Mike is a friendly, great artist. He is very accommodating and will be honest with what you are looking to get. He is reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoys what he does. Id recommend this shop over and over again, as Ive seen him for a tattoo more than once.

Was visiting my daughter at college, randomly decided to try to get some matching tattoos weve been talking about for a while...didnt think wed actually get in anywhere on a Sunday with no appointment but called Mike and he was able to work us in! Very pleased with the results, overall experience and price! Actually had a doctors appointment today and the nurse commented on how pretty it was and how well he did on the fine line work!!

Mike was extremely kind, welcoming and talented. He was super great to work with in designing and placing my tattoo. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Mike did a great job on my tattoo! My daughter and I found a drawing we liked on the internet and Mike was able to draw it up into an amazing looking tattoo. While I was getting it done, he made sure I was comfortable and he made me feel really relaxed. I get tons of compliments on my tattoo and it healed so well. Thanks, Mike! Was a spectator but I’m particular, so with that said, I would highly recommend this shop and Mike was amazing to work with. He listened and even went above & beyond fixing a couple tats that needed just a little extra touch! Clean shop! Amazing artist - Music was spot on too!!!!

Five stars. Excellent shading and line work. Mike made r he proccess quick and relatively pain free. Hard to do with a full sleeve, but Mike got it done. I have five beautiful examples of Mikes work just on one arm. He did excellent work I will definitely have make do more work in the future!

I absolutely love the artist at this location. Have gotten a few different pieces done here. And have been worked on by 2 of the 3 artist. Josh is amazing and has done 2 of the most important tattoos I have done and he did amazing along with the few he has done on my husband . Evil mike has done a few I got done on a whim with friends.

This shop is incredible. I have gotten a full sleeve done by Josh Brown and plan on completing a second sleeve with him as well. The shop itself is pretty neat, with a bunch of art done by the artists and a bunch of cool stuff to say the least. Josh is a freaking great down to earth dude with an insane amount of talent, and Evil Mike is pretty dope too. I would 10/10 recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a tattoo in the La Crosse or surrounding area, color, traditional or anything.

I haven’t gotten any work done here yet, but I have visited the shop on a couple occasions and it is very clean with an inviting atmosphere. I’m pretty particular on who I go to and for what, but I’ve been keeping an eye on Josh’s artwork for awhile now and he is always consistently progressing. He is definitely someone I now consider when thinking about future pieces I want done. Hopefully sooner rather than later I will be able to wright a review on some of my own ink from him.

I have gotten my last 2 tattoos here and Joshua has always been terrific. He lets you know what will and wont work for a tattoo. Talented artist, calm and confident. My daughter has tattoos from Joshua and Mike. We look forward to more tattoos at this place! 😁

Great place to be! I wouldnt choose any other shop or artist, josh is the best! Josh seriously is one of the most talented dudes in the area and has a good hand for his art form. I highly recommend josh as a tattoo artist. Im in the midst of working on my leg and I had nothing but a great experience being in the shop! Super chill atmosphere. Josh is willing to listen to about your ideas and work them into what you want.

This tattoo shop is the only one Ive gone back to. Ive gotten two amazing piece from Josh brown, to the point I ask people Id they wanna see the artwork randomly. Both pieces turned out beautifully with no healing problems, and I have at least 2 more tattoos that are planned to get with Josh. Amazing amazing shop, and it is super clean and welcoming to those new to collecting tattoos. I always will recommend Lax Tatu, and Ill always recommend Josh!

DO NOT GO HERE Josh is no longer there!!ITS ONLY MIKE!! And he did a half sleeve on me charged me 600$ and not only that I already paid for color and he wanted to charge me more money for color! I already paid for it! This man is not good at tattooing he’s just looking for his next dollar and complaining when he has to do to much tattoo work!
