BEST tattoo experience Ive ever had! Wade Titus was my tattoo artist. He was so helpful the entire creation process, and he explained everything so well.I just got done with my 9 hr session! Wade is such a solid guy. His energy and attitude never wavered. He always made sure I was comfortable.All of the shop employees were very nice and professional. The overall energy of the shop is so pleasant and comfortable. As a person who experiences anxiety on a regular basis, I actually never felt even a little anxiety throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation, with Wade, to right now.I’ll definitely be coming back for another Beetlejuice piece from Wade.

The place was clean and very professional. Felt like they were respected artists. I got my nose pierced it was more expensive than other places, but they do walk ins. It was a very relaxed experience. She was friendly and informative. Perfect placement of the piercing. Done quickly with a needle. 2 weeks later and it is healing well as instructed by the care sheet I was sent home with. Very pleased with the service provided.

I’ve gotten my ear lobes & lips pierced by Brittany. She is so kind, compassionate & attentive! Any questions I had were answered very clearly & thoroughly. I also received aftercare tips afterwards that have helped tons 🙌 Will be returning for more! 🤭I also got a cherry blossom tattoo done by Eddie a few years ago! 🌸 I honestly love it so much!! Such an amazing & talented man 🙏 He was super patient & kind!I’m personally a very timid & nervous person but everyone here is so welcoming! 10/10 vibes 🙇‍♂️ thanks!!!

We went in with a group for piercings and all of the girls were pierced by Stacey. She was absolutely wonderful. She took her time with each girl to explain what she was going to be doing and allowing them to see the markings to confirm placement. She had them all feeling so comfortable and we would recommend her 100 times over. If you are needing a knowledgeable piercer who is kind and patient then Stacey is the one for you. For context it was 2 nose piercings, belly button, and helix. She absolutely had every single teen perfectionist and the parents extremely happy.Until next time!

Worst customer service service ever!! Showed up and was completely ignored. The girl, Stacey, I think barely paid me any mind. She walked to the back. I didn’t stick around to see if she’d come back. I went in for my third hole piercing.

I absolutely love coming to Black Orchid! Everyone is so nice and friendly with amazing artists and piercers. Miguel definitely rocks the tats while Brittany rocks the piercings! I 100% recommend heading over to Black Orchid.

I’ve gotten two piercings done by Brittany, both of which I love + they’re healing well! I can honestly say that Brittany is extremely gentle and very fast! It was over before I knew it.I’ve also been tattooed by Stacy once and it was a great experience! I love the piece she did for me!!Overall, everyone that I encountered at the shop was very friendly and welcoming!:) 10/10 recommend!

UPDATE: Today my daughter and I returned for a second piercing. Brittany is the sweetest and made the experience quick and easy, I love her bubly personality 💕I was referred here by my hairstylist and was pretty scared about getting a piercing done lol but my daughter and I did it and Brittany made the experience way more comfortable thank you!

Got a back tattoo. Practically the same place I had before. It was more painful than the time I had my clavicle tattooed. I kept asking why it was so painful. Artist kept saying he didn’t know why and just ust kept going. Showed my sister afterwards and she said, “well you have some hairs there, did he not prep or shave the area?” No he did not. It was not a place I can visibly see so I didn’t know I had hair there.

This place is great, super professional staff and the place was clean. Ash made time for me, as I was a walk-in and didnt make an appointment. He was really chill and super informative, I wanted a ring finger tattoo and he gave me some advice regarding any hand tattoos, which helped in my choice of design. Overall, a great experience and if Im in Lancaster again and Im looking for another tattoo, Ill make sure to swing by Black Orchid.

I personally got my double helix done here and the piercer was really nice and professional and the process was very quick and easy and he let me choose the earring I wanted out of what he had. My mom also got her tattoo here and it looks great and Eddy was her tattooer and hes a real nice guy with some fun stories to tell and he does a great job.

If you want to get a piercing STAY AWAY!!I originally went in July of 2023 to get my nipples pierced by Stacy only to have my appointment canceled and when I asked if there was anyway to get pierced by someone else it took hours for her to respond just for her to finally tell me that yes there was someone else and I could go in whenever no big dealfinally was pierced but I noticed some thing right off the bat such as her using curved barbells instead of straight ones and that after I got home I realized that one was very noticeably crooked and shallow and come to find out the girl who had pierced me had been an apprentice charging full price which was never mentioned to me priorI was able to find a more experienced piercer recently and had him look at them just to make sure everything was okay and he described it as one of the biggest mistakes hes seen for nipple piercings mainly talking about the shallow crooked one and that I needed to definitely take them out and if I wanted to re-pierce them I could but they definitely needed to come out and that he was shocked that it didnt rip out accidentally now Im facing the fact that I need to go and re-experience one of the most painful piercings lve gotten and pay $100+ to get them again I dont know how theyre tattoos are but if I could give O stars I 100% would

I was super nervous for my first piercing but Brittany really knows her stuff and ensures youre comfortable. Every possible green flag is checked off such as having a sterile environment, checking for anatomy and correct placement and so much more! She really takes care of you and makes sure youre comfortable where the piercing placement will be before poking you. Honestly a great experience every time, will definitely come back for a few more 🖤.

I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a nice, clean, and fun experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, everyone is friendly and upfront. My husband and I were visiting family and wanted to get a couples tattoo, we talked to Jon and Miguel about what we wanted and they worked with us to get a design we liked within the 2 weeks we were there. I couldnt reccomend Miguel enough, he was super friendly and consistently communicated with me throughout the whole process. The design was exactly what I wanted and turned out way better than expected. Thank you!!

Ive gone there several times throughout the past couple years, i got my cheeks and septum & medusa done by Stacey, and my nostrils & belly button done by Brittany! Theyre both super sweet and super professional! I highly reccomend you go there for all your piercing needs! Great place overall, great service, good people!

Great experience! i’ve gotten pierced by britney multiple times and she always makes me feel comfortable. she even gave me some soda one time when i felt light headed.

Okay, these masks have been working a doozy on my piercings! I’m still getting used to pulling 😷 over cartilage piercings. Between those and my nose piercing, kinda feels like I’m going nuts. One piercing came out and I couldn’t get it back in. So I put in a different earring. (Not cute having a large 💎 at the top of your ear and nothing else. A few hours later my nose ring came out in my mask. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until after it closed.I had zero clue where to get help! Black Orchid truly came to my rescue!!! It was wonderful to know that they helped even though I didn’t get original piercings there!!! Brittany’s touch is crazy smooth!!! She even explained why certain earrings should be used in certain piercings and not for others. I told her what I wanted and she went to work and I walked out with a huge smile on my face!!! I even helped calm someone waiting to get piercings!!! I appreciate the cleanliness! Earrings were cleaned and sealed separately in a machine that’s normally used in doctors offices!!! So I didn’t feel worried that multiple people were touching them and their hands weren’t washed.

Wade was very personable, highly professional and very highly skilled. The price was most reasonable. Everything was discussed up front before the tattoo process began. This was my third tattoo but my first by Wade at Black Orchid. I’ll be back to Wade for my next one! Don’t go anywhere else for YOUR next tattoo!

It’s been over a month since I got my tattoo and I gotta give thanks to my tattoo artist Ash, and the young lady that did my ear piercing. My ear piercing experience was great, the girl that does them she talks you through the process which to me helped calm my nerves. Soon I will go back and get another piercing done. When I talked to Ash about the tattoo design I impatiently wanted that day, the way he advised me and asked to set up an appointment instead that way he can make the design to something unique I thought he was a tattoo artist that cared for his work. He created an amazing design that is unique and beautiful, I get a lot of compliments about the tattoo. I definitely recommend him, his lining is amazing and the healing process was great I will definitely go back soon.

Got my forward helix and conch done on the same day by Brittany and she was incredibly sweet and professional! Ill definitely be going back for my future piercings! :)

My experiences at BlackOrchidTattooCollective. Has been good overall. I’ve only been pierced there, but both Stacey and Brittany, are both really informative and nice. They’re really good, w/ what they love to do. Also the environment is pretty chill everyone is chill and friendly. I’ve brought my friends and sister over to get their piercing done from here. Price is also reasonable, compared to others.

Went in for the nightmare before Christmas event got this bad boy for 50 dollars and even though the place was packed it only took an hour wait and she did a great job super kind and patient... my piercing is a little off center but Ill survive its still a nice piercing

Went and got my belly peircing for my birthday and had a great experience!!! Everyone was so nice and understood how nervous I was and was super understanding. Brittany pierced me and did a fantastic job! Was super gentle and gave me all the time I need to prepare myself, going back in a couple weeks to get my nose and tongue peircing!

I went to their Friday 13th special today and was tattooed by Jon. He was great! An absolute professional. He does traditional American and the flash rose he did was beautiful. I plan on returning to have a custom made Medusa from him. His art is really great. Despite the obvious stressful day of having a ton of people requesting tattoos for their Friday 13th special, he didn’t make me feel rushed, he was very courteous, and overall great customer service. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Jon!

I went in for a nose piercing and the lady was very nice, but unfortunately she chose to put a corkscrew stud in that was very short and didnt accommodate for swelling. It got severely irritated after 4 days and sunk into my skin. I went to another shop and they let me pick out my own jewelry, and swapped it out for a longer labret. The second shop said it looked like it was a cheap stud and I might have had an allergic reaction to the metal. Id suggest this shop get better jewelry options.

We went here for my sister n law to get her smiley! The lady working the front was very friendly which is why they get 2 stars! She advised us that the wait would be about 30 minutes, which was fine! The piercer was attempting to do a septum piercing on another customer, not quite sure what happened but he was not able to finish it, and then we were informed that he wouldn’t be able to do my sister n laws piercing either! They offered a $10 discount for her to come back another day, but seeing as how the piercer doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing, we went elsewhere! We went to Legacy ink tattoo and piercing and TJ was awesome!

I’m so in awe of the experience I had at Black Orchard. I contacted Stacey about piercing my nose and belly. When I arrived the receptionist in the front had great customer service and Miguel the apprentice was very friendly. As I was waiting for Stacey, An apprentice named Miguel even shared his tattoo book which had awesome work. I watched on as others came in and left put with high quality tattoos and piercings. I then considered also getting a tattoo as well. Random ? Yes! But why not ! I asked the receptionist if they had someone available . The nice receptionist had a artist named Jonathan give me a consult which was swift and professional.Soon after I was getting pierced by Stacey . Stacey had a great warm and down to earth personality that made my experience great. After that Jonathan showed me the sketch which came out great . Now for tattoo time! I was excited! I only have two other tattoos that were from my teens. Jonathan did a wonderful job on my tattoo. The idea I expressed at the consult , the sketch and the execution all match perfectly A heart with writing symbolizing my husband and me. Thanks BOTC!!!!!!

Had such an amazing experience yesterday with Wade! Already ready to add more to the incredible 8 hour piece he honored me with! Its phenomenal and he just hammered it out like a champ! Also found out my next tattoo was there waiting for me with Matt! Both at amazing prices for incredible art by talented artists! Saw Eddie pierce several excited customers in the day and all around a great atmosphere there! Very fun and totally relaxed, great place for someone like me with high social anxiety! I felt completely at home! Super excited to get going on all the rest and have my friends fall in love with this shop too! Thanks guys for everything! See you soon!

I came here on a recommendation for my first tattoo and came back again for my second.Wade, the owner and artist who did my tattoo work, is phenomenal. He and his team are professional, yet fun, extremely clean, personable and very knowledgeable about their craft.During my second tattoo I underestimated my pain tolerance, but Wade kept talking me through it along with the other artists who would come by and encourage me.Im extremely proud of the art I now get to wear every day.If youre wanting your first tattoo, or hundredth, this studio has it all. Definitely worth the drive and the price!

John did a great job on the tattoos on my calves. The session basically lasted all day but he was so thorough and careful, this is the first time Ive gotten work done that didnt require a minor touch up after the tattoo had healed. Ill definitely come back to him and Black Orchid for future body modification work.

Went in for a walk-in piercing, the piercing is fine & sanitation practices were good. The person doing my piercing was quick, almost too quick. My biggest complaint is that they didnt go over aftercare practices AT ALL. When I asked, they simply said that there are pamphlets at the front desk for me to take. I took a pamphlet on my way out & when I looked at it after I got home, found that its not a pamphlet, its a single piece of paper with a website link on it. Following the link leads you to an ad on how to use their particular brand of saline spray. No info on how long to leave the starter studs in or how often to clean my new piercings. This is pretty important information and I am really shocked that the piercer would neglect to go over it briefly, even after I asked. Also they gave me surgical steel diamond studs which are fine, but if they have other jewelry options I would have liked to be able to take a look and choose what I want. Overall Im happy with my new piercings but I wouldnt come back here. I guess if youre going to come here you have to be really assertive & ask specific questions because by default they arent very friendly or informative.(FTR Ive gotten tattoos before but this is my first time getting a piercing, so Im familiar with tattoo/piercing shops and how they typically operate.)

Very professional and the atmosphere is really chill. There is art all around to look at and enjoy as you’re getting tattooed. It was my first time getting a tattoo and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Black Orchid. I honestly love the piece I got and how comfortable I felt. I got all the details for care afterwards as well. Great artists, great price for the work you get, and overall great experience. Definitely would go back.

They do tongue piercing as well as tattoos. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is great. They are friendly, polite, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend. Also will be returning for more business.

Got pierced by Brittney in August and she pierced my nostril crooked. I already had one side of my nostril pierced and I wanted to do the other side. When she drew the dot for the piercing it lined up with the piercing I already had; however, once she pierced it, the piercing was crooked (it was lower than my other piercing). I cannot wear a hoop in that piercing because it becomes extremely noticeable with how crooked it is and I cannot place a chain between the two for the same reason. That was my intention with getting my nose pierced, to be able to connect the two with a chain.I was unaware that Brittney was an apprentice, that was my own fault for not properly asking about her experience and ability to pierce. I give the 2 stars because the staff were welcoming and sweet and Brittney herself was quick and kind. Just extremely disappointed in the crooked piercing and the wasted money at this establishment.

Firstly, the shop is super clean. Floor, walls, windows, counters, everything. Cleanliness is clearly a high priority for them. Also, very bright, wide open space. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I get my tattoos from Wade, the owner. He does great work, and though he works quickly, he doesnt rush. Very happy with my work, and will be back for more!

Overall, Excellent! I had the pleasure of having Flash do my tattoo. & from my own bad concept art idea to finalize tattoo design FLASH knock it out. He was recommended to me by a friend. Flash was amazing, easy to communicate, knew what he was doing! The tattoo came out 1000x better then what I had imagined. I definitely walked out completely satisfied with my tattoo and will definitely want to go back for another tattoo! Really recommend him for your next tattoo piece.

Got an amazing custom piece done by wade titus and the experience was great, the piece looks amazing I love it, my new fav. My husband has gotten a few pieces done by wade as well and they are amazing too. Flash pierced my daughters ears, he was fantastic with her. I highly recommend going here for any tattoos and piercings.

A nice, spacious, and well lit and decorated shop full of talented and friendly artist. I have been getting tattooed by Eddie since 2012, and Im so happy to see that hes got such an awesome shop! They have a good rate set, and like I mentioned before, talented artists. If youre in or around the Antelope Valley and are looking to get some tattoo work done, I cannot recommend this shop enough! I even bought one of their T-Shirts

I went twice here, 1st time it was great. My 2nd time wasn’t the best. The artist that did my tattoo on my 2nd visit did an amazing job, but sadly, he had to stop in the middle of the session to pierce other people. This happened twice and I don’t blame him because I felt like he was forced to stop and to do their piercings even after the artist told someone to tell them to come later on but They didn’t.. ended up going home at 9pm when started around 3. What’s the point of making an appointment if they put other people 1st who don’t have an appts? This artist deserves better and shouldn’t be forced to stop doing his work on clients.

Went in a couple weeks ago to get my wifes septum pierced. We were the only customers in there and no one seemed to even care to help us or greet us. When we eventually got help the guy was not personable at all. And once we got down to business.. 1) didnt sterilize the piercing area. 2) pierced it insanely crooked (and yes, I know the septum will always be slightly crooked). 3) even pierced it in the wrong spot, through the hard tissue instead of above it. Right away we mentioned it didnt look right but he insisted it was. After 6 days it still hurt so my wife went to another shop and they immediately noticed how bad it was and suggested she take it out and get it redone at a later date, which she ended up doing. She just had it pierced again and it barely hurt getting it done this time and now even being the same day it doesnt hurt at all let alone no excessive bleeding this time and it looks way better (not crooked and it doesnt hang obnoxiously low). When this place has a sign in front saying best piercing in town, I strongly recommend going to the next town over or you might just waste $50 like I did.

For having a tattoo for the first time, Im pleasently satisfied with the experience. I brought in a drawn picture and the artist asked me a few questions about it and honestly, for something I wasnt quite sure about, everything about the tattoo was dead on perfect. The atmosphere did not make me feel insecure as the tattoo was below my neck so I needed to have my upper body exposed, and the tattoo procedure itself was better than I expected. Definitely will come back when Im ready for another round!

The atmosphere is relaxed and the shop is very clean. My tattoo artist Oscar is talented, detail-oriented and most of all, patient. His quality of work is top tier and he constantly checked in to offer breaks or water.

Walked in to get piercings, there were 4 people behind front desk 2 with and 2 without mask including the owner not wearing one.Its a big shop very spaced out. I said I cant wear one for a long time only short period of time because I have medical breathing problem. They refused to help me, I said ok give me one, they didnt have mask for guest.I understand that Its my problem to not be able to wear it due to breathing issue but seriously if you are enforcing something heavily on me and refuse to get business do yourself a favor and wear one yourself instead of forcing one on me while you are comfortably breathing.I dont understand why is this still an issue after years common sense is a good thing. Wishing them luck I tried to give them the business since im local but as the owner mentioned there are lots of other places to go!At the end its not only about mask its about how they handle the situation and easily refused business to a local. Good luck guys.

Staff is very friendly, and the artists make good suggestions and do impressive work. Would recommend for those who want a good tattoo.

I was so nervous because this was my first tattoo but after i walked in and started talking with them i felt very comfortable a guy by the name of Matt did mine and, he was amazing he was very light handed talk to me the whole way through and i think he did such a great job. I would definitely go back to the shop and him.

I recently got my septum pierced here and it sucked! The guy that pierced my septum did it too low and went right through the thicker tissue instead of the sweet spot! Now I have to wait for it to heal to get it redone elsewhere. Waste of money!

Overall it was an amazing first tattoo experience for me. I felt very comfortable with the tattoo artist (wade). I brought him a picture of what i thought i wanted but he also gave a design with his style added to it and i instantly loved his more. Definitely will go back once i find something else i want.

I’ve been here once so far and I love it. Dope location and the vibes are super chill. My artist was flash and he hooked me up with a dope piece! I highly recommend him (especially if you’re into anime)

The owner Wade is terrible and has too big of an ego to be a tattooist. He refused to do any work for me after i gave him my ideas i wanted on my back. He said he didn’t agree with the design and told me to go elsewhere. I asked if another artist of his could do it and he said he wont let any of his employees work on me. All it was was some tribal with flowers so idk what his problem is. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Very rude

Got a piece by oscar. I appreciate/respect it work. He was very patient and right off the batt helped me come up with a piece I love.Every time I had a suggestion he gave me his artistic input. His customer service was great. End result, I LOVED my piece so much.SO GLAD I FOUND HIS IG

Very nice atmosphere very low key calm cool collective polite employees but your ear piercing jewelry could use some work to myself it seem like you have more jewelry for women than you did men. Other than that that place rocks!!!

Went in yesterday to schedule a tattoo and was lucky enough to get it done today! I asked for Wade, showed him what I was thinking and told him to make it his and I’d go with it. DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I couldn’t be more proud of the outcome, price, and time it took.

I went in to get my septum pierced and it was placed so horribly (very low) definitely not where it should be placed. I took it out and just got it done today. Awful. It was a male piercer. Clearly DOES NOT know what he is doing. Please DO NOT COME HERE FOR A SEPTUM PIERCING. Definitely getting it re-pierced elsewhere but have to wait for this to heal..0/10 do not recommend!

I came to this place to get a memorial tatto and was turned away. They told me no one was there to do it. She then gave me a card and told me to call and make an appointment, but the number on the card was disconnected. Thats a great way to do business 👍🏻

Absolutely the worst experience ever. It would have been my girlfriends first tattoo, however after waiting around forever not being acknowledged by the artist we left! I would never recommend this place to anybody, even the atmosphere was horrible.

FALSE ADVERTISINGTHEY HAVE THE WRONG PRICE ON JEWELRY AND THEY WILL END UP CHARGING YOU MORE THEN YOU THINK NOT WILLING TO COOPERATE WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG DONT GO THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT WORTH THE PRICE ALL I DID WAS GET A JEWELRY CHANGE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR A WHOLE PIERCING WHEN MY EAR WAS ALREADY PIERCEDDO NOT GO THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSEIF I CAN RATE ZERO STARS I WOULDUpdatethey wanted to give me a refund after reading my review when i spoke about the problem in the shop and I called after I left and they did absolutely nothing and then they see my review and try to give me a refund and want me to take down my review and I did gladly denied it my review will stay up Thank you

Good Prices for ear piercing but unfortunately I was treated quite rudely. Might come back for another piercing since its done quickly and efficiently.
