I dont think I will go anywhere else for a piercing again. This shop and staff are so kind and welcoming. Jo helped me pick the perfect studs to reopen a few piercings and pair them with a new conch hoop. Alex was so kind and detailed with the piercing process. I felt so at ease. They are so clean! This shop has everything you need. You will leave knowing exactly how to heal your new piercing so you can keep it forever.

Brian is amazing. Both of my daughters had their ears pierced. One of my daughters has tried multiple times to have her ears pierced, but had not been able to overcome her fear. He was so calming and so knowledgeable that she was finally able to reach her goal. Thank you

I was going though a small moment of panic when I accidentally swallowed my cheek piercing barbell. I was looking for a shop to accommodate this short notice, and Sage was able to get me another cheek piercing, sized appropriately and put in, for a good price! Intelligent piercers and kind staff, I came from another piercing shop who didn’t exactly treat me right, and now Sage will be my go-to for all my piercing needs !

Love this place! I have gone twice now, and had an excellent experience both times. They really make the process comfortable and knowledgeable. I had a tragus, conch, daith, and helix, all went really well and they go into detail on how to take care of your new piercing. Plus they do walk ins so you can just pop in! The office has great energy and everyone is really kind and knowledgeable. If youre anxious about getting a piercing I highly recommend this place.

We walked in not knowing what to expect and Brian almost immediately gained my trust with my 6 year old. She was very scared to get her ears pierced, but I could tell she warmed up to him pretty fast. This helped make everything go even better than expected.Also, he is SO knowledgeable about everything regarding the piercing. I have had my ears pierced multiple times before, and no other piercer has explained so thoroughly the after care of the piercing. It is comforting to know that he is so knowledgeable in infection prevention, because that makes the entire environment feel safer.Most importantly, I want to give him all of the praise on the amount of time he took with my daughter to ensure she understood every step throughout the whole process. There were two separate times when she wanted to back out, and instead of pressuring her to stay, he made sure she knew it was completely up to her what she wanted to do. That just speaks volumes to me.My hope is that other parents see this review and know that Brian is the person you want to be piercing your kiddos ears. He is so intentional and thoughtful about the entire process and even made it personalized to my daughter so that she was comfortable. I definitely plan on taking my younger daughter (if she wants to) when she is older. Thank you so much for your kindness and knowledge, Brian!

Word of warning to parents looking to have their kid’s ears pierced: do NOT go here!!!! I researched across FB moms’ groups and reviews to find a place and made an appointment with Sage because the reviews said that Brian was good with kids and patient. We waited months for an appointment, but I thought it would be worth the wait. My daughter was literally counting down the days for over two months. The day arrived and ONE HOUR before the appointment they called to say Brian wasn’t feeling well and wouldn’t make it in for the appointment. They asked if we could reschedule for two hours later. We rearranged our schedules and said yes. We drove 30 minutes there to take her out for a celebratory meal beforehand to mark the big occasion.Then *40 MINUTES* before that appointment time they called again to say he was cancelling completely!! My daughter was *devastated*. What made it worse was the attitude of the women who spoke with us. They were SO RUDE and made it seem like my daughter shouldnt be upset that they cancelled 40 minutes before the appointment that she had looked forward to for months - because Brian had a ‘medical condition’ and ‘often has flare ups’ and cancels appointments last minute. That may be the case, but they could handle it professionally. Why be rude to your customers while you are breaking their kid’s heart? I guess they anticipate that Brian will cancel last-minute (twice in one day) but they made no mention of that when I called to make the appointment.The two women we talked to - Jo and Portia - were not kind and understanding that this might be upsetting to a kid who has been looking forward to this forever. We had driven there - were down the street from them - ready to finally get her ears pierced but instead my daughter is crying inconsolably. They made it seem like we were inconveniencing them, saying “you can take your business elsewhere if you like, it’s no skin off our backs.” What?? The whole conversation, they handled it with so much hostility and rudeness, which made the situation even worse.I’m warning other parents so your kid doesnt have to experience the same disappointment. Be forewarned that Brian can and does cancel appointments “all the time” last minute, with no regard for their customers, and then the staff treats the customer like garbage when canceling. I wish I had known this beforehand.

Brian and his team at Sage Piercing are top notch! The piercing experience the best imaginable (very patient, took wonderful care of my 7 year old, great teacher on her new responsibility). She tells all of her friends they have to go to sage piercing when they’re brave enough to get their ears pierced! Incredible customer service all around, thanks Brian!

While out celebrating my mom’s birthday we decided to be spontaneous and get a few piercings. The staff were so patient, well informed, and friendly (even when some potential customers got rude because they had filled up all possible appointments for that day). My mom and sister got a few old piercings re-opened and a few new ones as well. Staff are great about explaining everything and were super careful about keeping everything clean, lots of hand washing, multiple sets of gloves, everything sealed and opened in front of you. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.Tip: just because they only take walk-ins (unless it’s a child’s appointment) does not mean there is endless availability (especially on the weekends). When we visited they only had one piercer in, and early in the day filled up their queue and had to turn some folks away. So if you’re driving a distance or can’t come back another time your best bet is to wait for a weekday, or on the weekends arrive when they open and be willing to kill some time around town. Calling ahead probably wouldn’t hurt either.

I got my second lobe piercings and a helix done today by Alex and the experience was awesome! Alex was so personable and professional- she did an amazing job explaining every step of the process. The shop was clean, organized, and sanitary and they had a wide selection of jewelry. I can tell a lot of pride goes into this shop. I only had to wait about 30 minutes for an appointment but there are a lot of great shops and cafes around the area to help pass the time. The wait is worth it! I will definitely be back again (for additional piercings and jewelry for my existing piercings) and will recommend this shop going forward! Thank you!

I went in for a walk-in septum and couldn’t have been happier with my experience! They were quite busy but they were still able to see me in a relatively short amount of time. From the first second I was greeted at the front desk by Jo (sorry if that’s not your name, you were awesome), to the second I left with my new piercing I felt welcome and taken care of. I have had a lot of piercings at a lot of different types of places and this by far was one of my favorite experiences. The shop was clean and sterile, Alex my piercer was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me, and quick and efficient. My piercing was originally a little off kilter and Alex immediately pointed it out and fixed it (this can easily happen with piercings, it says nothing about her skill however her wanting to redo it says everything about her professionalism). Suffice to say I will be back and I will recommend others to go here!

Alex and Jo were so incredibly kind and helpful. Jo walked us through the jewelry selection and pricing as well as our aftercare and was a pleasure! Alex did our piercings and she was so knowledge about the Anatomy of the ear and how different Anatomies would affect the piercing and its placement. They both made my sister and I feel very comfortable and welcome. I got a flat here today and it was truly the best experience. Not to mention it was so clean and they clearly take every step possible to maintain a clean and safe environment. 10/10 would recommend this shop.

I had Alex as my piercer and she was amazing! Very clean and thorough with the entire process. She went as quick as I wanted adjusted placement and was very professional while also being friendly! I picked expensive jewelry so the price was a bit high but for the environment and nice people totally worth it! Will be coming back forsure! I love both of my piercings

This place is awesome. I walked in a little worried that they may not be able to do a piercing that I wanted (I hadnt asked them about it before I went in), but Brian was so knowledgeable and was able to do it with ease! Thank you so much! I love the piercings that I got!

I’d rather give a 3.5; the piercing itself as well as the actual piercing process was amazing with my piercer Alex. She was very knowledgable about everything. She was super nice and talked me through the entire process step-by-step. Not to mention, she nailed the placement. If you have a good amount of time to spend, I see no reason you shouldn’t get your piercings done here. However, if you’re a busy person in the slightest, I’m not sure I’d say the same thing. Because this shop is primarily on a walk-in basis, it is often very difficult to even get in. When I went to get my piercing, I was told there was about a 2 hour wait and I needed to have my physical COVID vaccine card present. Totally fine, that’s pretty typical for piercings. The next day, I go in around 12:15, 15 minutes after opening. I still waited almost 2 hours to get my piercing. At that piercing that day, I was told I should come back as close to 3 weeks as possible (I’m a college student in another state) before I left town to see if I’d be able to get a shorter bar for the protection of my teeth. I returned to the shop about 3 weeks later only to find a sign that they would not be open until 2pm that day. I returned hours later to find yet another sign saying they were actually going to be closed for the day. The next day, I called ahead of time to avoid wasting the gas and time I did the day before. I asked if they were open, to which I was told yes, but they were not doing any piercings as their piercer was sick. By no means do I mean any discredit by mentioning they were sick. All I’m wondering is how both piercers are unable to come in and/or how a business who quite literally has “open 7 days a week now!” Posted on their door, but is still somehow unable to staff for two entire days. Unfortunately, I’ve reached the point where I’m going to go to an entirely different shop to get my jewelry changed. Just something to consider if you’re wanting any piercing on any type of schedule.

Brian did an amazing job and I absolutely love going to Sage Piercing! Brian and his assistant are amazing and walk you through everything! The process is a breeze and the work is always done with the highest quality! I took my daughter there the first time and he was able to keep her calm and talk her through each step! After that I have gone back twice for my Daith, Helix and Targus! The jewelry is stunning and affordable! I give them a 10 out of 10!!

We went to this studio twice- once at 7pm on a weeknight, once right as they opened at noon on a weekday. The weeknight they turned us away, I guess piercing the 2 people ahead of us takes an hour. Bummer, but well try again. We come in weekday, the piercer isnt there and were turned away again. We ended up with a competitor. I wouldnt leave a review, but I did purchase a threaded post to help with a jewelry issue I was having...the post is too small to thread my cluster into and I know studios usually dont accept jewelry returns. Waste of my time and $30.

By far, my favorite piercer. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the piercers are fun to talk to and do a wonderful job, and the piercings that I’ve gotten are near painless. I travel to go to this shop, specifically.

Oh boy. I don’t leave many reviews, but when the service or experience is exceptional, I have to. This is a long one, so buckle in. I am VERY picky about who I let near me with a needle. I’ve been stuck in the Denver metro area for more than a month for training for a new job, and I was going a little stir crazy. I did a lot of research on different studios within an hour of my location, and Sage kept coming up, and I couldn’t get it out of my mind. Thank god I came here. Alex was incredible. Sage is so clean, and they keep everything extremely sterile. That is something I appreciate immensely with piercings, obviously. Alex pierced my daith, and gave me two new helix piercings, and the gal at the front was so patient and excited to help me pick out all of my jewelry. At no time did I feel rushed. I already have a fair number of piercings, and I have extremely high expectations that were not only met, but exceeded.At this time, it does not appear that they take appointments for piercings (but please reference their website rather than taking a review as gospel). Many of the less than five star reviews that they have seem to be because people are on a time crunch to get a piercing, and want to make that Sage’s problem. Show up knowing this, and be ready to be flexible! Be excited! But don’t be pissed at them if there are people ahead of you. These are real people performing real services. Treat them with respect and kindness, and it will be returned tenfold. I have told all my friends about Sage, and even though home base for me is over 5 hours away, we are already planning a girls weekend with Sage as the main attraction. I can’t speak highly enough about them.Jewelry selection? High end. The pieces are pricy. It’s a luxury! But VERY well worth it. They carry Tawapa, Maya, and a variety of other extremely beautiful brands. They have a wide selection of options for stretched ears as well, something that I have found to be lacking in many other shops in the area.I recommend them 10/10, and WILL be coming back to have my ears finished by them once my current piercings heal. I am elated that I found this place. Ive had an industrial piercing for 13 years and a conch piercing for 9 years that Ive never purchased high quality, good fitting jewelry for. The task just seemed daunting and overwhelming, especially because 14g conch jewelry just doesn’t seem very popular. I walked into a VERY knowledgeable staff & piercer who immediately fitted both piercings with high quality, PERFECTLY fitting jewelry. I didnt have to know all my measurements aside from the gauge, and it just made the entire process seamless and easy. I know it sounds silly, but I am seriously so happy that after all these years of wearing bars that were far too big for both piercings, I have perfectly-fit beautiful jewelry. I will definitely be going back to pick jewelry for other existing ear piercings and possibly get a new one! Loved this place.

Highly recommend. I had a great experience here today getting my ears (re)pierced. The receptionist was helpful and organized, despite the shop being very busy. Brian is professional and meticulous.I have been pierced five times before with the piercing gun, and this piercing wasdone with a needle. It was actually much less painful--no hot, red earlobes. So much better than a mall store piercing. It barely hurt, and I appreciated the high quality jewelry options as well.

Though it may be a walk in studio, you will not be rushed out. Brians depth of knowledge is amazing, and he takes time to make you feel comfortable and at ease. He guides you through every step, makes sure you know whats happening, and what to do when you leave. Ashley was equally helpful when it came to picking out the earrings. I couldnt be happier. (Brian did the 3rd lobe piercing on both of my ears. Jewelry for 2nd and 3rd pierce from Sage Piercing). I WILL be back.

Brian walks the client through everything he is going to do. There are so many earring choices. They help you with any questions. There is a flyer that you get on aftercare that makes a lot of sense. They also tell you how to take care of them. Highly recommend.

The whole staff was amazing and super supportive. The front desk ladies helped guide us on earrings and placement without making us feel stupid. They are also very invested in aftercare and told us to come back if we need any help. Brian did the actual piercings and we were relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Customer for life!

I visited this shop to get my first cartilage piercing and Id love to rave about how wonderful! Jolie was so welcoming on a very busy Saturday morning and helped me pick the jewelry type and size that would look best. Brian is not only a true professional but took the time to educate me on the proper care and maintenance for this type of piercing. I learned so much from him. You can tell he truly enjoys the education piece as well as making people happy. I went in thinking Id like one location and left incredibly happy with his suggestion. Listen to the pros, they know. Had my eyebrow done and a Forward Triple Helix. He let me know that he MAY not be able to get 3 on my ear and i might have to settle for two. He didnt give up trying but he also didnt want it looking dumb. He made it happen. He also explained every step he was taking. I will FOR SURE be going back to this place. WELL worth the money. I am VERY happy with his work.

I went in to have Brian assess a long abandoned piercing. He stretched my piercing to the appropriate size at a very affordable price. The service was professional and personable. This will be the only spot I go to.

It was the second time getting my nipples pierced and it hurt less than the first time which is unheard of. I remember the very first time I met Brian, he was moving his business into the studio around the corner. I was in Think Tank with some family while they got tattooed. Brian took the time to talk with us for almost an hour. He answered every question we had and he is extremely knowledgeable. He truly knows what he is doing in every aspect of piercing. I was already really impressed with Brians professionalism when he did my nose piercing a couple months ago, but today he pierced my daughters ears and he was so good at walking her through the process and making sure that she was prepared for what was happening. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend went in to get his first piercing, a septum, and I ended up getting a Daith because I was so impressed with Brian. The shop is so inviting and clean. We talked to the two ladys upfront for a while and they were amazing. Brian is a master at his trade and does an amazing job. Great experience! It was my first piercing. They took me as a walk in. Brian helped me select jewelry and walked me through the piercing and aftercare process. He was meticulous and explained everything as he went. The piercing was painless. Ive had no problems with it at all.Update (Jun 2022): Ive been back several times for additional piercings. Brian is so professional and has exemplary technique and placement. Dont bother going anywhere else.

I needed a simple ear pierce, for a hole that had closed. Sage was conveniently located, very clean, and had a good array of jewelry offerings. Id like to give a special shout-out to Brian, who was manning the entire shop solo on this Wednesday afternoon. Despite having a constant flow of customers coming in, he never lost his good humor, and never stopped giving good, solid information and advice to each person. I felt as if he was fully focused on me when it was my turn, and he made the piercing seem as important to him as it was to me. He was interesting, and made after-care instructions clear. Kudos! You will be well cared for at Sage.

Excellent service and attentiveness. Don’t use the mall stores. Come here. They were very thorough with the after-care instructions. Piercing (just earlobe) was with needle not gun and was done by expert (Brian). Nearly painless, at least for my tolerance. Much less than the gun. Only thing is parking is not the easiest (not a reflection on business—just be prepared.).

I went to Sage Piercing with my girlfriend to get a septum piercing from Brian. This was my first piercing, and I couldnt have asked for a better first piercing experience. Everything from setting up the piercing, selecting jewelry (of which is all very high quality), to getting the piercing done, and recieving aftercare instruction, was phenomenal. My girlfriend was so impressed with Brians work, that she decided she would get her daith piercing she had been thinking of getting after I was finished getting my septum. Brian is a master of his art, incredibly intelligent, warm and welcoming. The shop is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and features very high quality jewelry on display. The employees that work the front desk are also very knowledgeable and friendly! Both my girlfriend and I will be coming here again for our next piercings, and the ones after that!

Amazing place for piercing! Took my 11 year old here to get her ears pierced. She was so nervous although the calm friendly environment helped set her at ease. Brian was amazing and spent at least 20 minutes with her explaining ever step and ensuring she was relaxed and ready. Great instructions and details about caring for the piercings...and so open to all my crazy mom questions. I will definitely go back...a d recommend to anyone looking for piercing.

This place is top notch. I brought my 12 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. It was her first time. Brian educated us on everything, and took plenty of time to explain what he was going to do. I was incredibly impressed with his infection prevention and handwashing. I work in the medical field and have prepared sterile fields many times for Doctors. Brian thoroughly washed his hands before the procedure, set up his tray, clean gloves, cleaned skin etc. He reiterated what the awesome ladies in the front desk had said about keeping the wound clean, post procedure care, even down to changing the pillow case on the bed. Look no further, this is the best.

The young woman behind the counter was so helpful and set the tone of the experience to help keep my daughter calm. I had such a good experience here. I walked in for a septum piercing and the woman at the front told me it would only be about a 30 minute wait (keep in mind it was a Wednesday afternoon, so I can’t speak for what it looks like during busier times). She went over aftercare with me very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. She also helped me pick out the best jewelry for what I was looking for.Brian was absolutely amazing. He made me feel comfortable immediately and was extremely thorough in explaining the steps he was taking before he pierced me. He even went over the quality of the jewelry with me. Im so grateful that my pediatrician suggested this place. I brought my 6 year old daughter here to get her ear lobes pierced, because thats what she wanted for her birthday. Sage piercing is very welcoming, clean, and professional. Brian was amazing. Before piercing her ears he had us sit down and went over a list of things to do after getting piercings, what not to do, and things that we should look for and expect after getting piercings. Brian is knowledgeable, professional, and focused. Besides doing fantastic work, he makes sure his clients settle their nerves by fully explaining processes. I highly recommended his shop. Now, he is a one man operation, so do not show up an hour before close and expect to be pierced. If you get in earlier and there is a wait, the woman who works the front desk will call you when youre up, so you can wait outside, grab a bite near by or whatever.

We scheduled for a youth ear piercing. We were called 10 minutes before the appointment, when we were already at the location and we’re told the piercer wouldn’t make it do to an illness. Now I understand that they have no control over an illness and having to cancel is completely understandable. That being said we rescheduled for the next day and showed up to the shop again and we’re met with a sign on the door saying they were closed. About 5 minutes later we received a call saying they were closed. This wouldn’t be a huge deal if we lived close but our drive was about 45 minutes to the shop.

I went in for a second piercing on my ears and Brian was phenomenal to work with. He was so nice, personable, explained everything as he went and you can tell that he loves what he does.I chose this shop strictly based on the reviews as the shop is close to my house. He took time to review care instructions since I was dealing with an infection with my cartilage that has since healed. I had my upper helix and conch done 2 months ago and theyre healing great! Everything was super clean and sterilized. Brian was super professional and walked my cousin and I through everything that other piercing places dont, he was very informative! Highly recommended and probably my go-to piercing place!

They do not take appointments which is very inconvenient if youre on a time crunch, I went in six minutes after they opened and luckily I was not in a hurry, but the service was very slow. The person helping the front was brand new and was being berated by piercer there the entire time. It was quite uncomfortable to watch someone I knew was going to be piercing me practically yell at someone else. I ended up being there for three hours for a single piercing. The person on front was also very condescending when I was picking out jewelry, like I had never seen a piece of white gold before. They did a job explaining aftercare and the price wasnt too out the wazoo, but I definitely wont be going back for another.

Before opening the door, seeing Buddha wisdom eyes on the inner door, I knew it was my kinda place. They had a great selection of jewelry from plus, tunnels, hangers, barbells... I took my 9 year old to get her ears pierced and couldn’t have had a better experience. The shop was extremely clean. Brian greeted my daughter and immediately was able to shed her nerves and get her to smile. He did an amazing job walking through the healing process and handed over clear instructions. While doing the piercing he walked my daughter through each step and was great at breaking down everything in a way she could understand. Went here to get my eyebrow pierced. Brian had been recommended by a few of my friends, and has lots of good reviews online. Hes a great piercer! I walked in, told him what I wanted and was done quicker than expected. He explained everything he was doing so I understood, and has a very clean shop. The last piercings I got (somewhere else), once I paid and was pierced, they could care less how it turned out after I left the shop. Me and my sister walked in and were welcomed on the spot. We each got a piercing and each switched out previous jewelry. The lady who set us up and took our payment was very nice and informative, and the piercer was very good at his job and very friendly. They also dont charge for switching out jewelry if you bought the jewelry from them! Ive been before and had a great experience previously as well. I will be coming back in the future as well. This place is amazing. Brian is so friendly and professional. My nose piercing didnt hurt very much at all, and since Ive followed his cleaning regimen it hasnt gotten infected or painful at all. My mother passed out after she got her dath pierced and Brian was really chill while I was kind of freaking out. He got my Mom cool water and some juice and a cool cloth for the back of her neck to cool her down. Overall, it was a great experience, and we both love our piercings.

The piercer was super knowledgeable and professional. I had my nipples re-done (the piercings were closed due to an injury a few years ago). I have over 20 piercings, and nipples are one of the more painful ones. Getting them done at Sage Piercing was quick and a painless as it could be - noticeably less painful than when I had them done at a different piercing shop. The jewelry options were great. The quality of the atmosphere, jewelry, service, and talent is unmatched. The price is completely fair for the quality I received. I will absolutely come here again.

A friend found this place-its connected to a tattoo shop on the second floor, so go up the stairs and its on the right. They have a bench on the landing to sit until your appointment (covid protocol) so you dont have to wait outside.Brian is HILARIOUS, extremely knowledgeable, and super helpful with jewelry pricing and tips for healing well. Ive had a couple of piercings done by Brian. Hes professional and knows his trade well. Hes been honest when I havent had the anatomy for piercings Ive wanted rather than just trying to make it work and look weird. I wouldnt consider going to anyone else now for my piercings!

Did a walk-in for a nose piercing and was very impressed. They make sure you’re well informed the whole entire time from the piercer letting you know exactly how the whole procedure is going to happen and what he will do to the receptionist walking you through your aftercare sheet. Piercer is very detail oriented with the placement to make sure it is perfect. He doesn’t rush through and he makes sure you’re 100% satisfied before he continues. Absolutely will be coming back for more piercings in the future.

I had a great experience at Sage Piercing in Littleton! I had my nostril pierced and the shop was clean and professional. Brian walked me through the process and the aftercare in great detail before the piercing, and made sure I was comfortable with the placement before we got started.After the piercing, I stood up and was a little lightheaded (I react that way with needles sometimes), but Brian and his Apprentice were very kind and helpful, giving me water and making sure I was ok before standing up again. This was my first cartilage piercing ever. My husband, best friend and i all got something different. Brian explained all of our piercings to us individually. Explaining the process, the aftercare, the responsibility of the healing process, all the potential problems that could arise, ways to sleep etc . During the process he was gentle and calming . And was passing his talents on to his apprentice Ashley, who was quietly watching and learning. (Shes got good energy too, which was added beauty to the whole vibe) all the jewelry is gorgeous and high quality as well. No toxic metals going into your body here! Overall it was the best experience any of us have had! I dont think Ill ever get pierced by anyone else and will 100% be back for more!!

This is the best place I have ever been for piercing. Brian and his staff are the most professional I have ever come across. They both explained to me in detail exactly how to care for my piercings. I have been other places and have never experienced anywhere near the detail they go into as far as care. Then you get to the actual piercing. He is incredibly clean and I have never had it hurt less. My eyes didnt even water on my nostril piercing. So far he has done my septum, both nostrils, and my Medusa. None of them got infected or had pain afterwards. What an incredible experience. Not to mention this and the tattoo shop next door are absolutely stunning as far as decor and comfort. I would trust both shops and have. I have found my tattoo and piercing Nirvana. Thank you guys for providing clean and safe services.

Went to get a nostril hoop here about a week ago. The shop is very clean and comfortable and the guy who pierced me was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was very comfortable! Especially for my first time being pierced, this was a fantastic place to get it done! He also made sure I had his contact info and told me I could contact him with any problems or questions I had. Their wait time for simple piercings or services is forever makes absolutely no sense. You cant make appointments. Even if you call ahead TWICE they dont care. Appointments would be nice Ive never been to a shop that doesnt take appointments. Owner: I dont need or want a response from you.

I spontaneously decided to get my septum pierced while my boyfriend was getting a tattoo done at Think Tank next door. It was an amazing experience! Brian was very friendly and really knew what he was talking about. He answered all my questions and assured me that I could always call with questions or concerns, no matter how small, which meant a lot to me because many places act annoyed when you call with dumb questions. He also told me everything that he was going to do throughout every step, which is important to me because I was scared of getting the needle when I didnt expect it, but not with Brian. He told me exactly when he was going to use the needle and even had me close my eyes so I wouldnt panic. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend coming here and I will definitely return next time I want another piercing!

My wife and I came here to get her septum pierced. Its a very nice clean modern shop that seems to only do piercings. So no tattoo gun blasting in the back round. The gentlemen who greeted us was friendly and informative. Upon deciding on jewelry we went back into a very clean and medical like room where he explained everything clearly, taking great care to go over step by step what he was going to do and how. He was clearly gentle and compassionate to the fact that piercings can hurt. He did a fantastic job with placement, and the piercing healed quickly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, even if its a long drive you will be better off.

Brian was AMAZING! I had done some of my own research on the medusa piercing before getting it, and it turns out that some of it was bogus. He helped me with an aftercare plan and just general hygenie tips when it came to the piercing! He was extremely patient and offered me a juicebox due to some brief nausea from the pain 😌 Really a great experience.

Brian really knows what hes doing. I got my first nose ring done at White Lotus while he was still working over there. A few weeks ago I went over to his shop and had my cartilage done- he did a perfect job. The placement is right on. I then had a second nose ring done at another shop, and they gave me the wrong size gauge piercing that I had asked for (got a 20, asked for 18), and the piercing was too close to my first ring. That piercing fell out about a month in and I just had it re-pierced in a slightly different spot and just like the first time- its spot on. Brian thoroughly explains how to keep your piercing clean and is all around a great piercer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone- I have already told multiple friends to stop in and check it out if theyre looking to get another piercing.

Amazing customer service and a lovely atmosphere. it is easy to tell that both the owner and his apprentice are passionate about their work. 10/10 would recommend.just a small side note, however, the shop is located up two flights of stairs. this would normally not be a problem but one person in my party had a broken leg so she struggled a bit ngl. definitely want to let others know!

We called in the morning to confirm they had walk-in availability for a Saturday, we arrived at 6pm (they close at 8pm) wanting 3 routine ear piercings and were told to wait in the hall. We sat in the hall for a full HOUR before being called in only to be told they didn’t have time to pierce us. When the girl at the front finally asked us what piercings we wanted she rolled her eyes as we were telling her. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. A complete lack of respect for someone’s time.

I went for daith piercings to be rid of my migraines. The place was clean and professional. It took time to heal so the focus was on the tenderness until 6 months later... and to be honest I cant remember when I last had a migraine where Excedrin wouldnt kick it and had to be isolated in a quiet dark room. I feel like a million bucks! If youre suffering terribly Id recommend it ... worse comes to worse you can have them take it out... but patience is a virtue .. and the care to keep it clean is a must. I have done acupuncture , Chinese medicine, diet and lifestyle changes .. only temporary relief. But the piercings, Im living testament to rid be of that debilitating condition.

Just went in today to get a new stud for my nose piercing as it said walk-ins were welcome.. I called the number at the door to be let in and was told the next time to even look at jewelry would be next Thursday (todays Friday). Good for them that they are that booked but I guess Im not sure why they are booking out that far just to look at piercings
