Piercer (large woman with red hair) was really rude after piercing my cartilage she didn’t even show me the piercing afterwards- she then sent me out of the room and took in the next person. It’s been a month and my ear was infected and swollen. The pricing is good but not the service quality. Just invest in your piercings don’t go here!

I’m a tattoo artist from another city and came with a friend for piercings and let me just say I only left 1 star so I could leave a review. Shop is old and sketchy looking. And piercing are $5 for a reason. No type of professionalism sanitation nor hospitality. I’ll never return when I visit Houston. Amber was very rude for my piercings and when I asked why she was so fast she made it a point to tell me she has been doing this for 22 years and sees 250 people/day. Btw she didn’t sanitize with of my piercings she gave me a paper towel with a dab of alcohol on it afterwards. No aftercare instructions etc. No personality at all. I was told by a guest when walking out that she dago’ daughter. DO NOT GO HERE! No way to treat folks who literally pay your bills. Just Spend more and go elsewhere. Btw the tattoo art is very generic. And Very rude staff! Do better Dagos!

Went in for a septum and nipple piercing this evening and had a pleasant experience.The sweet girl at the front was super patient when I was picking out my jewelry and answered any questions.When I went in for my piercing, Maria, explained everything to me and was super sweet. She had a great vibe.

Got my belly piercing here and 3 tattoos so far the lady that does the piercings is quick and fast didnt even feel the needle at allllll. Julio did my tattoos and hes great 10/10 would recommend spent about $65 all together and Im more than satisfied. will be going back in the future.

This is by the worst tattoo place i’ve ever been too. first of all, they are so rude, nasty & bad attitudes. y’all not even all that fr to be having an attitude with somebody but anyway, i got my belly pierced here & she didn’t mark where she was supposed to pierced, she literally wiped it with alcohol & hurried up & pierced it. later on, my piercing rejected (yes i cleaned it everyday) & i had to take it out. don’t go to this place just because it’s cheap….its not worth it at all & they should literally close this place down before someone get hurt.

The piercer is so rude it’s crazy, she did not mark where she was piercing, I asked a question and got no response. All she said was “don’t move and don’t touch me” my nipple piercing looks like trash, she pierced BEHIND the nipple. I’m going to have to get it redone AGAIN. I was recommended to go here and I’m regretting it. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE! She needs to find a different profession. Pricing was lovely but this is one of those “you get what you pay for” situations.

Service was amazing. Got my industrial, surface tragus, 4 lobes (1st set of lobes were not pierced here) 2 daiths and 1 rook all in one sitting back in September. Amanda was amazing and talked me through the process. No infections for me ALL YOU NEED IS ORANGE DIAL HANDSOAP AND WARM WATER TO CLEAN THEM!! (my industrial looks like that because I slept on it a lot when I first got it)($90 was my total)

Love Dagos! I wish they were closer to me! The prices are very reasonable, cash only, very quick and great work! Definitely, my favorite tattoo and piercing parlor across the states! I cant wait until I can visit Houston again for another great Dago experience!

0/10 Highly Do Not Recommend. I Went In For Snake Eyes. The Piercer Moved Too Fast Didnt Mark The Placement And Said She Cant Put Marker On The Tongue. She Did It And When She Finished I Tried to Look In The Mirror But She Rushed Me Out Talking Bout Theres A Mirror Outside. The Piercing Was UNDER My Tongue Rather Than The TIP Of My Tongue And It Was Crooked. I Took It Out And I Will Let Someone More Professional Do It No Matter The Cost. This Is A Piercing I Really Wanted So I Want It Done Correctly So If That Means I Gotta Pay $100 Thats What Imma Do. 0/10 Highly Do Not Recommend.

I went here based on a friend recommendation but its been months and my industrial isnt healing wellI went with a friend and she removed hers due to all the swelling and bumps it was forming. I wouldnt recommend the piercer was really rude not a friendly first experience.

Terrible customer service first off. Then the lady pierced my Medusa and literally the piercing was completely crooked I had to immediately take it out when I got home . She didn’t have the audacity to tell me the shi was pierced wrong. If you’re thinking about going there don’t. I also got my Ashley piercing done there and she also pierced it crooked. I genuinely would rate the place 0 stars if I could.

This place is HORRIBLE and dirty! The girl at the front wasnt very welcoming but tbh its what I expected from the place. The piercer who has apparently has been doing it for 22 years didnt even let me know she was gping in. Didnt mark my nose didnt show me the location, no mirror nothing. When the first needle went in I mention how I thought she would at least mark it so I can see and she told me shes been doing this for years she knows what she is doing. You get what u pay for. Wont be back even if the piercings are 1$

The piercing lady was AWFUL and she needs to find another job. Her attitude sucked and made you feel like she hated being there. If this review was solely based on her they would get a ZERO but the guy that did my tattoos(Julio) was great so Ill give a 3

Amber was my piercer and she was amazing! Very sterile, thorough, and fast. She did six piercings in one setting and I was done in less than 10 minutes and the piercings are exactly what I wanted. We had an entire conversation about our kids while she was piercing me and it was a great distraction. Minimal pain and I was in and out. She’s very good at her job so the wait time was not long at all. Will definitely return for more!

Amazing service very nice and made me feel comfortable I like when she tells me to breath before piercing my ear helps me a lot and she has a fast hand as well my piercings haven’t gotten infected clean them the way she recommended me really appreciate how gentle and nice she is all my piercings are from Amber!!!! And she gives u her own opinion if the piercing will match ur ear style and what works and what won’t work for ur ear gives u different alternative if she doesn’t recommend that piercing for you love her work🫶🏽

Wife got a dermal on her left side of her face. Pierce didnt care to be there was on a video call. Was $25 and only took 2 mins... But not good at customer service at all. No wonder they have those deals up. No bathroom- that sucks probably bc they dont want to clean up. Bland set up. Same tattoo designs everyone else has too at there shop

I highly recommend if you want any piercings done Amber is the best piercer in H-Town!!!!! She is quick and fast and she has a customer for life!

She pierced my tongue so crooked snake eyes look droopy and she knew it was a mistake based off the look she gave … like they can pierce everything except snake eyes correctly or for that one lady that is . It was painful and very disappointing. Just stick to the long haired thicker Latina woman. She knows what she’s doing the most when it comes to piercings that is.

Charged me a 100 dollars to white out a dark tattoo. If you know as an artist that its not going to stick to black people skin then dont provide the service. It only scarred my arm and caused sores. Now I have weeks ahead to heal wounds and no white ink after my first shower! Do better and be honest instead of taking people money. Very painful healing process! And get a toilet for customers so that at 1am paying customers dont have to piss on themselves trying find an establishment to use a toilet we are not spending our time and money!!!

I got my tongue pierced today it was so fast and easy and only 5 dollars Ill be going for tattoos very worth going and reasonable prices

The piercer was rude and dismissive. Worst customer service. Didn’t let me ask any questions and kicked me out. Even went back and forward with her but if u hate your job QUIT!!! Don’t go here for a piercing she did my belly ring crooked.

This place is not the cleanest and it is not clean or fancy, it might look sketchy and you might worry if it is worth it, it is. It is not as scary as it looks everyone is very friendly and they are fast with piercings! I am not sure about tattoos to be honest but they have great deals for piercings read my experience!!My first time here I accompanied my sister who was going to be getting a tongue piercing called snake eyes. I was scared for my sister because I had never been here before and as soon as I walked in I became more worried because it looked old and dirty in the entrance like abandoned however the experience was actually very great and fast!My sister got a snake eyes piercing in 5 min or less was the timing of the piercing itself, there was people there but we did not wait long to get help. My main concern next was if it would hurt or become infected since this is considered a dangerous piercing but no infection, tongue did not become swollen and my sister said the same day and the next day it did not hurt at all! A week passed and no swelling, she was able to eat as long as she did so carefully and she loves her piercing! I can actually say I recommend this place and it is not as scary as it may seem everyone is very nice and honest!

Staff was completely unwelcoming and rude. Especially the curly haired Hispanic man and Hispanic lady in the front. I asked to take a look at the jewelry board and they acted if I asked them to do something completely unreasonable. Place went downhill after the pandemic. They have a horrible attitude the owner definitely needs to upgrade his staff.

TLDR: this place sucks they’re very rude dont go here if you have a choiceI went here at 9pm with my girlfriend and she wanted a nose piercing and the portly dogfaced woman who does the piercings did my girlfriends nose piercing and afterwards we had noticed that it was not symmetrical because she rushed the piercing and was not paying attention to the placement she made so we went back to the front desk to see if they could make an attempt to rectify the mistake that they had made and the other front desk worker a large hispanic man had told us that the problem was the piercings didn’t match (we didn’t believe him) but we decided to take his word for it and spend more NON REFUNDABLE money at an establishment we already didn’t trust and we put the new piercing in and it still wasn’t symmetrical so we went BACK to the front desk and sought more help from then the man said that they could just repierce it and the dogfaced woman(as mentioned before) and my girlfriend went back into the room to pierce and she immediately told my girlfriend after they had say down that she “put it in the place she had asked” (she did not) and handed her a marker which she should have been using the whole time and told her to mark it herself and we had just decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere and leave truly an unprofessional place that will cut any corners they can to abuse their no refund policy truly a stain on the map of houston texas and they should be ashamed of running their business like this

Very ghetto and unprofessional. The piercer had a bad attitude. She slammed the door in customer faces. She did not mark before piercing it and made them uneven.

Back then buisness was booming so me and my friend thought this is our first piercing what a better place to go then here I think not the piercing person and front desk is so rude and have bad customer service and management skills she messed up Me and my friend piercings and when I asked to speak to management she claimed she was DEAGO DAUGHTER we all make mistakes and we didn’t want a refund just to be fixed DONT GO HERE YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!!!!!

Bert did my cover up and it was cheap! Very happy with the outcome of the tattoo doesn’t look like anything was there before! Will be returning to get my flowers touched up since Bert made my tattoo look sooooo good!! Love it dagos will always be a staple to Houston !

The piercing lady was amazing last night. She was very nice and fast both my friend and I was in and out fast with perfect piercings. The man jr who did our tattoo was amazing 100% recommend. He was sweet and the outline was perfect and he was fast too as well as fair with his pricing. Always come back.

Went to this place around over a week ago. I understand that the piercings are affordable but it doesn’t give an excuse to not even explain how to take care of my piercings, the bad service, and overall not being a good piercer(septum & tongue).Idk who was the woman who pierced me but she didn’t prep me or anything for my tongue. She didn’t tell me to clean my tongue and just went through it. I took it out around 3ish days because the placement was wrong and the jewelry was becoming LOOSEI was looking forward to getting my septum pierced. She did the process quick so all she gave me was a napkin which i thought was for my tongue but was for my septum, it kept bleeding a lot and didn’t tell me anything about how to take care of either piercing and all she said was “goodnight”. Tell me why within the first hour of me cleaning it the BALL FALLS OFF. I had backup ends so I managed to screw that on but now that over a week has gone by I’m noticing that the placement is wrong. One side is correct while the other is WRONG? It’s not infected or anything and doesn’t look uneven until you look closely but regardless it was a poorly pierced piercing.I’d say you can risk coming to this place but all I know is that I’m not coming back here

Over the last 3 years, I’ve came here for all of my piercings.2 back dermals, industrial, and medusa. I love being in and out, I love how fast it is and I enjoy the brief conversations me and the piercer hold! (I forgot her name, it’s been a while, but I love her) NEVER gotten an infection.

Amber is the best!! She is super fast, and sweet!. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Its was the weekend and they were super busy. I will be back very soon. 😃

I got a belly piercing there and they did it crooked after not even bothering to clean the area first and then my work belt pulled it til it bled and it started migrating. Which wouldn’t have happened if it had been placed correctly. Just had to take it out today after months of it not healing and being red and irritated. But hey it was only 5 bucks.

I got my first tattoo here many years ago so I stopped by to get another. I think they over charged me a bit but I love my tattoo nonetheless.

The piercer was very rude. She didn’t allow me to speak nor did she ask allow me to ask questions. She didn’t tell me how to clean my nose peircing just immediately said next person. They are very unprofessional.

The workers are rude, unwelcoming environment and the piercing experience sucks. The place of business was slow but they treat you as if it’s busy & make you leave as soon as they pierce you. They will free hand pierce you without telling you when or using a marker to show you where the piercing will land. Therefor 50/50 chance your piercing won’t be right. This is my second time coming here and both experiences were bad. I got my septum done here came out crooked, got my industrial here and she didn’t do it right either. She sent me out of the room with napkins immediately while I was dripping blood while yelling out NEXT. Very unprofessional and unpleasant process. Would not recommend to get cheap piercings here because you pay for what you get. A bad piercing and bad experience.

Still has good artists that are passionate about the work, I just would suggest going on their slow hours to avoid a line and to also avoid a fatigued tattoo artist .

They were rude the lady that was answering the phone wouldn’t let me talk at all to ask any questions , her attitude sucks and all I wanted was to know how much a tattoo was for my sisters arm.

I’ve got my nose pierced here recently of July 2nd 2022, and when one of the girls Pierced my nose quick, she walked out after doing it, and didn’t even check it out, nor asked me how does it feel, she just walked out. A day later I realize the piercing did not go through fully on the inside. So I called the number on my receipt, and it keeps going straight to voicemail.Then when I went back in a day later for them to fix their mistake, they charged me again, and I told them that “I already paid and need a adjustment”, but the women told me “no money no service” even though I’d showed them my receipt with a signature from one of the girls, they still charged me. After that, they took a look at it and just force the nose ring through my nose with an nasty bad attitude. I’d told her that I need to look in the mirror to check, she told me to “check the mirror outside” and then said “NEXT”.A day later, I still couldn’t feel the nose ring from the inside, and realized the nose ring they gave me was too small, and it went back up the hole from the inside. A few hours later when I was at work, it fell out and I didn’t realized it until after looking into the mirror.These people did a very bad job, and have poor customer care. Business wise I wouldn’t recommend their services after going through the hassle of trying to get in contact with them, being charged twice for their mistake, and having an nasty attitude towards me. Business and craft wise, this place is a 1 STAR rating. It’s better just to find another shop, and to end the cycle by stop supporting a bad business folks.

One of the ladies at the front desk was kind of rude. There was also a pretty long wait, but over all the experience was worth it because JR did a great job on my tattoo. My husband doesn’t remember the artist name who did his but he did good

Got piercing earlier this year and Amber was great. Clean, fast and it didnt hurt.Took my youngest daughter tonight to get her nose pierced because she been asking me since I got mines done. She was a little nervous but excited and Amber made her feel comfortable and told her what not to do. It went fast and my daughter said mommy it didnt hurt.Thanks Amber 😊

Would give no stars if I could. I got my snake eyes pierced here and not only did she not mark or prep me, but she put a curve bar IN MY TONGUE PIERCING! I did not know until I had to take it out because I could feel it pulling on my nerves. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF THE LADY THAT HATES HER JOB AND PEOPLE IS WORKING

Unprofessional, unwelcoming, & borderline rude! I was the only customer & it’s like she still rushed and pierced my tongue so far back you can’t even see it unless I purposely open my mouth (frog eye piercing). This was a waste of my $25 which is weird because the person that told me to go there was only charged $20. I’ve had this piercing done before & you could see it when I talk without me having to open my mouth wide. She could have at least asked me about placement or consulted with me in some way. If y’all want a piercing I’d go somewhere else. She didn’t even ask me to rinse my mouth out before she pierced it which has always been asked of me when I got a tongue piercing at any shop. Then she said ppl don’t mark the tongue before piercing well maybe not there but, I have 2 videos in my phone to prove 2 different piercers marked it beforehand. I’m going back to my original piercer when I go back home to get this done correctly, again… & this time I will make sure to have a backup in case I lose the ball so it won’t close.

I visited this Dagos for the first time after so many people recommending to me that i should go, so I gave it a shot.Automatically, when you walk it in does look a little rusty. However, the employees there are so friendly and help walk you through the process. I went there to get my mid helix done. HEADS-UP: they only accept cash! kids aren’t allowed & food/drinks aren’t either inside of the establishment.I never got the name of the guy who did my piercing but he was super welcoming and talking to me while I got my piercing. He managed to calm down my nerves and I realized it wasn’t too bad. He did the piercing so quick! Very good service, i’ll definitely be going again :)

Great place to get affordable piercings. I cannot speak to the tattoos, but the piercings are sterile and have always healed well for me with proper care. Bring cash and your ID. Know what you want pierced before you approach the counter, because the staff is very no nonsense and are always moving quickly through a ton of customers.

Quick, Simple, Fast! Ive been getting work done at Dagos.Back when ladies got a FREE tattoo when you/someone spends $20/up LOL.But my Advice then and now...Go when it isnt busy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes (not rush job), and didnt have to wait for a parking spot.The lady Amber was dope! For real...This was my first painless piercing!

I wish I could show a picture of how she pierced my forward helixs (I got two one on each side). My left side landed me to take antibiotics because it was so infected of the way she pierced it (December 21, 2023).I still cant even see the bar because she pierced it totally wrong to the point its not through in through it looks inside the ear plus neither are in the correct spot smh. She didnt mark it are ask where I wanted it in particular because it can be done in a few places and she did NEITHER of them. She did what she wanted, she was very rough, inconsiderate and rude.She didnt even let me know she was about to pierce my ear she just started unannounced. I had a bump from my daith I got done some where else 3yrs ago and she just bust the bump without my permission and now its infected and pusing smh.Even though my right side isnt done correctly its healing and my left side isnt. Now Im looking into finding a shop that can remove it because I cant reach it. I wouldnt recommend letting Amber do any piercing especially with the messed up attitude she has and for no reason and all the time. She definitely shouldnt be in her profession if shes NOT a peoples person because thats the vibe she gives.I got my navel pierced by her October 27, 2023 and she was the same way, but I just thought maybe she had a bad day, but nope thats her personality smh. Oh and yes my navel got infected too and never healed. Im trying any and everything to try not to have to let it close , but its not looking good.

DO NOT GO HERE! They used to have reasonable pricing and good service before the pandemic. Ever since , they’ve sucked. I’ve had bad experiences with my piercings and trying to get tattoos. But it’s my fault that I kept coming back.1st Experience: (mind you I’ve already gotten a tattoo on my chest and a septum from them before at this point.) the butch girl with glasses SHOULDNT be piercing. They freehand and don’t mark you , or they don’t clean you before and after... my nose had dried blood on it. All she did was give me a dry napkin that didn’t help much. I asked to clean myself in their restroom and she told me it’s not opened to the public and that I’d have to clean myself at home.. She pierced my left nostril crooked. It kept slipping out and whenever I went to place the piercing in , the inside hole was at an angle and didn’t meet the first hole. If I would have kept forcing it , it would have made another hole! I let it close.2nd Experience: I let the girl who pierced my septum pierce my medusa. They have cheap piercing jewelry that doesn’t give space for swelling. My Medusa started nesting the next morning. As time went on , my top lip was WAY bigger than my bottom. My lip got puss in it. I had to purchase a longer bar length on eBay and my lip finally went down. Pus wouldn’t stop coming out my lip for 2 months. I ended up saving my piercing with proper care. From that point on , I decided to never get piercings from there . I thought I’d just stick to tattoos since my first ever tattoo was from them and it was a decent price! But oh boy did I put too much faith in them..3rd Experience: Me and my mom wanted to get tattoos together! For the piece I wanted , it was small and I wanted it on my wrist to my mid arm. My budget was $300. The receptionist guy told me that the total would be $1,200 and if I didn’t want detail , they’d do $600… WHAT? Why would I pay $600 for something that doesn’t even have detail…. My mom just wanted a small 11:11 on her wrist. They said $120! Me and my mom took our business to 290ink 15 minutes away.The lines used to be pouring out the door with a full parking lot. But it’s definitely empty now and I’m not surprised.DAGOS IS A RIP OFF! They literally don’t care about customer satisfaction or giving decent pricing anymore. Dago should be disappointed in how him and JR let the shop get….!

I went earlier today to get my 4th piercing from here. Each time I go I request Amber. She’s super sweet and is quick. I don’t have anything against any other staff member there I just prefer Amber because I’m very scared of needles and I know she’s super light handed, quick and comforting. Go to Dagos! You won’t regret it.

Got my tongue pierced last week I had no swelling but my friend kept telling meh here’s were crooked I didn’t believe it til today I called to tell them he had an attitude (well you can come back and get it pierced that’s all I can tell you) yeah for y’all to mess it up and it won’t look right

Honestly from wen I first got there I was nervous but also worried bc i have never had this piercing done due to the my anxiety but then procrastinated like a mf bc as u can tell my nose big then a mf n didn’t think it would look good! But I also have been dying for my nose piercing so when I sat down it was nothing to it! Went here for a piercing and the lady was very rude. Rushed the entire process and it wasn’t busy when I went. Didn’t mark place she would be piercing. Had to ask her the aftercare instructions because all she was doing is saying “Next” while I was still in there. They need to learn to treat paying customers better. It was mostly young blk people that were just excited for their service. Nobody was being loud or disrespectful, yet the lady seemed frustrated. I won’t be going back and advise blk people to spend money where you are wanted. Wouldn’t recommend.

Im gonna be honest, it is not the prettiest place around. i went around 12 am the place was packed, parking was difficult, cars blocking each other. They dont have a public restroom, you have to use a porta potty outside, for those that like to know those details. They work on a cash only basis, they do have an ATM inside. must bring I.D. and will fill out a bunch of paper work. when getting ready to get tatted the artist made me sign and initial all of the brand new needles that he was opining up. The needles were not open and laid out in the table like some people say. i probably had to wait like 45 minute until i was called up for the tattoo. i think i will only trust this place with small and simple tattoos. i have other places for my bigger pieces. Tattoos healed properly but the artist kind of rushed on one and now im gonna have to go an get it filled in, he left a couple blank spots while shading. my wife got an ear piercing, she told me that she felt the guy was a little aggressive with her after she made him move the position of the piercing a few times. she could tell that he was getting annoyed with her.

The price of the piercing and the front desk was the greatest part of our experience as for the piercer she was rude and in a rush. I understand that she was busy but I believed you can give great and quick customer service. She also does not use a clamp nor did she look for my sweet spot for my septum piercing. I asked for a smaller jewelry she just said no I was willing to pay extra I just wanted it the way I pictured my piercing. I started to bleed a lot and she gave me a paper towel and sent me out the room for the next person who was my sister. Same thing with her piercing rude and quick and she pierced he bellybutton crooked because she did not use a clamp. The price is good but I would not recommend if you want great quality and to be a little more comfortable with your piercer.

I got my surface tragus & my nose pierced and it was quick, easy and clean with barely any pain but a pinch, amber was a great piercer and I’ll definitely go again!!

Went to see Amber for several piercings and she never disappoints. Got 3 nose piercings in one session, some forward helix piercings, and transverse lobe. She’s quick, clean, and professional. Definitely my go-to person!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! the lady was incredibly rude. think her name was Amber. i went to get an orbital… the placement that is displayed was not where she placed it and she rushed the entire process. It hurt so bad and she told me to quit moving but if she had given me an advance on when she was getting started i would’ve been able to breathe through it. When i complained about the placement she had an attitude. I also changed out my helix piercing and she threw the one i had away without asking me first. Will not be returning EVER AGAIN! if i could zero stars i would!!

Last minute decision at 1am and I had a ball there. The tattoo artist had me and my best friend cracking up the entire time we was there getting tattoos. I switched up coloring and kept pestering with questions and all he did was answer me every time and allowed me to have my way even if it was redoing some shading or taking off the original blue print and putting it how I want it. Have not been here in years and its always been a pleasure 😎😎

Went in today to get tattoo everyone was friendly and place was clean!! I have gotten several tattoos here over the years!! I love this place!!! Junior didn’t tattoo me tonight but he is a great artist and makes you feel at home!! My husband was in love with my tattoo it was a gift to him!! Love this place

My daughter got a nose and ears piercings. They were fast checking us in. Even the lady that did my daughters piercing was fast, also The place was very clean, Covid safe. They also helped my daughter she was a little nervous, they were making her laugh, talking too her through the process She felt comfortable Throughout the whole procedure. we will be going back thank you.

Normally I go and I don’t have any problems but last night 6/28 I went and it was packed. The people were extremely RUDE and impatient. The girl piercing (I didn’t catch her name) got mad because I called her out on her rudeness and she gave the response well if people “just listen” I thought that was rude and inappropriate seeing as to how these “people” are here paying their money. Next I got to get a small tattoo and the guy is trying to tell me where to put the tattoo after I told him I didn’t like the location so he starts talking to another tattoo artist in Spanish about me probably thinking I didn’t understand lol and I proceed to tell him if I’m paying for a tattoo then I want it there I want it the end. Overall my experience this time wasn’t so great I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

Really appreciate this place for all that it stands for.I myself have only experienced hospitality, significant customer service, and always walk out with a smile on my face and fresh ink on my arm.In particular Id like to show support to my artist Jon aka Goldbox whom is extremely ambitious and precise when it comes to him throwing down ink. For one there was no parking and that’s common but that was not the issue, the problem was one of the girls (piercer) came outside yelling at us saying we had to move and gave us attitude ok we did.. that was strike 1. After my group of people some wanted a tattoo other’s piercings the tattoos were expensive $20 something so tiny and $20 more if you wanted to add a letter.. which the tattoo most of all fainted. The piercer did an eyebrow on one of the girls in my group and didn’t do it right it fell out instantly. The other got snake eyes and she did them crooked and the piercing was way too small he had to go get them taken out by the next day it had puss in it. Now there’s a paper that says the price of each piercing and when you tell them that’s what you want they charge you something else. Overall horrible experience for the price and the quality not good.

I started coming to Dago’s when I wanted to get a lot of stuff done on my ears. Amber has done 8 of my ear piercings, both my nose piercings and now belly! Each time has been so quick I don’t even realize she’s already done with the piercing. She also keeps her station clean, and everything helped up well.

Went in..everyone was acting as if I did not matter as a customer...im a black female...from out of town..would NOT suggest. Ask for pictures when they clearly have them on the walls. Told me tattoo are expensive as if I dont have money... never quoted a price after googling what I wanted....the whole experience was terrible. The only person that seemed like she wanted to be pleasent was the older lady in the front. This place was recommended considering I already have 8 tattoos. Will not return. I will definitely return for a piercing, but I give them a 3 due to the rudeness of the piercer. The person at the door was AWESOME. She was very personable. The young lady at the desk was professional and nice. The piercer girl was just rude for no reason. Definitely an “A” hole! I’ve been going to dagos for a while and have amber pierce everything she have always done a great job for me personally she asks if the placement was good or not.

I got my helix and my belly pierced. The area was very clean and they were all really nice. Amber pierced me and she reassured me that everything would be fine and quickly pierced me (which was good).

Theyre inexpensive theyre very good at what they do when I only complaint would be my nose ring came out the day after I got it done because they dont have a back on it they just bend the earring thing.

Great place and great people not to mention the great prices… they are talented artists and I love every tat I get from Dagos … you will not be disappointed.. even the piercing is good. They take pride in their work and I appreciate that. I drive 45min to them that alone should tell you something. It’s worth the money, drive, and pain lol. Try them out , you won’t be disappointed. I swore I wasnt going back but my homegirl wanted a piercing. They already messed up my leg YEARS ago spelling 7thmy tattoo wrong. I gave them another chance with a piercing and yet again disappointed. My ear is burning. I am about to take all the piercings out.

Well I’m going to be very crystal clear. AMBER was very rude, she didn’t even greet me she said next and that was it. I went in and she had gloves on already so you know what that means. She didn’t change her gloves she never asked me what side I wanI indus on she just said your getting the industrial and I said yea then she said don’t move. She also said don’t grab my hand and in my head I’m like I didn’t even move. Then she said don’t move, I was trying to ask her is she going to countdown or what. Next thing I know I was jammed in my ear to the very top of my ear. Then jammed in the 2nd spot. My ear was in excruciating pain for 2 months. At night I would feel shocking pains and had severe headaches on my right side. She didn’t even say all done she just went to the door with the same gloves and said next. She then did my mother n law’s dermal. Mind you my moms dermal came right out the next day. My mother went back to get it fixed and still 4 days later her dermal came out. The staff is very wet very nice. I was having a good time conversating with everyone until AMBER called me over to get my piercing. My mother has a hole in her cheek and I now have a messed up ear because of her. Now I have read other complaints and amber should not be working there. She needs to be fired!!! I have went to other piercing shops and they have told me that my industrial piercing was placed in the wrong place. So yes ms.AMBER YOU need to be fired cus I’m not the only person you have messed up. And she is very rough and very rude. This is definitely not the profession for you!! Period! Otherwise I had a vibe there. I will never go back because of amber and anybody ask me about there I will say yes go there but do not let amber pierce anything for you! Period!!!!

The lady in the front was rushing and rude.the one that did my piercing was so also extremely rude didn’t even measure anything and rolled her eyes and had an even bigger attitude that I asked her to count to 3 when she was going to pierce me .I asked her so that could make sure I wouldn’t move and it would make her job easier she didn’t do it then the piercing was not centered and she didn’t measure ANYTHING and let me clear this up I DID NOT MOVE I stayed perfectly still. I took my wife for her birthday and all we can say is amazing wow. Junior and Larry did outstanding jobs way better than the original design. Very nice and clean place. Will definitely have more work done by these two amazing artists.

Really terrible experience. Rude staff, charged $1 for a mask, my piercing was done with a needle that was much bigger than the scrawny little nose study they put in. The jewelry had no post to stay in. They didn’t even wipe my blood. I took it out as soon as I got home. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They treat their customers terribly. I wanted to go back in an ask for a refund , and after care but it just wasn’t worth it. They made $6 and I left with nothing but a bloody nose that needs to be properly repierced

Customer service was ok, It could have been better. My sister and I got piercings last night and the body modification artists rushed through the whole process. They didn’t take the time to mark where we wanted our piercings at, I’m disappointed with the service we received. Our piercings came out crooked. I got my nose ring from here when I was 14, I’m 20 now & it’s not the same. I went here again last week for piercings and the girl who does the piercings now is rude and ROUGH asl. I stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes while the two girls laughed and joked around & CLEARLY seen me standing there. She finally decided to hand me the piece of paper and fill everything out after bsn for 15 minutes. When it was time to get my piercing the lady was very dismissive and in a rush. This is my 2nd time getting an industrial, but this time it hurted like HELL. Not only was she rough, but she moved SLOW at the same time. This is my 3rd time here, the first two times I didn’t have this problem with the man or the other lady. They need new staff, the younger two and the piercer are horrible & childish.

I got my industrial ear piercing and my hip surface bars done here less than a week ago. It was extremely cheap, and the piercer didn’t even ask me where I wanted it on my hips, didn’t ask me what angle I wanted for industrial, and didn’t even check to make sure my ear was right anatomy. The industrial isn’t suppose to look like this, it’s supposed to be MUCH more angled, not a straight bar… it’s supposed to end near top right of ear not the complete right side where ear touches head? I tried telling her the hips were crooked and she said “I do 155 piercings a day I got this” yet they’re so uneven anyone can notice it a mile away…. She didn’t even give me a mirror to see ear or hips once done, she just herded me away and asked for the next customer, like we were cattle… I tipped her $20 and she was so shocked she showed her sister who also seemed super shocked. I shouldn’t of tipped that much, I shouldn’t of even walked out of there without seeing final product and address it, but I guess you get what you paid for… I had to remove the industrial today because my ear swelled up so bad my ear was practically eating it, two other profesional piercers said she should of never done this, and it was so bad they were shocked a professional even did it.

I absolutely despise this place and it’s staff. The piercers are bottom of the barrel sub par piercers & are very rude. I got 2 nose piercings & a Medusa. They don’t count down, they don’t mark you or anything they just free hand and will put in your piercings crooked/uneven. I asked her why she was moving so fast and she said “we get a lot of business so we have to treat it like an assembly line” … like, girl WHAT? I was literally the only person there. You couldn’t pay me enough money to go back there.Not to mention i had been there 2 weeks prior to have my jewelry changed and not even 3 days later it came unscrewed so i had to start ALL OVER which is why i had to get my Medusa repierced in the first place. Pure and utter trash this place and the people are. & if you say anything about the way they do things they’ll catch an attitude. You’re honestly better off picking any animal from the zoo to do your piercing.Do yourself a favor and just find somewhere else to go. Idc how cheap they are, it isn’t worth it and you’ll likely have to get something redone anyway you might as well get it done the right way the first time somewhere else, somewhere better.

Unwelcoming environment. Unsanitary equipment. Was already hesitant about coming here, but my experience just confirmed my suspicions. Crooked piercing that unscrewed and moved with me simply eating. Came back 2 hrs later though. Requested for a longer bar before any piercing occurred, was told there wasn’t anymore lengths. When I politely came back back to address issue, piercer was offended and claimed “I was complaining from the beginning” “you saw when I marked , should’ve said something then. I pierced it through the blue dots.” I am not responsible for ensuring that my piercing is done properly. So that did not make sense.Was not pierced straight and bar was not long enough for proper healing. Also claimed that I was lying about it and unscrewing and that that it wasn’t crooked and I just wanted a different bar. Yeah Of course I asked for a longer bar , but I wouldn’t drive 30 minutes back to lie about a piercing that I’ve been wanting for months. My service was not done properly and I respectfully confronted her about it. The situation was not handled professionally. Continued to talk over me. Voice was slightly getting louder so customers and one of the workers were looking in the room that we were in. “I’m not going to argue with you , I’m not touching you again” . When she was the individual insisting on arguing. Eventually another piercer repierced me but my lip is so irritated so I just took that out. This is just my single experience alone but I’ve read poor reviews about people’s piercing experiences here so I’m sure the issue doesn’t lie with me.

I’ve been coming here for 16 years for piercings (and a couple of tattoos)…The piercer they have now is BY FAR the best they’ve ever had! She’s so down to earth, knowledgeable and quick af! She’s light handed too, so when she finished my navel I wasn’t even aware! Not to mention she’s straight up eye candy! Absolutely beautiful! Go see her for your piercings! 🥰

Went yesterday and got a helix piercing. I got it for the first time there 2 years ago on a Wednesday and it was packed but great service. I went again yesterday and they had 2 separate lines outside, one for piercings and one for tattoos. The lines moved fast even though they were only letting a few people in at a time. They required masks, checked our temperatures, and gave us hand sanitizer. The piercing cost $5 and it was a quick and sanitary process. I was really happy to see all the safety measures. Ill be back soon!

Only 4 because its a totally different atmosphere then when I use to come it use to have decorated and had the music going. She didnt ask me where on my nose. I did tell her I wanted the right side. I actually wanted it farther back in the crease. I guess when you pay $5, you get what you pay for... She was also rude. Yes, I was very mad a couple of days ago. Im still kinda disappointed about not being asked about placement of my nose piercing. I look good with it, I think. Well, as of today, February 24, 2023. I ended up with a keloid and an infection on my nose. That $5 nosering has ended up being almost $100. I ordered antibiotics today. I also have a follow-up with a dermatologist so she can shave off this large keloid on my nose. Thank God I have health insurance. The ring used wasnt bent enough, so it came out multiple times(almost every day for 30 days), which traumatized the tissue on my nose. Thats why I ended up with the keloid. I asked myself if it was worth it. 👎 👎 👎 👎Well, by March 31, 23, I ended up spending at least $450 after dermatologist visits, tests, and medications. Waited till I was 50 + years old to get a nosering. Im very disappointed and frustrated with my experience and the end results 😞

They werent rude per say but they werent friendly either. Lady that did me didnt even mark where she was gunna pierce and my belly button piercing wasnt Center and didnt have enough skin so it wouldve ripped out or my body wouldve rejected it. Also, I was not given anything to stop the bleeding. Lucky my friend didnt have an ID so we went to another place for hers andThe worker there offered to redo my belly for free once it heals. She said shes always fixing pricing from this place.

I got my nose pierced with no warning that I was about to be pierced, no “take a deep breath” or “123” …just STUCK me out of nowhere. THE PAIN!!!! Not to mention the lady was rude and entitled. I expressed my concerns because I knew that I had made the wrong decision in coming here, demanded a refund, but was refused one.20 minutes later, I reached for my wallet and the piercing ripped immediately, blood pouring down my lower face. All I could do was cry because I knew that I was not being dramatic when I demanded a refund, I knew something was not right. You don’t treat people this way and I am not the type to take kindly to being mistreated, so Dagos, this is not over. You’re lucky it was only $5 because I would happily make bad decisions in retaliation. Guys, don’t be cheap and put yourself in harms way by coming here. Please don’t.

I went and they were pretty good on how things were being operated. ALLI was the best piercer Ive had like ever. She was quick and how affirming she was is a huge plus! Especially if someone is nervous! She was super calming and encouraging. She got my constellation piercing down and triple checked with me. Also kept making sure she was on point during as well. They kept the amount of people in the building to a minimum and everything ran smoothly! Will be booking Alli for all of my piercings and telling all of my people to go to her as well. Shes the best no cap.

Worst experience ever for nose piercing. The piercing lady handed my daughter a pen to mark her nose where she wanted the piercing to be and we asked for her professional opinion did it look even and at the right place she turned around and said “where ever you place the marking is where I’m placing it” and enter the needle on daughters nose and then yelled next, she didn’t take her time to see if it was place good or check if she was bleeding nor provided any type of care instructions. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go for piercings nor tattoos all bc of her attitude and no customer service at all!!

The lady who did my piercing was very nice. But the piercing is crooked. Its all good for the 5 bucks you pay. But I took it off andPrefer to pay 45 and get it done right and patiently. They have too many people and they just want you in and out. Just be careful...cause for 5 bucks you dont get the best. I will not return.

Soon as my lady and I pulled up, some young kids in the car next to us said be careful they fighting in there. We waited for an adult who confirmed to not go in because of a brawl. We didnt get our piercing and had to leave. Not saying its a bad place. Its just good oriented. They have good work, just stay alert and cautious.

I got my belly button pierced yesterday and she did it so fast, but it’s literally crooked. She didn’t use a clamp or anything she just grabbed with her fingers and then boom she stuck me. Don’t get me wrong I love how fast it was but I feel like if she didn’t try to rush my Piercing would be straight

Fast service. Professional....Ive had several piercings at Dagos and have never had a problem. In fact Ive gotten my nipples, lips, nose, eyebrow, tongue, dermals and a Medusa done.. None of the staff have ever been rude to me.. They are friendly and business. Dagos daughters work there and they are strong independent women, if you cant handle that then it sounds like youre damn problem.. Leave your feelings at the door or at the Airline exit baby...

I went and she did my bellybutton and she said she had ten years of experience so i wasn’t worried about her marking it first she pierced my stomach too high so i got it re pierced and it looked better

0/10 for piercings, not sure if she was overwhelmed because of the line, the piercer was rude, kept screaming NEXT like we were kids, didn’t properly mark, clean or position the piercings and now both of mine are CROOKED. Paid for aftercare and didn’t receive it. You get what you pay for here smfh

Ive been to Dagos over the years for various tattoos, and I must say todays experience was AWESOME/PHENOMENAL! I didnt ask/catch the lady name, but it was the black chick with the bob , NOT the chick Amber with the red hair. She was friendly, fast and efficient. Ive gotten all the piercings I want/need, today I got my nosed pierced and I LOVE IT!

Terrible service! The lady who did my piercing didnt clean her tools, nor did she advise me of what she was doing. Thank to Dagos my nose has gotten infected. Best believe I will NEVER go back over there again!!!

Very rude workers , would not listen to instructions and had aggressive behavior from start to finish . Was told that the piercer knew what she was doing when in fact she didn’t. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend, prices are good but not worth the unprofessional behavior and risk of not getting what you asked for !

Went on a Wednesday for $1 piercings. I was #10 in line. They got me in and out quick. David was my piercer and he was AWESOME and so nice! Quick, polite, and painless. I highly recommend!

I went in to get my industrial piercing done, not only was it done in the wrong place and I now have to get it looked at by another piercing shop, but it’s very infected and irritated. The piercer went way too fast and I could tell they just wanted to get to the next person. They kept asking me to tip, it was just rude. I asked for my outer lobe to be pierced and she pierced the wrong spot. Literally the worst. Super cheap but terrible.

Wanted to ask a question about the jewelry you can buy at the front being sterilized before replacing piercing with it, she was determined to be so rude she misunderstood the question looking like a real dummy. Yes no good at all.

Starting off by saying , I’ve gotten my nose pierced twice here as well as my tongue and no issues from either. Buuuuuuuuut Friday Feb 19th I decided to go here and get my septum pierced. First off, I came in and the thing that did my piercing just had me hold the tray, clamped my nose and quickly pierced it. Not making sure it was done correctly or done straight. Had to quickly take the piercing out because the way it was pierced, one side of the bar was pulling downward on my skin. Even after the thing got done piercing it she didn’t even take a look at to make sure it was straight. Don’t care how much your clients are paying. As a person who’s doing someone a service THEY PAID FOR. Always make sure the client is straight before and after you provide them of said service. Never going here again. GUYS GO TO 713Tattoos.

Go see JR. He’s from Cali from the Bay to LA! He will hook you up. Professional and patient got my first tatt and it was quick and painless! Piercings were cool but my daughter bled a lot. Only downside is they don’t excel CC debit! Not convenient!

They are all rude here especially the lady doing piercing she rushes the piercing and doesn’t show you were the piercing will be to see if you like the area, didn’t even want to get tatted here because of the vibe. So I left there are plenty of better places to go in Houston, not the same from back then when dago’s was the spot.

I’ve gotten over 20 piercings at Dago’s, Amber has been great every time, you can’t even feel it!

Please beware of this place I made an attempt to get my belly repierced (so the holes are already there) the lady missed my holes completely and gave me a slanted piercing. I took it out as soon as I got home because it was so crooked and I refuse to let it heal that way. You definitely get what you pay for at this establishment 🙄

So of course on $1 Wednesday its packed. Wont say anything negative because you pay for what you get. Overall for what I paid I cant complain but I will say customer service is key. That area needs improvement. The piercer was on point even though she slipped with my piercing. Regardless Ill go back

The prices may be cheap for piercings , but YOU’LL RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAID FOR. CHEAP QUALITY WORK! I’ve received 3 piercings from Dagos. 1 was my septum (which healed perfectly fine) , 2 Was my left nostril which I had to take out because the piercer didn’t pierce it correctly. It was at an angle to where I couldn’t properly insert my nose ring without creating another exit hole. 3 Was last night when I got my Medusa. I decided to go back to the same piercer who did my septum. That didn’t help either. Both piercers never cleaned or sanitized my skin and they didn’t notify when they’d be piercing. They just stick the needle in. At the end of piercings 2&3 , they didn’t show me my piercing in the mirror nor did they tell me the bar sizes of my piercings. I’m pretty sure the bar size of my Medusa is hella small because the disk on my retainer is already nesting really bad in my top lip due to swelling…which is causing more swelling. I’m going to have to go on my own and purchase a bigger retainer when I don’t even know the size of the original one I have now.. If not , I’m pretty sure this will get an infection soon. I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to put a new bar in due to how much swelling has occurred. I honestly hope I don’t have to take it out to get it repiereced Because Ive been wanting this piercing for a while. Not to mention that will mean only 1/3 of my piercings have lasted from Dagos. So PLEASE DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE! DONT TAKE THE CHEAP WAY OUT! PAY SOMEONE $$ FOR GOOD QUALITY! BECAUSE IT ISNT DAGOS!

I got my piercings here. Because of the location, they took a long time to heal. But I love them. The lady that pierced me took her time. Let me breathe through it and everything. Everyone was super nice even though it was packed bc it was a Wednesday ($1 piercings). No regrets, I loved it here!

This place is great. Piercer David is super fast and thorough when putting in your piercings. $1 dollar Wednesday is packed, so expect to wait an hour or so, but if youre patient, think about the amount of money youre saving. Im trying to understand why the piercer aspect of this place has gotten negative reviews, but my piercings were sterilized and the piercer makes small talk and makes sure youre comfortable and that the piercing is straight and where you want it.You get more than what you pay for.You might get a few dirty looks here and there if youre alternative or goth dressed, but other than the mild discomfort from other customers, Im totally returning for more!

By far the worst tattoo/piercing shop. I wanted to believe the bad name they had wasn’t true until I went there and the piercer was so rude to me and my friends who were all getting serviced. She quickly rushed through everyone of us, telling us we “better not say anything about the front desk lady bc that’s her “girl” after the lady at the desk yelled at my friend to stand behind the yellow cone. My piercing is not straight she pierced it standing up so now it won’t heal correctly bc the piercing is pointed upwards. And when I asked her if she could line it up w the opposite piercing on the other side she handed me the marker and told me to do it myself, lmaaooooo. So I did and when I asked her if it looked straight she just laughed and said yeah not really and PIERCED my nose. I will never go back, definitely get what you pay for. But it’s nasty and dirty and poor customer service. Go anywhere else just not here.

Got my nose pierced here a few days ago. It was quick and easy. No pain. I wish they could tell you how to clean it other than give you a paper. Will definitely go back for piercings if I want more.
