The staff were not only skilled professionals but also incredibly friendly and reassuring, especially since it was my 6 year old daughter’s first piercing. The studio was immaculate, and I felt confident in their hygiene protocols. They took the time to listen to my preferences and provided helpful advice, ensuring my daughter and I were comfortable every step of the way. The piercing itself was quick and virtually painless, thanks to their expertise. I couldnt be happier with the results! Wow!!! What an experience!!! We saw Randy. My daughter got two tattoos and I got one… I was a little nervous at first just hoping they would turn out good. The ENTIRE experience from start to finish was one to remember! Randy went above and beyond to make us both feel comfortable! Also got to witness Nick doing some awesome work as well!! The shop is super clean and again they all went above and beyond! I called the shop 2 days before we wanted our appointment. They were happy to get us in! Words can’t even describe the amazing experience we got! Will definitely be going back!!

Jackson pierced my cartilage and it was a great experience. Ive been pierced before at different places and this was the best. He was super professional while creating a relaxed atmosphere that put me a ease. Highly recommend.

White Lotus is awesome! I reached out to several different shops for a cover-up project; several didnt bother responding. White Lotus did, and matched me with Keith.Keith was super cool and fun to work with on this piece! Excellent communication, and beautiful work putting this together for me, especially given the rather large and dark piece he was covering. I spent a good amount of time in his chair over several sessions to do this, and cant be more happy with it!Keith is a true professional, with a good hand, and a great eye for the artisty involved. Im constantly getting compliments on this piece, even from other artists. Ill definitely work with him again, as my husband and I are planning some other pieces.I also had my brows done by AnnaRae. Id previously been going elsewhere, but my other person has very limited bookings. I reached out to AnnaRae for a touch up, and she was awesome to work with! She totally picked a great color for my skin tone, and cleaned up the shape. Shes my new go-to girl for brows!!Seriously, White Lotus is THE place for tattooing.

A bit over 10 years ago, I got the tattoo on the left to honor my daughter after she passed away, and it was beautiful. Over the years, I realized that it didnt feel like a celebration of her life and who she was.Yesterday, I went to White Lotus Tattoo and got to work with Mike Nickels. About an hour of designing and 4.5 hours of actual tattooing, and he designed the updated tattoo. The finished art is the picture on the right. It feels more like the celebration of her life that I wanted. He had to build upon what was already there, and I feel he did an amazing job.I would strongly recommend Mike Nickels at the Highlands Ranch White Lotus Tattoo.Everyone there was great and found ways to help me laugh and kept me entertained as I got through the pain. I will be back!

This was the first appointment I’ve ever made for a tattoo, generally preferring to be a walk-in. We had some hiccups with another artist having an emergency and my appointment time getting shuffled around (which I was initially a little upset about). Mikala was in high demand and I wish things hadnt had to be rushed at the end for a little more end-of-tattoo talking. But she is a gifted artist and by far the most personable/kind artist Ive gotten work from yet. I didnt get the aloof and sometimes judgmental feeling I usually get from artists, and I express gratitude for that. 🙏

I cannot recommend these folks enough. I have visited White Lotus five times, for two piercings and three tattoos. With each appointment, every artist I worked with was friendly, communicative, and gentle while doing their work. I especially would like to highlight Mikala Ree who did my most recent piece. She created an excellent design based on my source material, did an amazing job tattooing the design onto my arm, and was super friendly, talkative, and jovial throughout. Eric who was also present working on another client bantered back and forth with Mikala which made me laugh a bunch and helped distract from the pain of the tattoo. Yall are awesome, I wish you all the best, and Im excited to work with you again.

Kyle killed it with both of my tattoos!!! These were both my first big pieces and I couldnt be more happy with how they turned out. Not only is he a amazing artist, but he is also a nice and funny guy and made the experience a thousand times better! He was professional, knowledgeable, and really knocked the ball out of the park on these two. 11/10 recommend Kyle for any of your tattoo wants or needs and I will definitely be going back to Kyle for all my tattoos.

Anders designed a simple and beautiful mountain that was perfect for me! He was so easy to work with and did an amazing job!

My wife and I walked in on Saturday and were greeted by friendly tattoo artists. We did not have an appointment. However, they did everything they could to fit us in, and communicated with us every step of the way. We had our kids with us and they were very accommodating with us and our family. Everyone was friendly and Randy did an AMAZING job on our tattoos. We will definitely be back for our future work!

Dot touched up and recovered a 12 year old tattoo that had lost 80% of the color. Dot has done my full left sleeve. And a forearm tattoo. He is top shelf. Excellent artist.

Eugene did a great job with my cover up and I will definitely be coming back!

Randy was an amazing artist and an all around great guy! Everyone in the shop was super positive and great to be around.

Keith is a technician. Never had a tattoo heal so quickly and evenly. He took a piece I wanted for my dad who is a jazz musician and advised on size and placement and executed. A really good dude also!

I swear by White Lotus Tattoo. I have started seeing Mikayla in January 2023 and I have been back 4 times since because I love it so much. Mikayla is an incredible artist and so kindhearted. All of the artists here love what they do and have made me feel so welcomed every time I come in! The vibe of the shop is super calm and relaxing.

I had a phenomenal experience! Randy took me in as a walk in and not only was the service splendid but the whole process was speedy, he was very friendly and his work is out of this world! 10/10 would recommend 🔥

This recent tattoo was a bit more custom than my first one--I was able to do a consult along with emailing some additional details for the piece. When tattoo day came, I was absolutely amazed by the design. He took my ideas and really turned it into a personalized piece. I could tell he put a lot of time and focus into the artwork and really made it even better than what I imagined. The actually tattoo process was great and made even better with easy conversation. Randy is passionate about what he does and puts a lot of pride into his work. Honored to have another piece done by him and defintely recommend seeking him out if youre looking for an artist for your next tattoo.

Could not be happier with my tattoo. Did not think metal could look so real on skin, but Darius is a master of ink. So impressed. So happy. SO going back for more. Cannot recommend this studio enough. Everyone was so friendly. This place has my highest recommendation.

My experience at White Lotus (Highlands Ranch location), from the first time I had walked into the business, to when I left yesterday with an awesome tattoo, has been stellar. But please note that this place is very, very busy with constant foot traffic, so please be patient if you have to wait a bit for someone to assist you.The type of tattoo that I wanted was a bit different, & required someone who could tattoo very, very fine lines with PERFECTION. When I walked in last week to check the place out, I was greeted by Jason, who possesses a very kind, quiet demeanor, & I found him to be very, very pleasant. I discussed my idea with him, and he had agreed to take on the project, as I had been turned down by an artist elsewhere previously.When I returned to have the project completed (5/11/19), Jason had a draft of the project ready for me to view, & had worked very hard from that point on to get the design just right (sizing and alignment). I was delighted with his attention to detail! And, I am still amazed with his ability to do the fine line work so perfectly. I will be sending other people to him for their projects, & he is the ONLY person I will go to in the future for other projects, regardless of how booked out he may be.*Please note, you will not find Jasons profile on the website just yet (but hopefully soon), as he mentioned that he is new to the White Lotus from another studio. He said that he has 5 years of tattoo experience, which I understand may not be as much as other artists, but I never wouldve guessed that. Jason is the guy to go to.*On another, perhaps less important note, I found the rap music that was playing while I was there entirely distasteful, & inappropriate for a service-focused business.

After researching many tattoo artists in the Denver area my wife and I settled on Mikey at White Lotus for our first ever tattoos and we couldnt be happier. Mikey walked us through the entire process and was very patient and helpful. The shop is clean and welcoming. Mikey was superb at listening to what I wanted and taking feedback until his design perfectly matched what I envisioned. Great experience.

On 7.9.19 my husband and I went to White Lotus the one located in Highland Ranch, from the first time I walked into business with them to the time I left with an amazing piercing it has been stellar. The guy who did my Industrial piercing who was James is absolutely amazing !! he took his time with the placement of the piercing and made sure that you like it over his personal preference. Mason was really informative- he obviously puts a lot of pride into what he does. Even though I was really nervous he was very encouraging and helpful in explaining what was about to happen. He was a personable and super friendly. I would definitely would go to White Lotus for another piercing.I wish I would have known about this place before I got my industrial piercing at Claires 🙃Thank you James for making my experience relaxing 😌

Just finished getting a tattoo from Darious and I am blown away. The tattoo came out even better than I imagined. Not only is Darious an excellent artist, but he’s very patient and ensures that your tattoo is exactly what you want. The shop itself is clean, friendly, and full of personable/talented artists.

I went to White Lotus in HR last Friday after work. This was a spontaneous decision (I knew I wanted this tattoo, just not sure when I would get it done). I had a great experience from the minute I walked through the door. The guy at the desk was super friendly and upbeat! Dot was my artist and did an awesome job. I love my beautiful little tattoo...highly recommend this shop and Dot too!!

Mason did any amazing job piercing my 6 year old daughters ears. My wife had heard that White Lotus was the best place to get a childs ears pierced so we took our daughter in on her birthday. Not only was Mason very professional and very thorough in explaining the process and ensuring that everything was done perfectly, he also made it a experience that all our kids enjoyed and our daughter will remember for a long time. If youre nervous about taking small children into a tattoo shop, relax and check this place out. The interior is tastefully decorated with beautiful Asian art that anyone can enjoy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming of all 4 of our small children. Im sure that this is the perfect place for any of your piercing needs but especially if you have a child that wants their first earrings this is where you should get it done. One last plug, Mason was awesome!

I took my 13yo to get her ears pierced. Everyone was incredibly nice & professional. The shop is clean bright with rooms for privacy when necessary. Both the guy that checked us in & the piercer told us both exactly what to expect & walked is through the whole process before taking us back. They even helped pick out the perfect earrings for her age, style, personality, and our budget. My daughter had a wonderful experience & I couldnt be happier. Her ears healed without any issues at all.

I have gotten multiple tattoos by Randy at this location and I just have to say that, I have gotten multiple tattoos by multiple different artists and Randy is by far the best artist I have ever had an experience with. He is currently working on a sleeve for me and I could not have chosen a better artist. I would 10/10 recommend him for anyone who wants clean lines, beautifully sharp color, and great conversations!

Very clean. We were treated on the verge of out right disrespect. Kyle was our artist and as a artist did a great job but he was less than pleasant with my family. At one point my daughter ask us a question Kyle told her he was a person and could talk to him and called her a wierdo. He made the whole experience very uncomfortable for all of us. Instead of addressing our questions he talked down to us and made us feel stupid. This was supposed to be a good experience for my daughter first tattoo. As customer service goes our time there was not good. We will choose a different place next time I will also not recommend this to any of my friends or family.

Annarae for your eyebrows is THE BEST! She doesnt change or re-design your brows, she literally improves the ones you already have, making them look naturally fabulous. I just had my 5 week follow-up and she addressed the small areas I was concerned about and fixed it perfectly. Being able to accommodate our faces imperfect symmetry takes a lot of skill and patience. AnnaRae does it all!! I was especially in love with one of them, now I absolutely adore and love both eyebrows equally. She is the best!! You wont regret going here to get your microblading and shading done.

Kyle did tattoos for my girlfriend and I this past summer and it was a really good experience. He helped us tweak the artwork we brought, he was helpful and collaborated with us throughout the process and took really exceptional care of us. Were both really happy with how the work turned out. I would not hesitate to tell anyone to go to White Lotus and ask for Kyle directly.

Our artist on Feb 19 was absolutely amazing, not only did he get us in on short notice, but he matched our energy and made us feel welcomed. He listened to what we wanted, offered advice on it, and they turned out amazing! Will be coming back for sure!

First tattoo! The experience was great! Everyone was friendly, put me at ease. Very clean. My artist Mikey McGinley was great. He explained what to expect clearly. I love his work! He showed me the design and he made it unique. Already planning for my next tattoo with him.

Started off poorly. I had previously been here and got work done with Kyle after a traumatic event and he was great. Not this time. Consultation was 30 minutes late as he was conversational with other potential clients. Ok no big deal. Never once did he say a word to me about the delay even though I was 5 feet away but whatever. Finally gets to me. Complete change in tone and demeanor. Abrasive. Talking about if he chooses to do the tattoo. The tattoo I told him I was getting the last time he worked on me. The tattoo he enthusiastically told me he would do. The tattoo I called and scheduled the consultation for. The tattoo I emailed him about, including photos. I brought all of this up and he brushed it off, completely dismissive. He continually focused on the angle of the car in the tattoo.If you cant sketch out the concept at a slightly different angle based on photos of the subject in question, say it. Dont lecture me about the pseudo-creative process you claim to adhere to. You dont choose to do the work in a vacuum, I also choose whether or not youre worth the money. I walked out in the middle of this condescending diatribe. There are plenty of other artists in Denver that have incredible reviews. Ill try one that doesnt need lessons in how to speak to other humans.Tl;dr - tremendous letdown

I walked in yesterday and spoke with Randy his customer service was second to none! I gave him a few ideas for a memorial tattoo for my mom, and he designed this! I have never had a more enjoyable tattooing experience then tonight. I want to say thank you to Randy and all the other staff there! I would recommend this shop and Randy for anyone looking for a first class tattoo.

My tattoo artist was Julian and he did an amazing job! Three years later, my tattoo still looks brand new and the colors are still just as vibrant as when I first got them. I get compliments all the time! I would highly recommend White Lotus to others. I dont plan on ever going anywhere else to get tattoos in the future, they are the best around.

This is the best shop that I have ever encountered and I have been to numerous from LA to Vegas. The entire staff is welcoming from Keith at the front desk to the artists themselves. My daughter has had several pieces done by Mikey all to perfection. I was desperate to have a tattoo redone and Mikey spent over an hour drawing on my arm, trying to fix the mess, getting opinions from other artists, only to recommend, I see Nathan, who specializes in what I was trying to fix. Who does that?? I later saw Nathan and with his perfection and the time he spent, I am now proud of the piece. I will never go anywhere else, this shop is the best, hands down!

Randy gave me appointment time but he didnot show up. We kept on waiting. There was another guy who told he will call me up in order to reschedule the appointment but he never called back. This was strange. Wasted so much time waiting. Got quite a number of tattoos from him but didnot get his appointment or call back for the touch ups. Very disappointing .

Highly recommend! Clean and professional shop. I got my calf tattooed here by big Mike. Im beyond happy with it! I was really nervous and a bit intimidated hours prior to my appointment. Shortly after arriving and talking with Mike I knew we were on the same page. He was practically finnishing my sentences! The entire staff is very friendly. I did get lost in their computer system but they took such good care of me straightening it all out it was easy to brush off. Now I have a beautiful calf piece and Ill definitely be back!

I got my first tattoo done by Daniel. He is fairly new to the shop but did such an awesome job! I wanted to get a tattoo that was significant to my 8 month old son and he took my idea and turned it into something 1000 times better. I am very pleased with his work, friendliness, and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be going back soon for some more work!

I was a little nervous about the whole tattoo process, but the shop was clean and looked nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and really made me feel comfortable. Aaron did my tattoo and he really took the time to understand the tattoo I wanted to have and then used his experience and expertise to make it happen. The results exceeded my expectations. I simply cannot say enough about this place. Immaculate surroundings and the coolest most enthusiastic and helpful piercer and tattoo artists. Matt Sager is brilliant and cares about each tattoo that walks out the door with his name on it. From the smallest to the biggest he gives each one a hundred percent and they turn out great. I will never go to another shop. I have many tattoos and will get many more now that I have found this place. If you want a cool vibe and a clean atmosphere I highly recommend White Lotus.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. A friend and I had our Daith pierced by Shane, he was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. The White Lotus was very clean and welcoming. They would definitely be my first choice if I were to get a piercing.

I had gone to see another piercer who told me that an industrial wouldnt work for my ear. When I arrived I told the artist (sorry cant remember your name) what happened and he said my ear was just fine. He set me up walked me through what he was going to do sanitized the barbell and pierced it with minimal pain and no trouble. I love my piercing and plan to come back for my next tattoo soon. Great environment, clean and everyone was nice and polite.

White Lotus is awesome!!! Great customer service and very accommodating staff! I went in to replace the ball on my cartilage piercing. They squeezed me in because I was crunched for time and popped a ball in place in seconds! I can’t recommend them enough! If I ever get up the nerve for a tattoo or another piercing; I will definitely be back to White Lotus to do so!!! Thanks again guys, you rock!

My girlfriends and I went in for nipple piercings and Harrison went above and beyond to make us feel at ease about such an intimate and intimidating area. I’ve had many pericings over the years and have never felt so comfortable during the process. He was such a professional and so chill to be around. I will definitely be back for all future piercings and cannot recommend him enough!

I am so impressed with this place. Its been 10 years since Ive shopped for body jewelry and 8 years since Ive been in a tattoo shop. I was sorta dreading going in to one again, especially since all I needed was some basic service and to buy a replacement piece of jewelry. But this place exceeded my expectations, they went above and beyond and made me feel right at home even tho Im probably not a typical client. My previous piercing experience was so long ago that all my information was outdated and probably no good to begin with - but Brian was kind and courteous and took the time to re-educate me. Absolutely excellent service, clean environment, and the staff could not have been more pleasant to work with. So glad I found this place - I will definitely go back.

Without question, White Lotus Custom Tattoo is the nicest tattoo shop Ive ever been in - by a long shot. Its immaculate appearance matched with its friendly and knowledgeable staff make the view from the counter very appealing. The true character of the shop comes to life with each hour you get to spend in the chair though. The banter and openness of the artists there is only rivaled by the quality of their work. Theyre meticulous about their craft and it shows time and time again. Got my doubles and my cartilage pierced today by Mason and he did an awesome job. Even though I was nervous he was super encouraging and helpful in explaining what was about to happen. He also was very personable and friendly. Definitely would go back here again for future piercings.

I have had 3 sessions so far with Big Mike Nickels on my half sleeve. I couldnt be happier with the quality, design & process. Even though it isnt finished yet, I have received numerous positive comments already about the beauty & detail of the tattoo!This is my first tattoo & wasnt exactly sure of the design I wanted. No problem, the artists at White Lotus help you custom design what you want, then draw it out to your satisfaction before any ink is ever applied.The staff is very professional & freindly and the shop extremely sanitary.I highly recommend any of the artists at White Lotus & know that I will be a customer for years to come.

I got my tongue pierced here almost a year ago and they did a perfect job on the placement; I dont even feel it in my mouth unless I think about it, and it never irritates my gums. They are quick, professional and to the point, which I really appreciate. Ive gotten a smaller tattoo fixed here as well, and they were quick and the tattoo came out clean and flawless. I will always recommend them.

I want to share my experience visiting a tattoo shop for first time. After many years I finally decided to get a tattoo, so looked at a lot of websites and Instagram portfolios. I decided on White Lotus as shop I thought would be great place to go. Guy at front desk was cool and excited that I wanted to get my first one. I showed him a simple sketch of an idea I wanted an artist to flush out. He goes and gets this tattoo artist (wish i could remember his name, only remember his gold tooth) who takes one look at the design and starts spouting out what technical changes need to be done for it to work on my wrist. So after those notes I go to explain what the design means and what I am envisioning, he cuts me off and says quote Man I dont care what it means to you, Im just telling you what you need to change to make it work on your arm. I respond that I am confused, that isnt he the artist, not me? It was like he only wanted to give me technical notes for me to go fix the design and bring it back. He cuts me off again and says its a simple design, just give me your $100 deposit and I will have something for you day of the work. I couldnt believe he was treating me like this. And to say he didnt care what the art meant to me was unbelievable. Thanks White Lotus for allowing an employee to treat me like that. Horrible experience for me.

Daniel Troyer performed my tattoo and I am beyond delighted with the results. All stages, from the initial consultation, appointment setup and application of the art work were impeccable. I could not have imagined the level of detail he was able to place in my artwork. Each step added more and more detail and nuance. The rest of the staff added to the fun, professional experience. Highly recommend Daniel and White Lotus.

Shane pierced my nose a few days ago. He was very professional and nice. Answered all my questions very thoroughly. It was a great experience! I did lots of research before deciding who to go to and Im so glad I went them. Barely hurt and was really quick. It was a very clean, professional, relaxed environment.

James is awesome. My first grader had her ears pierced a month or so ago. One came out in her sleep. Piercing mostly closed up and we could not get her to let us try to get it back in. Took her in and we met James. He was kind, calm, and very professional. Had her fixed up with her matching soccer ball studs in about 10 minutes. Great place.

We are from out of town and my 15 year old wanted her nose pierced. James was awesome. My daughter got scared at last minute but still wanted it done. James was very good with her he explained everything step by step and it helped calm her. James was very good through out it all even down to after care instructions. Very good experience. If I lived here wed come back for sure.

I went here to simply purchase two smaller barbells for my nipple piercings that I had done elsewhere. There werent many options, but the staff was helpful in finding a size that would work. He offered to help me change them but I decided I would rather attempt it myself. I was charged $63.00 for two 14 gauge tiny steel barbells. I would have declined but he had already sterilized and bagged them for me by that point. Friendly service but I left feeling like I got ripped off... Not a good impression. Awful feeling. I was interested in this shop because they are local and there arent many shops around here. I wont be going back. I paid $50 for the piercing with jewelry included elsewhere.

Not sure how White Lotus can have any bad reviews listed anywhere. I have been tattooed in dozens of shops, from Minneapolis, to Seattle, and everywhere in-between, and White Lotus is hands down the best shop I have been to. I have a ton of tattoos and have been consistantly getting work done for over 11 years, and I know the difference between and good & bad shop. WHITE LOTUS IS AN AMAZING SHOP!The crew at Lotus provides and awesome atmosphere, cutting edge work on all styles, and a professional setting to get tattooed or pierced. I recommend that all of my friends & family go to Lotus, cause I know that everything they do is done with quality & professionalism, and they will have an amazing experience!

Ive been pierced there once and had a tattoo finished once. Both times were awesome.The people there are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you.Ps. Dont bother scrolling for the bad reviews on here. All of them were done by underage children pitching fits because they didnt know that almost NO self respecting tattoo shop will take them under 18 for a tattoo or a piercing that could put them under liability for infections due to improper care.ESPECIALLY not if theyre under 16.

White lotus is my go to for custom tattoos. I have a sleeve that took a year to complete by Van Nava. He listened to what I wanted and made a design that I now have permanently on my body. I love it and appreciate all that he did to make sure I was comfortable each session and just acting like a friend! I also love Natasha as the new apprentice! She has learned so much from Van and is killing the tattoos shes doing. I have two tattoos done by her, they look amazing and were quick and painless! Highly recommend white lotus for the great atmosphere and even better art!!!

I got my first tattoo at white lotus yesterday and I can tell you it was the best experience possible. Ohran did a beautiful job and kept me calm during the whole process, something very difficult to do because I was extremely worked up. I left with tears of joy and a beautiful script tattoo on my ribs something I have wanted for over two years. I cant thank white lotus enough for such a smooth sailing process. You will not regret anything you get done here.

I made an appointment with Ohran two weeks in advance and when it came to the day I was supposed to get my tattoo he pushed my appointment back an hour, and then once I got there he asked me to see what I wanted again because he didnt remember. It was quite a detailed piece to not be already drawn up for me. As soon as he saw it again he wanted me to reschedule... I completely understand running behind on your day, but not even being prepared for your next client whos tattoo is going to take 3 hours and the lack of communication.. I definitely didnt reschedule my appointment.

Got a rook piercing from here. Actual piercing experience was great, and piercer was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. However, after about 6 months after I got my piercing the ball at the end of the earring completely snapped off without my knowing, and the earring fell out. I found the earring in my bed the next morning, but the hole had already closed up. Had to spend 60$ to repierce it. Great experience, faulty jewelry.

Kevin pierced my nose, my ear, and my 5 year old daughters ears and I couldnt recommend him more! My daughter loved him and loves her ears pierced, heals so much faster and cleaner than the piercing gun other places use.Mikey has expanded on an existing tattoo for me beautifully! Its seamless even though its two different artists. Hes won me for future work for sure!!

Was given a coupon BY one of the artists at the shop. Went in a few days after with card I was given. I got stared at like I was an alien by the girl that works there. She was EXTREMELY rude the entire time I stood in the store. Was not friendly to me in the slightest. Just kept starring at me like I wasnt talking... I proceeded to make an appointment with one of the artists regardless of how I was treated, and he canceled a few days later on me. Went to a different shop to get my sleeve done and so happy I did. Nicest workers ever. Will not be returning to white lotus. I felt as if me, A CUSTOMER, was ruining their day by walking in the shop to schedule an appointment.

I dont know how someone could write a bad review on this place. I was absolutely pleased with every aspect of this shop. I got my tattoo by Julian and he was so cool and so was everyone else in the shop! It was clean, bright and just a great atmosphere. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back for all future needs and refer them to everyone I know!

Looking for a clean and professional tattoo shop in the Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree area? Look no further! This is the cleanest, most professional, and most affordable tattoo and piecing shop in area. The aritists are phenomenal; their art is amazing in itself, but their customer service is incredible. I have gotten almost all of my tattos from White Lotus tattoo artists (since they have newly added locations). They also responsibly only tattoo people who are 18 years old and older (just a heads up, parents😉).

Brian was great! He was very thorough when explaining what was to happen before during and after my piercing. He took his time to educate me on caring for it. Super nice guy 17 yrs experience. Lotus was as others mentioned really clean with a cool vibe.

My friend had gotten her sons footprint tattooed onto her by Rick at White Lotus and he did an amazing job. Footprints can be totally botched so after I saw her tattoo, I was confident I wanted to get my tattoo here.This was my first tattoo. I decided to get my daughters birth date in Roman numerals on my wrist. To say I was nervous was an understatement. Rick did the same tattoo on another friend and hers was amazing. When it was my turn, he was very nice and calming. He talked me through the entire thing and helped me relax. Went in to discuss my idea for a tattoo based on a painting of mine with Kyle. He did not look at me once while speaking to me, was very short, and asked me why would you want that? when I showed him a picture of my painting. I understand refusal because its not up your alley as a tattoo artist, but this question clearly serves no real purpose other than to make me feel bad about what I want. Like, what did he think I would say? I want it because I like the way it looks, isnt that why anyone wants a tattoo? What other answer could there be to that question? If youre not into traditional/realistic tattoos and being treated like a bother, go somewhere else.Edit: It seems like the other artists here are not as rude, this review is for Kyle only.

James pierced my ears and my sisters ears. It was a relaxing and precise experience. James measured my ears and took his time making sure they were even. Checked to make sure I liked the placement before doing anything. (From the photos its the diamond ones) He even reopened my sisters old piercings. It barely hurt at all. If youre nervous about getting pierced just come here because they wont make you feel intimidated or stupid. I will come back next time I need any more piercings. Thank you!

Mace/ Mason did a great job piercing my ears. I got a double helix piercing and was really scared but he talked me through it, was really gentle and quick. It wasnt very painful. Only negative is that their jewelery selection was really small for piercings.

Needed a replacement barbell for a tongue piercing when the ball fell off. Wanted to support a local business.Piercing specialist wasn’t very helpful, we were rushed through. Needed a neutral color ball because of work requirements. They didn’t have it-selection was really poor. When we asked for recommendation of a place that may have it he told us he didn’t know of any other companies. Really? You don’t know of ANY company or anywhere we could go to find what was needed?Ended up with a barbell that is too large a gauge (too narrow) and the ball on it is so small it almost pushes through the piercing itself. It will do for now but at $30 can’t help but feel ripped off. Of course, all jewelry sales are final.Was looking at this place for my next tattoo but based on this experience I will not be going back.

Wow....Big Mike. Cant say enough about the shop, the artwork and the guys in this shop. Got a decent size peice done on my calf (cover up) and Mike didnt dissapoint one bit. So awesome. Ive only been in to pierce my tragus but if Im ever in the tattoo mood, I will know where to go! Not only did I get a high quality piercing with the initial piercing of my tragus, but have also purchased other great items. Every time I want to change my piercing I actually just go in and have the piercer thats working do it for me. They probably think I should get it together and do it myself haha but are always SO patient and kind. Love both the piercers and the shop is always crowded which is understandable because they do an amazing business. Heard about this place by word of mouth and plan to continue spreading the good news about it! Keep it up!

Customer service is irrelevant when a parlor specializing in tattoos completely messes yours up. My artist rushed through mine in 45 minutes and charged me for 2 hours. On top of that the tattoo looks terrible. Good only from a distance.

Very professional honest staff. Went in for a piercing and they didnt have the size ring I needed, the piercer was honest with me and told me the size that they did have would be a bit too overpowering for my face instead of just shoving a needle in my face for a quick buck. Went back a month later for my SO and they treated him excellently and professionally. Very happy experience.

Garbage all around! I work for the WestWord CC Center and these reviews are bogus and most likely written by the owner to hide the bad reviews at the bottom. Too coincidental that they occur every day, then no reviews for months. That should tell you something. This place has no privacy. Its cash only which is suspect, way too expensive for the quality, the portfolios are a joke, and Its loud...I actually heard an employee tell someone on the phone to F&*k off with several people in the lobby. Over a scheduling conflict... Yeah. Real professional. Glad I found a shop with great, professional artists and refer everyone I know to them and their only 20 minutes away. I was warned about this place, but decided to investigate for myself. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Youll be glad you did.

Ive been to White Lotus for a tattoo and help with a piercing. The tattoo was amazing and they did a great job of getting me to the right artist for what I wanted. And the piercing they helped with was one they didnt do, but made sure to take care of me. I found my tattoo and piercing place!

We went here to get my nose pierced, and my mom called in, so we drove 30 minutes to get there then when we got there they said I couldnt get it because of my age. It would have been nice to have been given a heads up prior to driving 30 minutes to get there since we called ahead of time. We even asked if I was an eligible age, and they said yes. It was very frustrating.

My sister and I went to get our noses pierced by.. Keith (I believe thats what his name was). He was very sweet and professional. It was a very clean, quick and easy experience and he answered all of our questions.

I went because my nose peircing was half way closed and I was freaking out so I called and rozey answered she was so nice and helpful so I drove 40 minutes to let her check me out and she was so amazing she explained everything perfectly clear , the aftercare and all . she made the process not painful at all and very smoothly , she also told me how to really take care of my nose peircing because the other shop I went to steered me in a whole wrong direction but rozey steered me back right . I would definitely advise everyone to go to her she really is great .

Went on a Saturday to get a new piercing back, website and google says they’re open at noon… been waiting in my car for them to open for over 30 minutes past “opening.” Tried calling and no answer, obviously nobody is in. Need to adjust hours on google and website if they aren’t open. Very frustrating!

I went in with my mom to see if they could do a small tattoo for me and the guy very rudely told me and my mom that there werent any artists available and that they dont tattoo anyone under 18. Information like not tattooing someone under 18 is something they should have on their website instead of making people waste their time. I wont be coming here even after I turn 18.
