The worker Shayla Howell is the best worker hands down all around. She’s polite always goes out of her way to solve an issue or help a customer, wish she could work at every store.

I have shopped at Banter by Piercing Pagoda since it first opened up in the Markland Mall (Kokomo, Indiana).The staff is always caring, knowledgeable & helpful with all my shopping needs.Your employee, Clarissa, always has a smile on her face, kindness in her heart & remains professional at all times no matter how rude her customers act. That, in my opinion, is rarely displayed now days.Thank you for employing people with integrity that take pride in a job well done.LIFE LONG CUSTOMER HERE!

The staff is the rudest...and the rings are junk..Bought my daughter a ring for her birthday Oct 2022.the so called diamonds have fell out 4 times,in less than a year...would never recommend this place...

My necklace broke 3 times and not once did I have a problem getting it replaced. They were out of 20 inch necklaces and as soon as they came in I was contacted immediately. It was pretty awesome and fast service. I definitely would recommend this place for your jewelry needs..they even carry body jewelry.👍👍👍

They wont serve anyone who doesnt have on a mask. Lets not forget the fact they arent even a store you can enter. You cant sale me a Necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas because I dont have one a Mask. Ok thats fine Ill take my money elsewhere. Your loss.

I was there on 1/17/3021, around 3:00 ish, The lady that was on the clock was very rude and short with us. I’m trying to ask her a question and I think she didn’t even know the answer about the cheap jewelry. I told her thank you snd we left.

Had to go here 3 times in the last few months as they’re the only place in the mall with screw back earrings. The staff is always so rude and unhelpful.

I let my ears grow back for a few years so I could get them repierced in a better location. When I explained to the woman what I wanted she didnt listen and repierced them in the exact same spot. Still cant wear wire earrings or anything larger than a small hoop. Very disappointing.

Got my daughters ears pierced then stud fell out went back to show them an they gave us a brand new pair really nice employees an cheaper than any place in kokomo

My wife got her lip pierced here with her best friend. They were uneven but fair priced for what she got
