I just completed another session at Removery, and I continue to be impressed with their service. Each visit has been consistently professional and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to check in on my progress. They genuinely care about achieving the best results possible, and I appreciate their transparency about what to expect. The fading has been noticeable with each session, and while the process isnt painless, the team does a great job of making it manageable. If youre committed to removing or fading a tattoo, Removery is definitely worth it.

Went in for my consultation, and they were great. They informed me of the pros and cons, the good, the bad and the ugly as well as answered all of my questions. Danielle was extremely helpful and very thorough. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Tyler was great as well. Clean area, made you feel comfortable, and made the procedure as thorough, but as painless as possible. I’ve had removal done elsewhere and the experience was not at all positive. Here, it was a completely different world! But a good world.

I had a really great experience at the Katy, Texas office. Danielle and Tyler were so nice, professional and knowledgeable about what steps I needed to take to get my permanent make up removed from my eyebrows. What I appreciated the most was Danielle was able to show me actual clients before snd after results which made me more of a believer. The staff at this location are so patient and kind. They walk you through the whole experience which helped calm my nerves. They also check up on you after each appointment, which I really appreciate. The procedure itself is quick and they make you as comfortable as possible. My tattoos have significantly lightened after only 4 sessions which makes me excited for the final result. I definitely recommend this process and location.

I’ve been getting treatments with Removery for years now because my tattoo is pretty stubborn. I had no issues whatsoever with the technicians and staffs in Boston. They were great. I moved and had to go here instead. The service at this Katy location is nowhere near what I received from the Boston team. Service here sucks! Tyler has a terrible attitude and zero communication skills. Zara is no better. Every time I communicate with these girls, they respond like I’m intruding on their time. They talk very impolitely and not professional at all - no enthusiasm whatsoever like they don’t want to be there.I was driving to my appointment and texted them I’m running 5 minutes late (I have done this before and they were fine with it every time). Tyler called me and wanted me to reschedule because she’s fully booked blah blah, and was pretty much saying how it was my fault I already rescheduled my appointment to a 15 min slot when my tattoo needs 30 min, she would have to rush etc. etc. If that’s the case then why was I able to book that time slot in the first place? How is that my fault? They even confirmed my appointment a few days before too. That could’ve been communicated with me prior to the day of my appointment and I would’ve been okay to rebook or show up early had I knew. But now she’s talking to me like I’m inconveniencing her. I was annoyed because I was literally 10 minutes away and she was giving me an attitude the whole time on the phone. She could’ve been talking to me more nicely. I told her just cancel my appointment and I will reschedule with the call center and she just hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that? Tyler talks to you like she doesn’t need or care if you go there.I am HIGHLY disappointed in the service at this location. From receiving spectacular service from the Boston location, I would NEVER expect this kind of service from Removery. Hopefully this issue gets addressed and fixed by the company. Proper attitude goes a long way.

Tyler & Danielle are awesome! I felt very informed throughout the consultation. Danielle answered all my questions and Tyler did a great job during my first treatment. Made sure I was comfortable and at ease. The Katy location is nice and clean.

Love this place. They make you feel very comfortable about the procedure before and after. They give you all the necessary information you need to know to get the best removal. They are very welcoming and very attentive when explaining your Tattoo horror stories.

My tattoo is fading after around 8 treatments. I bought the unlimited removal package since I didn’t want any chances and my tattoo was quite thick. Glad I did since I definitely saved money this way. Very satisfied with removery and their patient technicians and how easy it is to schedule and reschedule appointments. I’m confident that my tattoo will be fully removed within the year.

I went in for a consult. Danielle zoomed me through the info I needed, and then Tyler was able to give me my first treatment right then. I was in and out in 25 minutes. It was surprisingly very pleasant, and both Danielle and Tyler were amazing!

Newbie in every sense of the way. I have no tattoos but on my eyebrows. After 5 years of a bad microblading job, I was at Removery today to help me erase the bad arches. In hopes a reputable brow professional would take me on as a new client. No one would or could make my brows look better until I removed the bad ink. Nervous was an understatement. Positives were once I arrived I felt welcome and they went through the process and testing of the area first to see if my skin will cooperate. We decided to move forward and so far I am hopeful. We wait 6 weeks to see how much will fade but the experience today was easy, painless and remarkably fast.There was only one negative. My original appointment confirmation text was immediately greeted by another text that rescheduled my appointment with no curtesy call to explain why. It was I who had to call and let them know I couldn’t make the date they rescheduled for me. I’m glad I didn’t let that detour me from following through with today’s visit.

Went in to get my microblading removed. The girls were super sweet and went over everything before the procedure. We did a test spot and then went forward with the full procedure. My brows are almost completely gone after one visit.

One session down & already seeing some progress! Kind of felt like a shock getting it done, but the minor pain was tolerable. I have been getting my tattoo lasered by the same technician for a while now but he wasn’t available so I came to someone else. She wasn’t very friendly tbh but I’m disappointed bc she actually lasered a part of my skin that isn’t tattooed at all and since the laser setting was up so high it burned me. When I went back in immediately to show her she seemed to try to play it off by asking if I’m sure there was no ink there. Saying the laser only hits the pigment, when it clearly burned me. Then she looked back at the original pics and saw for herself and just quickly apologized like I’m sorry but yeah it’ll heal like the rest. It came off so nonchalantly and rude like it was no big deal to her. It is a big deal! Definitely wouldn’t go back bc of this.***Update 2/10/24 Now that everything has healed the part of my skin the tech lasered that wasn’t tattooed definitely left a scar! She didn’t lower the settings even after I told her at my last appt it was too high. The integrity of your skin should always be the techs number one priority. Also, I also saw another review said she didn’t even bother to reschedule for their next appt. Same here, she didn’t even ask.

Very unprofessional place had me waiting for over a hour and I had left and got a text that they are ready for me so I came back and when I did there was no one in the front to help me. DONT COME HERE

Great experience. Easy to book, quick and very clean. Danielle was great to explain the process and explain purchasing options, and Tyler was fantastic at making it the most pleasant experience it could be.

I would highly recommend this location, not only because of the lovely women who made my experience amazing. Danielle and Tyler both made my process fast and stress-free, but they were also available to start treatment the same day.
