Natalie is remarkable. Shes professional and a proficient Medical aesthetician. Her approach to my issue was very reassuring. The young lady that greets you upon arrival is also very good at what she does setting the tone for a pleasant experience with her smile. Highly recommend this clinic. Calming my nerves is no easy task but she did it. Very impressed.

If I could give the establishment less than 0 stars I would. I received one treatment and while there Natalie Sanderson stated that I could receive a treatment for tattoo removal every 6 weeks. As my next appointment approached I went on back online to retrieve the number and while at their website I noticed that it states and I quote Patients generally need to have 5 treatments or more. The treatment sessions are typically planned around 2 weeks apart for the optimal results. When I called to verify my date and perhaps move it up by a week from 6 weeks to 5 weeks I was told by the person on the phone that I had to now wait 8 weeks between treatments, when I asked to speak to Natalie Sanderson I was told that she would tell me the samething. But yet on the day of my first treatment I was told to come back in 6 weeks and when I brought up their own words from their website I was told that they do not go on the page so therefore do not know what it says. When the patient is being told one thing by the attendant contrary from their own website and the secretary is saying something else, then we have a failure to communicate. STAY AWAY!!!

This doctor takes a very caring and cautious approach in laser work. I had several visits over about 6 months, and I think the results are amazing. I’ll go back for follow up occasionally. Highly recommend.

Listen, I have a small cross on my face, nearly middle of and atop my eyebrows. Bad mistake!!! I went here and paid $150.00 first and only session. They told me it wld get darker first then gradually fade a bit. It did none of that. I really want this removed but, Im reluctant to go back there because I got absolutely NO type of results!!!!! I know it take more than one session, But No results. I FEEL RIPPED OFF, IM SORRY. WISH I HAD A BETTER REVIEW OR DIFFERENT ONE, BUT IF I DID IT WOULDNT BE TRUE

I can’t brag on this establishment enough! Im currently going through laser tattoo removal treatments. I’m always made to feel so comfortable even while going through a painful procedure. They’re all super nice and very good at what they do!

Natalie and Karen made me feel really comfortable and helped me get through. Great team!
