Me and my daughter went there for Mother /Daughter tattoos and the artist clearly messed up my tattoo on purpose, while my daughters looked exactly like the photo we showed him. The way I was spoken to gave me the sense it was racially motivated. He could have just said he didnt want to do it and we could have found a more people friendly establishment. You cant convince me he didnt do this on purpose. Look at how daughter and mother are written so differently. Yet my money was accepted.

Ugly ugly ugly.Literally left 5 minutes agoDon’t waste your time.Bald Mexican tattoos on his head. I think his name was Fri or Foc. did a horrible job. Luckily it’s so small it’ll be easy to cover.He had to be high. Cause he wrote it like a 8 yr old. The actual tattoo didn’t match the stencil he put on at all!!CASH ONLY AND NO REFUNDS.save your time and skin

If you want a tattoo with exceptional customer service, ask for Ernie!! Ernie is detail, professional, cost efficient and quick. He made me feel relaxed and very comfortable. My daughter referred him to me as he has done 3 of her tattoos. Ive found a new artist. Thank you Ernie!

Where do I begin with this place?!!!!While visiting Houston this weekend, I had the absolute worst experience EVER when spending my money. From the moment I arrived at the tattoo shop, I was unimpressed.Check in - I can’t say enough bad things about the front desk host/piercer. Lack personality much?! He definitely fits in with the atmosphere of the shop. He was short, rude, and about as informative as a 4 year old.Ernie - from the moment we met him, he was rude. He was condescending, and insulting. He had the nerve to get smart when told the design was incorrect. When he was advised that he had a bad attitude, he blamed US! No accountability whatsoever, not surprised. Because of his “stellar” attitude, we made a decision to leave. Nope, not an option, because they REFUSED to return our money. They stated a no refund policy, even though we NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING! Go figure!We requested the manger, they said only the owner is here. We then request the owner, and FRY emerged. He quickly did nothing! He denied being the owner, and made it a point to say he made all the decisions but could not make this decision, ole pitbull in a skirt, damn jerk!!!Long story short..... we were FORCED to get tattoos here or lose our money. A real life hostage situation. Read the reviews below, there is a pattern here! I will never return, I will never suggest this place, and EVERY-TIME I look at my tattoo, I’ll remember this experience.Trust when I say do not go here, they have roaches! 3 of them to be exact!

Amazing! Alex had done my last 2tattoos and i couldnt have been happier. I took a friend there to get 1 honouring his time in the marine corps and her loved it! Prices are great. Everyone who works there is amazing. Establishment its clean. And no real waiting! Definitely will be going back from here on out, and recommending them to all my friends!

I went in today and the guy was quick and did a good job. He traced over a tat I had done awhile back.

It was the worst experience me and my wife have ever had at a tattoo shop. We are both very tatted and have gotten many tattoos the artist was rude and disrespectful . He wasnt willing to listen to anything we where saying and then got mad when. We ask him to correct it to our liking he refused to give a refund and ultimately forecing us to still get it for her . His opinion I felt was irrelevant considering that his tattoos looked like they where done in a garage some where.

Fry is A 1! The best by far tattoo artist Ive ever had. Quick, friendly, patient, professional, and above all has a passion for what he does. His words, your tat is yours but its also mine you just get to take it home. #joint custody! Love it!

I love this place! I’ve gotten all six of my piercings here and they’ve all been good. Both piercers are super down to earth and funny and definitely try to take your mind of the pain.

Gabriel was hilarious and honest. He told me upfront that I couldnt repierce, yet I stand of just taking my money and screwing me over. He ended up making my friend comfortable enough to get a piercing. I thoroughly enjoyed this shop and cant wait to go back to get my new piercings!

The guy that came to the door, barely would speak to me despite me, my husband and sister driving a cross town to get an estimate for a big piece she wants done for her up coming birthday. He was even more rude on the phone when I called in after he rudely walked away from me midconversation. Sad to have to deal with bad customer service during such a time.

Great tattoo work, the artists are professional and have great humor, and this piece on my thigh always gets people buzzing! I go here for all my piercings and tattoos, and always feel satisfied and happy with the results.

To be a tattoo parlor during a global pandemic you’d expect for your skin to be wiped down with a cleaning solution even hand sanitizer for that matter but these guys go straight for tattooing. I had an infection on my covered up tattoo and lost a bit of color due to it. Luckily I saved it in time to keep most of the color intact but regardless it shouldn’t have been infected in the first place. Definitely the first and last time I’m spending money in this establishment

Went with my mom to get my first tattoo. Ask for Fry. He was really quick to catch on to what I wanted. Very friendly, quick, and gentle. I highly recommend.

I had a appointment with a guy name Carlos paid him a $60.00 deposit to secure my spot on 02/07/2021 I called & text Carlos he said he will be here for 3:00 when 3:00 came no Carlos he stop answering the phone & stop responding to my messages he NEVER refunded my money I’m very disappointed on his actions towards me after taking my money I wish I could’ve give no stars very bad move for business

I went in with an idea that I had and I explained it to the artist. He listened to me about what I wanted and asked questions. So when he did the drawing he kept coming back and forth to makes sure the tattoo was exactly the way I wanted...and I couldnt be happier. Oh and I did schedule the visit and the wait time was around 30min but its a tattoo parlor and full of customers to make the time go by. 😊

Everyone that works here puts all their attention into what theyre doing. Sometimes the wait is a little longer, sometimes there is no wait. They do what they can to provide the best possible work they can. Any super negative review of this place is someone going out of their way to say something that bad.

I have been coming to ink creations since 2012 when they were by the family dollar at s post oak Rd and Orem I fell in love then and followed them to their current spot they are professional, cool, laid back and great at what they do I have recommended several people to them and they have been very satisfied with their work I get all my tattoos and piercings there no where else this place is the best

The first place i got my first tattoo and its the only place i keep going to get my tattoos i have taken some of my friends to get theyre tattoos at this location and they come out satisfied great tattoo artists here i highly recommend this place and very clean !!! Great job guys!!!

Great tattoo shop I love how clean and organized it was getting my tattoo done with them was an absolute breeze and pleasure!

I came into the shop, signed the paperwork and was told to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour, I was then told I didnt pay first, that he finished early and I should have paid first that hes working on someone else. I asked how was I supposed to know all three men just looked,.NO ONE told me to pay first are I would have. In California we pay after. TERRIBLE!

Terrible job on my tattoo. Not straight, lines not straight, patchy ink, color is not full, size and shaping is different on one side versus the other side. Never going back. Beware before you allow these guys to put permanent ink on your body
