Electric Legacy Tattoo

I went to Jason and told him I wanted a Phoenix to cover up an old dragon tattoo. I found a picture of what I thought I wanted but Jason took that picture and turned it into something I wanted even more !!! I can’t wait for him to start on my next one!! All the artists at Electric Legacy are very talented and professionals. This is the only shop I’ll go to.

I’ve gotten a couple of tattoos from Samantha and I love every single one of them!!! Not only an amazing artist but also a really cool human. Definitely getting more in the future from her. Shop is very clean and everyone was very nice; would definitely recommend the shop to everyone I know.

This is hands down the BEST tattoo shop around! Very clean, all amazing artist and overall best tattoo shop I have ever been too.Samantha has done 4 tattoos for me this year and never had any issues with healing or what I got was not correct. Samantha even helped me to make sure my choices were done to my liking but gave her expert advice to make them even better.My husband is working with Jason for his Phoenix and that experince has been amazing for him too. I cant wait for his finish product.Honestly all the artist there are amazing and I would allow anyone of them to tattoo me. I am already game planning my next one and of course it will be at Electric Legacy Tatoo!!Had to add to my review my horse that I had Jason do!!!! Drove by this place everyday after work for a couple of months and finally stopped in. The shop is clean and everyone was cool and welcoming. Kat helped me with the consultation for my first tattoo. I gave her my idea and a couple of reference images and the end result/tattoo she designed was amazing. She did an excellent job.Also met Jason, the owner and he seems like an awesome dude! Will definitely refer others and return here for my next pieces.

Everyone in the shop is awesome!!!! Definitely the best place in jacksonville to get tattooed!!! If your looking for a specific style pretty sure you chances are extremely high with finding the artist to execute your vision and turn it into a reality!!! Personally been coming to the shop almost every 4 weeks to get a eeveelutions sleeve done!! Sarah has turned my arm into a peice of art and were not finished yet!!!

Kat did my first tattoo on 03/30 and was amazing! She was very patient with me and explained everything she was doing so that I was completely comfortable and aware the entire time. 10/10 would get tattooed by her again 🖤

Every time Ive been to Electric Legacy, all staff members have been very welcoming and kind. I always feel very heard and respected here. All of the artists do stunning work, but Sara is hands down my favorite artist there. From vivid colored anime inspired ink to her black and gray nature realism work, Sara can tackle any project you have in mind! Thanks for giving us a safe environment, Jason!

Like this place and the atmosphere. Pictures in the wall done by the artist are amazing and for sale. I got 2 tattoos, one is good, the other is upsetting. Missing ink in spots, ink smearing outside of border areas and everyone I ask if they know what it is they have no idea. I’m so upset. On my lower arm on the outside so everyone can see it. Every time i look at it I could cry. I’m in Virginia and they are in Florida so hard for me to go back. I will be there in June and she offered to touch it up, but I don’t really want to do that either because I don’t know how it’s gonna be fixed and I don’t want it bigger. Lose, Lose

Today was the second time I got a tattoo from this shop. I had Ivy and she was absolutely amazing! Listened to every idea I had about a cover up. She made sure I was happy with my tattoo and colors. She was Patient with me and made me feel so comfortable being in a chair for a few hours. Well as comfortable as you can get while getting a tattoo haha. The atmosphere was just wonderful and welcoming. I will definitely be returning for my future tattoos. Thank you so much!

I went to see Camron because he does all my tattoos, and amazing at what he does. However, everyone was nice and friendly. You just felt welcome when you walked in.

I got an eyebrow piercing by Cody and he was absolutely amazing!! I was a little nervous as this was my first face piercing but he was phenomenal with making me feel at ease and he made sure I was ready before doing anything at all!! I’d been eyeing Electric on Instagram for such a long time and finally snagged a flash design with Mel. I’m always a bit nervous with getting tattooed bc conversations/vibes with artists can be hit or miss. I was so so so pleasantly surprised. As soon as my partner and I were in the door, I was comfortable. The vibes of the overall shop are fantastic. Mel herself was very sweet and made the experience not only pleasant but fun with our conversation and banter. While I was there, I interacted with a portion of the staff and everyone was so so kind. We talked about designs, different projects etc. Overall, I was beyond happy with the experience and my piece turned out amazing. I will definitely be coming back not only to Mel, but to the shop as a whole. I’m already looking into pieces from some of the other artists I spoke to and can genuinely not wait. I am delighted with the beautiful artwork that Melly has done for me!! She is the only person who has ever placed tattoos on me. From the very first one in November of 2021 through today, Melly has been and continues to be the only artist who I would trust with my skin! She is so patient, has incredible artistic talent, and has gone above and beyond to make my wishes come true!I very highly recommend Melly for any tattoo artistry!!

Cody is amazing! I went to another tattoo shop where they jacked up my piercing. Went to 3 other shops and they said there’s nothing they could do. Cody took one look, downsized, and pointed out that the angle of the piercing was wrong. He managed to get the piercing bump I’d been struggling with for 5 months to vanish in 2 weeks. Place was clean and staff was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Took my 7 year old here for her birthday. It’s something she wanted for a while. Seemed greatly expensive for a piercing but I’m a 42 year old male with 4 kids under 8. The hell do I know about the cost of piercings.Cody was extraordinary with his care for humanity and empathy the entire process. Given my daughter track record of balling out over every little bump bruise and scrape, the young lady did not even BLINK! I was amazed.I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime. Ask for Cody. He’s not there on Sunday or Mondays.

Went and got my tongue pierced here and I can always tell how good a piercer is by how long and hard the healing process is they pierced they have here was super fast and efficient I was in and out in less than 15 mins . After reading online about how people are in pain for a week after getting their tongue pierced .I shockingly woke up two days after with no pain ! I can really tell he’s good at what he does and I will be coming back for any and all piercing I need in the future , and I recommend you do the same !

My daughter and I got matching tattoos for her birthday before she leaves for college. I did my research and it was totally worth it! This shop is clean and organized. Jonathan, Luke and Jason were awesome! Jonathan did my tattoo and made me completely comfortable! Luke did my daughter and husbands tattoos and we are all so happy with the results!! I got a cross tattoo done today on my inner forearm. Ivy did my tattoo and it came out better than the picture I showed her!! The atmosphere is really welcoming!! Overall really clean place and nice people!! Ivy is the best!!!

My bestfriend and I just had the most amazing walk-in appointment’s with Melly and Sara. They were amazing to work with, and gave us exactly what we wanted. I recently just had two tattoos done by an extremely talented apprentice. Melly along with the rest of the staff goes out of their way to ensure that the client is comfortable and happy with their overall experience. When booking appointments, inquiries were answered in a concise and timely manner. I appreciate this shop more than words can describe!

The entire team was AMAZING! A group of 5 of us, plus 2 friends, wandered in for tattoos and piercings. They were able to accommodate all of us. Kat was my artist. Shes AMAZING!!! Ill for sure visit the shop again, with an appointment, the next time Im in town!

Jason has been the only artist to ever tattoo me. I have been going to him since 2002 and typically drive 4-6hrs one way to sit in his chair. I am a stickler for high quality work and consistency. With him you get both plus the opportunity to work with a great human being. I will continue to get my work from Jason as long as he has a tattoo gun in his hand. Trust me when I say you will love his work.

This place is amazing! They had such a welcoming and warm environment! Every employee here was so kind and helpful! I’m so happy to have gotten my first tattoo here! We had a group of 5 do walk-in’s and they were able to accommodate all of us! Definitely recommend!

Super cool guy , willing to work with price with you & does an outstanding job! Jason is lucky to have a guy there to be able to take care of guests with phenomenal tattoos when he hes not there. I went in on June 29th, 2018 with my mum to get a rough price quote for matching tattoos and we were told Jonathan was available at that moment and he did such a wonderful job. This was my first tattoo done from a shop here in Florida and I’m extremely pleased with the work he did. Such a wonderful guy. And everyone at the shop was friendly as well. I’ll be returning here in the future.

I shopped all over Jax looking for an artist to do a cover-up. Most everyone I talked to said that what I wanted would not work or it would have to be very dark to coverup the old artwork. I stopped into Electric Legacy Tattoo because it was close to the house and met Jason. We talked about what I wanted and what needed to be covered up and he said basically No Problem. We set a date to start and when I got there he showed me what he had designed and it was Bad Ass to say the least. It was exactly what I was looking for. 5 hours later the first phase of the coverup was done and it was amazing. The old tattoos, yes 2 of them, were gone and it wasnt even finished yet. I go back in 3 weeks for the final work and could not be happier to be seeing Jason again. He will be the only one I see in the future! Great dude, family man, and artist! Everyone in the shop was amazing to talk to.

Exceptional work from Jason and Corey. Could not be more pleased with their art! Their piercer knows his craft. From detail with actual quality jewelry to explaining why some things will or will not work. These guys definitely care about their clients and the work that comes out of the shop. This guy is hands down the only guy that will ever ink me period. He is a completely underrated artist. Not one of those guys that will just put anything on you for the cash. He takes time to find and draw the right tattoos to flow with your body. Not something alot of artist do. I would recommend anybody to go to him. Great shop as well..great vibes. Three stars because the artwork came out really good. But...they charged a 40 dollar fee that doesnt go towards the final price. I can dig that if they are going to draw up your tat. I was assuming that was what I paid artists to do. What they did was google pics which probably took about it 5 minutes. Not sure why theyre charging for that. Couldve took a googled pic in myself.
