Andrea is awesome!!! She is so chill and makes you feel very comfortable. I got stacked lobe piercings that are perfect and beautiful! I had my nose pierced somewhere else and that piercing gave me issues. Andrea was able to change my jewelry to a better quality and style best fit for my nose. She is so professional knowledgeable and friendly! Also her jewelry selection is so much larger than other places!!! Would recommend Andrea to anyone and will definitely be going back!!

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Andrea is so friendly and professional she pierced my belly button and was over all really great we had amazing conversations before and after the piercing was done she was the best piercer I’ve been too! Definitely gonna be getting all piercings done by her!

Wonderful piercer! Andrea and I have been working together on my ears for a while now and I added a total of 18 piercings to my ears. I came in with a plan, and we went through session after session picking jewelry, ordering jewelry, picking piercing locations, piercing, moving earrings around, and cleaning!I had one piercing get angry because I slept on it wrong and it closed over the back, but I just messaged Andrea right away and we took care of it later that day, easy peasy.It has been a pleasure working with her and planning out my vision. I am very happy with my results!! :)

Andrea was awesome in accommodating me for my piercings! She was a hoot to chat with, and made everything so easy going, as well as explaining everything I needed to know for post care and what she was doing. Andrea is aaahhhhmazing :) she was so sweet and professional! When I called to get info before my appointment she was so informative and friendly. While I was there she answered a call and was the exact same way to another client! She is just so nice :) I was nervous about getting the piercing but she made me feel so comfortable and did everything she could to make sure I was feeling okay. I highly recommend her! She is great at responding, really friendly. She knows exactly what she’s doing! I have had quite a few piercings and half of the piercers didn’t even care what type of jewelry they used but this girl was totally on it that I didn’t even have to request.

Andrea rescued me from bad ear piercings I got somewhere else, she’s a lifesaver. She did my nose a year ago and it was a great experience, easy to heal and the jewelry choices she has are awesome.

Hands down the best piercing experience of my life! Anytime I can support a woman-owned business I’m glad to do it! Andrea was so sweet and really made the whole experience a great one. Loved that the shop was super cute, the jewelry selection is nice and I love that she will help you change out jewelry and work with you to make sure you’re getting the look you want. Great shop! Very clean and while its a small shop it still feels very open and home-y. Shes so nice! My (first!) piercing was quick and more painless than I was expecting, and she was really reassuring and calming as she pierced my little cousins ears, even though her low pain tolerance probably didnt make it easy. It seems like she really cares about her clients and if Im ever in the market for another piercing I am absolutely going back here.

I had an amazing experience at this shop! I went in to get my septum piercing done after a previous shop had done one and messed it up. I was referred here by family and was not disappointed! If I get anymore piercings done I will only be going here. There was great communication and the piercer was super friendly and made me feel more calm and comfortable. She made sure to explain things thoroughly so that I understood things before and after. I can’t say enough about how great of an experience this was.

Extremely professional - high quality materials and experience. She does not skimp on quality or service. I came in after a poor experience at Luxurious Tattoo & Piercing where the owner put a low quality piercing in when I came in with a titanium high grade piercing. I didnt know the difference because this was my first time switching out my nose piercing but I felt immediately uncomfortable and the jewelry came out a day later. Citrine fixed my piercing beautifully and took the time to properly explain the process to me. If you are looking for a quality experience and want to be sure that you are getting exactly what you ask for - come to this studio. I have a lot of respect for how professionally she handled my experience and would absolutely come here again. It is 100% worth the wait if you have to make an appointment!

Andrea is great! Shes very friendly and does a great job with her piercings. She pierced my nose and helix last week, and due to swelling issues, Ive had to go back in twice to get them both changed out to longer bars. Both times she responded to my messages quickly, and got me in to fix my problems within the hour. Ill definitely be going back in the future!

I just got my septum piercing and it was so quick and easy! Andrea really calmed my nerves and was really easy to talk to. Her knowledge & care for clients was really evident. I was super impressed and will be back for other piercings.

I had an AMAZING experience at Citrene Piercing Studio. I have several piercings from other shops and Andrea has been by far the most professional, funny and kind piercer I’ve had. The shop was very clean, prices were reasonable, and it’s very obvious that Andrea is passionate about what she does. I would recommend this shop to everyone!

Absolutely professional and skilled. I came in for a septum piercing a few days ago. The shop was incredibly clean, and all covid safety steps were followed throughout the entire process. She was incredibly understanding of my personal situation and ensured I felt comfortable and safe. Citrine is the quintessential piercing shop in the TriCities and I cannot recommend her enough.

The owner was awesome. Very gentle when doing the piercing and very detailed when it came to the after care on my piercing. Also she responds in a timely manner to any of my questions/concerns I had on her IG business page.

I had gone in to get my septum pierced, and I had such a great experience with her, and I don’t think I will go anywhere else ever again. I have tried a couple different shops in the area for other piercings and I’m yet to meet someone that seems more qualified or welcoming as she is!

I had a problem with other piercing shop and when i got to citrine piercing, she was able to fix my problem and also i got a new piercing and she did freakin good job!! ❤️❤️❤️ The studio is very clean and she knows her what she does! If i would get piercing again i would totally go back and also totally recommend this place!! Really good customer service and fare price

Was really nice , gave me all info and walked me through everything, very professional.She did take a few days to respond , but explained to me later on that she’s been very busy due to everything going on right now (the pandemic) so if you do schedule just be pacient and mindful. she’s very knowledgeable in her profession, definitely recommend!!

This chick is a boss. She did my septum and conch in one visit. Took the time to give me a smaller ring for my smaller septum, as the first was too large. Made me feel at home and completed the piercings with precision. A++
