I recently got an incredible tattoo of Anubis, the ancient Egyptian god of the afterlife, on my right forearm, accompanied by an ankh symbol. The attention to detail is truly mesmerizing—the intricate lines and shading bring Anubis to life in the most powerful way. Anubis, known as the protector of graves and guide to the afterlife, carries a deep, spiritual significance, embodying the balance between life and death. Man I absolutely love this place and the owner, Rylo. He is patient, down to earth, very talented and an awesome people person. He has a vision thats out of this world and knows exactly what hes doing. I absolutely recommend Houston Vice to anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing. I will definitely be going back.

HORRIBLEso me and my friend went up there the other day for matching snake tats . because of the ink I didn’t see but some of my lines are incomplete, my snake is unaligned (like the ending is coming out of the snake) , I have scarring and mine is no where near as shaded as hers

DON’T IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS UNLESS YOU WANT A MESSED UP TAT!!! Ralo, the owner of the shop was in touch with my niece about doing a memorial piece for my late dad and he had her put a $100 deposit that would be towards the overall price of the work. It was her very first one ever and he not only messed it up, but scammed her out of her deposit. He was HEAVILY drinking while doing our work and even messed up spelling “comfortably” right! He overcharged her and when she tried to be polite and bring it to his attention, he did at first offered to give her a $75 refund which was far because due to the wonderful Houston traffic, we were a little late. However, we immediately let him know about it and were keeping him updated. Then he turned around and offered her a $50 “credit” towards her next tattoo and wouldn’t even fix what he messed up!Causally, if you want someone who’s too drunk to properly do their job and even try to be a decent artist and fix their mistake then this is the shop for you.

I will forever use this establishment for all of my tattoo needs. Great service and gave me what I asked for. Forget Daigos!!! This is the place to go. Stop by and let RaLo take care of you. You won’t regret it.

Carlos was professional and worked with me on getting the design I chose to fit my budget. All in all it was a cool experience and I love my tattoo. Definitely will be coming back.Update: I came back to let him do my second tattoo and this was the result. He said I was to come back a week later after it healed a little to finish it but when I hit him up that next week he was on vacation and told me to wait till he comes back. He comes back and proceeds to never respond to my texts again. I paid $100 for a tattoo and a nose piercing. I was supposed to come back to get the nose piercing as well because he was unprepared ie.. no needle to do it. So now I have a messed up tattoo and no nose piercing. Smh. Idk what happened between the first and the second tattoo but.. he did me so wrong :( .

The customer service was very goodt!! he gets the work done and does great at his job ! I really recommend him if you need a tattoo or piercing! The work pace is very consistent and focused !

Came here with a specific idea for a tattoo and met with an artist named Ralo to discuss it. He acted as if he understood my vision and got to work, only then afterwards I realized he did NOT understand at all. He put in absolutely no effort into the work, which is strange considering hes a reputable artist. He was distracted during the session too. My tattoo ended up being blown-out and I bruised too. I feel like this may have been done out of spite, since I paid in a different way than he was expecting. Regardless of that, I still paid right? Just do yourself a favor and just go someplace better, as this place is full of negligent people.

Rylo was the best he was really fast with my piercing he made sure to wear gloves and he also talked me through it 10/10 i will be going back soon

Came in late last night to get a piercing. The studio was clean and welcoming. Ralo is amazing!!!Not only is he super professional and great with his work, he made us feel like we were old friends that have known him for years. Some people in my group were nervous about getting their first piercing. He made everyone feel beyond comfortable and made everyone at ease. He’s super funny which made the actual piercing happen quickly while you’re distracted.We looked at his tattoo work and he has some really great work! We loved his anime and realism pieces. A few in our group plan to come back for that. His prices also are really affordable. 100000000000/10 would come back and most definitely recommend!

First impression when going in does not seem nice lol but the guy that did my belly piercing was nice and clean and quickly put the piercing on without issue price for it was $55 . Only put 4 stars cause of the price but other than that it was a good experience and my belly piercing is healing fine no issues, pain was 1/10 only stings a little but nothing bad. I’ll update when I take a pic.

I came here spontaneously with my friend around 1:30. As soon as we got there, Ralo introduced himself and immediately made us feel at home. He got to know us and did an amazing job at helping us pick the best location for our tattoos. He let us pick an anime on TV so we could watch something while the other person gets their tattoo done. While I was being inked, he was really patient with me and super nice about me vocalizing my pain. I would recommend this place to anyone. Definitely the experience of a life time.Thanks Ralo ❤️

At the beginning i was sketched out just because the location is right next to a tire shop, but honestly alex (the tattoo artist and piercer) was down to earth, super chill! he reassured me that everything he uses is clean and new. he did a great job on my tattoo and on my sisters piercing

Not good customer service...That tattoo art is nice. But pray to God they dont mess up. No refund, they wont be consistent about a follow up. And dont bother asking for an owner. Too sketchy, reaks of weed. Would put 0 stars if I could. Place should be shut down

My daughter and I went in for a standard love piercing, and she was crying and kicking and screaming, but he was just so patient. God bless him and his family, he was so professional and Id definitely go again. (Im about to go get another piercing and my husband a tattoo from him). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My hubby and I got the proverbial matching tattoos. The artist, RaLo, drew up a set of a sun and moon. Hubby got the moon and RaLo suggested my astrological constellation be part of hubbys tattoo. He even gave the moon my hubbys features. He is an amazing artist, the shop was very clean, he is super friendly, and I definitely recommend his shop.

Guy charged us 100 a piece we wanted something small and matching , he was super heavy handed left out tats infected and I have lots of other tattoos , this was by far the worst it’s fading after less than a week
