First time being here. I went in as a walk-in. Spontaneous decision. I didnt know they opened at 2p honestly. I just showed up, but I highly recommend 100%. Theyre so friendly, and clean. Also, very informative to other peoples needs as to mine. Anyway, I was really happy with my tattoo results today with Mj Ultra. She was super cool on what I wanted and explained how the picture I brought in and drew up something so simple, but elegant. Rule of thumb want detail, go a little bigger 😉 Anyway, this place is amazing. I grew up in Garden Oaks in the 80s, and to have this here in heart the heights not far from me, I absolutely love. Please get a tattoo here that you trust. Also, affordable. Thanks again!!

I recently decided to get a new tattoo and came across Dione’s work here. I was immediately impressed by her fine line work and breadth of artistic styles. I had a specific vision for this tattoo and she helped me fine-tune the design and carried it out perfectly. I could only wait half a day before I contacted her with ideas for my next tattoo, and I look forward to seeing what she comes up with!Edit: I’m now FOUR tattoos in with her and happier than ever with her work! I have pretty specific ideas about what I want and am amazed at how she is able to personalize and express her artistry within my guidelines!

This place is great. I see MJ and she’s an incredibly talented artist. I drive from three hours away to see her and it’s absolutely worth the trip. She is an excellent listener and deeply committed to getting your tattoo to be a perfect expression of your artistic vision for your tattoo. She’s a very empathic, smart, and kind person and is an extraordinarily talented artist. If you can go see her, you should absolutely should. I can’t recommend or say enough good things about her.

Wes is always professional and clean. I came in to downsize a previous piercing, and came out with a lovely little lobe stack. He always takes the time to answer questions and give advice. He knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about. I decided to balance out my lobes and add 2 new gems. Even though I had a budget, and I still came out with 2 gold pieces. Made an appointment this time, but he takes walk ins. I’ll always come to Wes for any piercings I need.

I booked an appointment with Wesley for two nostril piercings. If I could give six stars I would. Long story short, hes very professional yet hospitable. Talented eye for placement and makes great personal recommendations. Overall, I enjoyed the vibes of the studio, and will definitely return for their extensive jewelry selection. I couldnt stop thanking Wesley because my piercings look so good!

10/10 recommend!! I’ve had very bad experiences with piercers and I was very anxious and nervous. Wesley was GREAT! When I expressed my concern about the things I’ve experienced with other pierced he reassured me that those things would not happen. The piercing was very quick. He was very knowledgeable and my piercing looks so good. I went in for nipple piercings. This is the best experience I’ve had as with healing as well. The next day I wasn’t in much pain, just sore. By day 3 I was back to normal and doing all of my day to day activities/ exercise. Quality jewelry as well. I highly recommend this place!

Got my ears pierced here and it was such a great experience! All of the staff are so friendly and kind. I usually get pretty nauseous and uneasy with needles but didn’t feel that way at all this time. Definitely planning to come back here for more piercings and maybe a tattoo in the future!

I am a big fan of this shop. I appreciate the efforts made to be an inclusive shop. They are clean and love the vibe of the space. Wes has been great at recommendation for ear piercing curations. I havent had any issues with healing. Miranda did my husbands tattoo and it heeled so well. Lines are clean and its truly a unique piece. I think my favorite thing about this ship is that the owners make an effort in our community to be a safe space and coordinate many charitable events around mental health, industry folk and children in foster care. If I am going to spend money, I like knowing that its going to a local shop who invests heavily into our neighborhood and community.

I recently walked into Houston Heights to get a tattoo to commemorate the passing of my pup. Dione was available and did an absolutely phenomenal job! She was quick, thorough and the thin line work was beautifully and skillfully done. Im so very thankful that my angel pup is forever with me now. Thank you so much, Dione! I will for sure be back!(P.S. Dione was also kind enough to retouch the end of a small line on another tattoo that was driving me crazy. Shes the best!!)

Went in to get both brows pierced. Pretty happy with them. Was cute before but now 😏... Well lmao.On the real tho, talked to the staff and they are super cool peeps. Enjoyed the ambience, the chats, and the service.Will be back again.

First of all I want to say service was excellent! I ended up getting a septum ring that ended up being too small and they were very understanding and willing to fix the issues. The vibes were friendly and I appreciate them answering all my questions and providing visuals for me to see my options. I will definitely be back for more jewelry, which was beautiful!!

Had a consultation with Zane about a custom forearm tattoo. signed some paperwork and sat down to talk about what im looking for. from previous texts, he already had a design ready to show, and i was pretty impressed. I got an appointment to start the tattoo at the end of the month. will give an update and an after pic.

Studio is easy to communicate with. Very flexible scheduling. Zane did my tattoo. He knocked it out in two sessions. He took his time to make sure he was satisfied with it and I was satisfied with it. Tattoo shop is clean. I already have my second tattoo in the works with Zane. I recommend Houston Heights Tattoo and Piercing.

I got a tattoo done by Alan a few weeks ago and it was the best. He has done several of my tattoos actually. He always makes sure that you’re happy with placement and during the process, he always periodically makes sure you’re good. Alan is the best.

Shannon did a koi and some flowers for me and it was awesome! She helped me out with sizing and placement too and made the whole experience really enjoyable and I’m extremely happy with my tattoo!

Best tattoo shop i’ve been to in a while! 10/10 recommend!

The place is cozy. Most of the staff are friendly enough. I gave three stars bc the guy who did my piercing acted like I should know the entire process before I got there. If not for this particular individual I would definitely give 5 stars.

Moe did great work reanimating my old tattoos. He also turned my yin and Yang dragon Tatoo into coy fish. He imagined it and it turned out better than the others. Many compliments I’ve gotten the next day at the gym. His work on my marine corps Tatoo was spot on as well. I’ll be back next month for more.

6 tattoos and 3 piercings in, I feel like I gained enough experience in leaving a review for this place. It’s easy to start with the artists I gotten work from. With Shannon’s masterful usage in line work and shading, Miranda’s expert level portraiture, and MJ’s creative usage of color, I know each work I garner from them will be one of a kind. This is not even adding on with how they somehow make a long session feel way less than they are.I know for sure I found my favorite place and can’t wait to get my next work done by the amazing Dione.*latest tattoo from Shannon ☺️

Art is the man he is the best when it comes to realistic photo tattoos. The whole store was very professional and even though the got busy everyone was paid attention too in a timely manner. My session was about 6 hours so I was able to listen to the customer service from staff. The owners from what I observed are great people and are there in shop to meet and greet new clients. I’ve had Art do both my undertaker and Kane tattoos and I highly recommend him. Real down to earth guy and highly respectable. He pays attention and gives you exactly what you pay for. I highly recommend shop to anyone looking for tattoos in Houston.

Spent $200 for a tat several other places have told me shouldve only been about $50-70 max. shouldnt have mentioned it was my first time in a shop. other shops have offered to fix it for way less.

I was here a couple of weeks ago and decided to go get a piercing on a whim. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They stock quality jewelry that is reasonably priced and everything is very clean. Wes is great and I would highly recommend you go here for any piercing needs!

A frustrating review to write. The artist was strangely reluctant to work with me on a design that I thought was a fairly straightforward idea (sunflowers and nerve cells). You have to consider what others will think when they see your tattoo is what I was told...for sunflowers and nerve cells. Gave them a second chance after they rushed my wifes tattoo a few years ago because I liked one of the artists, but I guess this place just isnt for us. Better shops around town.

Wes the piercer is the BOSS. First of all hispersonality is amazing. I arrived for my piercing appointment late (15mts) I was freaking out rushing myself and he was so patient, helping me out like he had all the time in the world and not at all like I was late. He put the piercings in a little ear that helps you visualize what you’re getting. He proceeded to pierce me and all the while he was talking like we’ve been friends forever, super chill, laid back person. He made sure I liked the position of the piercing showing me the mapping in a mirror. The jewelry selection is BEAUTIFUL. The stones he helped me pick out work perfect with each other’s energies. The place is really clean and sterile. I’m really happy, and for real he’s the only piercer I want doing my curation. Follow him on Instagram, he is super responsive, and I think it’s super cool that he teaches his audience about stones and jewelry care. Ready to get my next 3-4 piercings. 😬 he did my flats and my conch.

Moe is EXCEPTIONAL when it comes to his tattooing. He is an incredible artist and perfectly brought to life what I wanted tattooed. You won’t be disappointed in what he has to offer. Moe is very detail oriented, and will take great care of you, your tattoo, and experience! Highly recommend!!

I cant say enough good things about Houston Heights Tattoo and Shannon Balboa! I was in town from Oklahoma for the week and she took me as a late walk-in to do a piece that holds a lot of significance for me. Her work was excellent, her personality put me at ease, and she stayed an hour after the shop closes to make sure my first real tattoo got finished just the way I envisioned it. The shop itself was bright and inviting and impeccably clean, and the rest of the staff were every bit as professional & pleasant as Shannon.

I did a piercing with Wes several months ago and came back for 3 additional piercings last week. Both experiences were flawless. Wes is beyond helpful with explaining the process, determining what piercings may or may not work with your anatomy, jewelry selection, and of course the actual piercing process. I appreciate his honesty and expertise. Ive also had a much easier time during the healing process than with several other piercings done elsewhere.

Got my earlobes pierced for the first time earlier and they look fire . shoutout to Wes for making sure the experience was less painful. everyone there was with dope energy. definitely recommend this spot 🤝🏽🔥

I went here on a whim....not expecting much. I ended up finding the perfect artist to make my dreams a reality. Shannon did a FANTASTIC job on my add on and re-do. She turned my old, faded tattoo into a beautiful piece of art. All of the staff (reception included) are attentive and personable. I even chatted with the piercer...he was very knowledgeable and I will be visiting him soon. FANTASTIC JOB! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve gone to Moe for years and this is my favorite shop he’s been at! Clean and cool atmosphere. I always send my friends and family to Moe since he has always done amazing work for me, always super helpful with any issues I have. Love him!

Wesley is an amazing piercer, I got 2 nostril piercings done with him a while ago and they healed perfectly, would definitely recommend going here. He was very informative and helped me out with any questions I had and just really nice overall. The jewelry options are great as well and the staff are very helpful, will def go back

Recently, had some ink work done by @moeartshouston Not only is he a true artist. But he took every idea I had, and added his artistic touch. He brought every idea to life without fail. I lost my dad a few months ago. MOE gave me a piece that I’ll wear proud, and in honor of my daddy. Everything from setup, cleanliness, and adding his flavor. Also, he has a light hand. Clean lines, fades, and color. All important for a solid healing process. Will DEF come again. And recommend anyone to rock with him. Overall, a great tattoo artist. Location is close to me. Which is great. Vibe and music, on point. Will be visiting him again soon.

This place is nice and clean and has a great jewelry selection! My piercing experiences at this place have gone so smooth. I highly recommend going to Wes. He has performed 11 of my piercings so far and I am so happy with them. He is very patient with helping you choose your jewelry and helping you decide where to place it. My healing process has also gone very well. If you are looking for an ear curation Wes the piercer is the guy to see. I have been extremely happy with his work so far and plan to return.

Decided during the week that I wanted to get a small tattoo so I booked online. I was connected with Diosa the next day and I was able to schedule my tattoo for that Saturday. The booking process was simple and I paid the deposit through Zelle. It was my first time coming to this shop and I absolutely love the decor and atmosphere! I filled out the paperwork while Diosa prepared her station, which didnt take long. She had already printed off multiple sizes of the tattoo so I could look at the options and visualize the placement (very helpful!). She made sure to clarify how thick I wanted my fine line tattoo. Even with my poor explanation skills she was able to do exactly what I wanted! She was very quick and I was pleased with her work. It looks great and I am very satisfied. I will book her again for future work! :)

I stopped by as a walk in last weekend and Dione was able to work with me right away. She did an excellent job on a whimsical, spur of the moment design idea I had. Half an hour later I was on my way. Everything has healed easily and looks great!

Not only was he patient with us, but he stayed after hours to complete our tattoos. I’ve been here to see Wes their piercer 4 times now, and i will never go to another piercer again.Hes the guy to see for your piercing needs! Super thorough, clean, gentle yet gets the needle through as fast and painless as possible. All my piercings from him have healed beautifully without ever having the slightest issue. Cant wait to come back for another one!

Cool place! The people are nice and welcoming. Shannon spent basically her entire shift with me twice. We sat for 6-8+ hours both times and I really appreciate her patience. Talented group of ppl and will go there again for any tats or piercings.

I got pierced by Wes and it was amazing. I came in at 9:50 and they were so sweet about taking me as a walk in. He was super professional, experienced, and kind. He placed my piercings perfectly and the whole process was smooth and not very painful, and I got an aftercare booklet & spray while I was there. Will definitely be going back for future piercings and tattoos.

I feel so lucky to have this shop in my neighborhood. Its been challenging finding a piercer I trust since moving back to Texas and Wes and Bunz are the absolute best - bonus both are APP members. The selection of jewelry is top notch, they have standard Ti (its the real deal it held up in a 3.0T MRI) but the real beauties are the gold/gem pieces they carry. I purchased upgraded nostril jewelry and had it changed out here (some of my septum pieces were tricky to insert) and I have had my nipples and daith done. Hats off to Wes for the most painless piercings ever - both experiences were fantastic. Of course everyone has a different pain tolerance, but I can honestly say even I was surprised how smooth they went. If youre looking for a reputable piercer this is your place. Clean, fun, on top of technics and trending styles. My favorite artist that I keep coming back to (Shannon) is bomb. She tattoos well, takes me terrible scribbles and turns it to art. She makes the process comfortable and quick. All the other staff have been kind and fun if it’s just me in the shop getting tattooed they crank up the tunes and we all have a blast.Also easy to schedule & payment fees.I’ll keep coming back until I run out of space.

I love this shop SO much! I came in July to get some piercings with a friend and Mary, the person at the counter, was so sweet and helpful when pulling jewelry. We were pierced by Bunz and we loved the experience so much that we came back a few weeks later and got pierced by Wes and Bridge (a guest piercer) and has such a great experience again. The people here are kind, knowledgeable, and honestly just so fun! Please check them out, all of our piercings are healing beautifully and I can’t recommend it enough!

I randomly went in for a daith piercing, and I am SO glad I did!! MJ was super helpful with picking out the perfect jewelry. They have such a great selection of REAL yellow gold, which I absolutely love!! Even though I just walked in, the wait was not long at all!! I was pierced by Wes, he was very professional and nice!! The shop was VERY clean and SUPER cute. The vibes here are PERFECT!! Unfortunately, about a week later, my earring came undone (because of the way I had been cleaning it), BUT I reached out to them on IG, and they told me to come back in and they would take care of me. I went in that evening, and Wes took out the earring, checked it to make sure it was not damaged or anything, and was able to put it back in!! Again, although I walked in without an appointment, I didnt wait long and was taken care of VERY well!! I look forward to going back in the future and have already recommended them to others!! 🩷

Alan has done 3 of my tattoos and they have all come out perfectly and are the ones I’m always getting complimented on.He knows I have serve anxiety and he’s always so calming and warm to me. Any time I have a question or concern, he’s right there to answer. ❤️❤️❤️

Take 2: Had such a great experience I decided to get another piercing! This time with bunz. Such a great experience. They’re really good at making you feel comfortable and in control of your environment. I nominate myself to be president of the HHT fan club.I loooove this place! Everyone was so nice. I wish I would have gotten her name, but the woman at the front desk was sooo sweet, and VERY helpful. It was almost like going with a friend. 🥰I got a nostril piercing from Wes and he was awesome. He explained the process, what to expect and made me feel really comfortable. He even helped me pick out jewelry, and was conscious of my budget. They have a beautiful selection too!Cannot recommend this shop enough! Go see Wes, he knows his stuff and is so fun to talk to! Ask him about his rocks. 🤣

Followed Wes to this shop from another place. I was surprised how nice and comfortable the shop was. Booked an appointment online which was super easy. Wes was on time and helped me pick my jewelry. I had a budget so I that helped narrow down my selection. I didn’t feel pressure to buy (or blow my budget) which was nice. It was also nice how he looks at my existing piercings and helped me with placement. I already had an idea of what I wanted and he made sure it the ideal fit. He explained every step and it was clean in his space. I feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. The piercing itself was pretty quick. I went with a star in my conch. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so it was just a quick poke and pinch. We went over aftercare and I was on my way. I’m looking forward to coming back for more. My photo doesn’t do it justice but it’s so pretty!

I had simple lobe piercings done as a walk in. Didn’t have to wait long. I get what some low star reviews are saying about the prices, however the jewelry is high quality and safe materials which won’t be cheap, and honestly I don’t mind having paid so much for my piercings because due to my ear anatomy the piercer had to be smart and creative to give me the look I wanted. If I went to any fool with a needle I wouldn’t have been happy. He put so much attention to detail into my seemingly simple piercings and honestly I would’ve paid double for that. Worth every penny considering I’ll have these piercings the rest of my life. Thank you

Booked ahead of time with a guest piercer, Bridge, who was lovely and super communicative about the piercing. The shop is super charming and the person working the front desk was fun and warm. Ive been pierced/tattooed at a few different shops in Houston and this was the place Ive felt the most comfortable. As a trans person, tattoo shops can be hit or miss but this spot was a hit for me. Got my septum done and it was by far the easiest piercing Ive sat for. I will for sure be back to visit Wes, and Bridge if they ever drop in again!

Brought my 6 year old in to get her ears pierced for the first time by Bunz. He, Bryan and another artist we met while there, were all friendly and spoke to my daughter in a way that made her feel important and brave! Bunz allowed her to sit in her dad’s lap and talked her through each step. It was a great experience, she already wants to get more ear piercings lol.The shop is super clean, and really pretty jewelry options that I’ll be back for and making an appointment was really fast and easy.

Best decision ever going to Wes for my ears. He took my preferences, ear anatomy & budget into account to create a look Im in love with. Hes professional, attentive & communicates perfectly. (Side note I had an ear piercing previously at 713 and had my concerns ignored by staff... if youre considering 713, runnnnnn away and go straight to Houston Heights.) Loved my tattoo with shannon! everyone in the shop was so warm and welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. i get pretty bad anxiety so i was so happy that this was a great experience and i’ll definitely be coming back

Wasted all of my time! Came as a “walk-in” for a small neck tattoo. I wanted 2 butterflies n stars. They never gave me a direct price or quote until the end.The lady told me to come back within a hour when the artist is ready and she will call me. She never called and when I went back in there after about a hour, she told me a different story .. now I have to wait ANOTHER “30mins for her to finish her last client” … so I then talk to the tattoo artist and she wants me to pay $450 for 2 small butterflies 🤔. They wasted all of my time when I could have been somewhere else instead of waiting for NOTHING.

I came in as a walk in around 5p on a Friday. Had to wait a little more than an hour. I got 2nd ear holes on both ears. The jewelry is expensive, but I did get one of the more expensive sets. But its also real jewelry which I dont normally buy! 😆 anyway, the place is small but they are great at what they do and super clean. The piercing process was super quick and I hardly felt it. Its been a week now and I forget Ive even gotten the piercings; they dont hurt at all. Would for sure go back!

My best friend and I want to go get tattoos while I was here visiting and we found this shop and it did not disappoint! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted and surrounded by amazing art work! Moe was our artist and I cannot say enough good things about his work! Very light, thin lines (if requested), was patient and kind! When I am back in the area I will definitely go visit him again! Wes was very professional, careful, and obviously skilled. I had a cartilage piercing and he made it almost painless. Spent lots of time educating me about aftercare, a follow up, and made sure I was feeling 100% before he’d let me leave! Definitely go see him.

I have been both pierced and tattooed here. Ever since I found houston heights it has been my #1 for piercings. I have brought my friends here to get piercings as well as gifted jewelry. Their quality is amazing and the prices are high but I’m more then happy to spend big bucks on high quality jewelry.

Absolutely amazing. I had a dermal removed and had my nipples pierced by Wes. He was very professional and kept me at ease. He also made me feel completely comfortable about messaging him afterwards with questions and concerns. He responds quickly, too.Its been almost a month and everything is healing up great. The dermal clotted nicely and personally Ive had no pain for my nipples. This your body, go to a professional like Wes.The place itself was very nice and clean. The woman working at the desk very friendly and also helped my nerves.Thank you @westhepiercer for taking care of me. I was worried, self conscious with a stranger, not good with pain and you acted so professionally and talked me through the entire process.

Very modern, clean, professional. They explained everything to me and were really fast with service. I actually was a walk in like 1 literall minute before the piercer was leaving and he still took me ands gave great service in no rush at all. I love it here, I will definitely be back. (All my piercing/tattoos are from all over Houston, I never had one place i loved to be in, just one and done... but here its amazing 👏)

I went on a whim to the website to request a tattoo and @moeartshouston responded. We set up the appointment. The atmosphere was chill and laid back but also very professional.I went and I could not be more happier. Not only does he do some badass work, he also listens to what you want and works his magic on you . The spider on my back is amazing and so is My crab. I would give this place negative stars. I went in to get my daith pierced whatever he did messed up my ear so badly that I had to get SURGERY recently on it. He damaged my ear that it changed my ear shape completely. Dr asked if a piercing gun was used because it looked like blunt force trauma (almost like cauliflower ear that got deeply infected)I went in a few times to the shop saying he messed it up but he said “it wasn’t from the piercing” really? Because that’s the only thing that I had happen to that spot. He would not take ownership to messing it up.If I could sue I would and am looking into it…however they won’t return my phone call after being told I would be called by the owner. as this has now cost me so much money.NEVER get a piercing here!!!

Moe the tattoo artist was very nice and accommodating! He helped me find a great place to put my tattoo and was very quick with the process! He also patiently waited while I figured out which tattoo I wanted! The customer service there was great! I am from out of town and glad I came across this business

Looks like a cool place, and the staff was very friendly, but I did not stay for services. The prices were a bit too steep for me. They quoted me $60 for each piercing (which is high, but not crazy). I wanted to get 3 done, so $180... Okay, I can maybe talk myself into spending that much, but that does not include the jewelry!!! I asked about how much the hoop for my helix would be, and she said they range from $140 and up. I left. Sadly, I cannot drop around $200 a hole. Maybe Ill try them again if I decide to get some ink...

Best first tattoo! Miranda was awesome and was easy to work with, taking my idea and knocking it out of the park. With COVID craziness going on, it was really great to see the level of cleanliness on point, with everything sterilized, and a great process from entry to exit. The studio was clean and easy to be in, friendly staff and an overall great experience. I would highly recommend Houston Heights Tattoo! My friend and I got our rooks pierced here. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of our male piercer, but it was whoever was in on 11/24 at 5pm. He was just amazing. Very inviting right when we came in, and upfront about the process and the prices. He was very knowledgeable about proper piercing care, and was able to answer all of our questions. A pleasant experience, will definitely come back for more. 100% recommend.

I had a beautiful tattoo done by Miranda. She has a great personality and was wonderful to work with! She listened to what I wanted then did her thing and turned it into a masterpiece on my arm! Okay- so I have been researching septum piercing for YEARS! I researched place after place. I have multiple tattoos and have had multiple piercings, I have a high pain tolerance. I was terrified of the pain. When we got here they were very kind and sweet. Once I was back to the room she explained everything. Gave my instructions. She had me breathe in and out and on the exhale BOOM it was done! I didnt even feel pain! I am honestly still in disbelief that it happened. She found the sweet spot and it was done before I knew it. Each persons pain level is different but with a good piercer it will change your experience! 100% recommend!!

My appointmet was for 5pm on Friday, June 11, with Moe and went I showed up at 4:45, he was ready, very helpful, friendly, and he did an excellent job with the 2 tattoos that I got. I enjoyed my experience and I will be booking more work with Moe. I also got a nose piercing here back in February of 2020 and I enjoyed that experience as well. Overall, great shop!

A friend of mine recommended Wes and he is a gem! My tragus piercing was perfectly placed. He was also great at calming my nerves and explaining after care. I would absolutely recommend him!

Miranda has one of the lightest touches Ive ever experienced with a tattooist. All her work is clean and the placing is always perfect. She is the only tattooist Ive trusted in the past three years, I cant recommend her enough.As far as the shop, it is so clean and well spaced out. The atmosphere is professional and it was easy to find. Its not at all like a traditional tattoo shop. There is a nice clean waiting area and two clean restrooms/changing rooms. If you want real professionals and amazing work, this is your place!

Literally found this place by googling best tattoo shops in Houston and I was not disappointed. I had an appointment one week after first making contact, however I think with a call before hand you could be a walk in. My artist Moe was professional and personal. My tattoo didn’t even hurt. Beautiful and I will definitely look to Moe for future tattoos.

Wes is an awesome piercer and all around amazing human. He was very informative and kept me calm through the entire thing and made sure I absolutely loved my piercing before I left. I got a gold dagger in my flat and I am already planning my next piercing as soon as this one heals.

Not only was the new shop inviting but the location is easy to get to. It is clean, she takes her time and is an amazing free hand artist. My husband and I went in for a nose piercing. Thankfully, I have not had any issues with my piercing, however my husband has. After only a month and a half after he had his piercing, the nose ring fell out, (on its own). I contacted the place and spoke to Mary. I was advised, he could go in and would be charged a service fee of $20 (in which we were ok with). We went in and took the same nose ring we initially purchased there and she attempted to place the nose ring back in. Apparently the hole had closed by then. With it being closed, we were told, we would have to pay another $60 for the piecing PLUS purchase ANOTHER nose ring which was $100+. We would have to purchase another nose ring, due to sanitizing purposes, in which Im not understanding. She was able to use the same exact nose ring we initially purchased, had the hole not been closed, without any sanitation. It obviously fell out due to the nose ring itself, was not tightened properly or just got loose on it’s own somehow and we are now being charged $160+ AGAIN. The least this place could have done, was honor the same nose piercing we initially used as she was able to use, had the hole been opened (Too avoid the high expense). We come from Tomball and this was pretty upsetting, especially when this was out of our control.

Just got a tattoo done by Moe. He was GREAT! I have been so hesitant to get any more tattoos because of previous disappointments, but Moe did an amazing job. I got flowers added to my forearm with a pop of color. He was very nice, and what made me feel comfortable was that he actually cared about what I wanted, listened to my ideas, and then made suggestions based off of the other tattoos on my arm. I ended up going with his suggestions and he was spot on. He even added on to a previous tattoo to help tie all of the work together. I am very happy with the result and look forward to getting more work done by him. Thank you Moe!

After a poor experience at some shops on Westheimer, my best friend and I came here for galentines bonding. The customer service was amazing !!! My best friend got a conch piercing by bunzo and I got a tattoo by tony. Both of us were very impressed with how professional and welcoming the shop was. The owner is so friendly and very personable. It was not only a pleasant experience it was fairly priced and excellent quality work! This is now our go to place, and will definitely return to get more work done here very soon!

Absolutely wonderful service! Miranda and Rob helped me to adapt my original drawing to get the best possible design. They took time to tweak and readjust until everyone was happy. Really cute, clean set up. Totally worth the trip. Miranda tattood me whilst Rob tattood my boyfriend and we both LOVE the work they did. Really fine, delicate line work and attention to detail. Went for ear piercing. The place was very clean and very nice. But they hit me with an outrageous bill. So I had to walk away. I went to another place and got it done. Same procedure. Same everything. $30. Just saying. There are way better options. Im not a hater. They are just straight taking advantage of people.

Me and my boyfriend both got piercings here and the guy doing it was so nice and explained everything as he did it, cleaned the area after one of us got pierced. I am a bit squeamish and I started feeling faint and he told me to take as much time as I needed, leaned my chair back, and turned his fan on to my face. highly recommend going here if you want experienced and kind piercers :)

Got a piercing. It was really expensive compared to other shops, but the jewelry they sell is way worth it. Most painless piercing I have gotten, and tons of cute quartz screwback jewelry if u want something unique and that you wont want to switch out with outfit changes.

Miranda is the artist Ive been seeking out for years. As a female, Ive always dreaded going in to your typical boys club tattoo shops. Houston Heights Tattoo is just the opposite. Shes created a very serene, welcoming atmosphere. Shes approachable and able to take your ideas and create a piece of art. Being light handed is an added bonus. I no longer walk in to appointments with anxiety and that alone, is priceless.

Just got my septum pierced. The piercer was very knowledgeable, laidback, polite, and careful to get it right. The inside of the shop, is very clean, and very comfortable. I felt confident when I walked in the door, about getting my septum pierced in this environment.

I live out in the boonies but decided to go here, and Im glad I did. I went into another shop closer to home and the girl at the counter was weirdly confrontational. I reached out to bunz via ig and they were very informative. At the shop they were super welcoming and friendly, and again bunz was super informative. Will be coming again!:)

Very expensive but you pay for the area. Pricing wasn’t explained to me and I ended up paying $230 for 2 nose piercings. I probably wouldn’t go back again but the piercings are super cute and they healed well. Never got a bump.
