Cole did such a great job on a very special to me tattoo. He checked with me with every steep to make sure everything was looking good. I could not thank him enough for what he did for me. Everyone working was really nice as well If you want a great Tattoo, experience. and atmosphere this is the place to go.

Probably the best tattoo shop I have ever been to. The atmosphere is very welcoming and all the artists do amazing work. Cole has been tattooing me for probably a year, and kills it every time! Definitely no awkwardness or awkward silence during the session. 10/10 would recommend to everybody and anybody!!

With 3 Booths, 5-6 artists, and 1 inviting environment The possibilities are endless. Every single person working under that roof will make you feel welcomed as if youre a regular. I cant express how excited I am to get more of their work.

Kristine did an amazing job on my vulpix tattoo!! She is not only an amazing artist but an amazing person. She made the entire experience amazing. Kristine is amazing. Sent her some images of what I wanted in memory of my dad and she nailed it! It looks just like the piece of paper :) I wasnt sure where to place it, but Kristine recommended the inner wrist and on a bit of an angle so it looked just like it was in the letter my dad wrote to me. So happy with my results! Couldnt love it more, I definitely will be back to get other tattoos done, she was right on that. Highly recommend. They get busy, so sometimes can take a while to get in, but worth the wait. Communication good. Super clean shop made me feel so comfortable.

I have been absolutely thrilled with my pieces from this place. I have had 3 tattoos from Kristine, and I am in love with all of them. She really takes the time to listen to her customers so that she can draw up the piece that is exactly what the customer is looking for. I have had several pieces done that were more intimate pieces that were close to my heart; to say that I was content with Kristine’s work would be an understatement! This shop is clean, comfortable, and professional. I would absolutely recommend this shop for the safe and hygienic atmosphere, dedicated owner, and artistic skill and precision.

So I was tattooed by the owner of Slammin ink (Kristine) and I am extremely happy with the results. She took a piece that means a great deal to me, and brought the drawing to life in a beautiful way. She knows her colors, shading, and makes great lines and is great with her clients. If you want a genuine person, someone you feel comfortable with I heavily recommend this shop. The environment is great. And you feel at home. ❤️ I wish I was smart enough to figure out how to post her work.. But I couldnt be more happy with what work I received on my arm ❤️

I discovered this little gem of a shop back in 2014, when I moved to the area. Since then I’ve had numerous pieces done. I personally stay loyal to the owner Kristine for my work, she’s amazing. After years of going there and working together to complete my sleeve, and a couple other larger pieces, I trust her completely with my tattoo desires.In addition to her talent, the shop is always clean and the employees are very welcoming. I recommend Slamming Ink to anyone who asks me and even people who don’t.

I have been going to Slammin Ink Tattoo for a few years now, and plan on going back for many years to come. Both, Kristine and Kyle, are exceptional artists 🎨 ...I currently have 5 tattoos done by them; one is still in the process of being finished by Kristine come March. I, also, got numerous piercings back in the day before they became solely a tattoo shop. The staff is beyond kind. Before starting they sanitize all areas within the tattooing area...such as, chairs, tattooing guns, wrap the gun cords in plastic for extra protection, and always wear a set of gloves. Slammin Ink Tattoo Shop is my go-to shop whenever I want another work of art on my body. Thank you Kristine for running a business that is not only successful but comfortable from the moment I step inside. Her other artist, Kyle, does an exquisite job as well so either artist you book with is a winner, in my eyes. I do wish they still performed piercings, though.

Ive had a few pieces done here Kyle was ok friendly but left a bit to be desired as an artist and Kirsten is great friendly and a great artist! This being said I have reached out multiple times (2-3 voicemails, multiple text, and Instagram DMs) and have heard nothing back. I have a pieces about 2/3 of the way done and due to the lack of communication I will have to have it finished else where.

Everything about this place is great! First I call to see if they can fit me in at a moments notice, and they tell me to come on over for my tattoo. Kyle worked with me to make my tattoo exactly what I wanted. It didnt take him long to take my ideas and put it into a drawing. He did an amazing job with my tattoo, the lines and colors are just perfect. He was really cool and the whole atmosphere of the place was very laid back and comfortable, while still professional. The prices there were so reasonable as well. Lots of places nowadays seem to up charge for every little thing but he said he wasnt going to overcharge me for his work. Slammin Ink Tattoo definitely has a returning customer, and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their next tattoo!

Kristine is a fabulous artist and has a great crew of apprentices right now. A clean, inviting shop with only 2 booths creates a calm, tranquil place to be inked.

Myself, my wife and my daughter have all received tattoos from Kristine. Slammin Ink is the only place we will go. Everyone has always been very attentive and professional. And the tattoos have always been excellent!The negative reviews are obviously fake, anyone that has met Kristine knows this.

They messed up my tattoo then canceled my appoints for a touch up wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to waste money

I have had 12 tattoos done by this shop. Everytime the shop employees have been very professional with my tattoo and very communicative with the size and colors that I wanted. I have never had a problem with this shop and I would recommend them to anyone. If anyone ever has any doubts, take a look at the artists completed work portfolios and your doubts will all fade away!!

I highly recommend. I had my nostril pierced. Explained everything and very sanitized. Sanitized on a place like this is extremely important. Were not afraid to replace the rubber gloves. Everything was packaged and opened and taken out in front of me. Never had any problems with the piercing.

I am very disappointed in this place I would not recommend them to any one. First off I talked to them in July and told I could get in late November early December. They said they would make me a profile and when the time gets closer they will get back to me with dates and times. I have been messaging them the past 2 months to see when I was getting in or if I should just go somewhere else to get my work done. Then they finally messaged back saying they dont have a profile for me and they cant get me in until late March. This is not how you run a business. I would not go back here.

The ONLY one star review on here is garbage. This studio great, lets cover a few general points here.Pricing:Pricing here is competitive to say the least, when you go to shops in Madison or Milwaukee you might associate the tattoo with the you get what you pay for mentality but lets be honest, to rent a studio size space in Madison you might be paying over $5,000.00 a month. So in all reality youre paying for a lot of their overhead and operating costs. Slammin Ink is owned by the land owners so youll get a better price for the same quality work youd have to pay more for in a big city.Quality, tattoos & piercings:The quality is great, wether it be piercings or tattoos, Ive personally had them both done here. The tattooists have a rock solid resolve for excellence and are honest, if you want a dragon on your finger theyre not going to throw some garbage on you and take your money. Theyll let you know what you want in the specific area carries some risk of holding its color and appeal. However they understand if you must, you must. Ive also had my septum pierced and my ears pierced at a 8g and immediately stretched to a 4g. They are all symmetrical and healed weeks faster than other piercings I did on myself in my younger days. They also provide good quality body jewelry for healing to assure seamless and rapid healing.Availability and staff:The staff is composed of an owner operator and another tattooist. Ive been tattooed from the southeast to the northwest and Ive seen the good the bad and the ugly. Ive seen (and been tattooed by) artists that dont care for the work if they dont wanna do it and artists that have a passion for their work and love to work. The artists at Slammin Ink Tattoo have a passion for what they do often letting their work and passion for art creep into their private life. While at a small town tattoo shop the walk in availability is normally greater its always smart to book an appointment. If youre coming from out of the area is recommend making an appointment.Cleanliness and studio:Theres no doubt that from the outside that the shop looks small but once you step inside you can tell theres a quality appeal to the area. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to the staff, as someone whos been at and observed MANY different shops operate I can assuredly say that Slammin Ink Tattoo places the highest priority on being sanitary. Bare hands never touch anything that touches you, hand washing is compulsive, every piece of equipment that touches you comes from a sanitary package, even the furniture is cleaned before and after you use it.Overall:10/10 much wow, such tattoo, impress

A friend went here a few weeks ago and i had decided to come check it out. I really enjoyed my experience here and was glad i came. The owner was so very respectful to the staff and treated them nicely. Only slight complaints i have is that i caught an employees husband trying to pickpocket me and that my ear was slit open by accident. Other than that i would reccomend this to anyone needing a good inking or ear piercing.

Both myself and my brother got piercings. The staff was very helpful and kind. The building was very clean and organized, all the tools were cleaned. The lady who did the piercings was very professional and knowledgeable.

Shop looks amazing since the Christmas-time remodel. Both Kyle and Kristine do incredible work, and their prices are always reasonable. I wont go anywhere else to get tattoos done.

They dont tell you that they dont do appts through website anymore even though u can schedule one. Got a confirmation text and reminder text day of appt. When I got there the artist was no show. The guy working said he was sorry and they would arrange schedule to fit me in. Never once said they dont do online appts when I told him thats what I did. Well left my number and the artist basically blew me off. Said she was booking out 3 months even though guy at the shop said wait was about a weeks..then said she would NOT fit me in due to the circumstances??? Not my fault but ok. Never been treated so poorly by someone I was trying to spend alot of money with. I said I would go else where and all she said was ok with a thumbs up...lol..oh well ill take my money somewhere that wants it.

Had appointment set for my daughter to get her nose pierced, letting them know in advance that she is a minor and her age. Day of appointment after filling out all needed paperwork, am told that my 15 year old daughter needs a STATE ID. Thanks for letting me know that when I made the appointment and drove 20 mins to Jefferson. But hey...your sorry should cut it. What in the hell 15 year old who doesn’t have her temps yet has a state ID? Very poor customer service skills!

The quality of this store is close to one that is quite despicable. The owner is a delinquent who treats his employees as if they were the grime scrubbed off an airport toilet seat, and the quality of their services are as appealing as the blue slime from a Porta-Potty. The Owner treats the employees poorly, and the tattoo my lad received should qualify anybody who works here for a disability.

Amazing Artists, Clean building, Homey and amazing atmosphere, wont go any where else now, each artist is skilled in most styles but have their favorites.

I got my conch pierced here. Worst experience Ive had with a piercing. I followed all the instruction they gave me (what little there was). Still, the piercing ended up infected. Went to get it looked at by another piercing artist and he was appalled by the what they had done. The bar they had put in my ear, he said was ridiculously big and that he suspected uncleanly procedures which screwed me from the beginning. 10/10 would NOT recommend Slammin Ink Tattoo.

First of all getting ahold of anyone there to make an appointment is nearly impossible. Finally scheduled my appointment and go to show up today and I was told I was scheduled for the following Monday even though I showed her proof in a message from her saying it was for todays date. I understand that mistakes happen but I didnt get much of an apology for wasting my time and gas driving out there.

Horrible customer service - I sent a facebook message on May 29th asking for July 3rd availability along with a picture of what I wanted done. I got a response asking if 1pm worked, and I said yes. I called on May 29th to confirm as no one replied to my facebook message, yet I got a nasty facebook message today saying Im late and how uncool I am. And then when I call to see where the miscommunication is, I get hung up on. Kyle just missed out on a $700-800 tattoo and whats worse is that he is an awesome artist. If the owners daughter is the one running the facebook Im not at all surprised, she had a ton of negative reviews for her sloppy work on their facebook page. If youre under 18 and looking for a tongue piercing, DO NOT GO TO SLAMMIN INK! The piercer will tell you that you absolutely have to be 18 even with a parent because its State law. Which is BS! Because I called Fink Ink in whitewater and Attatood art in Columbus and they both said 16 with a parent is the minimum! So either slammin Ink is a little behind on the real regulations or they just dont wanna pierce. Dont go here. Have a good day.

My sister went to go get her daith pierced and they didnt even pierce the right thing!!! They peirced the forward helix! The whole point of her going to get the daith was to see if it would help her headaches and she didnt even get the right piercing because the lady didnt know what she was doing!! Go back to school Im not even a professional peircer and I know what the fricken daith is!!! Oh and did I mention that she stabbed the side of her face trying to pierce her ear.... wow!
