According to surrounding store operators the workers at this location repeatedly shut the store down randomly to hang out with friends who work at Zumiez. It’s supposed to be open, ha! Given that this is the only reason my kids and I came to the mall this is pretty lame, malls are the worst. Only posting so others don’t waste their time.

Thank you Chance for the help and kindness you gave me this weekend! The kind of customer service you have is rare to find nowadays and I can’t sing your praises enough!

Citali was very helpful in getting my online purchase ready for me. She wasnt working when the online order came in and it was not filled. However she brought out several pairs of earrings for me to choose the one I wanted. She was very friendly, professional and polite. The earrings were a very fine quality made of sterling silver. Citali made it a very nice visit and purchase.

Went in here for my 9yo niece to get xmas gifts. They had a sale, great! But, all the details of the sale and the mix match made my head spin. I ended up walking out and buying a gift card for her to go there herself, which was even more stupid, guess who took her back to use it? Yup, me. She had the same problem with getting what she wanted, the mix and match sale was BOGUS. I discourage kids from getting hooked on the junk in this store.

Very helpful in calming my 8 yo granddaughter before her piercing. She was really scared but Danie calmed her down. She was precise on marking where the piercings would go. My granddaughter said it was so amazingly fast!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Very professional and kept up with sanitary conditions, alcohol and masked were used,also gloves. Good job.

Went and got a piercing at this store and I will never go there again or tell someone to go. She used jewelry that was too small for my hear so when it swelled up it was too small and the earring was digging into my skin, she had a hard time putting the back on it so she should have known to begin with. Not even a week later I had to take it out and my ear started gushing blood. Worst experience ever.

The piercing lady was excellent tonight 8/31/19 we were her 9th piercing and a 10th was waiting ..... Clean nice store, friendly staff explained everything & every price fully was clean , hygienic and was so kind and let my son take all the time he needed to make the best decision .. GREAT piercing experience would def recommend

Good piercings but the lady suggested to take out my daughters crooked earring and let it heal so we finally come back and have to pay another 30 dollars for her ears to be pierced:( after I called and they said over the phone they can definitely do it without saying we had to pay more. so I paid 90 for my daughter to have her ears pierced I definitely dont reccomend going back here.

We got my daughters ears piercing done here and the girls that did it were very kind and sweet to her. They did a great job!

The staff is always super friendly and willing to help and they are knowledgeable on everything they have and they always give me the best ear piercing experience!

The manager and girls are rude. The blonde girl was too busy talking with her boyfriend to acknowledge us or any other customers

Granddaughter got her ears pierced, and manager was so awesome with her

Its ok for what it is, a tween store. When its empty the employees are usually ok. But its so small when they have more than 2 or 3 customers its a mad house

The store is all new to the location staff and they all work so hard and go above and beyond to help :)This is my new favorite Claires to shop
