two treatments here it is almost gone. I had almost given up hope! Also the office is clean and modern, the staff are so awesome and so kind, and the prices were about $30 cheaper than anywhere else.

Because I had another experience at Premium Tattoo Removal, I can tell that at Removery it would be much more painful, esp if you have a big tattoo. It seems like cooling machine is not cooling properly. Its also very quick and very painful haha. The tattoo removal specialist is just doing the job without different niceties like How are you feeling? Is it numb enough? and etc. They also have the latest laser equipment I suppose, but Im not sure if it would remove significantly better than at previous place. Need to wait and see. Overall its decent and worth trying!

Everyone was really kind and knowledgeable. The tech made sure to explain everything fully and gave good instructions on post care and what to expect with the tattoo removal process. My problem is that I have had 6 sessions beforehand and my tattoo is pretty faded by this point. I purchased the Groupon thinking one more session will do the trick and completely erase it. I told her the level my tech had left off at which was pretty high and burned like hell. She ignored it and proceeded to use a very very low level. Which is what they do when you’re beginning the process. Anyways the low level didn’t do much to erase it and it was a complete waste of money. If you are already ahead in the process, find another place that will listen to your request and use a level where you left on to show better progress. I would say if you’re just starting, this would be a good option

I was there a few months back, in the summer. I met with a young lady with long dark hair--I believe she was Hispanic, if I recall correctly. I had an appointment, and I had the same name then, so Im not sure why you cant find a record of it. She was incredibly rude. She was one of the certified techs. When I asked for clarity on package pricing, she seemed bothered as if I was taking up time with nonsense questions. 👎🏽 I went else and began my treatments 🤷🏽‍♀️ This city is too large for customer service to not be a main priority--we have far too many options to put up with BS here.

The Removery employee was professional, but the experience left me concerned about the legitimacy of the business. The location (office building) , the cleanliness of the exam room( substance seen on the treatment chair), the format that measurements and quotes were written down (on a napkin). My disdain for my tattoo and her friendliness almost had me overlook other concerning factors. I’ll definitely conduct additional research before I allow the first company I’ve found, assistant me with such a permanent costly decision.

I came in on Saturday for a consultation and the staff was very friendly and informative they were real straight forward with everything including the pricing and how the fianancing works if I chose to do payments. First they spray your skin with -20C air to numb and then use laser. It feels like someone repeatedly snapping a rubberband against your skin.I forgot to mention purchasing a Groupon before I swiped my card. I have been in the process of getting a tattoo removed for a while now and this place is phenomenal. Super efficient, I rarely wait. They always do follow ups. You pay for quality here. So worth it. Dont waste your money anywhere else.

I recently moved to Houston & was looking for a tattoo removal, after doing tons of research I found easer clinic and they are top notch! The staff is great, and their lasers are the best I have ever seen.... Less visits to get my tattoo removed! Very happy with my progress and highly recommend their services !

Isabelle was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information l need to make a wise decision. Through out the procedure she explain step by step what she was doing and made sure l was comfortable at all times giving me time to take short breaks. The procedure was fast and done in a very professinal matter in terms of sanitisation and technology used. She also send me home with all the after care products and inductions. l know is a process and Im very excited to continue to work with her on my future sessions.

The staff are super friendly, very informative and patient with the whole process. I just started my process and I am excited to start my journey, I can’t wait for the outcome. I will definitely post pictures once it’s all set and done.

Definitely do not recommend the rice village location definitely do not recommend Izzy that location has a lot of racist undertones wasnt warm or welcoming difficult actually finding it I walked past it twice made it inside and both of the lesbian ladies appear to be upset,had an argument, disagreement the energy was definitely off I asked Izzy how long have you been performing this service she gave no response but rushed me to the back and gave me a reply while lasering my tattoo she moved so fast that the hairs on my tattoo caught on fire I thought it was weird that she started lasering the skin surrounding my tattoo which caused bruising and scaring she was very confrontational rushing me back to the front suggesting that I scheduled my next visit with the Katy location very disrespectful very unprofessional and inconsiderate the both of them lack people and communication skills I will never ever visit that location again and I definitely will not be referring anyone to that location I travel a lot I moved here from Maryland I have visited several locations in other states and all of my prior experiences have been amazing in Maryland, in Missouri, in Washington etc.for this to be a Texas company based in Austin Izzy and the rice village location definitely were a poor representation of the business Izzy very horrible person citizens do yourself a favor and stay away from the rice village location and definitely do not let Izzy touch nor get close to your person

After having an awful and terrible cover up experience 2 years ago... I finally decided to go ahead with the removal process. I researched them and went in for a consultation 3 days after my call. And in the same day I also got my first session. They were very informative and fast.

Recommend this place to anyone and everyone from first time laser removals to people that are currently seeing other businesses for laser removal. Technology, price, customer service, and staff are amazing. I have been to numerous removal businesses and this will be the one I continue to work with until I am all free of the tattoos I need removed.

Such a lovely easy experience! I’m so excited to get more work done. The pain is equivalent to a rubber band snapping on the area, but it’s done so fast it doesn’t phase for long.

I highly recommend Eraser Clinic Laser Tattoo Removal. After a thorough research, I purchased a four treatment package and my tattoo which is greenish and bluish is 80% gone. Astanza Trinity laser is the best technology out there for tattoo removal. Because my tattoo is small (5 letters), my sessions are 10-15 min long. Cold air is passed through the skin and then the laser is used. The pain is tolerable but I recommend to take a couple of Advils before going for your treatment. Also, the staff is very professional, the place is super clean, parking spots are never an issue and their schedule is always flexible (Monday through Saturday) I couldnt be any happier with the results and my overall experience!

I got my 1st session done yesterday and I thought the place was so nice and the people there are so friendly! Very informative and sweet people! Seeing some fading already and looking forward to my next treatment. Amazing laser equipment there!

I went to a couple locations for consultations. And here they made me feel like they were worried about getting money rather than actually caring about the actual tattoo removal. They didn’t show any before and after pictures of there work either. I would not recommend them at all.

Ive had 3 treatments with another laser removal service provider (the Other Place) who I was actually pretty happy with, but due to my office relocating, the drive wasnt practical anymore. A lot of my perspective on Eraser Clinic is in comparison to the Other Place, but I have had a consultation and one treatment at EC so far at the Bissonnet clinic.The clinic is simple & clean, and all staff thus far have so far been professional, friendly, and courteous. The consultation was quick and without a high-pressure sales approach about getting you signed up for anything right away, or to buy a b.s. $40 bottle of herbal detox pills that lasts a couple of weeks and helps boost the fade when you can get the same stuff as a tea off the shelf at HEB for $5. HUUUUUGE +1 for EC on that front.Compared to my 3 sessions at the Other Place, my session at EC was about the same: in and out in less than 15min, professionalism, no advertisements for other unnecessary products/services. I dont know if ECs pico-lasers are more/less effective than a nano-laser since. All I know is they both sting like hell, but Ill have a better gauge when I start seeing the fade from this latest treatment.Compared to the Other Place, ECs pricing is better (~$30 lower, per treatment, before any discounts or multi-treatment package pricing). I couldnt say yet which is of better value as I need to see the results from ECs work, but if youre starting the removal process, EC has fair pricing, decent discounts on multi-treatment package pricing, and the financing option (with no interest if paid in a year) is not shabby, either.This place is at least 4-stars, but I expect to revise it to 5-stars if future experiences here go as smooth as this last one.For any EC staff reading this; one thing that would have been nice would be a little more explanation as to what factors play a role in the effectiveness of the treatment (e.g. knowing/being able to determine what the ink was made of, staying well hydrated before & after a treatment, explaining what the laser is actually doing, etc.); however, as I mentioned Id had 3 prior treatments, the staff very well may have assumed I already knew most of that info. If yall dont cover that ground with new patients already, it may be worth doing so.

Clean office. Fast treatment of each tattoo, which took less than a minute for each one. I wish I had done this earlier. I waited too long to get mine removed. Hardly any pain or side effects for my 1st visit. Recommend to anyone who wants their tattoo removed.

Everyone in the office was incredibly knowledgeable and amenable. They were very thorough in their explanation of the process and pricing and transparent about expectations for my situation. I would definitely recommend!!!

Be careful of this place. The photos shown here, when checked through an IMGSearch app, showed that they stole them from somewhere else 🤦🏽‍♀️ they will always try to sell you a package and get you to pay $2K upfront. But every tattoo is different, so anyone who guarantees that it’ll be removed in a certain amount of time without even knowing what type of ink is used on you is suspect. The whole time I was here it felt like they were just trying to sell me something. They could not tell me the name of the tech who would be doing the procedure, which is something I wanted to look up beforehand. Another thing is that there is a financial incentive to leave a 5 star review— you get $500 off the aforementioned 2K package. None of these reviews are from people who have actually gotten their tattoos removed from these folks, because they’ve never actually successfully removed a tattoo (hence the fake images).

My complaint is not with the staff but the business itself. They guaranteed me that when I purchased a package of sessions I could receive a refund for unused sessions. After six months and a multitude of phone calls, I still have not received my refund. Money is tight right now and their failure to return my money to me is a horrible thing to do.

I enjoy my consultation and got started right away with treatment that’s quick and easy. Everything was explained to my understanding and I will be back to finish all my sessions!

This place is a scam! I visited this place about 2 weeks ago & there procedure made my tattoo darker. I already had 2 previous sessions done in another state & it was fading. They told me I needed 8 session I was already told I only needed a free since I I had two treatments. 1600$ for a tattoo removed🤬 this is a waste of money. Since then I went to another tattoo removal place and my tattoo faded immediately and the next day the tattoo was 80% gone saved your money somewhere else

Already at my third visit at the eraser clinic and am seeing GREAT results. In fact, I already saw a different after my first session. I actually enjoy coming here. The girls are always so helpful and a pleasure to be around. Thanks everyone!

This place and company is a FRAUD!! They steal before and after pictures from other removal clinics and portray them as their own when they don’t have any REAL progress themselves. Of ours everyone writes a good review on their consultation!! But do you ever see a review on PROGRESS!?? On returning customers?!! NO because they are fake and only try to sell you their dumb package deal just to steal your money without any results. All they offer is good customer service and drinks. No real results. I’m a real example!! I suggest all of you look into “Clean canvas laser” this company is the real deal, the technician is the best out there and it honest with you and wants to help you remove your mistakes!!
