Permanent Makeup by Sandra. Very professional and courteous! I finally decided to get my top and bottom eyeliner done and Sandra did an awesome job!! Her studio is clean and well lit. She provides you with both verbal and written care instructions. If you are thinking about having eyeliner or lip color tattooed, go see Sandra!!!

This was the BEST cosmetic tattoo experience I have ever had! Sandra and her team were amazing, so knowledgeable, and super nice. The use of numbing ointment was great and almost pain free! I would HIGHLY recommend going or making the drive to them! I drove 4 hours worth every dime! I did Lips, brows, and eyeliner all in one day!

This was a beautiful tattoo shop that has many artists that work in the space. Please note that they do NOT have a front desk person- so book the appointment directly with the artist.I booked my appointment with Stacy & she was so patient with me. I was a little jumpy ( involuntary muscle twitches) & she rolled with it. We had a great consult before and then her magic began!!! I live in Washington DC, but I have family in Lubbock. I knew when I saw her Instagram that I would love to get some artwork with her! I highly recommend her & I will be back for more in the future.

Sandra did such a great job with my permanent eyeliner. She has truly perfected her skills! She was very informative every step of the way and answered any questions I may have. She was very professional and was grateful for each client she has. I would recommend her to my friends and anyone!

I have been tattooed by Yoshi for several years and her work is incredible. Even more impressive when you factor in the price she charges because its worth so much more. High quality work, artists, environment, etc. 10/10 highly recommend checking them out if you want quality art.

Permanent Makeup by Sandra is by far the most amazing aesthetician, tattoo, makeover parlor/studio to ever be. Ive known Sandra for about 5 years now and she has surpassed my expectation times a million. The first time I met her in 2016, I legitimately had no eyebrows. I was ashamed, embarrassed, upset, disgusted and downright depressed with myself when I walked into Sandras initially.Sandra welcomed me with open arms. Boosted my confidence by letting me know it was gonna be alright and that she was gonna make it better for me and she did! I initially wanted microblading done, which was one of the pricier procedures, and she actually talked me into doing powder eyebrows because it would be better for my skin type/natural brow shape(which was cheaper.) I knew right then & there that she wasnt in it for the money, rather for my well-being and my own self-confidence.I had the procedure done and not going to lie, I was like oh my goodness, theyre a little bigger and darker than I expected. Sandra consoled me and said trust me, it wont stay that way, theyre just swollen and puffy. She was right. One week later I could finally get an idea of how they were gonna look and the color scheme was spot on, also.I followed up 3 months later as required and was so happy with the end result.Fast forward to 2020, I decided to get my eyeliner done & I actually let Sandra pick out the liner color and thickness. I trust her wholeheartedly and know that she has my (the clients) best interest in mind.Thank you, Sandra, for giving me back my confidence and making me feel beautiful!

Xavier is awesome!! He got me in day of and did an amazing job! He was very helpful and made me feel totally comfortable. He customized my tattoo and made sure I was perfectly happy with it before he started tattooing me (he even made me reconsider the placement because he could tell I wasn’t perfectly happy at first). Such a great experience and a great price in my opinion!

Great customer service! My tattooist was Byron and he is AMAZING. Very friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and very comfortable. The artwork on the walls is incredible and the entire layout is so cool! This is a great place to go and I highly recommend it.

Sandra knows her stuff! I’ve been microbladed before by another artist but never educated on how my skin was not a good fit for that procedure or offered an alternative…so sadly the color would fade within a few month. Sandra took her time and consulted with me on my skin type and recommended an ombré powdered brow AND I’m IN LOVE with the results!! The color stayed this time AND I love the shape! Trust me when I say that I’m very particular about my brows lol! I gladly recommend Sandra over and over again to all of my friends and family!

I have gone to Yoshi for two tattoos, and she has done INCREDIBLE work both times. It is an honor to be able to display her artwork. She is painstakingly dedicated to her craft, and it shows. My tattoos are so vibrant and detailed that people often ask me if they are even real. Yoshi herself is a wonderful person, professional, and very easy to talk to. Rest assured that if you book with Yoshi, youre working with a master tattoo artist and remarkable individual.Emerald Empire itself is a beautiful building on the inside. Clean, professional, and void of the typical tackiness attributed to most tattoo shops. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Lubbock.

I havent had Sandra do my eyebrows yet, but she did my mothers eyeliner a while back and I was very impressed with her professionalism, cleanliness, quality and the education that she gave us Regarding what procedure she was using, why and aftercare.

I really enjoyed meeting Yoshi! She’s so talented. She knew exactly how to incorporate the look I was going for in the tattoo she’s doing for me. Her flower work is amazing and I look forward to getting much more work done by her she rocks!

Byron is amazing. He is professional and maticulous which makes for great tattoos. Not to mention he is just an over all great guy. He and the folks at his shop are a great reflection of him as well. If youre looking for your 1st or 100th tattoo and wonder where to go, quit looking and just go here!

I probably would have been able to give this shop 5 stars had I actually been able to get a tattoo done here. Unfortunately Dillon made an appointment with me and then had no contact after that to the point that I texted him the night before the appointment to see if we were still on, to which he responded “yes absolutely”. The morning of the appointment, he canceled and promised he would be rescheduling soon. It’s been two months and I never heard another word from him. Dillon was the artist I had had my sights set on for years to do a tattoo that I had been dreaming up since I was 12. I’m just extremely disappointed.

From the booking and consultation to the final result this is easily the most professional and easiest to work with shop in town. Dillon Land is an amazing artist and is one of the only people in town I would trust to do future work with. Highly recommended!

Kristen did an amazing job on my lips and Sandra was fantastic with my eyebrows.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Set up an appointment with Xavier 2 weeks in advance. I made the two hour drive and he was working on a walk-in client. He said they needed butterflies and it wouldn’t take that long. I waited an hour and a half and still nothing. Said I would come back tomorrow and then he messages me saying he is doing another piece and for me not to come today. The most unprofessional tattoo artist I have ever experienced.

We planned this 2 month in advance and put a 100 dollar deposit. This dude shows up 2 hours late on a Sunday. No apology no work prepped and still had to wait another hour. Completely unprofessional
