Chuck is wonderful! My daughter got her nose pierced last year, and he was so patient with her, explained the whole process. He made sure she agreed to placement, and double/triple checks. She got the other side of her nose pierced and he remembered her, and she was already comfortable with him from the previous year. He treated her with compassion and respect as going through the process again. Explains aftercare thoroughly as well. Front desk staff is also very kind, and talkative to customers! Great job crew! Well be back & we will send people your way for sure!.

This place was a lot of fun. We went for the Wednesday piercing special. It was packed because of the deal, so there was a substantial wait but that was to be expected.The chick at the counter was awesome. She made conversation and passed some time with us looking at the available jewelry.The piercer was informative and funny. He was such a nice guy, even while putting a needle through my crunchy cartilage. He stressed important things to know regarding healing properly.Looking forward to healing and hunting for a cool hoop for my daith.

I can’t speak on the tattoos here but I went to get my 3rd lobes pierced while visiting Lancaster. After arriving at the shop I was informed that they only pierce with hoops which is not recommended for piercings but I decided it wasn’t a big deal. I’ve had them for over a week and they were so irritated. I have several piercings and never experienced this level of irritation. I went to another piercer to express my concern and they said they were definitely extremely irritated because the hoops were nickel which causes irritation and is not recommended to be pierced with and that I should get them changed asap. I ended having to pay $80 dollars to get them changed with higher quality jewelry and immediately after I felt so much relief in my ears. Everyone at this shop was super nice but I am very upset that I paid $50 dollars and ended up having to pay another $80 because they used nickel.

The piercer Ren was amazing! She was incredibly sweet to my son and offered him to play games while he waited. She explained everything to me in detail about getting my daith pierced and the piercing was quick and painless. She went above and beyond with customer service and I would highly recommend her for your next piercing!

My Husband and I got some Ink done by Chuck. Always the professional but such a talented artist. If you are looking for some incredible work go see him, you wont regret it.

Wonderful experience with their Wednesday piercing Tony was wonderful but phoebe stole the show, she’s a freaking doll and provided all the entertainment and wonderful customer service while our daughter waited for her bellybutton.

Went in for a nose piercing Ive been wanting for years. It could not have gone smoother. It was midday on a Thursday, so they took me immediately. The piercer was pleasant and knowledgeable and clear every step of the way. She made the process super easy and Im thrilled with the results.

I went here to get my nose pierced. As soon as I walked in greeted right away! It was an awesome experience. Made me feel right at home! My husband came with me and we both thought it was great. I would recommend anyone to go there! I went on a Thursday and was explained how busy Wednesdays are because of the special, but I am so glad I went Thursday!

I went here for my first tattoo, it was an amazing experience! The tattoo looks amazing, very minimal pain. If I could give more the 5 stars I would, definitely comming here again!

I called for 2 fairly simple tattoos as a walk in, and was told to come right in. They really worked with me to get the placement of everything just right, including moving some letters around. Both of the guys who were there made me feel very comfortable, were very personable and welcoming. Im extremely happy with my experience here and will be back for more!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Tony did my septum and it was crooked so he he did it again. So I got my septum pierced TWICE. Terrible experience I asked for a smaller hoop since the one he used was way to big for my face and he claimed they didn’t have any. He Made inappropriate comments regarding my reaction to getting pierced in the face for a second time. Also couldn’t stop looking at my chest so I’m assuming that’s why the septum was crooked. Also took over an hour to complete 5 piercings between my friends and I. Would NEVERRRRRR recommend going here especially if you’re a women. There’s so many better places who are respectful and actually know what they’re doing. I had another shop look at it n they even said my septum piercing was crooked, too low and forward in my nose. I took it out because of how BADLY it was done so I can heal n get it done CORRECTLY elsewhere.

I Love these guys!!!! Literally do not go anywhere else for a piercing. The vibes they have is top tier. The owner himself said he wanted to get rid of the stereotype of typical shops and be different from the ones that still are. If youre lucky youll get to see the puppy! Well... more like dog. Hes HUGE AND FLUFFY but he is do gentle and sweet. Kids are allowed in which was a life saver for me cuz I had called thousands of shops and they all said no kids. My son, who at the time was 1 and a half, loved the dog so much aswell and the dog was so chill with my toddler. They even allowed my toddler to come back with me for my piercings. I Got a smiley piercing, wich I love sm, and I went back to get my tongue done. The guys take the piercing very seriously for example when they first pierced my tongue the bottom was ever so slightly crooked so he did it a second time. Now I no longer have my tongue piercing just bc my Mouth is too small for a standard bar. But I plan on going to them next for a nose piercing and maybe a tattoo

I had never been to this shop before, but I have an anti-eyebrow piercing and the ball was stuck on the curved bar and I couldnt get it off. I was desperate for some help because I had to get a medical procedure the next day and needed the piercing to be removed ASAP. Tony was incredibly kind and helpful! He had no problem letting me come in last minute, even though he was about to leave for the night, and got my piercing out in less than a minute. My anxiety was put at ease; Tony was personable, very professional and friendly with both myself and my daughter and I am so grateful to have found his shop. The level of service and care I received (even for a quick and simple removal) exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be going to City Line for my next piercing!

I got a tattoo from the young lady who is an apprentice. She did an excellent job and was very kind. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in getting a tattoo or piercing.

My friend and I went to City Line to get piercings on a Wednesday to get the sale piercings. We sat from 7:30 PM to 11:20 ish it took the piercer 4 HOURS to do 8 piercing. Which is insane. And I can admit the group was a little loud and liked to talk but for it to take 4 hours is crazy. Secondly he had very poor sanitation skills, there were a couple of times where he had blew/ wiped his nose with the gloves on and gave a piercing. Or was sneezing and didn’t cover his mouth. He also was asking what race a girl and she told him and was like “you’re just Mexican/ Puerto Rican then”. Lastly I had an already existing nose piercing and I got the other side pierced. He didn’t line them up correctly and believe he might have hit a nerve. The tip of my nose is numb and it goes all the way up to the bridge of my nose. I had to go to another place and get it removed. Another girl we were with he messed up her smiley piercing and had to re-pierce it. I would recommend not going here.

Came here to get my nipples pierced I had such a great experience. This is the second time getting them done after taking my jewelry out over 6 years ago. the process was quick easy and didnt hurt nearly as bad as the first time I got them done!!! (First time was at a different establishment) The owner/piercer is easy to talk to and gave great instruction for care.

A very uncomfortable environment. Me and my friends came in just looking to get piercings and ended up being bombarded with a very disturbing political rant. There was no room for conversation or any chance to safely express my concern with the derogatory comments being made. There was a blatant disrespect of the women sat in the room, so after only one piercing taking an hour, we decided to leave. Would highly discourage anyone from supporting this place over other tattoo and piercing shops in the city.

Called on a whim looking for a place to take me as a walk in. Loved the energy I got on the phone and upon arrival. LauREN was super sweet, down to earth and listened to me from beginning to end. Love my tattoo and will be back next time I come to Lancaster City to visit.

I have had a few friends use this place and mostly females and they all have said the same thing. They will never return. The owner is rude. He tries to push his political views on people and and he talks down to women. If you have any problem with him personally or his business he becomes even more rude. (See his reviews of other customer reviews). I have never in my life seen someone be so disrespectful to their customers and he literally shows no care at all. I highly do not recommend you going here especially if you are a woman and or minority. There are plenty of shops out there. Choose one that will be more professional with the permanent things getting done to your body.

Went to get my ears re-pierced after they closed up from not wearing earrings for forever. Glad I chose a pro piercer over a spot at the mall. Theyre healing well! If you go on the Wednesday piercing special night, be prepared to wait! I asked the receptionist how long she guessed it might be and she said 2 hours or maybe even more. It was just about 2 hours exactly. When it was my turn, everything was sterile and appropriate time and care were taken even for a simple lobe piercing.

I took my seven year old daughter hear to get her ears pierced-something she has been begging for months! Tony was so kind and gentle with her, and truly made it a great experience. Highly recommend if you want kids pierced!

I have had five piercings by Tony. The first two were in my nose (same side) and the other three were in my ear (triple forward helix). He is fantastic! Ive read a lot about cartilage piercings with many people commenting on how painful they are. Ive also heard horror stories about piercings that got infected. Tony has a very calm and professional approach to piercing. He puts you at ease due to his 18 years experience. The piercing room is clean, gloves are used, needles & jewelry are brand new in a sealed bag; this is of utmost importance. As a result, pain was minimal and very tolerable with no infections at any of the piercing sites. Follow his instructions on the aftercare of your piercings and you should not have any problems. My only negative comment is related to nose screws. In my opinion, they hurt like hell when you try to change them. My solution to this nose screw situation is not to use them and go with an L shaped nose stud. Unfortunately, initial piercings with a nose stud, utilize nostril screws; just grin and bear it. I did not have this issue with my nose hoop. As a result of my favorable experience at City Line Tattoo, I would highly recommend Tony for any piercing.

I wasnt told until afterwards that the person piercing me was an apprentice and was unsupervised. I am 100% certain that this is the correct location. It took a very long time since he was struggling a lot and he wasnt prepared for me to bleed, so there was blood on my clothes. The piercings healed fine but it was a terrible experience.

I went here on a Wednesday to get my cartilage pierced! It didn’t hurt too badly and was over quickly. My ear never got red or swollen afterwards and is feeling good. It’s only been 24 hours but I’m happy with it!

I got my belly repierced 2 times and the first time i got it done the holes were too far so i let it close and got it done again and this time the holes are too close that my skin is literally hanging by a thin piece of skin. Yet when you would bring it up an issue with the guy he would ask you questions like you did something wrong. He cares about his money more than customer service. He makes you feel rushed. Definitely won’t be going back.

I was having an issue with my needles that came in the mail and reached out to the shop to see if they could help me out. The owner helped me out so i was able to complete my PMU class with the right supplies. They are not only professional but supportive and generous! Thank you for your kindness!

I got my first tattoo from Tony at City Line and I couldnt have chosen a better artist in Lancaster City. Its clear that he cares for his work; I received an original piece that covers most of my left rib cage and I couldnt be happier with it. He provides thorough aftercare instructions and by following them, my tattoo was completely healed in 4 days. There was no scabbing and virtually no ink loss. There is a 6-month period in which people can come in to get touch ups after the tattoo; however, I wont be needing that. Its a very clean facility. There is nothing I could possibly complain about in regards to my experience at City Line.

I DO not recommend this place. I got my nose pierced and he ripped the hole a little forcing the ball he did the hole to far up.. did not realized it until 2 days later the ball popped out because my nose Is thick I guess. Went back and had to pay 5$ for a ring that is cheap and little diamond it had easily came out and obviously this is still healing I can’t put that in yet I needed a surgical ring put on. they are so damn unprofessional.

Went to get my ears pierced and the staff was very friendly. The piercer quickly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future.

Yall I promise you there are way more professional places who treat their customers a lot better, the fact that theyll go through and delete their bad reviews from dissatisfied customers? And so rude on the phone too. Definitely doesnt make me confident that this business is one that deserves to be open. I hope that anyone who still decides to come here does so with caution.

Everyone was really nice. The piercer was really funny. I went on a Wednesday and got my medusa pierced, love it so much. Its been 7 months my piercing is healed! Love it!

Go here at least once a month to get a new piercing or a change of jewelry, I’ve never had a problem with healing or infections as long as you read the paper they provide for you, and follow the instructions!! David and Tony are super nice and always make me feel welcome.

They did my nose stud, and today I got 2 tattoos from Chuck and let me tell ya, they came out looking AMAZING. Reccomended to my friend and will be back again soon

City Line is great!! Tony has done 3 piercings and 3 tattoos for me!! I took my boyfriend to get his first tattoo with Tony as well. My family goes (my sister has gotten 1 piercing and 1 tattoo). I dont go anywhere else for any piercings or tattoos!

Today my boyfriend and I got piercings . The piercer was funny professional and did an amazing job. And a huge plus was the kisses from the shop dog!! Well be back again!!

I have gotten 3 well should I say 7 peircings at city line and they all healed terrific. I think that a person or persons now ah days that want a tattoo just say oh I like this can I get it now.. N that leaves the artist with no real time to drawl it up and get an approval, what r they to do? say okay come on. If thats what the customer wants Im pretty sure they do it.. but instead of rushing things... people should be patient all things have a process!!!! As far as the apprentice goes they r there to learn so what do u expect? I think its the customers fault for not asking questions and asking for past designs and or credibility.. All artists have to start somewhere.. These reviews really got to me.. Im amazed people go out of there way to bash places but yet its usually the customers fault BE PATIENT n let the artist tell u when its a good time.. Ive been waiting over a month for a neck/chest piece to b drawn up n yeah so what, thats my choice I could rush him n then get bad results.. All great things take time n also Im not sitting here complaining that its takin so long I want it to be 100% perfect before putting permanent things on my body... Anyway I think everyone at city line is well more then capable of doing amazing things, you just have to b patient.. its a tattoo!!!!!!! not a piercing.. And u pay for quality, that means dont be cheap when tipping lol Im sry for the whole rant but its all true I have a whole back piece n other tattoos so dont think Im typing this n I have no idea what Im talking about because I DO.. If u want great things take the time to do your homework.. Come on its not that hard

I have been going to see tony at city line for years now for my piercings. Now they got a newer tattoo artist in the shop. They all really do care about yu there. Benji did mine nd my mans tattoo nd we just absolutely love them. So all i can say is they are so wonderful there. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my tattoos.

Ive had several new tats and several old tats redone by Wayne. What an artist. The redone tats looked better than the originals. Great work. He is currently doing a large dragon backpiece for me. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Since the owner is more worried about his reviews than giving proper customer service, I would never recommend this place. went in with 3 others to get a tattoo unknowingly from a supposed apprentice, (btw whos master was not in the building) and only one of us ended up getting a tattoo bc the tattoo was so poor the rest of us backed out. and rather than trying to make it right, the owner sent through email about our previous review on this page rather than rectifying the issue. this is obviously permanent and whoever does a tattoo should have the confidence and ability to perform. if youre going to have someone learning it should be stated and someone should be willing to fix this mistake. unfortunately this place is not. so its going to cost more money to go elsewhere to get it done right.

I’ve been to this place since I was about 12 he pierced my industrial earring my nose my lip 4 times because I took it out I have a bad fear of needles but he always said jokes that helped me he in total did 5 of my piercings and I have recommended my friends to go to him he’s a nice guy the place is sanitary and so is the equipment

They have the best piercing prices in the area and the surrounding area! Two piercings, nose and naval for only $20! You can not beat that! Extremely clean and super outgoing! You will not regret giving them a chance!

I called seeking nose jewelry because I had a bad experience the night before with a different place. I walked into City line and the lady at the desk was so nice, she didnt let me leave until she seen I was satisfied.
