We found Ian on Instagram. Messaged him & he was excellent at communicating. We were getting matching tattoos for mother & daughter. Did not know what to expect, but ended up enjoying the experience. Everyone there was super cool & made us feel at ease. It was our first & we were nervous. Very clear on aftercare.Def recommend & would come back.Across the freeway from carousel of dreams, tucked behind Hapo bank in Kennewick off 395. Nice couches to sit on & wait. Atmosphere is cozy & have artwork on display.They have books on the table at the entrance when u first walk in.

Great tattoo experience! My daughter referred me to Jess. I showed her the art work and she suggested I go with Matt due to the style. Matt was great to work with for scheduling. He was there early and took my initial concept to another level. Clean workspace, clean bathroom, and very hygienic process. They even had some snacks to enjoy. Matt was the perfect combination of engaging and quiet. His work speaks for itself! I will be back!

I had my first Tatoo with Jasmine which took a couple of sessions, and my fiancé has gotten a few from her as well. As nervous as I was, she has a good sense of humor, and makes it fun! Shes very light-handed which made it pleasant for the length of my time getting inked. I actually fell began to doze off at one point lol. 10/10.

Ian is amazing! His fine line work is beautiful! All of the artists at the shop were extremely friendly and kind. It was honestly my best experience at a tattoo parlor ever!!!

I had an AMAZING day at Parkway today with the incredible Kris Thomas! Kris is so talented and I am beyond impressed with his level of experience and his fantastic vision! I told him what I was looking for and he FREEHAND drew it on my body. No screens, no copy, no previously planned and used art. Straight freehand out of his imagination and expertise. He then tattooed my whole arm front, from shoulder to wrist in 6 hours. Absolutely stunning! I can not wait for my next appointment! ♥️

Highly professional, super friendly and soooo much fun! Jazz made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and did an incredible job on a tattoo that means so much to me in many different ways. It was amazing to watch the galaxy come to life as she worked. Thank you so much, Im definitely going back for many more pieces to come!

Matt did my first tattoo and was so good! He made me feel comfortable and I wasnt pressured to keep any kind of conversation. Will definitely go back for more and will definitely recommend!

Got my first tattoo here last week from Matt. I had a great experience, I asked so many questions since it was my first and they were so nice and kindly answered all of the questions without making me feel stupid. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable!

Jasmine was fantastic! This was my second tattoo ever and my first tattoo experience was not so great so I was understandably a bit nervous. She made me feel so comfortable, joked with me and talked with me the entire process. The shop itself was very impressive and clean and the two fish tanks they have are so awesome. Definitely will be coming back when Im in town!!

Jasmine tattooed me yesterday and I am sooooo happy with the results! The shop was so nice and clean and welcoming. Jasmine is extremely informative and friendly and was able to capture my vision perfectly! I am definitely going to be going back and recommending parkway tattoo to all my friends!

I had a tattoo covered up about 2 years ago and I’ve been sad ever since. Matt did the work and he seemed like he wasn’t all that interested in my cover up. I showed someone the other day and she commented about how it’s not a great tattoo… made me sad because I wish Matt had just told me that he didn’t want to do the work rather than give me a subpar tattoo that made me feel worse. As an artist, dont just tattoo for money, if you’re not feeling the design refer someone else. Now I’m stuck with a pretty large “mediocre” tattoo - maybe I’ll get it reworked by someone else …

First off, I got my first tattoo here. Nice place, and atmosphere. Yes, they are skilled and experienced. I do love the tattoo I got here but it seems like my next design wasnt their type, I scheduled my next appointment a month ahead looking to get another one and he decided to canceled on last 3 days. I waited a month just for that, so that ruin my day and I was disappointed. Wasted my time for the appointment. Also he wasnt quite friendly and gave me this feeling of not caring through text, feel like Im being ignored. Then I contact another person in there, he just completely ignored me after I texted him before. That was my experience of it, I wish I could say it differently.

I had Jasmine do mine on my side. Great and enthusiastic girl! She paid attention to detail, worked quickly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The tattoo turned out great! Got loads of compliments on her work. No scabbing or skin reaction. Very clean work area. I would definitely come back for another one

I came to Matt @Parkway tattoo. He is a true professional. The tattoo exceeded all of my expectations and then some. The tattoo is nothing short of Amazing! Matt is The Best in the business hands down.

Ive gone here before. Friends of mine also frequently visit this shop. The experience from Thomas is disgusting. If your busniess has to threaten others to keep good reviews; such as exploitation through accounts and harrassment. Thats not a business more than a scam. Well, I dont want to go through some place that cheats tattoos, money and people. Great shop! But needs a new member on team.P.s. Dont threaten people to expose them from their abuse and bad past in order to keep your 5 star review up. Absolutely disgusting.

I had Matt the owner, Kris and Gordo all do tattoos on me over last 2 years and theyve always done phenomenal work getting it 100% right on the money of What I wanted. Id highly recommend this shop and these tattoo artists

I have gotten a few tattoos done here and would recommend Matt Brown to anyone in the tri city area . He has a Very professional attitude and laid back personality that makes getting work done relaxing . Not to mention there is a giant fish tank to stare at while you get a tattoo. ( pretty cool) Of course the bottom line of finding a person to give you a tattoo ,that you will have forever is the quality and artistry of thier work. Which Matt has delivered each time I have been to this shop.

I went in as a walk in and was met by Gordo. I wanted a simple quote on the outside of my left forearm. Gordo read it, thought for a sec and almost immediately had an idea to add some enhancementsHe said hed work something up and came back with an amazing sketch. I loved it immediately. He got me right in and the final result was amazingly beyond anything I ever could have dreamt!! Thank you so much!!! I would totally come back!!

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance and had made it 12 minutes late and my tattoo artist still hadn’t arrived. A total of 50 minutes passed by and still nothing, walked out. Very unprofessional.
