This place is awesome!! The people who helped me were so sweet and made sure I was happy with the piercing. They have a wide variety of options and I definitely recommend going here.

Not only did they sell me fake jewelry (broke me out and left blisters) that they claimed was 14 karat gold, the refund process was also a nightmare. They tried getting away with refunding me half of what I paid, then tried again to get away with refunding me another portion of the full amount, and I waited for HOURS while they were trying to figure out how to refund me the full amount. Do not shop here.

I was looking for earrings for my girlfriend and Taylor helped me find a whole set instead with earrings, bracelet and necklace. I didn’t know Banter offered payment options and warranties for all jewelry. I had a great experience.

I had an ear piercing close up. I bought 14k ball earrings to open up existing piercing. All is good and I love the gold balls!

Aliyah was so great with my daughter who got her ears pierced at Banter at Parkway Place Mall. Prior to our piercing her coworker pierced two small children’s ears. It was an amazing experience. I really wish we had gone to Banter the first time we attempted to get her ears pierced. Initially we had gone to a tattoo shop about 9 months ago and the process there was so painful my daughter only got one ear pierced. From here on out, whenever anyone asks where to get their ear pierced, I will ALWAYS recommend Banter. Aliyah was so calming and gentle. Even with a nervous momma watching!!!

Had my daughters ears pierced here yesterday around one. The girls were wonderful, they did a double so they did both of her ears at once. My daughter was nervous but they were great calming her down. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Went there yesterday to get pierced. I went for 3 piercings. The lady there can not understand English or just didnt know what she was doing. I wanted one hole for my child and a second hole for me and my friend. We picked out 3 earrings. We repeated it to her 3 times she insisted she had them all. When it came time for us to be pierced. She though me and my child was only getting one hole and my friend getting two. On top of that she gave us a price for the solution which turns out to be double the amount and instead of asking us if we still wanted it she just put it on the ticket. It wasnt until we sat down to eat at the food court that we realized what she had done. I was so annoyed and frustrated that we just left.

I came in looking for an ankle bracelet preferably 14 karat however the lady at the desk said they only had 10 karat. First of all it took me too much effort to just get her attention to ask her that question. Then afterwards she proceeded to do whatever it is that she was doing and so I was asking her where the 10k was and if where I was standing was the 10k options however she ignored me and didn’t pay me any attention as I stood there asking and then proceeded to stared her down for a mere 30-45sec before getting so aggravated I walked off. I was preparing myself to spend $200-$300 but I Will NEVER purchase from this company ever again.

I got my second piercing done here and they were amazing! They were very nice and did a great job! I love how it looks! They helped calm me when I was nervous! Would definitely recommend!

We were happy with our experience getting our daughters ears pierced. The girl was very nice and helpful. She helped calm our daughter who was really nervous.

If I could rate zero stars I would. My 9 month old daughter got her ears pierced here which is stressful enough. They pierced her with the wrong earrings and they were way to big for her and not what we paid for. The ear rings were removed and we took a refund. Horrible experience

I was only passing by. Its a kiosk in the mall. I do often see females sitting here having their ears pierced. It is a well lite booth with lots of jewelry for sale. Their Moto is FREE Ear Piercings Today and Everyday. So I assume if you by their jewelry they will install it for free.

The customer service is the only reason I come here. The computer are always down. They only have one register. No one wants to waiting 45 minutes to complete a transaction. This place needs a system update.

Taylor helped me find some nose rings today! She was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all they offer.

The Horrible customer service provided from Siomara will be the reason I’ll never shop with Banter again not able to resolve customer complaints

Horrible people, horrible products, horrible everything. Do not buy from them. If I told the story you all would not go to them either. Wish I could give them ZERO as well. Do not buy from them. They need to close shop.

Store manager Siomara is horrible at customer resolution great cashier but can’t not manage a store

Usually these places deter me but the staff was actually very knowledgeable about piercings and pretty helpful.

Siomara is not the proper personnel to manage this store
