$80 earrings fell apart after 10 days. The jewel came out, and now I have to go somewhere else to repierce my daughters ear. What a shame. The staff is friendly.

Tiffany did a STELLAR job piercing my daughter’s ears! It was my 6 year old daughter’s first piercing and Tiffany went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make her feel comfortable and was so so sweet and friendly to her! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely come back to get my younger daughter’s ears pierced when it’s time. Also, I am a perfectionist and she did a great job of KINDLY easing my OCD and making sure the markings were even and to my liking before actually doing the piercing. Wow is all I can say the new store manager ALEJANDRO IS THE TRUE definition of a manager and just making this right with the customer and customer service I’ve had my broken jewelry for about 7 months now and I just gave up on even trying to get it exchanged but I was on the mall and just stopped in just to try again to have my items replaced after months and months of having them broken and what do you know Alejandro was there to save the day he made my problems go away his customer service was so good and I’m was so happy to see him that I made another purchase and I wasn’t even trying to do so but it was all because of him he turned my whole day around and the way I feel about banter now! I ordered my daughters birthday present from Banter by Piercing Pagoda and used the pick-up in store the next day option. The status of the order the day I was supposed to pick it up showed pending payment verification (even though they had already withdrawn the funds from my acct), the store where I was to pick up didnt show the order in their system and when I contacted the customer service department, they didnt understand what why the store didnt show the order. I contacted customer service again the day after I was to pick up and was told that the order was ready. I did not receive an email, text or phone call to tell me it was ready. I was told that they usually do not contact the customer when the order is ready for pickup. The online system still shows pending payment. There is a serious lack of communication at this company between corporate, the store and the customer.

I got my daughters ears peirced. She is 10 months and both ladies did amazing ! Kelsey did her piercings and she was patient and calm and friendly. I wanted to do both ears at the same time and she told me no at first ehich i didnt like, but explained why they dont recommend it and made me feel good about it..thank you ladies!

My anklet broke again within 2 weeks of getting it. I took it back for an exchange. The replacement I chose was the same price as my original anklet, so I assumed my total would be zero. The associate said my total was 20 dollars and some change. I started inquiring about the price and she said it was just in case it broke again she was giving me their coverage plan for my item. I told her I wasnt interested in the plan because this was my second anklet and they both broke within the 90 days. I didnt want to invest anymore money into it and now she rang up the coverage without even asking me. When I told her I didnt want it she rolled her eyes and then turned back around and removed the charge. How do you charge a customer for something they didnt ask for? Then she made a comment about not usually offering the coverage at that price as if she was doing me a favor. It wasnt right and it didnt seem like an ethical business practice.

The service is so friendly and they make sure to provide and properly information you on the care you need do in order to make sure the piercing heals correctly. They make experience so lovely so that you feel comfortable.

The girls that worked Saturday. Kelly and I can’t remember the other young lady name but they were awesome. I would definitely shop with them again.

When I got my piercing it was fast and barely hurt, and you can tell they know what they’re doing by how centered it was. All of the earrings there were in great condition. I went here to buy earring one day, had the worst customer service of my life. The women that was there her name is Trish, she didn’t greet me look at acknowledge me or anything for 10 minutes: eventually she let me buy the earrings but her nasty Horrid unethical customer service nearly made meNot buy it but I was in need of earrings at the time. Two days later I go back for something else and another woman is there. Her name is Kayla he was so nice and good to me. She took care of me and asked me how my experience was the last time I was here. I gave her my honest customer review and left. Two days after that this women Trish came Tom my work and verbally harrassed to the point where she was asking me to come outside and fight her. Her managers who are her friends told her who gave her the review and with that giving out my confidential information Trish came to my work and harrassed me. I understand her managers and her are close however when it comes to policy no one is doing there job. Trish was on the clock, also in uniform representing Piercing Pagoda. I called the the store talked to their manager her name is Shayna. I could tell she’s friends with Trish because she pretty much blew me off and purposely gave me the wrong corporate number, getting my law suit ready.

Me and my boyfriend were currently walking andHe had seen jewelry and charms and rings and necklaces so he wanted to stop and look so we did and asked what section was the genuine diamonds and real gold and one of the associates took us to a case and told me these where real diamonds and real gold . She stated she worked with zales and didn’t have a diamond tester so she would walk with us but then changed the subject. So since she said that she made it seem like everything was legit . After we purchased the items we went to zales to get it tested and the diamonds where fake but the gold was real .. you could tell from the beginning she was trying to scam us but my boyfriend listen to the deal that was to good to be true and ended up with fake diamonds .we walked back down stairs and at this moment I was about to go crazy on these girls because they were all in on this it was so sad watching them girls sell fake jewelry to other people to give to there family on a special holiday I have tooken videos of the women and they thought it was cute but the thing is they are not going to be laughing when they’re business is shut down please don’t not go to this place or get any gifts these girls are all scammers and she thought she had me for a moment but when I came back down stairs she look away from me and the other girls did too they were so scared and there faces were so guilty but I reported them to the mall so hopefully they will be gone soon or whoever is apart of the scamming because you girls scam the wrong one !!!!

Took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced after a cancelled attempt from a ear infection. The staff was very attentive and talked with her and made sure we liked where it was placed. Despite my daughter releasing a banshee shriek they kept their cool, gave her specifically a green lollipop and went on to the next adult who may have been a little scared after hearing my daughter.

Gabriel helped me out with one of the best customer services i’ve ever had!! very polite gentleman i will definitely come back !

I went to Banter today Sunday 9/18/2022 to get an ear pierced and the lady working in the blonde hair was superb! I recommend this store very much.

I got my cartilage pierced here and it got infected. I didn’t realize they were infected at the time and went back to my piercing location for them to remove the earring since the pain was unbearable. They told we “We’re sorry we pierced your ear with that size, those earrings are too small for a cartilage piercing. You’re ear is infected and you need to go to a doctor.”The girl who did my piercing must have been new or something. I asked her is the earring big enough before she pierced my ear. She said yes and proceeded to pierce my ear. I had to go to several doctors about treating my ear.

I bough some earrings for my baby apparently 14 gold yeah right GOLD PLATED!!!!!! My baby had a real bad reaction and infection. Call customer service to let them know and they are worst!!!! Be aware and stay away from this place !! And the manager Tiffany never is in the store to speak to her.

3 years ago we got my oldest daughters ears pierced here and bought the extra warranty on the earrings. Sure enough one of her earrings broke after about a month. The front of the earring broke off from the post but the post and back were still in her ear but we were able to take it in and get them replaced. This year I took my younger daughter in to get her ears done and purchased the same extended warranty. This time when those earrings broke in just the same way, she didnt realize until the entire earring was missing. When we went in to the mall to talk to them about it their manager at the booths attitude was basically yeah that happens a lot but if you dont have a piece of the earring there is nothing we can do about it. I would never purchase earrings here again as the quality is clearly lacking and their customer service about it stinks.
