I highly recommend if your taking you kid or anyone to get their ear pierced to go to Piercing Pagoda stir J0302. My son was asking for his ear pierced forever saying he wanted them both pierced. So for his birthday we took him. Store manager Geonelli Santiago is the one who pierced his ear. Her and her employee has so much patience. My son became so nervous she was crying, panicking, hyperventilating, nose started to run, all because he didn’t believe it wouldn’t hurt. Geonellie was so kind and sweet to him after a whole hour, he got it done and was so in love with it. He felt so bad he acted the way he did but was so happy with the outcome. If I could give them more stars I would. My son was trying and she kept her cool, and still assisted other customers.

Worst customer service ever didn’t attend to me was standing there no one asked if we needed help or to say they will be right with us we were ignored as there were 3 people at that stand and the 3rd was on his ipad I will never go to that one again
