I had an absolutely great experience at this shop!!! First time getting a tattoo in Florida and getting in contact with the shop. They directed me to the right artist for the work I was looking for, micro tattooing on my hand and fingers. The staff was so helpful with the whole process and incredibly kind!!! I was able to get seen within a few days of my request, and the artist Memphis did an outstanding job!! Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while getting the tattoo!!! There was so much caution and attention to detail from him when it came to the cleanliness and attention to detail with his station and the tattoo!!! It was extremely reasonably priced, and I am so happy with the outcome!!! I highly recommend this place!!! I was so happy with the whole process from getting in contact with the shop to getting the right artist for my piece!!!

Recently got a tattoo, the staff was amazing, and the artist did his best but the final product had quite a few mistakes. From a glance it looked okay, but when you looked closer shadows were off, lines didnt connect, and it barely resembled the reference photo not to memtion its fading dramatically quicker than all my other tattoos. Seemed like the dude wasnt paying attention. On the flip side 8 years ago I was tattooed by another artist here and they did my full sleeve perfectly. Im having another shop where the artist who did my right arm works fix the glaring mistakes and practically redo it all. I dont want to name drop, and I dont want a refund because he did try but just make sure you do your research on the artist.

Came here to get 2nd and 3rd lobe piercings done/redone. Israel did my piercings and was great about making sure everything lined up and looked good before I left - this type of attention is so appreciated. The wait was a little long (>30 minutes) but with no appointment beforehand thats fine by me. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and helpful as well. Definitely plan on coming back sometime in the future for more piercings with Israel!

I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced for her birthday. The staff was amazing to work with and the lady that did my daughter’s piercings was so patient with her (my daughter just turned 7). 10 out of 10 I would recommend them to anyone.

Go see ISRAEL for your piercings. He knows what he’s doing and has years & years of experience. I came in to fix a crooked septal piercing from someone else who messed it up yesterday. I’ve never had any piercings before yesterday and was super disappointed when it came out crooked. Israel reassured me the first one was put in the wrong spot and that he would be able to correct it by re-piercing. I was definitely a little nervous since the first one didn’t go as planned but his confidence and reassurance as a piercing artist eased any doubts I had. I put it in his hands and trusted him and he didn’t let me down. Thank you so much, Israel. This was exactly what I wanted. Also, side shout out to the front desk, Pam. You were amazing.

Took my friend here to get her septum piercing. 50 dollars for it which wasnt too bad compared to other places. Feels very comforting in here and the lady was very nice. The man who did her piercing was kind as well.

I have been to several tattoo artists over the years, and Peacocks was one of my top favorites. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable while waiting. My artist was very kind and I appreciated her banter during the process. She was able to replicate exactly what I wanted to scale, (which i had previously been told couldnt be done at another location) and I am really pleased with the way that it turned out. This is my second time coming here and I am never disappointed with the service I receive. I definitely will he back and recommend them to my friends and family.

Had my three piercing done by Kat (belly button, both sides of my nostrils) and man can I tell you this was the best experience I’ve had walking into any shop. Not only was everyone’s customer service outstanding, my piercer Kat was just amazing. They worked around my allergies to make sure I was fitted with the proper jewelry. Piercings were so quick and near painless that after she did the first one I wanted two more! Highly highly recommend this shop and most definitely go see Kat for your piercing needs.

Took my 10 year old. Barbie was recommended to us and she was fabulous! Very, very clean/sterile procedure. Barbie was fast and comforting, such a heart of gold. Highly recommend her for little ones.

I came in with a surface bar piercing that I was trying to remove but could not get to budge. These beautiful souls spent 45 minutes getting it out for me - and I mean giving me juice boxes, wiping my tears, being extremely supportive and sweet. There ended up being some scar tissue that had caused it to be so difficult to remove. I’m so grateful to all of them for their kindness - they never once made me feel like I was being a baby even though I was crying. Kat, Peacock, and Israel - you’re amazing and I adore you!! You’ve got a fan for life.

We took our friend in on a whim last night for a tattoo. We just wanna say Jarrod is an amazing artist, very humble very funny and overall just cool. Her first tattoo was amazing and the line work was impeccable. We will all be return customers here! Thank you!

I’ve seen Barbie here before but never seen work, I remembered her being really nice though. Today me and my friend came in and got some piercings and I requested her after reading the reviews on here. She did a great job and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the results. She’ll def get you right and is a great person.

Very down-to-earth and chill, love the atmosphere in this place everytime I come. Great pricing. My tongue piercing could be used as a five-star standard its so perfect.

EDITED TO ADD: I went back to have them look and they informed me that TJ was let go and they apologized profusely, took out the jewelry, and gave me a card for a free piercing so they got more stars for the great follow up.So just went in for my Daith piercing and we arrived at 8pm, well within the time before closing, no one was in the lobby (customer wise) and the lady up front was very nice and helped answered all of my questions. She then called the piercer TJ and he came in, didnt say anything just stapled my paperwork, signed it and took the payment. He asked me to go in the back and I asked if he by chance had a lollipop or anything sweet since I am a faint risk and wasnt sure if i was going to do the piercing today so I didnt bring anything and he said no sorry.I said ok, well I am a faint risk so I just wanted to let you know. He didnt look at my paperwork at all, asked me to turn up my head to look at my ear and in about 30 seconds had the needle already through, hardly any warning or prep except for a ready 1, 2 and by 1 he was already piercing. So I was in a lot of pain, which I expect, and he get the jewelry in, balls on and wipes up my ear a bit.Proceeds to clean up while I am trying to make sure I dont start passing out and he starts walking out of the room expecting me to follow him, only about a min after the piercing.I follow him and he doesnt really say anything as I head out, i did give him a tip cuz thats just the right thing to do, but once I got outside I proceeded to cry because I just felt so discarded, rushed and not cared for at all. Not like when I got my septum pierced and I almost did faint and several of the piercers including Barbie made sure I was ok.I hope TJ get better bedside manner, maybe he was tired but I did not enjoy my experience this time.

Got my ears pierced by Israel. He was so professional, kept a clean environment and the piercings are just perfect! Definitely recommend asking for Israel if youre looking for any piercings.

For starters, Tabi and Barbie are great piercers. Tabi did my vertical labret and its absolutely perfect. Super professional and sweet honestly a natural. Barbie is very experienced and did an amazing job on my friends piercings and was super professional when she changed some of my jewelry out. I really trust both of them 100%. However when I got my tongue pierced last night it was neither of the two girls. A lady with red hair did my tongue piercing and it was completely crooked. I have had my tongue pierced before for years and theres still a scar from the previous piercing where it was, and it wouldve been a great guide to pierce over, but instead she had pierced the top thru the middle of my tongue and the bottom came out near the tip to the left. I knew from the second i tried to put my tongue back in my mouth it felt very off. We both looked at it and realized it was indeed crooked and she decided to take it out. I will say she did issue me a full refund, and was apologetic and kind about it. And she did do a perfect job on my friends nostril piercing after mine. She handled it very professionally and i appreciated that. This was just my experience .

Jarrod was able to get me and my husband in through a walk-in late at night, drew us up tattoos for our anniversary, and did them all in the same night shortly before close. It was very professional and quick! Made the perfect ending to our anniversary and we really appreciate his service! Love the tattoos even more!

I just walked in and they helped me within minutes! They were clean, professional, and my piercer Barbie was amazing! She explained every step to me so I always felt in charge of what was happening. She was quick, clean, and overall amazing!! Five stars all around!! Im definitely coming here again for my next set of piercings 😆

I got my first tattoo here from Will last night and it turned out phenomenally! He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and explained each step before doing it. Not only was his work amazing, he stayed 40 minutes past close to get it all finished up. If you’re looking for a good atmosphere and a great piece this is the place to go.

Ive been going to Peacocks for over 20 years for tattoos. Very clean and professionally run business. Today I took my oldest for a piercing. Even though she was nervous, the piercer was super calm and encouraging. Highly recommend this shop for any form of body art.

I was a piercing walk in and was immediately assisted after trying to go to a different shop in riverside that closed early. I told Shayla I was a big baby and she walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable getting the piercing done. She walked me through aftercare and answered all of my questions. 10/10 will go to her again for my next piercing. Amazing experience !

Jarrod is amazing!! His line work is incredible and he talked to my girlfriend and i the whole time and was a really cool down to earth guy. You can tell his passion for art runs deep. He tattooed my girlfriend at around 11pm and then also stayed an hour after close to tattoo me. He’s awesome, we will definitely be going back

Barbie did amazing on my nipple piercings. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the pain. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will be going back to get any other piercings ill end up getting. Everything was clean and everyone was wearing masks.

I came in for nipple piercings yesterday & got pierced by Shayla. She was by far one of the best piercers I’ve came across. She seen I was very nervous & she made me feel so comfortable and walked me through every step, definitely getting pierced by her again.

This is a fantastic place, everyone there has a cool sort of energy that makes you feel welcomed and has so many different varieties of things you can get. Everyone there is very skillful and has a true passion for the arts.

Got my lobes pierced here by Shayla. She had to mark my ears a couple of times which made me nervous but I’m glad she took the time to make it so I liked the placement. The place seems clean and she used gloves and sterilized my ears etc. I wish I had been given a little more direction about aftercare because I slept on my side the first two nights and now one side is not healing as well as the other.

10/10 made my nostril piercing easy and quick.

Botched my septum piercing. done lazily and completely crooked. sizing up is barely even an option because even after trying to just let it heal after a couple months i had to get it redone because of the pain of the incorrect placement. i regret not waiting for who regularly does my piercings to be there because i got someone i usually don’t get and decided to give them a shot.

Barbie did an amazing job with our five year old! Our daughter got scared and Barbie did absolutely everything possible to help her calm down. I will absolutely go back for our future piercings, just to have Barbie do them for us. It was worth every penny for an amazing quality piercing that is healing amazingly, even with it being on someone so young!

Friendly staff, went in for a size-up mistakenly thinking I had 12g jewellery in. I ordered 10g elsewhere; turns out what I had in already were actually 16g but the gentleman who helped me still managed to get the new larger rings in. 3 sizes up in one go is no mean feat, but he did it quickly and professionally (though it was DEFINITELY painful). No charge, just tipped! Lots of awards on the walls, and theyre in touch with other local piercers. Ill definitely be back for my next sizing-up, or another piercing (or tattoo!) should I decide on one.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and if I could give 6 I would!

Great service, we had two people get piercing and the lady did a great job. The only negative i would say was having to wait for an hour but thats to be expected on a Saturday night when they had 6 ppl all come in back to back for piercings and there is only one person working that does piercing. Other than that, it was great.

I came in looking for a piercing I didn’t know the name of so I showed pictures of it. And they said it was Angel bites so I said okay. I even showed the piercer the pictures too. When he pierced the first one I asked why he pierced it wrong and he said that the way it is. And two days later I talked to two other piercers and they said he did it wrong. And they’re fighting me on a refund it’s ridiculous.

Brad is awesome! Got my cartilage pierced today and he made the experience very comfortable. It was done before I knew it and no pain AT ALL. If you need something pierced, he is your guy. Thanks brad!! Will definitely return for future piercings!

While my ear piercings did come out fine, my experience here was not what it should have been. What should have been a 20 minute job became a 3 hour wait and an all night event. The piercing artist emphasized it would only be a 10 minute wait but the woman getting her navel pierced ahead of me took an hour and a half to finish up. Normally I would have just left and come back another time, but I had been quickly rushed to pay when I had first walked in. Even an hour in, they apologized and claimed it would only be 10 more minutes and promised me a gift card, but it was still another 30 minutes. After they finally finished up, the artist said he needed to take a break, which is understandable so I waited another 20 minutes. My piercer was generous to offer a discount on the price of the jewelery/service but it turns out because I had already been checked out 2 hours ago, and the woman up front was not helpful, no discounts or refunds would be accommodated.I was glad to finally be pulled back after 2 hours of waiting, but it was clear that my piercing artist was either extremely overworked and about to pass out or on something. I believe it was the first one, but he was working extremely slow and paired with some inappropriate comments, the whole experience was uncomfortable. We finally finished piercing my ears after 1 hour, and I was not given a gift card, and I didnt even bother to look at my new piercings because I was just grateful to finally be able to leave. I was really disappointed in my experience here.

Barbie did my nose and septum piercings and she was absolutely amazing. The most sweet and comforting person I’ve ever been with. Made me feel so comfortable and like I shouldn’t be afraid. Her apprentice (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name!!) let me hold her elbow while I was having so much anxiety about my septum. They were both fantastic and when I almost couldn’t go through w the septum Barbie just pushed me through knowing how bad I wanted it. 10/10 will be going back to her for any other piercings.

Jared blew out all the art he did on me, terrible line work & absurd pricing for how bad it ended up. Do not recommend to anyone getting ink done by Him. Hes not only rough, but threw way too much soap over my arm & kept smacking & rubbing it with no care just reckless & unprofessional. Sad because I liked him as a person but as an artist its absolutely horrendous.

This shop is awesome! Here on vacation with my mom and just did a walk in. Everyone was so helpful and super chill. Very safe and comfortable environment. Will was our artist and he is AMAZING!! Mom isn’t very experienced in tattoos and he did great talking through it with her and had so much patience and was very professional while being dope af haha! Good prices and good artist. Update: I gave my medusa around 6 wks to heal and just had Shayla redo it and Im so happy! She centered my bottom labret and medusa perfectly and I LOVE THEM!After a crooked medusa from garbage Chris at fat kats tattoo, I went to peacocks for a consult. The lady at the desk was awesome and honest with me, and then the piercer Shayla was amazing. She was also very honest about my botched medusa, gave me advice on the process of being able to repierce it after healing, and then she pierced my bottom lip. She took a great deal of time to make sure it was perfect, and shes got a really quick and steady hand. Practically painless, and perfectly straight, and shes super easy to talk to just like the rest of the staff. I cant wait for this medusa to close up so Shayla can pierce it correctly for me! Thanks Peacocks! I will definitely be back asap!!

I went in to have my nipples pierced by Shayla. I was very nervous and she helped me have the best experience!! She made me very comfortable, made sure everything was clean & perfect before piercing.

So happy with the customer service we received! My son just turned 18 and wanted to get his first tattoo. Jarrod was the artist. Very professional and listened to our needs. Not expensive, great value for the work he did!

I came here about a month ago, my tongue piercing was done crooked but I’m not too worried about that I honestly just wanted it done again after having it out for over 8 years and I had a cover-up done which is a peony over-all the design and placement of the tattoo was great. So my issue with the tattoo was that he dug too deep on some spots some have healed fine but theres one big one. Till this day it’s still healing. Its from the flower to the leaves so the branches are faded now. I was in so much pain for more than a week and a half. My artist was great but, unfortunately I will not be returning in fear of it happening again.

TJ was the absolutely best! I got an embedded piercing due to another store and he removed it very quickly and gently. Will definitely go back here to get my piercings redone!

Christie is very personable and professional. My daughter and I got our noses pierced yesterday and Christie was a joy to work with. I really, really appreciate her diligence in making sure my daughters second nose piercing aligned with her first. Like, really! Horrible Service!! I came in for a Helix piercing and they 1. pierced it crooked, 2. pierced through my existing helix that I have already had done, 3. went right through a capillary and 4. didn’t do anything about it. I called and spoke to someone and then they hung up on me when I asked for a refund. I will be bringing this up that they will not refund a service that had to be corrected due to their staff not doing it right the first time. I had to go to a different shop who legit had to taper it, and had to redo the whole piercing. Never going here again!

Me and my sister in law got pierced tonight by Brad and he made our whole experience absolutely amazing. He went over everything with us and made us feel comfortable even told us great products to use for after care. Thanks so much Brad and we will be back again soon!

Went for a helix piercing and nasal. Great service. Barbie was fantastic! A fee days later I lost the ball to my helix piercing and they took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

I am a 44 year old elementary teacher. I got my first tattoo today to celebrate me and my husbands 13th anniversary. Daniel was my tattoo artist. He was amazing! So professional and kind. I love my tattoo and am excited to show it off.

I came into peacock for a surface tragus piercing and a one-word tattoo on my arm. I knew I shouldn’t have cheated on my usual piercer but I was really in the mood for a piercing. Learned my lesson. The lady that did my piercing was full of piercings herself but when I asked her if she had done any of them she said no as if that was the craziest idea ever which made me nervous. She also said that she hadn’t done this piercing before which made me even more nervous, but The place itself looks very professional so I didn’t think too much of it . After she may placement marks on my ear she proceeded to pierce it and it wasn’t a smooth push at all. At this point my nerves had eased but only for a split second because once she turned around to put the jewelry in she said that the whole had closed has she began looking for another needle to reopen it. At this point I have never felt so anxious in my life and I really contemplated telling her to just take it out but she ended up putting the jewelry in and made a comment about how much I was bleeding well I mean of course you just stuck me two times on my face while vigorously trying to push the jewelry through. And when she finished my piercing she made a remark about One of the other piercers “Barbie” saying she “doesn’t know how she does it”. Then I went to get my tattoo done and the drawing was perfect but the tattoo artist tattooed the letters kind of crooked and on one of the letters he didn’t even fill it in all the way so now I have to go get it fixed. Please avoid this place at all costs.

This was the most amazing experience of my young life. Jarrod is a true artist and really made my tattoo come to life. Im so happy to have found this shop. Best in Jax and will be coming back for more Masterpieces by Jarrod. Everyone was so friendly and inviting, you cant beat this kind of service.

I got my belly piercing done by Brad , it was first and foremost the most comfortable experience very customer friendly and explains in detail how to take care of your piercing after . The piercing experience was fast and easy , he did an amazing time definitely will go get another piercing from him .

Went there to get belly button pierced, got it done by TJ. It was a HORRIBLE experience. It hurt so badly I had to get it removed the next day, it was pierced way too deep. Only reason not getting one star is because Shaila was nice and redid it for me.

I just recently had a philtrum piercing with this shop. While the receptionist was kind and the atmosphere of the shop is nice, I cannot say the same for the piercer. He was a bit rough with installing the labret. The actual piercing of my lip wasnt bad but afterwards it felt like my head and lip were being jerked around and that hurt worse than the actual piercing. After my piercing I was given no aftercare instructions or anything.

This place is so nasty. The person at the counter was so rude. They advertise they pierce but have no one to pierce you. Just a terrible experience. Ive never been treated so badly. The floors were disgusting. The place looks gross. Never return there again.

Went today and got a dermal piercing in my face by Brandon. He was very very good. Very fast, very clean and explained the WHOLE process of everything. The procedure was fast and almost painless. I feel very comfortable coming here again. ❤️❤️

Don’t come here to get your piercing changed. I got my nose pierced back in August, came here to get a different stud and they insisted a smaller one would be fine. It’s been two months and my nose is constantly red, keeps coming out when I sleep and is down right uncomfortable.

Dwayne was awesome. Made sure the pieces we picked out were on point since they were custom pieces. Everyone was super nice. Some confusion at first who was going to do our tattoos but Dwayne ended up doing all 3 pcs and were glad he did. Very professional, down to earth, and took his time. I went in to get microdermals. At first I was nervous because it was my first time and I had heard some horror stories. The staff was very polite and the one who did my piercings was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me excellent aftercare advice. I would totally recommend them!

I was very pleased with the friendly service and smiles when I arrived. I am the type to take my tattoos quite seriously, I tend to look at all the artists portfolios and make sure I like who is going to be tattooing my body!! I loved them all, but Devin did an amazing job. I asked him to draw it up for me and within 15 minutes he was all set up and ready to go, and I couldnt be happier. Thank you guys!!! Would definitely recomend to anyone looking for a tattoo.

I dont have personal experience at this shop. I do know of someone that did recently just had a piercing change. The customer was treated horribly from the way they talked to the customer to the way they handled the piercing. The whole experience was unjustified. If this is a first time visit I do not recommend.

I went here to get a piercing done and the staff was very nice and helpful. The youg lady who did the piercing, made sure I was comfortable, happy. She was amazing. The establishment was very clean and well laid out I love this place and will definitely go back!!!!!!!

I love this place your greeted when you walk in and help everyone ,not like other places I have been where they are profiling you and look angry there at work . It was kind of pricey BUT worth every penny! My daughter and I wanted to end our vacation with a tattoo to remind us of the memories we made, we stopped at a few places that wouldnt take the time to do them but Eli at Peacocks Tattoo made time for us! When I was younger, me and my dad would always come here when he got his tattoos done. All of the people there were so kind, and I loved all the artwork. Some of the people here were like family to us, and Id like to go there one day to get my own tattoo. Theyre all really kind and great at artwork. My dad would always get Cricket or someone else who I dont remember, but I dont think they work there anymore sadly. Id definitely prefer this to people. Theyre all easy to talk to and very nice from last time I was there.

Got my last three tattoos here since moving from New York. Jarrod is an amazing artist , really takes his time to give you exactly what your looking for. Really looking to perfect his craft , my tattoos came out very good. Highly recommended !!

Honestly awesome. Didnt have to make an appointment at all. They warned me there would be quite a wait because I walked in without an appointment and there were a ton of people ahead of me but I only ended up waiting 10 minutes max. Super happy with my nose piercing and it wasnt a hassle at all.

The atmosphere is amazing some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met very down to earth, went there for my first piercings walked me through the whole process, my piercer was amazing, she was very sweet she talked me through every step and I was in and out within 20 mins, would very much so go again

The piercer Chris was awesome! He made me real relaxed and he put up with me asking him a million questions & me being extra uncertain about the whole procedure for like 15-25 mins before I even signed paperwork to get started lol. He dealt with my excessive unnecessary anxiety with ease. Didnt rush me or seem irritated and in the end I ended up with some sexy nip piercings! Would def go back to him if I ever wanted anymore holes in my body...but def think Im good on that urge for awhile lol.

James was awesome. Got my daith pierced, due to having migraines. Was in and out fairly quickly. Very straight forward with the after care instructions. Definitely will go back to Peacocks for the other daith piercing. Very friendly and helpful.

I came in on Friday October 5th and got a philtrum (Medusa) piercing done by James. He was very professional and thorough with educating me on how the piercing would be done, ensuring that I liked the placement and everything I needed to know about aftercare. In and out in less than an hour AND I LOVED MY NEW PIERCING! By day 4 the initial swelling had subsided and I noticed that the inside of the jewelry was getting caught on my gums anytime I opened my mouth to talk or chew. At this point the piercing was not painful or swollen from what I could see or feel but becoming increasingly uncomfortable. So on day 6 Thursday, October 11th (my birthday) I came into the shop to see if there was anything I could do to help the healing process. James had the day off so I spoke with Brad who suggested I try a longer post to allow room for movement and hopefully it would be more comfortable. So we changed the jewelry and within 1 hour it was feeling much better and no longer snagging on my gums. He gave me his contact info and advised that I could contact him if I had any further questions or concerns. A few hours later I noticed that the back of the jewelry had completely sunken into the soft tissue of my lip! Still not painful or swollen but VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Upon further inspection (with more room to move the jewelry around) I noticed that the jewelry was placed/pierced vertically straight through my lip therefore it was not able to lay flat on the back end due to the angle! The only thing I could think to do at that point was take it out and turn it around. The worst that could happen is the ball would sink in but that had to be better than that sharp disk forcing through my lip. Right? Turned the jewelry around and when I woke up the next morning of course the ball had sunken into my lip. After a couple of saline soaks and going back and forth with myself about just taking it out I decided to contact Brad for some assistance. SN: I’ve had over 30 professional piercings and not one that I haven’t been able to save/remedy myself so I was feeling pretty bad about the thought of having to give up on this one. He got back to me within an hour and after explaining all that had happened since I saw him the day before he suggested that I get it taken out and go for the piercing again once it was healed in a couple of weeks. He was very kind and sincerely empathetic toward what I was going through. Peacocks has been my go to for tattoos and piercings since I moved to Florida (2 years ago) and will continue to be thanks to Brad for taking the time to offer me guidance and get this issue resolved. I took the piercing out today, hopefully it heals in good time and maybe I will give the piercing another try at a later date. I’m getting married in 3 weeks so you can imagine I’m not looking forward to a new piercing scar on my face or a swollen lip on my big day so I hope that time is on my side with this one. Peacocks has a great team of artists and while this could have been far worse I hope that next time will be a more pleasant experience.Update: Brad ask me to come in so he could see how my lip was healing on 10/16/18. At that time we agreed that it would be ok to give this piercing another try. I am so relieved and excited to say that it’s been 10 days since the piercing redo and everything is going great. Thanks again Brad for taking the time to make this right!! You’re AMAZING! Without a doubt my new favorite piercing!

My artist was cool and we got along good. The tattoo it self isn’t bad but I asked for it in a color and he didn’t tell me he did it in black until AFTER he had already inked it. Even though I had wrote on the paper they have you fill out I wanted it in color :/

This is the first time I went to this place and after one month my tattoos are almost completely gone I have many tattoos prior to this one and know how to properly care for them I’ve never had an issue with any other tattoos I took care of this one exactly how I was recommended to do so I contacted them about rescheduling a touch up through phone, email, instagram, etc and never got any response it’s ridiculous definitely wouldn’t recommend doing business here

Went on Friday night and found out that if you are not a regular you can expect no service.Sat 90 minutes for a small tattoo and saw people come and go and were told that there was always someone ahead of us.Go somewhere else that is a little more organized.

Dee was extremely cordial. The studio was very clean. Every member of staff was friendly and professional. It was a long session and Dee knocked my tattoo out of the park. His lines were great, the shading was great and he stuck to the details and it was better than I imagined. Thanks bro. The wife and I are looking forward to the next visit.

Dwayne pierced my labret and the service was fast I was in and out within 5 mins. My piercing came out extremely crooked and he gave me no aftercare instructions or anything for that matter. He just pierced my lip very poorly and sent me on my way. Whatever you do, do not get pierced by Dwayne.

If I could give a half star for this place I would. I just got my septum pierced by them two days ago and they completely messed it up and pierced it incorrectly. I had to remove it late last night because the pain was intolerable. The man who did it for me was named Mike or Mikey, he was careless and super unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE ever. Please go to REAL professionals who are patient.

TJ helped my daughter with a small tatoo she always wanted. The artwork came out perfect! The staff was friendly and place was clean. Definitely worth the trip.

First time I went in there the artist was clearly getting frustrated with what i was wanting because they didn’t have the jewelry & then long story short ended up putting a ring in my vertical labret that didn’t fit & had to fix it & then i pass out while he was trying to put it back through but besides that i came back & the piercer COMPLETELY PUT THE WRONG SIZE IN (WAY TOO SMALL) it was completely indenting my lip & very painful, i ended up going somewhere else & right when the ball was unscrewed i felt instant relief, the costumer service wasn’t great either, the piercer was clearly trying to to get me out of there & said something i suggested was a stupid thing. there is is way more i would like to say but i don’t suggest this place at all!!

DO NOT GO HERE!The first time I went to peacocks I made an appointment with someone (who I found out later was a meth drug dealer from one of the other employees there) who was 40 minutes late to the appointment. I made the mistake of going back to get my nose pierced and the man who pierced me, James, had his genitalia in contact with my leg the entire time. If I moved he moved. He also gave me the wrong sized ring which is now falling into my nose so I literally can’t even see the piercing. OH ALSO I bled perfusly (i’ve had my nose done once and this did not happen before) and he didn’t know what to do so he had MY FRIEND HELP HIM STOP THE BLEEDING. She didn’t have gloves/ and my blood was dripping on her hands. I’m reporting them to the BBB. I tried to call to get a refund, which James told me I could do, and the woman told me that I need to come in and pay to get it redone?? And that refunds weren’t available. Literally don’t come here. This place is the worst and half of their artists don’t even have portfolios. So. Maddening.

Went in to buy an industrial barbell and the front desk girl had such a terrible attitude the whole time. I got my tragus done here and the experience was fine and i thought it went great but afterwards, i got multiple professional opinions and they all agree that the piercing was done at the wrong angle and with the wrong piercing bar and i now have to take it out and try again later

Horrible shop, cluttered, expensive, An unbelievable amount of high quality artists have been in and out of this place for years. Unfortunately, they cant keep artists to retain customers. The front desk lady Pam is outrageously rude and narcissistic. This is not a good place to grow as an artists or visit as a customer.

They are welcoming, make you feel comfortable, and theyre piercing prices are reasonable. I would recommend them and Ill be back.

My daughter was 17 years old underage and she got her belly button pierced without any consent from me(parent) around march/april he looked at her id and saw she was 17 and he pierced her belly button anyway if you have this problem please report them to the health dept they are looking into the situation,and to the owner of peacock tattoo jacksonville,fl beach blvd you have at least one individual there doing illegal body piercing to underage kids,i hope its not worth loosing or getting fined because one idiot using your business to make a couple of dollars,if something happens to one of these kids he is piercing without consent from a parent that shop will be sued.
