I went in to get my first big girl piercing (I got my nose pierced) and I went by myself and Christina did such an amazing job!! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The environment was very chill and the actual piercing went perfectly! For a nose piercing it really wasn’t too painful. The whole ordeal only took about 30 minutes as well. Oh and it was only 30$!! Will definitely be back for my next piercing!!

Great experience! Staff was great and there was a chill vibe. I went alone and did not feel uncomfortable at all. I was getting my daughter’s name on my forearm and Mike showed me different styles and helped me decide exactly what placement I wanted…with patience. My tattoo is perfect! Exactly what I wanted. And I barely felt the needle. Already planning my next tattoo. Thank you guys!

Really upset about my experience here. Went to get my conch changed back to a ring (I had to take it out and put in placeholder jewlery for a haircut - only for like 6/7 hrs). Mind you this is a healed piercing which I’ve had for nearly a year and a half, during which the healing process has been wonderful. No bumps or anything. But when I got it changed back to a ring here they were so needlessly aggressive and didn’t use a taper to gently slide it back in my ear, accused me of not cleaning it correctly (I use saline spray). I left with my ear in pain and bleeding, an issue I’ve never had before as I take a lot of care of my piercings. Really frustrated at the lack of care with other people’s bodies and upset that the piercing I’ve spent a lot of money and dedication on is now suffering for it.

Went to get my second nose piercing and the staff was lovely and efficient. My only issue was that the piercing came out over night the day I got it pierced and the hole closed, not even 24 hours in. I tried calling the shop for about an hour to see if there was anything I could do about it, but the call never went through. Though it isn’t necessarily their fault, still very sad I spent money on a piercing that covered up immediately.

Christina “Frog” did amazing ! She really was FAST and helpful! She gave me a dermal and it hurt a little but she talked me through the pain and it was over before I knew it. The best place in town!!!!

I recently went to get a smiley piercing on thanksgiving weekend. My piercing has healed comfortably and I love it! I will be back in the future. She is very precise on the placing of her work. She also was able to talk through the piecing so I felt comfortable! I came from Tennessee to Arkansas and I loved my experience! I work definitely would recommend her! 10 out of 10!

Awesome place for ink and piercings! David was so helpful with making our couples tattoos come together. We had a consultation and came back a few days later and we started our ink. He is amazing and such a cool guy!! Mine is actually a cover up piece and I have one more session to go, but I’m very thrilled with the results so far!!!

David Snow was my artist. He did an excellent job with putting the idea together to transferring onto skin and inking. Very talented guy. The whole shop was like that. Very clean, friendly, good vibe, good music, professional place! I enjoyed the experience and will be back to David in the future. A true artist.

My first time coming here was amazing. They definitely have a new customer. I went and got a septum done. It was quick and over before I even knew it. The staff is so nice and that was refreshing because I was nervous. It felt like going to a friends place and kicking it. Can’t wait to return for all my other piercings!

Piercer was awesome! She was informative and when it came to the septum piercing it was super quick. I felt it but it was a really easy piercing and it didn’t hurt all that much! it has healed just fine! Would recommend her definitely!

I have been meaning to give a review I been going to this place for years I can’t even even remember but this is the only place I come to get my piercings Melissa the cashier and the piercing crew I can’t remember her name the lady that actually does the piercings are my absolute favorites they are always so nice and professional i never had any problems when it came to my piercing and they make me feel so comfortable they always give me good tips to keep it clean etc before and after overall I’d say every one is nice even the tattoo artists these are the only people I’d trust to do my piercings of course don’t go in being rude then of course you might get negative results long as you go in with a positive attitude:)but these people are amazing I’d recommend to go here especially for piercing they will take good care of you !I have never had any infections or anything just take care of yourself.

The piercer and the manager lady here are a piece of work! After the lady pierced me different from where the mark was I let them know and they tried to charge me full price to move it to correct spot!? What a joke. Then, when I made a review on their FB the manager tried to belittle and embarrass me which goes to show how they treated me as a paying customer. Never again would I waste my time or money…a lot of incompetence going on in there mixed with ignorance, God bless

My review is for an encounter that occurred about 10 years ago, so this shop may have improved since then. My boyfriend at the time and I came here to get tattoos, I wanted an ankh over an old scar on my forearm. I had conveyed this was an important tattoo for me because I had attempted suicide at 15 (before being diagnosed as bipolar) and then a few years later my aunt committed suicide. I found out she was also bipolar and wanted the tattoo as a memorial for her and a reminder how precious life is. I was told there could be some fading on the actual scar, which I was fine about. But I didnt realize there was going to be this blurry edge. I dont have that in my previous 4 tattoos. Today, the ink has blown out and looks like a bruise, and the inside of the ankh looks terrible and spotty all over, not even where the scar was. The black certainly has not held up like my other tattoos that are much older. I have attached a photo of the ankh when I first got it versus what it looks like today. Ill never return to this tattoo shop and plan on getting a cover up from the shop I have gotten all my other tattoos. Lessoned learned.

Hubby and I went and got matching tattoos and they are gorgeous and took little to no time to do and were painless. Alaina and Mike did there thing

I went to get a lip tattoo here and while I had a good first impression, they did not provide care instructions and it almost completely faded in a couple days. Most lip tattoo artists offer free touch ups since these tattoos are small and fade quickly however, this artist did not provide any care instructions and did not work with me to get a touch up since her work had faded unreasonably fast. I do not recommend this place for a lip tattoo.

Went in to have my nose redone and a 3rd piercing. Christina was amazing! Very informative, excellent table side manner! She was done before I realized it. Everyone in there was great! Excellent experience and would definitely recommend!🙌🏼

I really needed to get my bottom bellybutton repierced and it hurt far less then expected considering the scar tissue it had to go through. I also got my nipples done, it was intimidating because of my own thoughts, but the piercer did a great job of taking my mind off things and getting the job done to look beautifully! The shop is very clean and down home type people. Great atmosphere and customer service!!

We came in for a small rework tattoo, the man was so rude and unwelcoming! We barely got a word in the conversation, he interrupted so much and was so unprofessional! We went to another tattoo shop and it was so great and they basically said he just wanted the money and it was a easy rework (they did a fantastic job). The man at psycho delic said it wouldn’t be possible to do with only seeing the tattoo for less than a few seconds, he seemed very unexperienced with customers and tattoos.

Got my second ear piecing here. She was very quick and professional, came back about ten months later to change out the earrings. Its clean and tidy business. You can tell that everyone there is about business.

Honestly the previous reviews are very deceitful. I just got back from getting my piercing here & i must say it was amazing! I am not from Arkansas, I am from NYC & dont do my piercings from just anywhere. I had a lot of piercings myself but they did an incredible job! The customer service was great! The staff was very welcoming & helpful. They took their time & explained the procedure. Was willing to answer any questions you asked & so forth. I had fun just being there period. I completely recommend this place to every and anyone who is looking for a place to get pierced. AND it was very affordable which made the experience 10x better! I must say though, I WILL be coming back here for another piercing and bringing more people with me :D

I walked in today and experienced an awesome quick clean service. Didnt need an appointment. Got lucky and I didnt have to wait. It was the cheapest rate around as well! I got my nose pierced and my fiance got his eyebrow done. In total for the 2 piercings and a tip it was around $70.00. Other places quoted just my nose at around $60.00. My piercing specialist was very clean, very professional and made the process quick. I have had my nose pierced 3 times prior making this my 4th experience and my favorite. She did such a good job and I appreciated it!

I took my ex husband here, its one of his favorite shops, to have 5 tattoos. He travels out of country every year. He was adding the 3 countries hed gotten tats for, Ireland, Panama, Costa Rica. He got a Celtic butterfly and sea turtle to enhance the country names. Mike Santa Cruz was amazingly professional with a very little touch. The details were clean and crisp. He was thoroughly pleased with the work. Everyone in the shop was friendly, helpful and informative.

Alina did my first tattoo, she was nice and walked me through everything. Alina is truly a gem.. She started off slow to let me see how it felt before she really got into it, talked to me the whole time, and gave me all the information I needed to make sure my tattoo healed properly. She also triple checked with me to make sure i was 100 percent satisfied before leaving. She was so nice, and had a great personality.I love my tattoo!

Christina is without a doubt my favorite piercer ever. Shes professional and knowledgeable...she also has integrity. She refused to do a specific piercing on me because she could have hurt me. She then gave me a different option.Ive been to her twice so far and Ill continue to do so for all of my piercings. OMG!!!! I went for a nose piercing and it was an amazing experience! Christina did my piercing, she was very thorough and knowledgeable and awesome! I didn’t feel a thing! She was so awesome! I would recommend her to anyone. Plus I was nervous! She breezed me through it!

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE!! Got my septum pierced & she pierced me through my cartilage! As she was setting up, she put the septum forceps in my nose & then she let them dangle as she was getting the needle ready. She then said that i moved…uuggghh because it HURT! It bled a decent amount too (when you are pierced through the cartilage it bleeds bad). I told her i take baby aspirin & she said i should have told her that before…uhh you never asked. She then said because “I” moved it might be crooked…but when we were done, she said she thought it looked straight. One of the balls touches my nose so its def crooked. Their aftercare states to use triple antibiotic ointment- which you never do on an open wound!! Please go to a more reputable piercer & save your money. I now have to take it out & let it heal before I can have it redone 🤨😩

Christina pierced my nipples and both sides of my nose. For all of these to be my very first bodily piercings besides ( earrings ) she made it a breeze. She was very quick and told me how to properly take care of my piercings and to come back to the shop to get more. I’ll definitely be returning soon to get my nipples pierced again. Piercers are rude n have attitude for no reason

I got my doubles pierced here a couple weeks ago, and they were quick and professional. I even warned the piercer that I might faint (which I did, oops lol), and she made sure I was okay before I left. Very clean, good vibes. They recommend using antibacterial soap to clean the piercing, which I did, but I think I had a reaction that made the skin on my earlobe peel and itch, and my friend had that happen too after a couple days of cleaning it with the same exact antibacterial soap. Might be good to know, I’m not sure. Probably just the brand (they recommended Dial, but there wasn’t any when I went to buy some, so I got the SoftSoap brand).

I went in today to inquire about a tattoo on my forearm. I already had a general layout for what I wanted. I was asked to find other tattoos of what I wanted. Well, the one I showed was what I wanted. I am a very tiny person and have a small forearm. The person came back with a completely different design then told me the price would be $300. I am not a rookie to getting tattoos. (Getting half my back done cost me about $250.) I had also already gotten a few quotes on the tattoo for $120 to about $150 including the color. So why I was quoted so much I have no idea. I do not recommend this place as it seems they are gonna assume you dont know anything about tattoos if you dont have them on every inch of your body already!! And assumed I didnt have that kind of money cause I explained I was not looking to spend that much. Apparently since I said no to the price that meant I had no money and would have to save up and come back.

Though I really enjoyed the piercing I got, the woman behind the counter was very unfriendly when we walked in. She was more friendly once we had paid and were finished, but it overall made my experience bad enough to not want to go back.

My daughter wanted a nose piercing today. We called to make sure she would be able to get it done. A woman answered and told us what we needed to do(get there by 6pm and sign the list). I signed the list at 5:38pm. At 7:10, the piercer comes out and asks if we had signed up. I said yes. She checked her list and she said our names were not on it. I told her what list I signed. She goes on to explain that someone started the list because they were upset...so essentially we signed the wrong list. Now, I get that. However, we had waited in my car for almost two hours and we were on time according to the cut off time we were given. Did she even consider that and honor the fact we did what we were instructed to do? Nope. All we got was “I’m so sorry. We’re open tomorrow, it’s best to get here early.” Really? You expect me to waste another two hours? I will NEVER be back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame, because I’ve gotten a tattoo and a piercing at this place. But I’ll never spend another dime here.

Piercing lady was a bit rude but that’s okay she’s done a goodJob on most of my piercings I will say my lip ring was pierced crooked but most affordable around so can’t complain there.

Great Customer service, lowest piercing prices, and very clean. Lady at the counter was awesome, and talked me thru my nerves before, and the piercer (Frog) was real cool, and didnt mind waiting for me to be ready. I bled a little, but thats to be expected with a needle going thru my tongue, the piercer got me some cold water, and it stopped almost immediately. I wont go anywhere else for my piercings, best experience Ive had at any shop in little rock.

Decided to walk in for a tattoo after being disappointed by a different shop nearby. Psycho Delic Butterfly Tattoo instantly radiated a much more welcoming energy. The staff was friendly and helpful in making me comfortable with my first experience in getting a tattoo. I would definitely recommend this shop and would come back here again if I had the opportunity. Shoutout to Mike for my badass tattoo!!

I have been 3 time there for piercing nostril, monroe, and bottom side lip. Their job very great job. I recommend that you get piercing to there. They are friendly, professional, and clean.

Got a belly piercing done here and let’s just say I’m not very satisfied with it. I’ve been going to the same piercer for 3 years and decided to give this place a shot since he was all booked up. The lady gives misinformation on how to heal any piercing. You never use Neosporin on healing piercings, this causes oil build up as well as debris and can trap infections, like she states. Any ointment is a NO. You should use salt water or sterile saline solution. Safe to say I learned my lesson about cheating on your piercer.

As u can see I have 2....The first 1 that I got gave me a lot of problems. I came here got them right kind of piercings I needed( L shape) This time around she actually took the time out 2 explain it 2 me...No complaints here...Highly recommend.

I went to PsychoDelic for my first tattoo along with 2 of my friends in February. My artist was David and he was friend and informative. I went back a couple of weeks ago and got another tattoo from Easyface. Once again he was very friendly and my tattoo cost nearly $100 cheaper than I was originally told. Great place to go and I definitely recommend it to other.

I got my first tattoo 3 days ago, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was so sweet and down to Earth. My tattoo artist was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, he took my black cat tattoo behind my ear and added so much charm and character to it. Im very pleased! Yesterday I took my friend to get her first tattoo, she didnt go the same place as I, and Im very displeased with her experience. She was (I felt) over charged and the wait to actually talk to someone was triple mine (5-10mins). I will be returning to Psychadelic in the future!

I went to get my smiley pierced. he took the ring which had a ball on it and after 45 minutes of him trying to put the ball on he squeezed the bars together with tweezers. absolutely sick. they don’t know what they’re doing. GO TO ANCHOR!!! this is a picture of the “ring” he put in my mouth it just fell out which is why i’m making this review.

Have no idea what his name is but the tattoo i asked for looked nothing like what i got (im aware every artist has there own style & it’s not gonna look exact but this was a pretty far distance) not only that but after like 3 or 4 day a bunch of the lines started to disappear along with the little bit of shading it had on it. dude was nice but the tattoo wasn’t worth a 140$ .

For the female piecer learn your stuff better weight has nothing to do with piercing you down talk customer cause weight is not cool your negative and stunts are being shared around the mod community not allowing a customer see were u mark them them before performing a diff piercing then they ask for is not right.you know that can be considered assault at that point. you will be reported and I hope they pull you license. Your a piece of work.

I’ve gotten pretty much every tattoo here. I called to set up an appointment and the girl who answered was not very friendly or personable, she straight up told me no we are booked then hung up! I’m very disappointed because I use to brag on these guys all the time. Guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere and inform everyone I know on how it’s not the same! Good luck

Didnt lay me down for my septum. Was the most painful thing Ive ever experienced in my life and she told me to clean it 5 times a day with anti bacterial. Anti bacterial is a no no. Plus she stopped half way through my peircing cause I was pulling back. IM RECOILING FROM PAIN! WOULDNT HAVE AN ISSUE IF U LAYED ME DOWN. So never again. Could have good tattoo artist but never ever ever getting a peircing from here. She was taught wrong. Dont trust anyone who recommends anti bacterial soap durring cleaning. So tdrl incorrect practice of peircing.

Happy with my tattoos and piercings. I now have 7 tattoos and 8 piercings. This one is my newest, done by David, and Christina just pierced my nipples. They do great work at great prices.

It said to describe my experience here but I cant just describe one. Ive had gotten all my piercings except for lobe piercings here. Ive gotten my tongue, industrial, both tragus, laberet, nose, and my madusa done at the psychodelic butterfly. Ive bought friends to the psychodelic butterfly. I will not get pierced anywhere else. Ive run questions about particular piercings to the piercer (I want to call her Christina but Im terrible with names). I love it there it is my happy place. They are very clean, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Nobody come to this place , it is trash. I got tattoo done by a lady who was rude the entire time and she did a horrendous job , Iam bruised , I have lines that are crooked I have random ink spots imprinted on my body and she messed up on the words of my quote, she manhandled me multiple times making me feel uncomfortable and not safe. I talked to the owner very kindly about the situation seeing what we could do to fix it and he basically said its my fault and they couldnt help me. I beg you, do not go there unless you want to have a tattoo done nowhere near what you wanted and have to live with it for the rest of your life.

They done great and didnt charge very much at all2% means2% of meth users get clean and stay clean for the rest of there lifes Im gonna be a part is that 2%

The tattoo artist, Chris, was very aggressive when I told him I thought my piercer hadnt done a good job and asked for a free jewelry change. He was aggressive, almost yelling, and told me that signing my informed consent sheet meant that he could do anything he wanted to me after that.

My belly ring was crooked. My industrial kept having trouble since it was at a weird angle. The only piercing to last was my nose. Friendly service, but I wouldnt go back for piercings.

Grew up in foreign countries and Ive lived in multiple states in the u.s... never, literally never, have I been as demeaned and disrespected by anyone as much as when I inquired about a tattoo that carried emotional and familial meaning to me. Someone must have bought this place from the guy who named it psychodelic butterfly. The people who work here carry the vibe of prison guards, bizarre experience.

Went in.....waited....waited...guy took couple girls back came up front ignored me girl came in talked to her took her back came back up front ignored me I walked by the door close to him searching for other places to go while being ignored still and left. Was highly disappointed!

They pierce with veterinarian needles. Rude over the phone (lady worker). Also not reasonable about parents waiting outside with smaller siblings if they are only living parent and they also pierced my ear wrong.
