I absolutely LOVE synergy. I had to change laser girls due to my work schedule but both Kelsey and Dalia are amazing at what they do!! They always make sure you’re as comfortable as you can be and answer questions so kindly… even if you have a million. The front desk team is also fantastic and I always appreciate their help booking or rescheduling! If you ever need any services done, you should absolutely go here!

Tattoo laser removal: I was so nervous going into this but Denise and Kelsie put me at ease. Not saying it didn’t hurt but they helped the process go so smoothly. I will be back in July for round two of the process. Thanks ladies you are the best !

Started my laser tattoo removal journey with Denise. She is patient and helped me understand the entire process. My only regret is not doing this a long time ago.

The team here is welcoming, and I feel that Amanda and Kelsie are honest in their advice. I also love that they try out many of the treatments that they offer which means they’re able to give you real advice on the process - especially if it’s a painful one! Their Instagram is a great place to see some of their treatments.

This review is way overdue! Ive been going to Synergy MedAesthetics for years now. I drive over 2 hours one-way to my appointments because of the great care they deliver. Everyone is always so nice and professional.They genuinely care about meeting their customers needs.

*update* did a total of 7 sessions and have noticed 75-80% decreased hair in the targeted area. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The staff are always SO nice, welcoming and never dreaded going in there because it felt like I was seeing a friend.I just finished my 3rs laser session with Dalia for full face and so far I am so happy with the results I am seeing. Dalia has been very honest since the beginning on what type of results can be expected with PCOS. She’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always look forward to my next appointment. All staff has been great!

As soon as you walk in the door here, everyone is so sweet and friendly. I had an appointment to inquire about wrinkle relaxers with Amanda F. and she and her medical assistant, also Amanda, were just great. They were knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. I really appreciate that she didn’t try to upsell me more product than I needed. I asked about skincare products and she took the time to show me what they have and explain each product to me and what she recommends. She even gave me some free samples to help me find what works. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing Med spa. I can’t say enough good things about this business!

This place is amazing! All the ladies are really friendly. The receptionist have great customers services and were really nice to me over the phone and in person. When you walk into Synergy MedAsthetics it feel really welcoming and it’s beautiful in there. I recently had a procedure done with Amanda the PAC. She made me feel comfortable and loved that she was so gentle. She was really nice, caring, and provided me with the best service possible. Trust me when I tell you that she is the best! The front desk gals, Lori and Amanda made me feel comfortable from minute one. They explained the processes and eased any fear i might of had about the procedure. I am in process of getting a large tattoo removed, and the results are quite amazing. I have a few treatments left and i look forward them. What a great team! Highly recommend Synergy!!!

Had my first laser hair removal appointment today with Dalia. She has a great knowledge of the instruments as well as the advance in technology. I was very comfortable with her, the hair removal was completely painless.

I swear they must have the most thorough interview process because every single staff member is so incredibly nice and welcoming. It’s such a professional yet comfortable environment. Normally don’t leave reviews but this place is just so amazing I just had to! Ugh, just go and experience it for tour self. You’ll love it!

Love this place, so comfortable and knowledgeable, I have had multiple procedures done here, including tattoo removal and laser hair removal, they never put pressure on you to do more and have always been easy to schedule.

I received botox injections from Jennifer Kelly. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly did a fantastic job.I plan to book follow up appointments for more fillers and other procedures with her. Would definitely recommend her services to friends and family.

Fantastic business. I was in town for the day and called to be put on the cancelation list. They called back shortly after and got me in the same day. I met with Jess in Kennewick. She administered Botox for me for the first time. She is VERY sweet. I felt comfortable during the entire appointment. Due to the great experience with her, I will travel out of my home town from now on to come and see her!

I got Botox for the first time here and was VERY nervous. Amanda answered all my questions and made me feel very calm about it all without pressuring me to do it. Ultimately she did an amazing job and I love my wrinkle free face and will be definitely be going back!

*******changing my review, I was contacted by the founder Nicole. She was kind, apologetic and offered a full refund or credit for another hydrafacial with a different esthetician. I chose to get another facial and am so glad I did. Amber did my hydrafacial and was absolutely amazing! Her technique was excellent. I could tell she was experienced and took extra time on my problem areas. I’ll be having another treatment with her in a few months and am planning on undergoing laser treatments with her as well. Highly recommend!********Old review:Went in for a hydrafacial, it was not done thoroughly or properly. Very little if any extractions were performed. I had to use a pore strip the next day to thoroughly clean my pores out. Don’t waste your money.I’ve had hydrafacials in Boston and they usually are very effective. I’m uncertain if the workers at synergy are trained or experienced enough to deliver high end facial treatments.

Ive been to other skincare places in the tricities but these guys have been the best hands down. The staff is so friendly & helpful, the location is great & they go the extra mile with everything they do. I got a hydra facial there & it was so relaxing, they gave me a neck & face massage, the room was really calming & the results of the facial were a lot more dramatic then when I had gone to another place for the same treatment. I also got Botox & Synergy used half as much as another place Id went to & the wrinkles are gone. Five stars!

A first class experience! I wont lie, I was pretty nervous for my first few treatments, but each time, they calmed my nerves and made me feel very welcome. During treatments, the staff was friendly and accomodating; i was suprisingly comfortable. My results were amazing; better than i had ever expected! The first week of ilipo, i was surprised to see almost 2 inches off my waist, couldnt beleive it! When i received my injections, i noticed an immediate difference and loved it, they were perfect! My facial topped off the whole experience! I could not be more impressed with the staff, they are truely incredible! I now drive 6 hours from Montana to their office every 4 months for maintenance, its so worth it! If you are thinking about a treatment, you should call them. I highly recommend it!

I got my very first cosmetic procedure (well some lip injections) here. I am so scared of needles!!!! Amanda was amazing! She answered all my questions and was very patient and professional with me. I was told it would hurt very badly but the numbing cream she gave me helped so much so it was more like a tiny pinch if I even felt anything. I’m very happy with the results. Next I want to have a facial or a glycolic peel.

I’ll preface this with - I have had many spa visits throughout my travels, frequently visit higher end facilities around the state and specifically have had this service many times. She took before pictures but never took afters. She couldn’t figure out how to turn the flash off on the ipad camera ...The woman said we would start in a consultation room then move to a hydro facial room - that never happened. She leaned me back in the same thing as a dentist chair in a room with fluorescent light on the ceiling. Not relaxing. No working light to see my skin better was used. My face was not washed before she went at it with the machine. Never have I had a facial where I didn’t change into a towel/robe so my clothes didn’t get spilled on. Also have never had a facial where the esthetician keeps repeatedly awkwardly readjusting and shoving cotton balls into my ears throughout the entire treatment. Only three extractions were done. She used a wet towel to wipe my face after I mentioned about face wash - the wet towel got on my shirt bc she didn’t have me change. She was extremely quick and rough with the strokes of the wand, very aggressive like she was in a rush. Thank god for the mask mandate bc I had dry skin flakes hanging from my face when I left. I understand pre consultation - but my visit time should not have more time spent trying to upsell me on services I’m not here for - the majority of my valuable appointment time should be spent on what I’m actually there for. Thankfully I didn’t have anywhere else to be. Wish the focus would have been actually the hydrofacial. She forgot so much of why she was actually there that she failed to prepare for my appointment by not even having the hydrofacial machine in the room - she left to go get it, AND after she got started she had to stop with me sitting there because she ran out of serum in the machine! I sat there with a wet face staring at the flourscent lights while she left to get more bottles and refill the machine. What a joke. The place gives off a high end vibe but it’s as low end as a massage in the middle of the mall. I also have a mark on my face that hasn’t gone away hours later from the machine from her aggressiveness and what I can appropriately label poor training.

Tatiana was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get on the right skincare path. I enjoyed my first experience with a Hydra Facial and I will definitely be back.

LOVE. I’ve gone twice now for a hydrafacial with Kelsey and have had great experiences both times. The staff are very nice and helpful and it’s a very clean establishment. 10/10 recommend.

This place makes me look younger and keeps me slim..cool sculpting and botoxand derma fillers..Amanda does a wonderful job with my face and puts up with me because Im a big baby..Adrian who works in the call center holds my hand while Amanda does her magic..they treat me with respect and dont make fun of me cuz I give myself anxiety b4 aopt..which doesnt hurt in the least because of Amandas magical hands and Adrians kindness and understanding..tomorrow I go in for cool aculpting..I will update this post once done..alright ladies keep up the wonderful customer service and professionalism..I thank you all immensely and appreciate all of you..
