I walked in for a consultation and walked out with my first session done. Mary did my consultation and was very informative and helpful. I have quite a few tattoos I want removed and thought it would be too pricey but to my surprise it is quite affordable PLUS they do a pretty decent military discount! You can pay upfront or they have different payment plans to choose from. Nathalie did my first laser session and made me feel extremely comfortable. They were pretty honest about the pain I would experience and Nathalie’s amazing personality got me through it lol because let me tell you THE RIBS ARE NO JOKE! I do already see results from one session and I’m super excited to go back. I’m so happy I chose this establishment.

Wheeww, such a great place. I was so nervous going in there but as soon as you walk in you’re greeted with kind smiles and it’s just such a great atmosphere. They answer all your questions and explain the whole process to you, and the actual removal process is fast. Yes it takes weeks to start healing and seeing a difference but the laser removal is fast and they’re so nice it eases your nerves and jitters. I would definitely recommend this place and I’m excited to start my journey of tattoo removal!

I have to say I’m so grateful I took the leap and started the removal process! Is it painful? Yes! Is it worth it? Yessss! Everyday that my tattoo is closer to being gone is a better day than before 😂! Deanna is an exceptional service provider and quite honestly, one of the main reasons I have continued the process. She is professional, gentle, and kind and great at distracting me with conversation, and keeps me comfortable the entire process. 10/10 highly recommend!

Fantastic place with very friendly and helpful people. Mary did everything she could to help me and I’m on my way to fixing a big mistake! Removery got me in quickly and treated me with so much respect and care. I tried to talk with another location before this and he wouldn’t even look at what I was asking him to do. They got me started the same day of my consultation. Natalie was amazing and explained the whole process to me very clearly. Great service with a great turnaround. Walked in for a consultation and walked out with my first session done! They have a fantastic military/veteran/first responder discount and friendly staff that is very knowledgeable and helpful.Another big thing is that many places dont use the newest technology. I have a LOT of color in my tattoos that need removing and most places cant remove them, but this place does. After my first session, I noticed the majority of the lighter colors were removed after one session. To see visible results within 10 minutes of my first session is really encouraging.Overall 5/5, definitely recommend them over Laser Away for example (which didnt even call me back for pricing, which I had to talk to 3 different people for).

This place is fantastic. I was very embarrassed to go in for the initial consult, but Mary was very kind and professional. Natalie is a true professional also. She is very kind and thorough. Always gives me tips each time I have a treatment done. She definitely knows what she is doing. You may regret that tattoo, but you wont regret coming here!

I have recommended this location from the very beginning of my tattoo removal journey. Very clean, and the waiting area has beautiful plants that I’ve watched grow during the year and a half I’ve been going! My tattoos are disappearing and because of my service provider, Natalie, she has shared her knowledge of at home care & is consistent with asking the correct questions to make sure I have the results I want. I feel very comfortable and know I am in good hands. I moved 2 hours south and still choose to make the drive just so Natalie can treat me. Thank you for everything!

I went in for my first consultation today. All three ladies in the office were extremely nice, very informative, and I loved how they were smiling and laughing the entire time. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but less compared to other places I had contacted in town. I’m excited to get started on my removal after my vacation.I started my “journey”. That’s what the lady called it. I’m very surprised that I see a difference in the lighter areas already. I’m so excited !

Went for a consultation to remove badly discolored permanent brows and started my treatment plan on the same day. It took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, but also personable. They make you feel comfortable which is very important to me! Natalie took great care of me! I’ve just completed my fourth session here and the nurse practitioners are absolutely wonderful. The process is quick and while not painless the NPs are so nice it’s a good distraction. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing first experience! The customer service is amazing, I felt at home and very comfortable (which is tough to do considering the reason you are there). The tenhnology is top notch and the impacts are so limited compared to what I was dealing with at my dermatologist (no significant bubbling of skin anticipated). They have a great product there, very highly recommend!

I had a consult with them and it was free. The rep who helped me was nice and courteous and she gave me all the information I needed. I didnt end up scheduling my tattoo removal with them though, they were pricey and I didnt think the price matched the size or the complexity of what I wanted to remove. I was quoted $1949 for unlimited sessions, to remove 4 letters. Thats 7x what I initially paid for the tattoo and I only wanted a small portion removed. Too bad, Ill likely just get a cover up.

Greetings.The treatments go by pretty quickly with having temporary pain and stinging a bit afterwards. The staff are open to talk to you about treatment however the larger the area, the more painful it is. The staff help patients through the recovery phase; what to do and how to treat your area.I am glad I am getting it done but will be more ecstatic when it is done!!!

I’ve been searching for a while to find a Good Priced Tattoo Remover and this by far was my best option and my package came with unlimited services for my tattoo removal. I can’t lie it is not for the weak of heart or for someone who can’t tolerate pain that well, lol that would be me it hurt really bad it feels like someone dragging a needle across your skin and like a burning sensation. They do ice it before and cool the spot while they are doing the treatment but that didn’t help me any it still was very painful for me I have a tattoo on my ribs and my finger so they are all very painful spots for me. The staff that did mine was extremely nice and she was very comforting and was definitely working with me through my pain. I was in real tears and pain!! Thankfully my boyfriend was there with me and I’ve been trying to do my best with drinking water and staying out the sun.

The pricing is expensive for one small tattoo, specifically 0.5”. I was quoted $500. So upset! I was even questioned what my ethnicity was when I just answered a questionnaire that asked my skin color! How did she even find the nerve to ask that out loud? I also found her quite rude. She avoided eye contact upon arrival and gave a blank stare like I was her enemy. At least the one lady right next to her was welcoming. She was unfriendly which made me feel uncomfortable as a new prospective customer, thus leading to my ultimate decision that $500 wasn’t even worth it. Her name was Lisa as I recall.

On treatment #3 the staff is friendly, and the establishment is clean and professional.They have great communication systems like sending reminder texts, and google invites which keeps me on time.They do whatever they can to ease any discomfort during treatment as well as document your progress with photos.Love it.

If you are thinking of getting a tattoo removed, this is the facility to go to. I wanted to lighten my back piece so I can do a rework on it and I’m still floored by the results. Laser tattoo removal sucks but this team is knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, and are amazing to work with. Facility is super clean too. They take pictures and do test spots to ensure that your skin receives the best level of the laser machine for that given treatment. Im seeing major removal progress on my three tattoos! I always look forward to my appt because this staff is so wonderful! The pricing here is right around average per session but Removery pricing makes way more sense because it allows unlimited sessions until the tattoo is totally removed so you dont have to end up paying way more in the end for another package if a tattoo requires more sessions. I absolutely recommend Remover and am so grateful I found them!

I submitted a request for more info online, and received a text message shortly after. I was able to get a consultation the same day. I met with Brittany, who was super sweet and explained the entire process to me very well. I was able to learn more about how it works and get all my questions or concerns addressed. I learned I was a good candidate to have all 3 of my tattoos removed and Im very excited to get started! Financing options were available through Ally. It was a quick process to see what I was eligible for, and I felt comfortable with the option I selected. Even if youre unsure of what you want to do with your tattoos- Id recommend coming in for a consultation. I cant emphasize enough how LOW PRESSURE it was. I didnt feel pressured into a decision at all, which was like a breath of fresh air!Update: a few years later, Im still in the removal process (which was anticipated). The staff here are friendly, efficient, and responsive. Its slightly painful but tolerable.

I have had previous laser treatments to the same area and I know what it looks and feels like during and after treatment. The treatment I had and what was demonstrated during the consultation were very different. My brows show no sign of being treated nor do they feel like they were. I basically paid 250 dollars for nothing.

I have wanted to remove a certain tattoo to get it covered with something else for some time, but because of placement had been hesitant. The treatment went great and even though the tattoo is on my stomach and I was nervous - the actual procedure was very quick and easy. I’m laid back the fact I’m writing this should say something.I get a completely different experience every time I come in. There is never the same people working here. They all seem to have a different view on “company policy” so the treatment is different every time. And I was estimated 9 treatments. I’m at 20 now been doing this for almost 4 years for a hand tattoo

After reconstruction surgery due to breast cancer I ended up with a tattoo transplant from my belly to my new breasts! Not good! Removery to the rescue! The procedure is quick and painless (for me anyway) and the staff is amazing. Took a little longer than we anticipated but happy to say it is almost completely gone. Just a couple more treatments left. I loved that tattoo while it was on my hip. But not on my breast! Thank you Removery!!

Today was my first consultation and treatment. They explained everything fully from the science of the process to the different payment options with realistic expectations and proper aftercare. I wasn’t prepared for how much it hurt but that’s probably because I’m a punk when it comes to pain. The young lady stopped when I needed her to and was super patient with me which I definitely appreciated. What a positive experience!!! Consultation was thorough and all my questions were answered. I have a fairly large arm tattoo that I need removed and I am happy with both the pricing and realistic time frame. The procedure feeling is no walk in the park, but it is fast. I bought the three session package and the first two were amazing. My tattoo was old and already faded (light blue with a black outline) and figured if I needed a 4th I could purchase. Upon my arrival for my third session the first thing I was asked was if Id like to book another session, to which I replied Id like to see the results after the third since the first two had it almost completely gone. The third session was nothing like those, no pain upon treatment, no pain or redness afterward, and absolutely no change in my tattoo from when I walked in to when I walked out. I called the next day and was told this was normal I asked for a clinician to call me back because comparatively it was absolutely not normal. No call back and no change at all with my tattoo. So disappointing.

Its incredibly difficult to get an appointment rescheduled. Even when they cancel the appointment, the soonest available opening is a month out from the cancelation date. Im now at 4 months between visits, when the website advertises 6 weeks and I started with 2 months between treatments. If I had any idea how long they would actually take between treatments, I would have gone elsewhere.

Had my consultation last week and my first session yesterday. She did a test area to see how my skin would react to the laser, which I appreciate so much. I felt super comfortable and I appreciate her being so thorough. I’m looking forward to my next session!

Quick and easy check in. Beautiful reception space and friendly staff! I was transferred to Removery after they merged with my previous tattoo removal clinic out of Texas. The great thing is that they have locations all over the US and I was able to transfer my sessions to a different location. The entire experience was stress free and I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Friendly and informative staff. From the initial phone call to my consultation appointment, the staff was upbeat and helpful. I was really anxious about the process and Brittny (sorry if I spelled it wrong) really made me feel comfortable beyond my anxieties. I ended up doing same day treatment which was really convenient and the process took about 5 mins. I had music and a stress ball to get me through it. Looking forward to the results.

Cleanliness and safe feeling. But the professionalism is not there. I just went there for a consultation ,and not only was the front desk clerk very rude but she also rushed me. Which I can understand. I was late ,and I do not believe that anyone’s business runs on my time. Due to me joining the military. It was required for a particular tattoo to be removed. If this wasn’t a requirement I would’ve walked right out. She then proceed to tell my recruiter that I was “high”. Literally drove from Brunswick ga and work two jobs only to get profiled like she knew me. I don’t smoke. I don’t drink. But it started to make sense why she was treating me so poorly. Then on top of that told my recruiter that it sounds like I can handle my expenses. Not like it’s his business or hers. So unprofessional and definitely made it an uncomfortable experience.

They are absolutely amazing. Very friendly and understanding of people with different pain tolerances. They will go through lengths to make you comfortable. and Love that they numb you and use the cold air blast. My tattoo covers my whole lower back but my session only takes minutes. They send before and after shots so you can track progression. They are readily available if you have issues or questions at home. And they check up on you at home as well to make sure the tattoo is healing great. My boyfriend is also getting removal but did not have an Invisible ink location near his home..he is always jealous when I brag to him about them giving me everything I need to go home. So, this my open and honest story of why I am getting my tattoos removed, my experience so far with Invisible Ink Tattoo Removal and why I recommend them to anyone who wants a tattoo removed. I am currently active duty in the Air Force. Once I get out of the military, I was accepted to be a State Trooper in NY and I found out I needed to get my tattoos removed because they exceed the limit. I cannot have any tattoos showing while in a short sleeve uniform. Once I realized this, I began searching for tattoo removal businesses. After lots of research, such as what type of laser is used (which is very important and I’ll touch on that more), before and after pictures, and reviews, I found Invisible Ink Tattoo Removal. I called and set up a free consultation at the Atlanta, GA location to see how the process works and how much it would cost. After my consultation, I was told it would take 10 sessions to remove my tattoos (1 large half sleeve on each arm). One of my biggest fears was scaring and the removal not being complete after the 10 sessions. I was assured there would be no scaring because Invisible Ink uses a new type of laser called PICO which only uses 15% heat and is more affective, as opposed to other methods which use upwards of 100% heat which will cause scaring. I was assured the tattoos would be removed after the 10 sessions BUT (and this is why I love Invisible Ink and one of the reasons I highly recommend them) if they were not completely gone after the 10 session I would be able to continue to receive treatment for up to a whole extra year! As far as price goes it varies based on how big your tattoos are and that’s what the consultation is for. So, I set up my first appointment at the Atlanta location and they give me a whole bag of numbing cream, ointment, cleansing soap, and bandage wraps. I’m going to be honest, the laser does hurt a bit in certain areas but totally manageable if you use the numbing cream and it goes by very quick. My sessions take on average 30 minutes total which is a fraction of the time I spent getting tattooed. The removal becomes less painful each session due to the ink fading. After my first session they were nice enough to inform me the Jacksonville location is closer to where I live and they scheduled me for that location for my next session and I can not tell you how amazing Jackie is! Jackie has done 8 of my 10 sessions so far and she always makes sure I’m comfortable and checks up on me a few days after to make sure everything is healing properly. I’ve included some pictures to show my progress. Invisible Ink really does care about their customers and makes it an enjoyable and simple experience. I’ve had nothing but great results with my tattoo removal since I started coming to invisible ink tattoo removers. The staff here is awesome and very knowledgeable about safely removing tattoos. The pain isn’t to bad with the use of numbing cream and that cooling air that Jackie uses before starting the procedure. Today was my third treatment and I can certainly see the difference. Getting your tattoo removed isn’t a over night process but it’ll be worth it when it’s all done.

I tried my first treatment without the numbing cream and it was a little worse than getting a tattoo, but for my second treatment I used the numbing cream that they give you upon consultation and I tell you that I didn’t feel anything more than a slight pinch! The ladies here are wonderful and professional! I highly recommend!

I love Jackie and Rachel at Invisible Ink. I am on my fifth treatment (I think) and am seeing great results. Invisible Ink gives you everything you need from start to finish for your appointment (numbing cream, ice pack, dressings, tape, ointment, etc). They use cold air during the laser treatment which helps tremendously with pain. They also take before and after pictures at each appointment so that you can see your results each time. I am supposed to be tattoo free by February of next year, and I’m super excited to see my final results!
