I drive all the way from Atlanta, Georgia, just for Hannahs work! She is absolutely amazing, professional, cleanly and talented. If youre looking for someone who does amazing work, but is also super affordable and comforting go to her! She even tattoos over scars easily.

I have had multiple random tattoos over the years and this year I decided that I wanted them to flow together. I found Randy Keener on Instagram and went in for a consultation. Where other artists did not feel comfortable taking on the task Randy looked and said no problem. Last week was my appointment and he was meticulous with his approach. End result is I could not be happier with the outcome, although my tattoos were done by several artist in separate sessions over the past 15 years one would think they were planned and executed all in on sitting by one artist. I will be back and without a doubt recommend him.

Went to get my septum pierced today and had an overall amazing experience! Brenna was my piercer, she was very professional and super sweet! Will definitely be back for my industrial!!

I had a wonderful piercing experience today! She was patient and walked me through the whole process, including aftercare, before we even started. She was very knowledgeable and I plan to go back soon for two more!

Had two tattoos and my wife had one. One from Maylin who helped design a tattoo to fill in a sleeve and one from Randy who did a Polynesian tattoo. Great tattoos, great shop and great people. I travelled from Gainesville to come here and it’s the only place I recommend here in the area. Couldn’t be happier with the tattoos. Thanks guys

Bri, or however she spells it, she wouldve received 5 stars for her service, but I dont appreciate her interactions. I take issue with strangers addressing customers by pet names (sweetie, baby, honey, etc) First of all, Im a grown woman, not baby.Not only is that disrespectful to address a complete stranger that way, but even more, to another adult. Baby, the way she used it, is how you would address a child, not an adult person, especially not a customer youre doing business with.I was already heading out the door when she said that to me, so I didnt waste my time correcting her, but she needs to be made aware that wasnt appreciated at all.All those little pet names need to be reserved for people she knows.

I felt very comfortable which is saying a lot considering my anxiety when it comes to asking questions. Everything went very smooth and easy. I got 4 piercings at once (conch, daith, and traigus on both sides) and this was tha best piercing experience I’ve had.

I emailed about an appointment for my mother, sister and I to come get tattooed on a specific date that was special to us. Hannah replied promptly with details needed to book and she made the booking easy! Our artist was Maylin and she was awesome. She made us feel very comfortable and asked the right questions. Our tattoos look amazing!! Just what we wanted. Such clean lines and detail. The shop was professional, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

If you need any body peircing, this is the place to go! Not only is it exceptionally clean in there, Bre the peircer is phenomenal. She was polite, professional, & very patient with my sister & I, beacuse we was nervous & kinda extra(lol). Bre maintained that professionalism & coached us through it. I can only say if you are looking for great tattoo artist, this is the place. Plenty around, but this is unique, actually they take their time. Excellent customer service, great communication with customer. I’ve never had such a great experience with tattoos appointments. These people, are humans and able to workout something to make customer satisfaction.I would highly recommend anyone who wants tattoos to check them out. Bri a.k.a Goldie Locks was AMAZING! She pierced my daughters nose and was very professional and informative. The staff from beginning to end were very friendly and professional. Very very clean and made sure that our experience was exceptional!!! We will be back! Thanks Goldie!!!

Update: they’re healed beautifully even and happy. The other places I’ve been to do not take into consideration your body and how different they all are and they will use the same size jewelry on everybody and do not care. Brenna takes the time to speak with you about any and all concerns you have and works in a clean and sterile environment. She also is very calming if your nerves get worked up and will reassure you.Clean and professional establishment run by a very cool owner, Randy, who’s art and tattoos are amazing. Very talented. Brenna aka Goldilocks is the piercer and she is amazing!!! I’ve have my nipples pierced four times due to other places carelessness and she pierced mine for the 5th time and was very clean, informative, and professional.

Was going to bring my 14 yr old here for her bday to get a nose piercing. Called the day before (Thursday) and asked what was needed and to verify the person that is the notary was going to be there and of course the piercer. I was told the person that is the notary would be there at 12pm. The piercer usually comes in at 2pm but would be there at 12pm on Friday.Drove an hour to get here, on my daughters Birthday. Showed up at approx 12:10 sat down, wasn’t greeted by anyone. No one at the front desk. Tattoo artist didn’t greet us, just kept working and ignore us and another mom/daughter duo. Finally the mother asked me if we were there for a piercing. I said yes. She said she had an appt at 12pm. I told her I didn’t have an appt but they told me yesterday the piercer would be here at 12pm and it’s a walk in only. We all sat and waited. Then the front desk girl came in at approx 12:20pm and greeted us. She said the piercer was going to be in at 2pm not 12pm. I explained the situation and she offered to call her. The other mother/daughter duo just left and said they would come back another time. At approx 12:35pm the front desk girl called “goldi” and her response was she would try to be there at 1pm but she was still at home and getting ready I “could wait or leave it was up to me” so we chose to leave. The front desk girl was very nice, apologize and was helpful. the tattoo artist working who idk completely ignored us is rude. And finally the piercer goldi is NOT RESPECTFUL of ppls time or gas. Her nonchalant attitude made my decision to leave! Not even a sorry. Very Rude!We left and went someplace else and got my daughter her nose piercing. We were happy we did. They were nice, respectful of our time, and clean. I would NOT RECOMMEND Valei Arts or Goldi to ANYONE!By reading another review guess their employees no show a lot on customers..

Randy did a tattoo on my son and it came out AMAZING! It was my sons first tattoo, so we both had a lot of questions. Randy walked us through each step, took my sons vision for his tattoo and made it come to life! My son is booking his next tattoo already!

Maylin is wonderful!! Her work speaks for itself. Despite the language barrier she made sure to fully understand what I was looking for in my cover up tattoo.Her line work is perfect and her energy is top notch. I am going back to her this month to finish up my cover up tattoo and I will definitely be back for more of her work.This is the first tattoo Ive gotten where I felt completely at ease with the artist.I cannot praise her enough and Im thankful she was the artist available when I reached out about my cover up!

Third time I’ve made an appointment and they don’t even bother to tel you they won’t be there till 3 pm then make the hours 3 pm tried to make appointment again told girl will they be there at 1 she said exact words were I can’t control what she does! Then text to say 3? No it was for 1 told her this is third time Nevermind I’ll go elsewhere guess they don’t want to make money
