I had the best experience at cover up tattoos on 103rd. I called around 8pm wanting 2 small tattoos and they said they could get me in. Keith did both my tattoos and he was amazing as is his work! His girlfriend also switched my stud piercing to a hoop and she did great and has the best vibes!

If you want a tattoo this is the place to go and Keith is the man to see! I had a horrible jailhouse tattoo that I wanted to have covered up. It was my first and only tattoo. So I was really nervous but Keith was very patient and light handed. He did an amazing job at covering up what was supposed to be an imperfect puzzle piece! We went to get my 16 yo his first tattoo for his birthday and Erin did a phenomenal job. The wait was a bit long due to him not being able to bare some of the pain but all and all it was great. We walked in and the artist told us to come back in like 30-45 mins and she would be ready . She wasn’t quite ready when we got there but once she started she was on it the level of customer service was awesome . Would definitely recommend this shop !

Mike Patterson is the newest artist at this shop but his kindness and professionalism was top notch. It was a late night tattoo session and he did everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. He helped to give me a little piece of my dad that I could keep with me forever. Mike works the night shift at the shop and I’ll definitely be coming back to see him!!

I had my second peice of art done by Mike Patterson yesterday and I can not express how much I love his work. My niece wanted a tattoo for her 18th birthday, I on the other hand would have rather she waited, so I did my homework. Cleanliness and professionalism was a must!! We discovered Cover Up Tattoo and could not be more pleased. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, the art work was incredible, and the prices were reasonable (defiantly worth the cost). Over all a great experience for a first-timer. I went in the day after Christmas for my first tattoo. And of all places, it was on my inner lip. Butcher was awesome! From the moment I walked in the door, he did the very most that he could to make me feel comfortable and confident with the tattoo I chose and the place I chose to get it in. Jason recently did a memorial piece for me that I absolutely LOVE! He patiently listened and free handed what I wanted and added his own little flair (at my prompting) which was perfect. InkGod is an awesome artist. I was nervous getting my very first tat but he explained the whole process step by step and was true to his word. Never did he try an sugarcoat the experience and that went a long way with me and my wife as she went and got her tattoo on her back covered up by a free hand piece from Jason.. Will def continue recommending his work to ALL of my friends..

OMG ! Daniel was a lifesaver ! I recently got my nose re pierced. It was done incorrectly and the jewelry became embedded in my nose. I literally called around in a frantic to get it removed. Daniel told me to come right in. He literally looked at my piercing and said follow me. He had to cut the top of the nose ring to get it out. He assured me that he was going to take care of me. He took out the embedded jewelry with minimal pain and created me a nose ring that would fit perfectly. Daniel was a true lifesaver today !!!

I had a tattoo I needed covered and was told by multiple people by having darker skin it would be a big blob of black. But I kept going in search and found Keith!! He ascended all expectations will be getting another from him.

My tattoo is pretty good some not straight lines but the picture i put of my daughters makes me mad ,, ive taught myself to do tattoos and could have done a way better job then that scratchy a ,, i didnt do it cause i figured id let a professional handle it ,, bad mistake ,, he said hes been doing them since 2003 and was taught how to do straight lines so good that he surpassed the guy that taught him ,, i can see now thats not the case at all ,, i spent right at 500 for our tattoos ,, and im ok with mine even though it has some scratchy lines,, but it kills me knowing i let my daughter down with a scratchy tattoo that i should have just done myself

Showed up and got started 4-1/2 hours later I left with the first sitting of a absolute masterpiece. I went one day and got a tattoo from jason rucker and came back with a friend and he got one from josh butcher . come to find out this was not a shop that threw someone in with a gun. This was a shop with 2 real ARTIST that have a strong passion and are amazingly talanted. You will NOT be dissapointed here and I will be a return customer.

I am truly disappointed & out a lot of money now after visiting cover up tattoos on 103rd. On March 22nd 2019 I went to this shop and got a tattoo cover up done and April 20th 2019 I went to orange park medical hospital because my tattoo had broke out in a huge rash after visiting them I was put on a steroid & ointment cream here we are 3 months and a few days later & I had to go back to the hospital because my tattoo has again broken out with a horrible skin rash which they believe is bacterial I was again put on an extremely large dose of steroids and allergy medication & will now be visiting a dermatologist in regards to my tattoo for skin graphs etc! So far my medical bills are at $1175 smh I wasn’t going to leave a review but thought I’d warn someone else who may be having the same issue or is going to get a tattoo soon it sucks because my tat was beautiful the day I got it & I was totally in love & glad someone could help cover up something from the past to where now I wish I would have just left it the scarring that is going to come from this will be horrible 😫😢 & to me my tattoo looks as if it was done in someone’s house opposed to a shop I have heard highly of!
