The manager here, Rueben, is phenomenal! Very honest and great customer service skills. Any questions I had about body jewelry he answered truthfully. This is going to get him a long way if it hasn’t already! The customer service Industry, especially services that are revenue based, (not sure if Banter is or not) really lacks honest workers unfortunately.He went above and beyond to 1. Provide the best service, 2. Assure I had found exactly what I wanted, and then 3. Went completely out of his way afterwards to help me when I had a product problem. Ruben, you are awesome! I hope you continue to climb the business ladder. You are an absolute asset to this company and any others you work for in the future.

I dont often go jewelry shopping but Banter had some pieces that were stylish and affordable. Most pieces at this specific location are either holo or semi; they have many gold pieces to choose from as well as some sterling silver, a few rose gold, and a select white gold (of course, you could order online as well). Im giving five stars because the customer service was absolutely amazing. America and Yzael went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I would absolutely recommend shopping here.
