I went for a consultation and had the best experience ever with Zara. She was so informative and patient with me. She explained to me how the process works, what I should expect, and other important matters. I am looking forward to my sessions. I had a bad past experience with tattoo removal session results with laseraway and she made me feel so comfortable with my new plan. I really appreciate Zara so much. My consultation went well over an hour and she was there to make me feel good about the decision I was making. Thank you again Zara.

Zahra and Andrea are very friendly and professional. Ive had removal treatments at Ink MD, and this experience was completely different. Instead of having someone who is just trained to use the equipment, Andrea has actual medical training and experience. I felt safe and well cared for. You can trust they know what their doing. Also, the laser they used didnt traumatize my skin like in previous treatments at Ink MD. I wish I had known about Removery sooner.

Normally, tattoo removal is very painful and time-consuming, but Andrea managed to treat multiple tattoos from different parts of my body within minutes. The pain was totally bearable for me at Removery.Additionally, I received great instructions on how to care for my skin afterwards. All I knew going in was that tattoo removal was considerably more expensive than getting a tattoo. At my consultation, I met with Zahra at the Hedwig Village office. Zahra is obviously knowledgeable and professional and good at her job. She answered all of my questions and guided me through the Removery process. And I was convinced to purchase the package that guarantees the complete removal of my ex-girlfriend’s signature on arm.

I went in for a consultation strictly for tattoo blowout on my finger and ended up getting the laser removal. Customer service was a 1000/10. Zahra was so easy to talk to, very knowledgable on the removal process, and was very transparent on the pricing. She didnt try to upsale me on something I might not need. I am an African American woman and they were able to accommodate my skin complexion (Fenty 360 for reference).Andrea was the Tech who completed the procedure. She walked me through the steps and the process. Very patient and careful when it came to the laser not hitting my current tattoo. They drew over it as to not hit it.Pori (hope I am spelling it correctly) was amazing with assisting Andrea. Made me feel comfortable with getting the laser treatment for the first time.Overall I had a great experience. Time will tell regarding the fading of the blowout.

I dont regret choosing Removery to remove my tattoos. Andrea made me feel very comfortable during my sections, which I didnt even realize when my section ended. You have tattoos that you no longer want to have, dont think about it too much and call for your appointment, ask for Andra, she speaks Spanish 😁😁😁
