I got a portrait of my dog with a flower and I absolutely love it! Shykeim did an excellent job and it came out looking better than I was expecting. He’s not just some average tattoo guy off the street. He’s been doing tattoos for a long time and you can tell by his skill set. He is very professional with a chill, inviting atmosphere. I had to sit for a 5 hour session and he kept asking if I was alright and needed breaks. Awesome guy with fantastic work! I will definitely be getting more done in the future. Would recommend 💯 percent.

Made an appointment online for my daughter to get her cartilage pierced. Everything went smoothly, and the paperwork to fill out was all through the website.I picked this place based on reviews and having a female piercer, since I knew my daughter would be more comfortable with a woman. Q was great. She explained everything step by step, and was thorough in her aftercare instructions.Well definitely be back for future piercings!

Ive gone to Art-i-facts pretty religiously since I was 16. Over the last 7 years, Ive gone there for all of my tattoos and most of my piercings Ive had. Ive trusted the people there with a lot for a long while, and theyre all very talented and do a great job. I have never had any issues at all going here, and Ive always been very happy with what Ive gotten done! I am very confident in recommending them to anybody looking for an outstanding and trustworthy tattoo and piercing business.

I just had my first colored tattoo done yesterday by Josh. Despite the circumstances of the power going out mid-tattoo, him and the owner made a plan to use the owners portable tattoo gun and a few headlamps to finish it up. Came super excited because of all the good reviews and as soon as I walked in this heavy set bearded dude looked at me like I was barging into his home living room and interrupted his chill session. Zero customer service, horrible attitude. Clearly this place doesn’t need any new business.Update:Luckily the trash attitude of this dude drove me to find 🖤s tattoo shop down the road and I couldn’t be happier, cool tatt people that understand how to run a business where trust and good vibes are fundamental.Update 2: there was not one single client in that store! unless you have a room in the back full of people you’re blatantly lying, which is absolutely expected from someone that has zero idea of how to provide an iota of service.The next shop, I thankfully drove to, was actually busy and in 15 minutes the lovely host had me meeting an artist. Do Better!

Got my nose pierced by Q and she explained how everything was gonna go down for my first nose piercing. Joked around with my husband and I so made my experience not as nerve wrecking. Would definitely recommend!!

My wife and I dropped in for quick small tattoos as walk-ins and they were all very welcoming and were understanding to all alterations to the quick sketches they did on the spot. Very knowledgeable and talented artists and great, comfortable environment.

Q, my piercer was very kind and patient, explaining thoroughly what she was going to do, and even explaining aftercare. Highly recommend!(this was my review 11 months ago... as of now, speaking to other piercers and trying to find new jewelery I have since found out my helix piercing was misplaced and will need to be repierced in order to comfortably wear any different jewlery, I cant even wear a stud nor sleep comfortably, I have taken it out to let it heal and hopefully get it properly pierced by a different company).ps: dont believe ALL positive reviews they give a free cleaning spray if u give a 5 star review at the shop and show it to the employees... (Im not trying to say everybody has a bad experience)

I had my ears pierced for the first time by Ms. Q. Im turning 50 in the fall and this was on my Birthday Bucket List. The entire experience was calm and fun. For those with mobility issues, note that the shop is up 2 flights of narrow stairs. I had to complete a form regarding my overall health. I didnt expect this, but was pleased to learn they were so thorough. Q explained everything she was doing step by step. Her station (and the entire shop) was very clean. She spent time to make sure I was pleased with her marker placement as Id just learned that one of my ears is a shade higher than the other. Q wanted to be sure I was satisfied.I found Q to be friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The process was quick and nearly pain-free. I hope to return to have my second piercings done. Highly recommend.

Josh was professional and very patient with me. He did am amazing job on the touch-up and addition to an older tattoo. The facility was clean and all employees were welcoming. I will definitely be back.

My two visits with Q initially went well, as she was able to remove a 4-year-old piercing and provide some advice on an industrial piercing that was improperly pierced by another tattoo shop. However, after offering to help me remove the piercing, she basically ghosted me. I texted her several times with no response. After having my boyfriend call her and set up an appointment with her, she failed to show up at the tattoo shop after we waited almost 20 minutes. Im really disappointed with my experience, as she initially seemed to be very caring at first, them ghosted me out of nowhere.

While trying to figure out a tattoo for my back. The artist guy gets all upset because I dont just want his first idea. Then he tells me that hes not going to put a giant back tattoo on me unless its a tattoo that he wants to do. Im supposed to wear the tattoo thatYOU want for the rest of my life? If I insist on a tattoo that I like, you will just refuse to do it? Youre half my age but my opinion is worthless? At a tattoo shop!? Never going back.

Made a last minute piercing appointment for myself and a friend after a bad experience at another parlor (they tried to charge me a required additional fee of $80 for steel ball studs…) Q and her dad did us so right and kept me laughing. This was also my first piercing and I was very nervous. The atmosphere is very laid-back. Every area is sanitized and the piercing tools are medical grade. Aftercare is thoroughly explained and any questions are answered expertly.Such a deal

Update: 7 months later I made a return visit to see Q for a new Conch piercing. And once I again I left extremely satisfied and raving to my friends. Q is quick but thorough and I really appreciate the fact that she approaches each piercing as unique and individual as its recipient. She understands piercings arent one size fits all, that healing times and pain threshold vary from client to client, and she discussed that we with me as planned out my next round of piercings. She is a true professional and I fully trust her.--------We had an AMAZING experience with Q at Artifacts. Actually the entire staff there was so welcoming and relaxed. It really set the vibe for us. We made an appointment, arrived early, and she was able to start ahead of schedule. She took her time explaining everything to my daughter and then made sure she understood the cleaning and care of her piercings. I was so pleased I went ahead and had her do my Tragus as well. She did an excellent job and for me it was virtually painless. I would 10000000% recommend Q for your childrens piercings. She was telling me about how the owner is her Dad, and shes one of 12, so when they have kids in the shop they really try to respect that and ensure a kid friendly environment. We will be going back for our tattoos.

Q is amazing at what she does. She was so welcoming as soon as I walked in. Sent me text updates about our appointment! Walked me through the whole process of getting my piercing, and set my mind at ease! I highly recommend her for any piercing you need done locally!

Q did an excellent job with our 18 month old daughter. She was informative and very very patient with us because our daughter was historical. She talked us through the whole process and definitely put my husband at ease. We highly recommend her to any one and any age range! We will definitely be back in the future!

My 17 year old daughter missed her appointment 2 weeks ago because she had the flu. Then today she checked out of school early, then she and my wife headed to Huntsville. Our house is 2 hours away.They had car trouble 30 miles from the house, turned around, came back, got my wifes van and headed right back to Huntsville. They messaged the artist who told them they would lose their deposit if they werent there by 5. They arrived at 5:20 and the artist refused to do her simple tattoo and kept her $100 deposit. This was going to be her second tattoo from this artist who we had to wait 40 minutes past her last appointment time for the first tattoo. I guess customers time nor repeat business matter to these folks. No compassion or empathy at all. BTW, her appointment was from 4 to 6 but the artist was leaving at 5:20.I highly recommend using anyplace but Art-I-Facts Tattoo. Find someplace that actually has a heart and cares about their customers.

Had trouble changing my rook piercing by myself so I made an appointment to get some help. They were able to fit me in that day and were very timely. The piercer was really gentle with my piercing since it was irritated from me trying to change the jewelry myself. She was incredibly nice and super quick! The vibe in there is so awesome and everyone is very nice! Definitely coming back to get a tattoo and other piercings. Check them out!

Have been going here for all of me and my best friends aesthetic ear piercings. The piercer is amazing she definitely knows what shes doing and has a great energy Ive been completely calm during the piercings and extremely pleased with the outcome. So far Ive had a forward helix, tragus, and rook done. We plan on continuing to see her until we have all the holes we want 😘 10/10

This is a wonderful establishment that greets all. Appointments are accepted and walk-ins always welcomed. On my last visit, I got my nose pierced. The young lady that work on me did a wonderful job, as well as, took her time. She didnt use clamps nor alot of substances on my face. Best of all made me feel comfortable in her chair. Total time taken roughly 10 minutes, timing honestly depends on you. Last but not least, they teach you how to completely take care of anything you get from them and also sale tools to help with the healing process.

Q was super quick and helpful with the After care. Would definitely recommend.

Good customer service isnt just about giving an exceptional experience the first time, but going above and beyond to fix any mistakes or issues that ALL businesses inevitably struggle with. Im very impressed with how the owner handled my dissatisfaction and made it right. No wonder they have almost 5 stars on Google. I am getting my tattoo done in a few weeks by him personally. Im super excited. Some of the most loyal customers are those like me, who didnt have a great experience to start, but was turned around above and beyond.UPDATE: Got my tattoo and its amazing. Great for piercings, love the atmosphere of the shop, but wasnt comfortable going back after my sleeve consult.My appointment got changed after I set it up, never heard anything back when I tried to contact them about it (call and email), and on the day of the consult, I had to wait an hour for the artist to show up. On top of that, I was quoted one price when I set up the appointment and another when I got there.Their communication needs work, so if youre looking for a large piece you may be better off somewhere else. If youre looking for a great piercing experience though, definitely check them out.

Absolutely love this shop and the people. They were all super friendly and welcoming. My tattoo artist (Fabz) did an amazing job. She was kind, friendly, caring, personable, and has an amazing work ethic. She pours her heart and soul into each tattoo and you can tell in the design and tattoo itself. I would recommend her (and the shop) to anyone and everyone.

Had an appointment to get a helix piercing. Q was very professional but also very kind!! She asked me my pronouns and I asked for hers. Very efficient and fast, and it was the least painful piercing experience Ive ever had!! Edit: I got my earlobes done recently as well and they were amazing once more!

My new home for all things Bod Mod! High quality work, maximum professionalism, great atmosphere, and good vibes! Sue is so cool - she made sure she knew exactly what we wanted and that the placement was perfect before we got started. And she was very chill with us throughout the process. We were able to witness a couple piercings in between getting our tats, and she did so well that neither person made so much as even a whimper! I highly recommend!!!

All I can say is WOW! Josh Bond has by far the lightest touch for a tattoo artist. Humble, quiet, and self deprecating, he just blew me away by his manner. I only needed a small addition to an existing tattoo and on a whim, came by. He was there and said how about now? The truth is, his work is better than the original. (No pics - because it is in the process of healing.)

Went there and got my first official tattoo. Soo is great and treated me exceptionally well and is an amazing artist. I went in there with a vision and she perfected it with her own creative style. I recommend that anyone in the area go to her if you are looking to get a tattoo. Very fun environment and enjoyed the experience!

My first experience with Artifacts was simply amazing. The piercing artist Q was very friendly yet professionally. She informed of everything I needed to know before getting the piercing to ensure I still wanted it (which I did)! Her complete honesty was one of the main reason I decided to get the Rook piercing. Overall amazing!

Q did my navel piercing and she was awesome! I was nervous about the piercing but she took her time and explained everything to me. I almost fainted afterwards and she was very patient and took her time to make sure I was okay. Great service! The piercing looks awesome and I’d do it again despite almost fainting!

Art-I-Facts was clean, friendly, welcoming, & professional start-to-finish. My daughter & I went to have our noses pierced & the lady who does their piercings was GREAT! I wouldn’t let someone with whom I didn’t feel comfortable touch my daughter, but she made us feel immediately at ease & was very informative, patient & comforting (with me; my daughter didn’t require any of that - she was way braver than me!), & very skilled at executing “one swift motion” to pierce, secure, etc. I know she had a certain time window in which to work since there were others scheduled, but she did not make me feel rushed or pressed in any way (did I mention I was extremely apprehensive & had to “take a minute”). She sanitized the station between my daughter & myself, wore a mask the entire time, had separate trays of tools for each of us with clean, sanitized tools & all safety protocols were fully in place. I 100% recommend Art-I-Facts for body piercing (I assume their tattoo artists are equally as professional; there were a couple of tattoo customers & the artists & customers were engaged in pleasant conversation & everyone seemed upbeat & comfortable).

Just got tattooed by Que last night! He was amazing and incredibly kind and friendly. Very good at what he does. He worked with me to make sure my design and piece was great looking and just what I wanted. He made sure I was comfortable and okay multiple times throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone and I can’t wait to go back and get my sleeve shaded.
