Great place. My go to guy is Juan Chavez. He is a very talented artist with a light hand. He has done numerous tattoos on me and will continue to go back. Prices are reasonable also on both tattoos and piercings.

Was running around like a chicken with its head cut off looking for a place that did piercings for a reasonable price with two of my friends and called this place. Service on the phone was already phenomenal and when we arrived Juan took care of us! Such a nice vibe at this place and definitely my go to now. Would recommend coming here to everybody and anybody! Thank you Juan!

Came tonight to get a tongue piercing, Juan Chavez was my piercer and he was amazing! The whole interaction felt so comfortable and relaxing and he kept the conversation professional and straight to the point. After the piercing he gave me the whole after care procedures and let me know what to expect within the next few days. The whole experience was a 10/10 and i’ll definitely be coming back to him if I get another piercing.

I’m writing this a day after I got my tattoo here and I’m actually going back again today , everyone there is very welcoming and have great personalities ! As well as the customer service, it’s A1 ! This place is always welcoming and such a great place to come to. Shout out to Juan, my all time artist, who I go to every time I come in to get some art done. He’s a caring professional artist who always makes sure that you like what’s being done. During the process, he makes sure you’re comfortable and that he’s not putting you through too much pain. Of course depends on your pain tolerance too. Did a great cover up on my ankle where people couldn’t even tell it was a cover up. Recently, after the cover up I started up on my arm sleeve and it’s came out just as how I imagined it to be if not better! Juan has never let me down on the outcome and pricing. His art and line work on tattooing gets compliments every time someone sees my tattoos. Overall, all the artists there are always welcoming and offer such a reasonable price. I’ve been coming here for years and brought along friends and family to them to get work done there too.

Yesterday I got my nipples pierced by Juan and it was honestly one of the best experience ever. The staff is super friendly and caring. Throughout the process they asked if I needed anything and made sure I was good. Juan was very friendly, caring, and VERY informative. He truly cares about his customers because he wants to check up on my piercings to make sure everything is fine. Plus the prices are GREAT. 10/10 recommend.

Went in for my second piercings on my ear lobe and it was great! Each piercing was $20 so in total I paid $40. The girl at the front was super nice and explained everything to me really well. The piercer was also very nice and did a really great job! He gave me after care instructions and everything was very clean. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes. I would definitely go again!!

So far I’ve met Johnnie and Juan. Johnnie gave me the most beautiful tattoos at a very reasonable rate. He does very clean line work and beautiful calligraphy. I got two words on my wrist and he re worked an old tattoo. It looks better than when it originally walked out of the shop. And my wrist tattoos... the calligraphy is truly simply stunning; each letter is stately and tastefully ornate. I’m really happy with how it turned out.Also, Juan pierced my cartilage almost three months ago now. He was very quick and cleanly. It really didn’t even hurt, and it has healed with no issue.I definitely would recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing. These are people that know what they’re doing and have been doing it for years. Both artists were very clean and professional; they do outstanding work for a great price.

I highly recommend them! Right when you walk in they are super nice, and the feel of the place is relaxing. I got my industrial dome there and Juan was super awesome. He just kept on talking to me to keep me distracted and next thing I new my piercing was in! Also he was very gentle and calming. Another thing when you walk in you can tell they are very clean which is a big must. Again I highly recommend them!

Juan Chavez has been nothing but professional and caring anytime I’ve been tattooed by him. Great guy. Does outstanding work and you can be a wimp(listen within reason) about tattoos such as myself and he keeps you calm. 10/10 would recommend.

I went there twice. My first experience was great, I loved my tattoos so I decided to go again…not the best decision. My second experience was okay but not great. My artist that I had scheduled with and paid a deposit with, says he wants to reschedule for a later time (okay cool, not a problem). Then he comes in like 20 mins late (still fine, things happen). But he then takes like 30 mins to create the tattoo stencils (I literally had scheduled this appt like a month ago). I get the tattoos, everything good. A few days later I noticed, minor errors (some spots like need more ink) on like 3 of tattoos. I message the artist and he was very nice and offers to touch them up but to wait until they’re healed (okay cool). I messaged him once they healed and he says he can only do certain days that I can’t do, I tell him my schedule so we can work around this. He stops replying to me, after reading my messages and i sent multiple to get an answer but no response. Disappointed. I wish y’all well but I will no longer come here.

Not only got my rib tattoo months ago but recently got a piercing, and they’re very exceptional. My apologies but forgot her name but the one in the front was absolutely amazing and friendly.

I had such an amazing experience getting my piercing here. Juan is so patient and he explains everything in detail. I have a lot of piercings, but I’m definitely going to find a couple more things to get done so that I can experience this bomb customer service and comfort again!

This place was awesome. The staff was so knowledgeable and so friendly. I waited about 15 min to get my Tragus piercing done. In that 15 min, the lady at the front had me fill out paper work, scan my ID, and pay for my piercing. She also walked through some after care instruction with me. The gentleman who did the piercing was incredible. They were so busy but he did not make me feel rushed in anyway. He took his time to make sure he got a great spot on my ear and made the piercing as quick and painless as a piercing can be. He was also very instructive in how to clean my ear and prevent any scarring or damage to the new jewelry. I would 100% recommend going to this place and will definitely be going back.

First time coming here with a friend and i was a little nervous as i was getting two piercings but alma and juan were so caring and friendly honestly the nervousness and pain went away. both seemed knowledgeable on what they were talking about and made sure i was comfortable and prepared as well as answered any questions i had. they also felt quite relaxed but confident which helped me also feel more at ease. we were pretty much the only ones there so it was done really quickly the whole process was fast but safe and im grateful for that as last place i went to wasn’t like that. definitely will be coming back here every time for piercings it was great.

Texas Made Tattoo shop is awesome! They have a very down to earth staff. My boy Juan is not only a good friend now that he has been doing all my tattoos for 6 years and still going, but he is also a damn good tattoo artist! He never disappoints me! I also got my helix pierced by Juan and he was very good at informing me the proper way to take care of my piercing. I planned to go in for a nipple piercing and it was my first one. I was very nervous but the moment I walked in the door everyone was very welcoming and comforting. I got a Daith piercing to hopefully control headaches. Juan was super friendly and gentle. The facility is nice and very clean.So happy my cousin recommended this place! Oh, and my week -long headache was almost gone by the time I walked out the door!

First and foremost let me say that the shop was clean and the people there were super cool to me, however the artist I had at the time name is Pete and he completely butchered my skin. Overwork my skin completely and now I have major tattoo scarring, plus my tattoos that were supposed to be solid black have now healed discolored and have distinct pink scarring on where the artist I guess either dig too deep or overworked the skin. I hate to leave this review because I don’t feel it was done on purpose and everyone there was super cool to me, I wouldn’t recommend you not come here but if you do, definitely be weary.

Got my nose does by alma, sorry if I miss spelled it, but super cool people, fast and easy, took me through all the steps of what I needed to do and what I shouldn’t do, I’m a teenager who’s never gotten a piercing, and by far the best places to get your nose pierced( that I know of lol) as a first timer, definitely try this place!

I got an industrial done, and I LOVED it so much. It was a bit busy, so it took a while. Other than the wait, the guy that pierced my friend and I was so nice, professional and funny! He also told us on how to properly care for it as well as what kind of rings he was using on us. Do recommend!

I recently got two tattoo designs done within a weeks time. The first one was a purple and blue rose on my upper right arm and the other was a success cat on the lower left leg. Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the street this place is intimidating but when you walk in everyone is so nice. It’s clean and spacious inside. This was my first tattoo and Juan made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I got a tattoo and my friend got a piercing, and we were in and out in about 30 mins. People were coming and going while we were there and it seemed like they have a lot of regulars that come in for touch ups and new pieces. I will be coming back for a second tattoo very soon, can’t imagine going any where else. THIS IS A CASH ONLY SHOP SO HIT THE ATM BEFORE YOU COME JUST FYI. Pete is amazing, Ive been going to him for years! I have almost 30 tattoos, and only 5 werent done by him. I refuse to go to anyone else for ink. His artistic and realistic abilities are the bomb. I always get compliments on my tattoos by him. Hes a great guy with an honest personality.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! It took me about a week for me to finally make an appointment on friday at 8pm for tattoo touch up. Once i got there, the girl at the front said mike couldnt take me because he had a tattoo right after even though i had an appointment. She told me to call sunday and they still couldnt attend me. Then they told me to try monday, so i just gave up. Mike is very unprofessional!! not the way to do business at all. i tried being patient with them but enough is enough.

Juan did my helix pericing about 6 months ago. He spent 2 hours helping me. Discussing pain, aftercare, etc. He did this all becuse I was nervous and worried. When we finally sat down to do it. He checked the alignment ( I did both ears) four times. Asking me three times if I was happy. He laughed and joked with me and my friend. Also, he did his best to make sure I was not in pain. I went back a month later. ( the back of my earring fell out) he replaced it and checked the healing. He was so nice and so friendly. Going on to tonight. I went to get a tattoo priced. I wanted him becuse of the amount of effort he puts into his work. Also, becuse of his amazing personality. He spent time looking at the details of the work I wanted done. All to give me a really good price. Other artist had laughed me out their store. ( it’s a Scottish price) but he took the time. I’m hoping to go get that price done on the weekend. I will post another review then with a picture. I am so excited. I know with Juan I will get quality work and coustomer service. :) thank you Juan !!!

Well had planned to get a piercing and go get cash since they don’t take card but the girl had a rude attitude… was on her phone the whole time she spoke with me. Taking my money somewhere else.

Went in to get a cover-up and worked with Pete. I provided a reference picture and my color preference and left the rest to him. He quoted me an extremely fair price and gave me a tattoo that I could not be happier with. I will continue going to him for all of my work and will send anyone who asks to them for more business. Highly recommended.

I love art, I love how it came out. The reason why I am giving a 4.5 is that the artist had no interest in communicating with me or even help me pick from the standard black color to the blue. Other then that was great, the shop is clean everything that was used on me was clean and sanitized and wiped clean.

AAAAAAAH!!! So, I went in and wanting to get the Christina piercing but Im very happy I got the VCH piercing. JUAN IS THE MAN! He is an amazing dude! Very professional. He so cool and I like that he even educated me a little more about the VCH before piercing me. He was very gentle and the sweetest. I couldnt be any happier. He was so patient with me. Worst experience of my life never have I encountered such a RUDE tattoo artist.We walked in to 3 of the workers there sitting down on their phones with no desire to work at all. One of the guys there was extremely rude and was about to fight my husband in there,when we said something about their attitude he snapped.Horrible experience no wonder why this place was empty on a Saturday night.Such a shame because The place is clean and nice looking and thats why we had decided to go check it out.

All the tattoo artist at this tattoo shop are very experienced and very pleasant. You do have to call for an appointment and they do not allow kids in the shop. And the piercer is very good and also pleasant.

1st time there, horrible. But management took care of said artist before I could even say anything. Bottom line, ownership knows what they are doing. If there is a problem, they listen. They care about the art. Not the artist. What is a company without their word ? They arent a Trustworthy shop like Texas Made Tattoo Ink. And you can take My Word For It.

Great place for piercing the girl in the front was very professional and explained everything to me step by step.

The place was chill and pete did a great job on my moms tattoo but one thing i didnt like was the front desk . the girl up there was really rude when you asked her questions and wasnt really helpful at all . but overall everything was good except the front desk they should put someone who is a little bit more helpful and has a better attitude

I got my daith on my left ear and two dermals on my left hip, as well as my boyfriends septum done in one night.So I went in nervous that it would hurt, considering dermals are known as an implant because they go under the skin.I was sweating because my skin didnt want to take one of the dermals as easily as it took the first one.The piercer was patient with me, kept apologizing that I was experiencing pain, and let me take breaks if needed.The first dermal she made as painless as possible.My piercer was a female and I didnt catch her name.Overall, great prices, clean place, super nice staff, and will def be going back for more soon! Also referred a handful of friends to go there!

Pete has the lightest touch when tattooing did about 3 of my tats All for reasonable pricing but with great quality of a tattoo. Hes real patient and just easy going to want to tatted by.

Went in to check them out and see if they had ink for people with certain health issues such as myself. The gal asked the tattoo artist there and he explained to her that its the needles that cause the sensitivity issues. So ok, having the health issues I have made me research into if I could even get tattoos. I know more than this guy about the varying inks and who can react to which ones.Its not the needles... obviously. Taking my business to another place that I called and they actually knew what I meant and have the inks.

I had my Daith pierced by Juan and he was really nice and was up front about the whole thing step by step. He was also very considerate of how nervous I was and understood. Definitely a best choice!!! Highly recommended!!!

Just went last night for my first tattoos ever. Absolutely love it! Its exactly how I wanted it and pictured it to be.

The place was so unprofessional. There were no tattoo artist there at 4. When asked the lady said that someone would be there in a hour or so. They lady was extremely rude and not welcoming. Would not recommend.
