Cashier never told me the piercing hoop I purchased was final sale. That would be nice to mention to the customer. I didn’t even use it and she told me it was final sale when I tried to return it

Worst place to get your ears pierced. The manager does not know how to pierce ears. I watched her do an ear piercing on a little girl and she didn’t even measure the girls ears and where she marked them we so off not even in the center. She should be replaced with a better manager with someone who knows how to ear pierce. Don’t go to this location unless you want your ears to be messed up

Took my daughter in to get her ears pierced. The girl, Tasha, said she had been doing these for over a year so I assumed she had decent experience. She did the first ear and I told her it was the wrong type of earing. She then took the earing out of my daughters ear and tried to re-pierce it again with the correct earing! I tried telling her I didnt want her to do that since I didnt want an accidental second hole in the ear, and if she could just put the correct jewelry in the lobe. She then told me she knew what she was doing and was going to use the gun to pierce it again. I told her I didnt feel comfortable with that, and I wanted the paper work all my information on it so we could leave. She ripped the paper out of my hand and told me to get out before she called security on me. The manager was there and said she has had problems with this gal before but all she could do was apologize. I called the district manager and left a message. What a disaster. You dont treat customers like that.

These lady made it worth our while. Fantastic! Shannon was amazing answering my tough questions about ear piercings. I live out in the boonies and dont get into town often. Bailey was so patient with our babies ear piercings and letting us be sure we got both ears center.

The red headed manager frisked my minor daughter and accused her of shoplifting because she had her keychain hanging out of her pocket (that was in fact her own property) that apparently looked like their cheap merchandise. That was very presumptuous considering cheap ass keychains that they carry are sold everywhere.

Me, my partner and all my friends have gone here to get our ears pierced, it’s kind of the goto around here. The staff are somewhat deadpan, and not particularly helpful in my experience, plus their selection can be a bit limited when it comes to basic studs. I only found two different types of simple, black ear piercings, and only one of them was available to get pierced in-store. I didn’t get an infection or anything, but my partner experienced a great deal of pain in one of her ears after having it pierced here. The same ear became infected about a month later, which was easy to remedy and possibly her own fault, but the coincidence is hard to ignore. I’d recommend this place if you’re just shopping for piercings to take home and put in yourself, but their services are pretty subpar.

I think its my kids favorite store in our mall. They just have so much to choose from and seem to keep up with whatever fashions that are going on. It is crowded but all around a good store.

Dont get your ears pierced here because the lady will do your ears uneven and give attitude about it after you tell her.
