I was having an issue with my earing peirceing and decided to have them done at Ghost Riders and she immediately took a look and before I knew it I had a smile of relief.I am really happy I made this choice which I would recommend everyone to make this their one stop shop,now I can show off my real diamond earrings with confidence.

Everyone for the most part was super sweet except for the lady that did my septum piercing. I believe Patty was her name. Was very rushed, I tried to make small talk to be a little more comfortable but she wouldn’t speak to me besides telling me the instructions on how to take care of my piercing (she explained way too quickly, I couldn’t understand her at all but was too nervous to say anything because of how rude she was already being). I was very uncomfortable with her and probably won’t recommend this place for piercings.

Called in to see if they do walk ins and was directed to Tanner. Very responsive when I showed up and friendly. I basically gave him an idea of what I wanted and let him run with it and let me say he was awesome. He took his time in every aspect of the tattoo. Really good line work and the shading combined with his attention to detail just blew me away. Professional and clean and the conversation was great. We covered a range of subjects over a few hours and before I knew it we were done. I would say 10/10 and I am definitely going back every chance I can.

Shoutout to Brittany for getting me and my friend in on a short notice for tattoos . Im obsessed with my tattoo I love it . The first time I went to Ghost Riders was to get my nosed peciered, and I love the way they made sure I know what I wanted and the price which wasnt terrible at all and. Than I went back a couple months later and got my tongue done and they explain both times how to care for them. This last time i went i got my ears done and once again they made sure i knew what i wanted and how much it was going to be and explained the process of healing . Will be a returning customer from now on

My best friend and I went earlier today to get snake bites piercings. Patty was amazing! She was super sweet, she worked quickly, and since she was explaining the aftercare while putting the needle through, I paid more attention to her than to the actual needle. I was a bit nervous since it was my first piercing, but that anxiety quickly melted away when I met her. Great prices, great staff, great environment. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, the piercings didnt hurt at all. My only complaint was the miscommunication we experienced beforehand. We were originally told she was out and would be back by 2:30, which we were fine with, but when we called to check if she was in, someone told us she wouldnt be in until 5:30. I called again to just make an appointment since we had been waiting in the car, but it turned out she was already in. Even with that experience, I still give this place 5 stars.

Great experience today. Took the wife and her two friends to get piercings. Quick service, very reasonably priced, and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable about aftercare.

Decided to give a new place a try and went with David Saldana here. Real cool guy, and was able to get my design how I wanted it. Theres some spots that need more shading, but it was getting late and my leg had enough Haha. he said to come back in in a few weeks to finish it up. Overall def. Happy.

Got my nose pierced roughly two years ago. Was definitely nervous. The entire store was clean! Yes, was paying attention. Was important to me given I was getting a piercing. Cant remember her name but she did well explaining everything. Didnt hurt in the slightest. Had called ahead to make an appointment. The wait was slightly unreasonable. The price was worth it. Have enjoyed it since!! Minus the little things. Have nothing bad to say about it. Thank you!

So patient, so kind, so professional. I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. She knew the process an was very excited. I was 0% prepared for the 180 freak out that happened. Patty was determined to get my childs ears pierced. Eventual convinced her to relax and get it done. No tears after the process and she even hugged Patty afterwards. 1000% recommend this place.

It’s a shame I haven’t left a review sooner. I have been going here for piercings since 2018, I believe. I’ve had my daith, tragus, rook, 3rd lobe, and conch pierced here. Patty is amazing! Gives great instructions on aftercare and tips to help healing. Stephanie, Patty’s daughter, did my conch piercing. Obviously she did an amazing job as well. I don’t go anywhere else for my piercings.

I was extremely nervous and the piercer was fast and efficient. She gave me all the after care instructions which helped distract me from my own anxiety. I absolutely would recommend this shop to others.

I have been here a couple of times throughout the years to get piercings and my BEST experience has been mediocre. Patty is very rude and doesn’t care about how you feel. She just wants you out of there as fast as possible; she doesn’t care about you as a paying customer whatsoever. I have never in my life had such bad piercing experiences than I have had with her. I will never be returning and I don’t even know why I returned after the first time I went. The piercings are sooo cheap, but it’s just not worth it. I would rather pay twice the money for a different piercer, and trust me that is worth it. Some of the employees are nice, but Patty has never once been nice to me. She’s just super impersonal and doesn’t even act like she wants you there. 10/10 do NOT recommend coming here.

I went in and got a tattoo done by Tanner and he was AWESOME! He made sure I was comfortable and talked to me through the whole process! He ensured that I was comfortable with his hand placements as he did my tattoo (it’s on the back of my thigh). He was very professional and his workspace was very clean! I was a bit wiggly with some areas but he allowed me to take breathing breaks so that way I could mentally prepare myself! I cannot wait to go back and get my tattoo finished! We had to stop due to my skin no longer taking ink :( He was very open to my ideas and wants for my tattoo! I will definitely be going back!

So I’ve been to Ghostrider’s 3 times for 4 different piercings. I have gotten a nose, 2 cartilages, and a high lobe piercing and man, Patty is amazing at what she does. She does them so quickly that I really don’t even register the pain and I’ve had some painful piercings at other shops. She gives you different placement options and works with you to figure out which one would look best for your ear shape/will heal the quickest. Also, all of my piercings have healed soooo quickly with minimal care on my part (lol). And at those prices, I will NEVER go anywhere else. Love!

This shop is straight outta L.A. cool and their pricing is absolutely affordable. They are professional and kind and impeccably clean! I got my first nose piercing and have had zero problems with it because their after care plan is on point! I was just visiting in Lubbock however, It’s the only place in Texas I will ever go for anything tattoo shop related... even if I had to drive 4 hours from my actual home in FTW!

This place had one of the best customer services in town. I was able to visit a handful in town and decided to use this facility. The facility was very clean and Victor took the time out of his day to listen what I wanted. Victor had a very easy hand and he was constantly assessing if I was okay. Coming from someone who had a fear of tattoos he sure did make the session very worthwhile. I would highly recommend Victor to family, friends, or new clients.

I love this place. they are such a nice calming business i’ve gotten two piercing a bridge and a anti eyebrow piercing and they honestly didn’t hurt but the person who pierced me was very nice and calming and she helped in directing so it wouldn’t hurt so bad great place

Jake is AMAZING. He started working on a tattoo for my son, I gave him a list of what I want incorporated and he delivered 10 fold. First session was done and after a couple weeks I noticed a few spots needed a touch up before the shading session; he re-outlined the entire tattoo in the touch up session for free to ensure it all looked perfect and let me tell you I have NEVER had a free touch up session where the artist went above and beyond like Jake. He also did my daughters tattoo for my husband and finished it in one session and it is stunning. Go to Jake for all your tattooing needs. He ensures that everything is to his standards and yours before you leave. I can’t wait to come back for the shading session in a few weeks!

I’ve gotten my lip and my tongue pierced here with zero problems. They are very inexpensive and generally pretty laid back. They keep it clean and quick. Patty is great and I will never again get pierced by anyone but her.

Awesome!! Piercer is very professional and skilled. I’ve been to other shops such as liquid and stay true tattoo but neither can compare. Prices here are better, and the whole process is quicker. Will be coming back for every piercing!!

Anytime someone says they want to get something pierced the answer to “Go see Patty!” And it doesn’t matter what type of piercing you want, ears, nose, tongue or work your way down, she can do it and do it right! She’s super professional and clean and you don’t feel vulnerable while you are with her. She gives CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS for AFTERCARE of your new piercing. If you choose not to care properly for your piercing, I’m sorry but that is “User Error.” She has done my piercings, my daughter’s and countless friends. This is hands down THE BEST PLACE TO GO!

If you are a POC don’t even bother coming. You will feel unwelcomed for sure. Whoever the piercing lady is needs to go ahead and retire… Told her the moment I walked in the room that I was nervous and I just felt rushed from that moment. She had an attitude that I was on the phone asking my friend for reassurance since the piercer wasnt helping. Instead of telling me she was uncomfortable with me being on the phone she just treated me poorly and tried to rush me out the shop. I left and got a refund, no way I’m paying someone to put a hole in my body and not even try to be nice to me.

Miss patty is a Saint. She is the only place in town Ive been pierced at that gave me proper aftercare advice and is proffesional AND caring. Shes very good at what she does. I swear by ghostriders piercings

This tattoo and piercing shop has a wonderful piercer whom has been around for quite from time. She’s amazing at what she does.However, the ball to my labret unscrewed and I lost it. (Keep in mind it’s now my 6 months mark to change it) I went to the shop to just simply get one of their labret from their case. The man whom answered the phone said he would let me in, but then when he opened the door said it would be a 20 min wait because there were people in line (waiting in their car)I understand people are in line, but 20 mins just to buy a piece of jewelry, in and out, is just ridiculous.

I did a walk-in for microdermal anchors, the staff was super friendly, patient, and great to work with. Patty did my piercings and she is wonderful. She was patient with me and worked so carefully to ensure a perfect piercing. She gave clear care instructions afterwards and included some care supplies too!

Patty did such a great job with my navel piercing! And she was so helpful in the months that followed during the healing process.

Went to get a tattoo and ended up walking out because James- the artist made both me and my boyfriend so uncomfortable. He even cussed at my boyfriend at one point. Very sketchy person and only seemed to be in it for the money. Once I explained to him that I didn’t feel comfortable getting the tattoo, he told me I could not leave without paying him a $35 setup fee.... prior to now I had always heard that this was a reputable business, but I will definitely not be back and will be deterring everyone I know from visiting.

I got a piercing there. The artist did a great job. Told me everything I needed to know before and after. They even give you stuff youll needed. I would recommend Ghost Rider to other people.

Jake Anthony did mine and my fiances tats and did an awesome job on them.

I called ahead of time and asked them what the shop minimum is and they told me it was $50 and I told them how big the tattoo I wanted was (about 1.5 inches, just a black outline) but when I showed up the tattoo artist told me the tattoo would cost $85 and was extremely rude to us. We were very respectful and told him that we called ahead of time and were told the tattoo would cost $50, but he was very disrespectful and told us that he didn’t want to work with us. I believe the artist’s name is Jake. One of the other employees, I don’t know her name but she was a woman, was also very disrespectful to us when we first walked in for no reason. We immediately left, I don’t recommend this shop.

In early November I came to Ghostriders to get a tattoo, because my old tattoo artists shop had closed. I saw good ratings so I figured it was a good place to go to. I WAS WRONG. I cant remember the tattoo artists name, but if you walk into the shop, his office is the first room on the right. I was getting a T tattoo on my wrist, which cost $50 even though it was tiny, but they said it was the minimum, so I didnt mind. When I met the tattoo artist, he was incredibly rude. When we were preparing for my tattoo, I tried to make light conversation to try to lighten the mood because I could tell me was extremely angry and annoyed as if I was bothering him. He would just reply rudely. Anyway, he completely ruined my tattoo. The bottom half of the t was not even straight, and the top of it was too short on one side. I wish I could get a refund. Luckily, the tattoo shop Stay True (which I highly recommend) had KIND staff, and were able to fix my wrist tattoo.

I took my daughter to have her ears pierced. I was so impressed with how seriously they are taking COVID precautions. We first went to Liquid Ink in the mall, and couldnt believe the employees werent wearing masks. Customers were also packed in without any masks. So glad I went to Ghostriders instead. We had a great experience.

Tanner is my tattoo artist. We started a sleeve about a month ago, although we are only about a quarter through, I can see he is incredibly professional, has a great imagination and is a great artist. What I like most is took some images that I brought to him and he brought them to life with his own active imagination. That was important to me because, It was my first time and I really didn’t have a clue of what exactly I wanted. Next time you need a tattoo, go see Tanner at Ghost Riders.

GO HERE TO GET PIERCED. Cheapest and most efficient in town. Shes always there when I wanna go in and she is FAST. I came to her for 2 industrial bar piercings, because she was asking very little for it, and when I asked her to make sure they were symmetrical (Im just slightly OCD) she legitimately took the time to make them look amazing and asked for my approval. She gets it done and supplies you with free salt and cleaning instructions. Shes a gangster and you wont be mad you let her poke a hole in you.💟💟💟

I found this shop via Instagram. I sought out Spooky, as I fell in love with his realistic roses. I sent him photos of my ideas and we set up a consultation. I went in and we met briefly to discuss everything. That night, I put down my deposit and we scheduled the appointment. He came up with a beautiful design and we began the session around 8 pm. As he was tattooing, I began to have some ideas and changes to the design. He completely welcomed my ideas and made sure he understood them before he continued tattooing. I thought that was really wonderful and I felt very comfortable and understood. Im in love with my new tattoo. It almost looks fake its so beautiful. Truly, its an art piece. Spooky was careful and focused during our entire session. He took his time tattooing, which is clear just by looking at my tattoo. It was pricy, but I think it was absolutely a fair price if not cheap for the quality I received. I highly recommend seeing Spooky.

I was so nervous to get my nose pierced but my friend brought me to this place and I’m so glad I went through with it. Everything was very clean and Patty got my piercing done fast enough that I barely felt it and didn’t have time to chicken out lol. Nice place!

I think patty was the name of the woman who pierced my nose. She was super rude and did not care about me or how I felt at all. You would think as a paying customer they would treat you a little bit nicer. I would much rather pay double the amount of what I paid to go to someone woe made me feel safe and comfortable especially in that kind of situation, and me being the nice person I am still tipped her 5 bucks idk why I did that! Like when I asked if she accepted tips she straight up told me “ma’am there is a tip jar right in front of your face, right there.” In a super rude tone. I will most definitely not be going back because of her.

This was my only poor interaction with the shop and unfortunately will be my final interaction. My wife and extended family have gotten extensive work done by artists here and specifically Rudy Parras. The work that hes done has always been worth the time, money, and pain of a tattoo but there was always an agreed upon trade off. There would be difficulty in setting an appointment, the only work that was done in our circumstances were directly off the web (never drawn), and time management was often not handled well. Late to appointments, reschedules, pushing appointments back to the point where the work could not be finished in the agreed upon session. That all to say the price would always be fair to match so getting a large piece at a discounted price was a solid trade off. My last appointment I was only able to sit for the line work but he strongly recommended to pay the entire price then so the next session would be free and we could finish the color portion. Unforseen circumstances occurred and I was unable to complete the piece, so for the first time ever I requested a third of the price collected to be refunded. The $200 for what was done was more than generous and $100 back seemed fair. He admitted that he didnt have it at the time so after some back and forth, I agreed to provide a full six weeks. The morning of the 42nd day he invited me to the shop to collect the refund, but I was greeted by the owner, Patty, who refused to let me speak with Rudy personally. I explained the situation which she seemed to have some base knowledge about but still refused and only offered to leave it unfinished or have him complete the tattoo. That was not was agreed upon not was it an option I requested/request so the conversation wasnt going to be resolved. One last thing she informed me about is that any public, negative review would be threatened with a lawsuit with the aid of the BBB. Again this is just one experience that damaged the artist and shops reputation with me and those within my influence. Highly recommend Sunken City and EDOC as better options for your tattoo needs. Ricky Flores and Chris Vargas are true professionals at their craft.

Awesome place! The people are so friendly and they do awesome work. Rudy did my tattoo quick and it was pretty painless! Also charged a fair price. This is the place I will be going from now on.

I originally went there to go and get a industrial piercing but understandably my ear was a little too small for it and my glasses will bump it if I were to get an industrial so I switched to the original thing I wanted to get was a septum I am so happy with the results the piercer did an amazing job and the guy up front was really sweet I hope to go back soon to just go a stud on my cartilage

My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced here. Make sure you bring a copy of their birth certificate (state law). The woman who pierced her ears was a professional and very skilled. We should have gone here first instead of that place in the mall.

My boyfriend and i went in yesterday. I got my septum done and he got his lip and his nose done. The jewelry on his nose and his mouth were both too small and caused him a lot of pain. He ended up having to take it out because of the pain and we have to go to another shop to get it redone tomorrow. Nice people, cheap prices. But you get what you pay for.

I would recommend going at night around 9 or 10.i went early to get my piercing and the woman who does them doesnt get there till 2 pm. So that being said if you dont wanna be standing in line go later. Good people by the way🤟

I went for friday the 13th . I paid for a septum piercing, snake eyes and nipple piercings. I was told that private area piercings would be dont the next day. I waited in line and my number was never called so I asked the woman and did she already call and I just missed it. She said my paperwork wasnt with the rest of them. They’re looking for it and finally they say they werent do ANY of my piercings I would have to get them all done the next day because it was two different set ups. Thats not what I was told when I paid. So I ask if I can get a refund so I could just go ahead and get them that day (it was my birthday and my family came from out of town to get them done with me). So they’re like yes do the refund, a gay guy with long hair goes to the back and come back to the front and says they cant do the refund. I explained the way me and my Fiances work schedule was set up I wouldnt be able to come back . He said they were giving everyone until Tuesday. So I went up there Monday & they were not open . They opened at 1 on Tuesday my Fiance went to work at 12 . So I called and explained and tried to see if they would work with me since I paid $59 for piercing and got nothing. I went looking for jewelry, and they always have what I need. Their establishment is clean and the people there are friendly and professional. I love this place.

Cheap to get piercings but you certainly get what you pay for.... Got my tongue, lip and nose piercings all from here and the jewelry they used were way to small and didn’t give the surrounding area room to swell. As you can see in the picture my nose stud kept sinking in LITERALLY every 5-10 SECONDS after I would push it out. Ended up having to go to a different tattoo shop in town to get the right size jewelry. I will never go there again.

Got all my piercing here tongue lip and nose and had bad experience with all of them. The bad part was that the jewelry she used when she pierced it was too small and didn’t give the surrounding area room to swell. I ended up just taking my tongue piercing out but with my nose one it was sooo small that I literally had to keep push my stud out from sinking EVERY 5-10 seconds. That’s exactly how long it took after I pushed it out to end up sinking again. And with my lip well jewelry was also small but wasn’t too bad. I ended up having to go to a different shop to get them to take out the jewelry and put the right size in which hurt like hell especially my nose with how much I was already messing with it having to keep pushing it out. I will never go back....

Just went to get my septum pierced, kept it quick easy and professional, was a bit of a wait, but a reasonable amount of time, would definitely return for other piercings. The prices are very affordable with only $25 for my septum piercing

This is the only tattoo shop in lubbock I trust, they have done several of my tattoos. My most recent tattoo was done by an artist there named Tanner and he did an amazing job!!! I could not be more happy with what he did!

Nice place. Went to get my ears pierced and was told the piercer was out. Its one of the only places to get pierced in the area though. Staff is pretty nice too. They dont seem to accept walk-ins.

My daughter made an appointment to get a tattoo with Anthony one of their tattoo artist and he never showed up after taking $40 in my daughters money and then now they wont refund her money not even the owner... She flat-out refuses to give her money back if I were you I wouldnt go there....

I cant rate them on tattoos, my sister and I scheduled to get tattoos with one of the artist, we got stood up twice, we waited at the shop, the guy never showed, just as well, we found Black Door Studio and love it, however, I did get a piercing, the woman was very nice, the place was clean, it was a good experience, execpt 6 MOS in the piercing just wasnt healing, I tried to stop by twice, but each day the piercer wasnt there, I went to another shop and the woman there removed the jewelry, said the reason it wasnt healing was because if quality of the jewelry, (I wasntwainclined to believe that) she switched it out and it healed right up with in a couple weeks.

Took my senior mother to get her ears repierced and everyone was very nice and nonjudgmental.. she had a blast..I thank them very much for making her feel comfortable and happy

Initially I was super happy with this place but then when I got home I realized that the guy that did my tattoo spelled my wifes name wrong. Even after telling him several times. Then I had an allergic reaction. Breaking out with huge blisters Doctor said it was from the tattoo 😫😣😣😫

Screwed my sister over on a tattoo she paid and didn’t get anything. It was a remembrance tattoo pretty sorry. Very unprofessional, not a huge fan of the piercings I’ve had done there. Will be going elsewhere

I felt like they really didint want to do the tatoo. I also feel that a good tatoo artist could of done what the costumer was asking for instead of pushing them away an making us feel like it was too much of a tatoo.

Said it was open both on website and on doors, Closed when I went, people in store. Tried to make an appointment but no one answered phone. Came to the door for another girl so I went to ask about a piricing, appointment. Didnt act like they were interested in any busuniess

Got a tattoo from them and while Steve did a super great job, he took 4 hours to do a simple tattoo. Just a heads up that he does take a while but the art is great!

Idk if its just me and havnt had a tattoo in awhile, but dam the guy said $125 an hour then I said what can he do for $80 he made a quarter sized circle with his finger, Im like damn I got 2 big tattoos one coated me $80 and the other $200 at a shop so I was like damn yall expensive.
