I can not recommend this place enough. All the artists have great portfolios. Very friendly staff. Immaculate shop and a very cool atmosphere. Timothy Boor is one of the best artists in Indiana.

This tattoo experience is always beyond fabulous... I have been privileged to be tattooed here since 2015, each and every session has been nothing short of amazing! The artistic abilities are endless, wonderful people/artists, high quality tattoos, the eclectic decor, cozy private studios, gorgeous art featured in the gallery, & .... arguably the Best merch, too! (Always cool and comfy) Above and beyond the standard, for sure!

I could not have had a more positive experience than the one I had at Bohemian getting my first ever tattoo at age 63. The staff were extremely friendly and talented. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience.

This was a true experience. I had a consultation with the artist (Max) prior to my actual appointment. I was assured the work I got done would be exactly what I wanted. This is the best tattoo shop I have been to! I was extremely pleased with everyone at the shop!

I was so impressed with the time Jesilyn took to “map out” my brows. They look so even. I also had Chris Doyle give me an inner arm tatoo and I LOVE IT! I recommend Bohemian to anyone considering getting a tatoo. Very professional environment!!

Doug is seriously the best realism artist I have seen. He is definitely worth the hour drive. I just got my second tattoo from him, and I am absolutely in love. 10/10 would recommend him or anyone there, really.

I’ve been getting tattooed since 2008 and have never had a more amazing experience than I did at Bohemian. This place is absolutely beautiful on the inside and looks more like a luxury hotel than a tattoo shop. The lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and offered me free water/soda. I’ve never met an artist like Chris Doyle. He is both upbeat and chill at the same time and made me immediately comfortable. I was there to get a memorial tattoo for my Basset Hound, Judge, who passed away in October. When I saw his artwork I was blown away; it was like I was looking at a picture of my boy. Although I had a rough go for some reason and had to break the appointment into two sessions (second session is 1/20), Chris was completely understanding and empathetic to the pain I was having. I’m in awe of what he’s done so far and will edit this review to post photos once the tattoo is finished. Totally worth the two hour and twenty minute round-trip drive from Indianapolis. This place is the future of tattooing - check them out!Edit: Chris got me in early and finished my tattoo today. I shed tears when I saw it; it was like Judge was looking right at me. I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Chris, for such a special and meaningful tattoo!

Some of the friendliest, most helpful, most professional artists and staff Ive ever dealt with at a tattoo shop and Ive been heavily tattooed at many locations around the country. The consultation was unlike anything Ive dealt with in the past but ultimately is very well thought out and accessible. Reception staff was EXTREMELY helpful. Wes , my artist, did an awesome job with just a little direction on my part and was extremely friendly and very easy to work with. I will be going back in the coming weeks and would HIGHLY recommend this shop to ANYONE who asked. Also the building itself is gorgeous and well worth the trip just for the shops decor.

The most unique tattoo experience I’ve had. Each artist has their own private room. Greeted by a friendly front desk employee who offered water or coffee at check in! 10/10 clean, amazing vibe and the work itself was unmatched quality & details. Everything I had hoped and waited for. Thanks, Tim!

The shop is amazing and cozy. The receptionists are so polite and I feel catered to. From booking, to speaking to the artist, to the actual tattoo itself, everything was beyond and above my previous experiences with other places Ive been. If you want amazing art from good people, this is your shop. I highly recommend them. Matthew Davidson is still working on my half sleeve, at no fault of his own, but the first session was a huge success and I couldnt be happier. Remember to tip your artist.

Ive received a half sleeve on my arm and leg here and have another chest piece scheduled. This Tattoo shop has the best talent around and is by far the coolest, most relaxing experience Ive ever had! 10/10 recommend

I drove about 30 mins to get my bridge pierced at the bohemian & i’m so happy with the result. this is easily the BEST place i’ve ever been to for a piercing. drew young was my piercer & he explained every single thing he was doing & made sure i was 100% comfortable with everything. i’ve never experienced professionalism like this; i’ll definitely be back! (that being said, if you’re in the marion area.. drive the extra half hour to go here rather than the iffy shops we have 🥴)[pc: @bohemianpierced on instagram]

Saw Bradley today and I am BEYOND impressed with my tattoos! His design was above and beyond what I’d imagined, and his work was great. The studio is immaculate and everyone was really friendly. Punctual, too. Will definitely be back for future work!

Pretty displeased with the service part and the artist himself. Waited for an hour and half during my appointment. The artist stenciled a walk in during my appointment for an hour and half in the beginning. It was a partial sleeve on the shoulder, while mine was a hand tattoo. After that hour and half was my turn. The work on my hand was 2hrs, which left scarring because he was heavy handed. My tattoo was appraised prior to me even confirming the appointment at $300 to $400 depending on the time with a $200 deposit. He charged me afterwards an extra 400. It came out to $600 after it was finished. I was there for a total of 4hrs for 2hrs of work. I came to believe he added on the 400 because my appointment went from 12 to 4. I was and am displeased about the whole situation.

Cant say good enough things about this place. Everything about our visits are amazing. I would highly recommend them. You will NOT be let down. Two thumbs up,.... more if I had more than two. Now.... go set up your appointment.

Made an appointment last Spt. 21 complete with deposit! Took off work to be there today! Showed up and was told my appointment was never scheduled and they had no record of my deposit. After waiting 6 months, because our conversations started in July, no tattoo and having to find my own records to get my deposit back was the outcome! Very unprofessional shop! Would not recommend to ANYONE!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. It was my first time in a tattoo shop so I was intimidated but was quickly settled at the chilled atmosphere theyve created and friendly staff. We even scheduled an apt over text which was super convenient considering I cant always respond right away. Eliminated phone tag! Cant wait to get started on my husbands piece!

I got a perfect remembrance piece done for my dad by Chris Doyle. His vision was perfect, and they worked with my schedule to get the tattoo scheduled and the follow-up appointment completed.

I was lucky enough to get my first/ only (more planned) piece here and it was a far better experience than I thought it would be! I had to wait 6 months, but I would wait a year! Great place to get work done, the best staff in town, and perfect environment. Many years later, the piece still looks great.

I visited Bohemian tattoo studio for the first time this summer and was blown away by how clean the shop was and the level of service I received from my tattoo artist. Max Egy really took care of me!! I went in for a cover-up tattoo that was long overdue, and not only did he execute the task, Max exceeded my expectations. My tattoo looks AMAZING and has healed up quite nicely. Highly recommend

Hands down THE BEST shop, they have what I like to call a dream team. They are all incredibly talented in many many ways. I have work done by Tim and Bradley and Im absolutely satisfied and recieve many compliments! I will never go to another shop, as long as Im near Indiana they have my business! Thank you :p

There is nothing personable at this shop, everything is done thru e-mail. The process just to get a idea to the artist is ludicrous. I would never recommend this shop to anyone!!

Galen is an extremely talented artist! This is the best tattoo I’ve gotten from anyone.I described to Galen exactly what it was I wanted as a design and he came up with the perfect design, in fact even better than I was expecting.His shop is very clean and professional, Galen himself is very professional, personable and made me feel very comfortableI live in Texas but will definitely be coming out to California from now on for my tattoos.

These guys are awesome! Ive been a fan of Timothy Boors work for years. I ordered some merch from their shop a while ago. The order was a little behind when it was supposed to be delivered, and the team sent me a sincere apology for the delay and included some extra goodies in my package! I was so grateful, and there was even a handwritten thank you included. Im broken-hearted that their current shop burned down, but once they have their new place established, Ill definitely be making my way up there!

This place is amazing!!! Very unquie detailed design as soon as you walk in the door! Very clean and orderly! The staff is the out of any shop ive been in. Communication is excellent. Reminded me of my appointment, worked around my schedule, very attentive as soon as you get in the door. My guy (Doug Burkmire) is very professional and has many amazing artistic skills. I was very impressed from the moment he shook my hand. He was very respectful during the consultation(s) and gave GREAT guidance as to the design and subject matter. He is quite gifted at his career and passion for tattooing, and art. We started a full sleeve tattoo just on Thrusday and im blown away at the detail and creative touch. Im very pleased and I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE for a tattoo.This is a 5+ star facility and staff. I hope that people read this because i want to give credit where credit is due! This is the very 1st review ive ever given on anything in my life and hope it has a positive impact on the staff and formost anyone looking for a tattoo or piercing. Bradley Pearce made it a great experience! It was my first tattoo and he helped decide placement, size, and drew up exactly what I wanted and more. End result is a beautiful representation of my son. Cant wait to go back and get more!

Tattoos are flawless and in this town, you can tell who’s been tattooed by bohemian!! They have great consults and an even better gallery to browse. The building and equipment is super clean!

I cannot express to you just how much Bohemian cares for the people who walk in their door. They do everything they can to offer you an enjoyable, clean, professional experience and I have *never* found a parlor with as much intentionality from the staff.
