Nani and Analise are the best. They are always so welcoming. I feel comfortable every time I am here for a treatment. Nani takes the time to prepare me, explain what she is going to focus on and answer any questions. She is patient and understanding during treatment. Analise is always very organized and great about making sure I get my next appointment scheduled before heading out. While I hate the treatment, these girls make it a pleasure to come and I truly am very happy with the progress. I’m having 5 small to large tattoos fully removed throughout various locations on my body and it’s amazing what my body can do with the help of these treatments. It’s true; the less you come the more progress you make.

I am so lucky to have chosen the right tattoo removal place on my first try. Removery has been nothing but good to me in all aspects. Nani and Annalise have made my experience so comfortable and easy. They give good and clear instruction on how to prepare for a treatment and the aftercare. My tattoos are fading nicely and I haven’t had issues with bad blistering or infection. It’s a very sterile office as well. I highly recommend this office.

So glad I decided to switch to Removery Lancaster from the place I was going to initially for the removal of a small tattoo on my arm. Nani was so welcoming and explained the entire process thoroughly. I was previously going to a med spa type facility with very little removal progress in over a year, which also left me with some scarring on part of the tattoo where they lasered. With just one session at Removery, I can see significantly more fading. Excited to finally get this removed.

I have had about 4 treatments at a different company, so I thought I had an idea of what to expect going into Removery to continue this tattoo removal journey. What a different experience here! From the start everything was so easy and smooth. I scheduled my consultation and felt at ease the moment I walked through the door. Ana was so welcoming and pleasant. During my consultation I was telling her what my previous treatments were like and learned that they do pretty much everything opposite of what I have had experienced. I decided to purchase a package and had my first treatment that same appointment with Nani. She is everything Ana said she was. AMAZING and so knowledgeable. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. I’m almost 48 hours in and I can tell you that the other treatments I have had have been horrific in comparison. So painful for days. This time it is tender and a little red but not nearly as sore as I have been before. I have to continue with the care plan but I am confident in the results I will see!***UPDATE*** I just had my second treatment and I have to say I regret not coming here first! I had more fading with the ONE treatment I had at Removery than I did in all the treatments I did at the other place I went. Just leaves me in amazement and speechless. I am 3 weeks past my second treatment and I am seeing even more fading process already. I highly recommend these services!

I had an absolutely incredible consult with Nani!!! Top-notch customer service from the moment I walked into the building. She was friendly and inviting the consult was super easy. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything. I even got to have my first treatment, I was extremely nervous and anxious, but Nani Was very calming. It was almost like being there with a friend. She made me feel very comfortable and in control we could start and stop whenever I wanted to. Seriously, that chick needs a pay raise.

The removal process literally took less than 10 seconds. I did only have a tattoo that was probably less than a square inch but praise God! Nadi was the one that assisted me and she was so kind! ☺️

The ladies at Removery Lancaster are absolutely fantastic! While the process itself isn’t always fun, they make you comfortable and informed for the entirety of your visit. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m so happy I decided to come to them. I can’t believe the amazing progress I’ve made so far. This picture is the healed progress after just one session (R-original, L-after healing)! For a BAD tattoo that is primarily scar tissue (seriously 18-year-olds, do your research and choose something small!) this is amazing. Analies and Noni are absolute perfection!

I went for my first session last week and Nani and Analies in the Lancaster office were both wonderful. They answered all of my questions and were just so down to earth! Nani makes you feel very comfortable and walks you through the procedure! Analies will sit with you and explain everything and helps you choose the best option that would work financially. I was going to another removal place in town and after a second extremely painful session where I had intense swelling and some bleeding, I felt like something was off. I researched Removery, and when I had my consultation, they informed me of several things this previous place had done that are not considered best practice for tattoo removal (like putting ointment and a bandage on right after). They also said while some swelling is expected, youre not supposed to have the extreme swelling, let alone the bleeding, that I experienced with these professionals. Ive since had Removery work on three of my tattoos and the experience has been night and day! Im so happy I decided to come here for my tattoo removals as its been a MUCH better experience from start to finish. Nani and Analies are warm, professional, and they know what theyre doing. If youre at all considering booking here, run dont walk, because they are excellent.

What you they offer was well presented and professionally done. My only complaint would be that the price is very high considering how little of time it takes at each session to remove the tattoo.

Just wanted to share my very very good experience at Removery today with Nani. She is incredibly knowledgeable and also very equipped at explaining exactly how the whole process works! I have been to another tattoo removal place in the area and this by far super exceeded my expectations. And if that wasn’t enough, the level of pain was like a 2 in comparison to 8-10 elsewhere. I have had 2 removals sessions done so far and I already notice a difference. The technician who does the removals is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process! The removal can be very uncomfortable but she does a great job communicating and comforting the clients! I definitely recommend this location!

Updated review: After many laser removal sessions the staff is continually welcoming and professional every visit. The office is spotless from the front door all the way to the rear wall. Tattoo removal is long and sometimes painful process the staff here is incredibly supportive and accommodating. Had my consultation and first appointment at Removery today. I scheduled over the weekend and was able to get in right away, they were even able to start treatment right away. Today was my first time having a session at the newly opened Lancaster location. Not only is it beautiful, the staff continues the excellent care Ive received at the King of Prussia and Philadelphia locations. Nonny (spelling?) made sure I felt comfortable and was safe throughout the procedure. My safety and care was her main priority. Removery is excellent, and I highly recommend them for tattoo removal.

I originally had been traveling to get my treatments done in King of Prussia, but now that the Lancaster office is open I moved all of my appts to this new closer location. Great decision, I always have a enjoyable experience with Removery, and same goes with the newest team Austin and Nani! The staff is fun, personable, educated, knowledgable and very flexible.My tattoo has been fading more and more after each treatment and what I like the most about their approach is that they do whats right for your skin and the area being treated. In the number of sessions Ive been through I have never experienced a negative reaction and they supply you with the products and tips you need to begin the healing process. I’d highly recommend Removery. Austin explains the process and sets expectations right away. Some tattoos will simply fade. Some they gty to be gone forever. He will give you an honest assessment of your situation and explain pricing in detail. Nani is an absolute gem.
