I came to Teresa’s two months ago to get the classic Nova lash extensions for the first time from Jenifer. Nevertheless, I’ve been coming back nonstop because she really is the best. She takes her time and does great beautiful work! I know her schedule is busy but she always seems to fit me in asap when I need a refill or touch up. I would highly recommend coming here and seeing Jennifer!

Teresa’s has quickly become my favorite place in Kokomo. Everyone I have encountered here has been extremely friendly and welcoming, services are extensive and fairly priced, and the employees are outstanding at what they do. I’ve had three services so far- a massage, a pedicure, and a facial. The pedicure was with Madeline, and the massage and facial were with Jayden. They both exceeded my expectations and made sure that I had a comfortable and relaxing experience. It is obvious the employees here care very much about their work and clients. Will definitely be back.

Above & beyond professional. Took my husband for a fathers day deep tissue massage & not 15 minutes into the session the electric went out well she was still able to finish his his fathers day surprise 😀 which made me very happy. My husband works very hard & has a bad back & neck so this was very important too us. I want to thank the staff for going above & beyond to make his fathers day wonderful 💙

Jayden was amazing ! Her hands felt like waves if that makes sense haha. Very professional from the front desk to the massage. This was my 3rd time going to Teresas & I have not had a bad experience.

Originally, I had a miscommunication that they rectified and brought me back in. What I originally ordered was a luxury pedicure, so I went back in for it. Oh my.... it was wonderful. The hot stone massage and paraffin wax were amazing. My feet are still soft. My calves felt great after. I got more options on colors of gel polish. There is no choice on a design, but they can do a french tip of different color. If you are looking for a relaxing foot massage, the luxury pedicure is it. 65 dollars, and your feet will thank you.

My husband and I went for a little treat day. The massage was fabulous and the pedicure was really nice! The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Nikki always takes really good care of me! I dont know what I would do without her! She always listens to my concerns and goes out of her way to help me out! Highly recommend if youre in need of a massage to go to Nikki!

I got a prenatal massage from Nikki and she did a great job! I am 8 months pregnant and she kept me comfortable and worked all of my problem areas! Definitely recommend!

I am never one to write bad reviews for businesses but I am completely unhappy with the service I received at Theresa’s Therapeutic Massage. I paid for a couple massage for my boyfriend’s birthday and we added on essential oils to our massage upon checking in because he wanted to try it. Upon arriving I had to go to the bathroom and it took us several minutes to undress and pick out our oils. They took the time I went the bathroom and changing, picking out oils (extra service=spending extra money off of our service time) I paid for an hour massage and received 30-40 minute massage. I understand having to stay on a time schedule for services but I also understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen and that you should give an hour long massage even if your customer takes time out to go to the bathroom and change and add on services. If I would have had a wonderful 40 minute massage I would also not be writing this bad review that I am going to see if I can post elsewhere besides Facebook because I am so unhappy. My massage was terrible the girl was hasty and rude. She ruined the entire vibe of the massage. She rushed through the service skipping body parts and moved on without finishing body parts to keep up with the other massage therapist. Then when she put oil on my feet it was literally so much oil that it felt like I was stepping in warm oil (weird). She used more pressure in areas like the fat of your arm that was painful and less pressure in the muscular part of the arm. I did not say anything at the time of the service because it was awkward to complain and I wanted my boyfriend to enjoy his service. I called complained to the manager who told me she would look into and call me back the next day. She did not call me back the next day and a few days later I called again. When we were finally able to talk she told me she talked to both massage therapist involved and looked at the cameras and due to the fact that I went to the bathroom for x amount of time and it took us x amount of time to change and pick out our essential oils that we had less time for our massages and she never had any complaints about this massage therapist so she is sorry that I had a bad experience. And I am completely unhappy with her response to my complaint and the fact that she is not willing to make it right. I came to Teresa’s for a great birthday experience and left never wanting to go back.

GREAT....NOT SO GREAT....Very nice establishment, I have been here several times. For valentines day he went all out and got me the top services. My luxury pedicure was amazing. My past massages and facials have been great. Todays experience was not the same. My facial was not anything like they have been in the past. She basically just lightly washed my face and rubbed different lotions on, no extraction, or deep cleaning like usual. I feel today did not include half of what is included in a facial from past experiences. My massage was awkward today. We paid for the 1.5 hour full body deep tissue and she rubbed my back very intensely to where I had to finally say it was entirely to rough (and I love deep tissue massages), and she rubbed my back almost the entire time except the few other times mentioned. My face and head never was massaged. My arms for maybe 2-3 minutes. My legs and feet for maybe 15 minutes total for both. Also she continously put her elbow in my butt/hip area and just held it in one spot for several minutes then moved a bit and did this repeatedly. I recommend this establishment but be sure to ask for certain people or maybe details on what you want, or you spend good money and will be disappointed. I hope I have a better experience next time, if not I may not return again.

I had never been to a spa before. Hubby bought a gift certificate for there and Im so glad I went! They were very easy to talk to and personable and put me totally at ease. The facial and pedicure I got were amazing and I wouldnt mind going back again! One thing that I didnt know is that you have to make an appointment. This is not a drop in and wait place. It wasnt stated anywhere that I could see and being a first timer didnt think to call and ask. But they were very accommodating to fit both of my treatments into the same day back to back and I felt great afterwards!

Had the most amazing and relaxing experience at Teresa’s! McKenzie did my facial and she is great at what she does! She explained everything she was doing and was very gentle. I highly recommend McKenzie.

My appointment was booked for 345. I was made to sit and wait for 10 minutes in reception and 5 minutes in the room. Actual massage was only 45 minutes when I paid for an hour. It was good overall but it felt rushed and of a lower quality than I expected.When the manager heard of my experience, she immediately reached out to me. She researched what had went wrong and immediately made ammends. I feel that the customer service was exceptional, and that the manager did a fantastic job resolving the problem.

Amazing experience. Jessa is an amazing massage therapist. She took such good care of me and targeted my problem areas for extra pain relief. The environment is calm, clean and above all relaxing.

Came from out of town & decided why not since we are leaving tmmw. One word... Amazing! I booked a couples massage for me & my S.O. & we left feeling relaxed & over all very pleased with our experience. Wish we lived closer because we would definitely do it again. I had a gift certificate so I chose the luxury pedicure. It was far and away the best pedi Ive ever had! I deal with anxiety so getting out of my head and relaxing is usually difficult for me. Cheyenne had me so relaxed, I all but dozed off! Additionally, Cheyenne tinted my brows and lashes and waxed and shaped my brows to perfection. Ive neglected self-care for way too long but the great experience with Teresas and Cheyenne will make me get back to it. Already planning for my next appointment!

The staff is super nice! But paying $96 for two pedicures that didn’t even last for 45 minutes, ughh no! Not to mention the massage chairs are broken!

The best place to get a deep tissue massage in Kokomo! With workout and Jiu Jitsu weekly, I often pull something or tense up a bit. This is my go to place for getting stretched back out.
