We visited this shop yesterday. My daughter had an earring back embedded in her earlobe. Marc tried to make my daughter comfortable and explained what he was doing the whole time. He was quick and highly skilled. He was able to pop the earring back out of her ear. Highly recommend Marc!

Called to get my daughter a piercing was told to come on in. Sat here for 20 minutes and we were never acknowledged. Not even a hello when we walked in the door.

Very professional and clean! I’ve been multiple times and received piercings from Marc probably 4 or 5 times now. I’ve also gotten multiple tattoos from Bobby & tra. The owner Matt is always very nice as well!

Staff was friendly, the Piercer was very focused on what was even when he was placing dots, they were very sanitary and it was an all around safe environment. I highly recommend them, they have done every single one of my piercings (except my ears)

My friend and I went to get piercings. I got my septum and she got her helix. Marc was awesome when explaining everything about my piercing from what he was doing every step of the way to how and when I should clean it. Frannie did my friends helix and again, very communicative about each step and aftercare. Very clean shop with awesome music and people.

First, the staff was incredibly accommodating- very friendly on the phone and eager to serve a potential customer. The location is extremely easy to get to, and upon arrival the shop was very clean, organized and well displayed. Tranell did my first tattoo and he was great. Helped with the design when I told him about what I wanted. He nailed it and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. Also the building was very clean and I saw him sanitize everything after he was done with the previous client. I will definitely being going back in the future.

I went here when i had just turned 14 the previous day and Marc had pierced my face in three places i went back sometime last week and one of the worker wouldn’t pierce my face at all (Im 15 and im pretty pain tolerant) i ended up having a different piercer give me the medusa and it hurt worse than any of the other 7 piercings i have. So i recommend this place but i do not recommend getting the medusa unless your pain tolerance is through the roof also ask for a long bar because the jewelry is getting sucked into my skin and it hurts a lot. Probably should have said something about my allergy to a certain metal.

My son recently got a tattoo and was supposed to come back in a week to do touch ups on it and the artist made his appointment on the day they were moving so therefore he couldnt get it done so then he made another appointment for today and calls him less than 10 minutes before his appointment to say he wasnt able to get him in today and he gave him the number of the other tattoo artist and it ended up being the owner Matt and he was rude so i called the actual shop itself and tried explaining it and he kept interrupting me and said we are not to call the shop or his personal phone (which apparently was the number the guy gave us in the first place) and i am very unhappy with them and will not be doing anymore business with that business which is disappointing because we really liked Trey and were planning on having him do alot of work on us but we will absolutely not be giving them anymore of our business!

I lost my eyebrow jewelry and didnt know about it, and it had to be atleast 16-20 hours missing, so it had started sealing up!!! So as soon as I found out it was missing I went to the closest piercing parlor and they opened the hole back up and put new jewelry in it. Thank you guys
