I have received 3 tattoos over the last year. All from Lex and she does an amazing job. Everyone is super friendly, it is clean and has a great vibe.

I always have such an awesome experience at Caspian. Cody is so skilled and such an amazing artist. He’s so kind and easy going and very gentle with his tattooing technique which minimizes the pain a lot.Stevie the piercing apprentice was so sweet and did such a wonderful job with my tragus today. The whole piercing team are all such nice people. Such cool folks running the shop! Would highly recommend this shop to anyone in VA!

Alexis did wonderful! My tattoos look fantastic- she was quick, friendly, and did phenomenal. I told her I wanted Mt Rainier and she researched and made sure to have the perfect design ready ahead of time. It’s beautiful. Also had a ring tattoo and the thin lines are spot on- Highly recommend!

Garrett did an excellent job with my Daft Punk tattoo!

3 of us got several piercings and they were quick and professional and knowledgeable. Will come back again next time. The tattoo artist Andrew did a great job on mine was quick and precise very well done very happy with my tattoo.

Everyone was so nice. The place is very clean. We did a walk in appointment on a Sunday.There was three of us and Alexis is so sweet and professional.Another girl helped my friend with getting some smaller bars for some of her piercings. Very courteous and helpful.While we were there, someones car battery had died blocking one of the other customers from leaving. One of the artists went outside to help guide the person out of their parking spot. Very sweet.So! If you are in or around the Lynchburg area I highly recommend this shop.

*edit* april 6th got my nipples and septum done i knew she went through my cartilage but she insisted she didnt.. came back in today and seen david, what a wonderful human, his vibes were peaceful and warm, he validated my suspission that my cartilage was indeed pierced, my cartilage was swelling and soo painful, david was soo gentle and removed my piercing, i will absolutely come back in 4 months and see him.. thank you david for listening to me and being kind to me and not making me feel like i was wrong to be concerned.. i will see you in 4 months!!

I love going to this tattoo shop the staff are very understanding, helpful, and polite. The evaroment is always so relaxing and welcoming. Canaan was the arist who did my tattoo and he did awesome. I def would recommend this place to anybody that are getting there first tattoo or just getting another one. You will be very satisfied

I’ve had good experiences with piercers here in the past, but twice now I have gone in just for a jewelry change and there hasn’t been a piercer in the shop. I’m going to try somewhere else since I have now wasted so much time trying to stay loyal to Caspian.

Andrew was amazing with his communication and really wanted to ensure that I was happy with my tattoo. We had to change design and details as well as placement location day of, but he gave me plenty of time and space to make a decision without any pressure and just the right amount of help when needed!His line work is amazing and everyone who Ive shown my new tattoo to had immediately said- he did amazing line work, it looks wonderful!I cant wait to get color added and then Ill post a final photo.I highly recommend Andrew and his professionalism !

First and best experience at getting piercings professionally done ever! And I recommend David rose! Any of them really. But he did my snake bites and it was so fast. Like a pinch and done. If you want a piercing, go here!

Hannah was great! This was my first tattoo and probably not my last! She has done a tattoo for just about everyone in my family! Highly recomment!

If you are looking for someone who is going to give you an amazing tattoo & entertain you.. all for the same price, look no further than Garrett. I took the time to do extensive research and traveled 4 hours to come let him do a watercolor tattoo on me and the result exceeded every expectation I had. Super laid back & accommodating, from music preferences (even if you choose Disney songs or Luke Combs) to keeping your mind off the tattoo with conversations about loving on gerbils. I can honestly say Ill never forget this tattoo experience and you should definitely check Garrett out & let him put some beautiful artwork on your body!

I went to Caspian Tattoo yesterday shortly after they opened and let tell ya what, when I left from there I was extremely pleased by the work Garrett did. Even though my tattoo isnt finished yet I absolutely love it. He done a great job. Id highly recommend this place for tattoos. Extremely clean, polite, and professionals at this business. The whole time I was getting my tattoo Garrett made sure I was doing fine and he took his time!!

I got my first tattoo done here when I was 16yrs old by Cole, who I believe is no longer there, Im 22 now and my first one still looks amazing! I came in recently with my father to have his very first tattoo and my 7th, both very special for my grandfather who just passed. Lex squeezed my dad in same day, and was able to do mine the following day. They both look amazing, and are healing great! Will definitely be booking again with Lex!

Hannah is the best! I was a little nervous about my first tattoo, but Hannah was so phenomenal at making me feel comfortable plus the design she created was exactly what I wanted and I absolutely adore the way it turned out! Would highly recommend anyone getting their first (or fourth) tattoo see Hannah.

Came in to Caspians today to asked about a piercing , was meet at the counter but a lady that was rude . Asked if they had any openings and prices her reply was rude and dismissive. Was told they were booked , Not can we set you up something on a different date just we’re booked she said to 3 time before I really had a chance to get out anything more . So we left . My whole family over the years ( myself , wife and daughter have been tattooed or Pierce at Caspian) this was my worst experience that I’ve ever had

I was pretty nervous about getting my first tattoo, but Garrett Langleys very professional yet friendly demeanor set me at ease even during my consult. Now that the ink is in, Im absolutely thrilled with the work he did - it looks every bit like what I was hoping for. Very glad I chose this studio.

I went to Caspian tattoo for a new piece to honor my grandmother. I worked with Andrew specifically, but the whole process was really easy. The whole staff was quick to respond to questions, had plenty of open time for a consultation and then appointment.The tattoo experience itself was great. Nicole is the best!!! I got my vch done today and it was a soothing and professional experience. I was very nervous but Nicole has an awesome personality and put my mind at ease!! She gave me my first piercing less than a year ago my nostril so I knew I was in good hands when I came back today and I am elated with my piercing that was done safely and properly!

My husband and I recently lost our fur baby, and wanted a memorial tattoo of her paw print and name. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed and felt at ease. I got a tongue piercing here and the experience was great!!! She explained everything to me and it was done in half a second, nearly painlessly. Highly recommend. :)

I had a very good experience getting a tattoo here from Hannah Burnside @hb_tattooer! She was so friendly and made me and my friends feel so comfortable and safe. She walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. We loved how the designs turned out!

Would not recommend Dos woods to do any tattoos for you. He is not professional at all took over 3 months for a consult, he gave a price agreed to price but never followed through with drawing for approval. Had to show up at shop just to talk to him because he wasn’t replying to any emails. In person he would seem so interested in doing the tattoo and would promise to send drawing for approval, even scheduled the tattoo to be done put the session on both our calendars but still never got a drawing of my tattoo and when the schedule day came he said he didn’t have me scheduled. All he does is waste your time and string you along like my time isn’t valuable. Other workers there know this is true as they (Cole and Nicole) have been kept informed of this every step of the process!!!!

I had a really positive experience getting a piercing here—the piercer was very professional and friendly, and she walked me through the aftercare thoroughly.Unfortunately, I had a very different experience trying to get a tattoo. I came into the shop to get a price estimate and schedule an appointment. The guy I spoke with quoted me a price and told me to look at the artist profiles online and contact someone directly. This was a little bit annoying because I had brought in exactly what design I wanted and surely you all would be able to match me with an artist more easily than I could, but whatever. I had no luck contacting artists online, so I went into the shop again to see if I could schedule something. I set up a tentative appointment and the woman said that she would follow up to confirm, but I never heard from her. A few days later I called back to try to sort it out, spoke to someone, had a bit of a back and forth, and then he also never confirmed with me. Finally around the time of the tentative appointment I showed up to see whether we could get it done. They 1) told me that the artist that had been recommended to me doesnt even do tattoos like the one I was planning (despite me having shown them a picture every step of the way), and 2) quoted me a price $200 higher than the one I was originally told. The whole thing was really exasperating, and it felt like a completely breakdown of communication on their part. All told, I spoke to I think 6 different people and still didnt manage to get tattooed. Ill be happy to take my business elsewhere, and if thats what you want, next time please just tell me that instead of stringing me along for several days.

I just went here with my friend and couldn’t be happier! Andrew is so kind and was so helpful in making my vision come to life. He reworked an existing tattoo i had and I couldn’t be happier. Staff was super kind as well. My friend went to Hannah and had a great experience as well!!

Ive gotten both my tattoos from here. The store is very clean and laid back. They walk you through the whole process from start to finish, while being very friendly addressing your concerns. Customer service has been excellent from every employee Ive interacted with. John Shultz created my tattoos and I have gotten many compliments on how great they look. I drove 3 hours to have John do my last tattoo, so that alone should be a statement of how much I appreciate his art and skill.

I just recently got a tattoo from Hannah Burnside! She was amazing. She was responsive and kind from the beginning of the process. She took time to figure out truly what I want, sizing and even the smallest details. She made the entire experience fun! Will 10/10 be going back to her!

They called less than 2 hours before my appointment that I made 20 days ago to tell me that my appointment was cancelled then when they wanted to reschedule it was still over a week till then. If they canceled one time how do I know they won’t cancel again. I’ll just take my money to another tattoo shop. They already messed up my husbands tattoo it was supposed to be 2-12-22 in Roman numerals but it’s 12-2-22. I would really do my research before I go there. I don’t recommend at all.

This place is awesome. People there are friendly and helpful. I already had one side of my nose pierced, Willow changed it to a Nose ring. Then had the other side of my nose pierced. Do I recommend this place, Yes I do. Will I go back again, Yes I will.

During the week my husband and I decided we wanted some piercings for the first time in years. I was extremely nervous as I’ve never pierced cartilage and I didn’t know what to expect. Shout out to Willow, she was so amazing and kind and patient!! I will definitely be coming back to her for my ear journey! We started with a daith and a stacked set of thirds and I’m so happy with the outcome!

I’ve gotten two tattoos from Dos and several piercings from Ariel and Dave. Every single visit is great! They do a great job communicating with me and are super patient. The studios are always super clean and their sanitation practices are spot on. You will pay a little more than the other shops in the area but it’s 1000% worth it!

I had my nostril pierced here. Staff is highly qualified and well trained. I enjoyed the large selection of jewelry and personal attention. I felt very comfortable and know that they used best practice when sterilizing my jewelry and doing the piercing itself. I will definitely be coming back.

Went with my friend to get Lilo and Stitch tattoos. It was my first tattoo. Garrett made us both feel comfortable and was super professional. The staff was awesome and really hyped us up when we were done and just over all had a great vibe. 10/10 would go back again

My 10 and 11 year old girls got their ears pierced by Dave 2 weeks ago and he was AMAZING with them. My oldest was extremely fearful and freaked out, but he was kind and patient and so reassuring. She loved him and, after it was over, said it was a great experience. Would highly recommend!!

I got a tattoo from Alexis over a month ago and even after following the after care to a T my tattoo looks horrible. It has faded and the color is all messed up the first picture is from when it was done the 2nd is from tonight. Not very happy with the results and now having to look into getting it touched up not even a month after getting it. I wanted something special for my daughter and now I’m walking around with this. Smh

Yesterday was the first time I have ever visited Caspian tattoo. I have only ever had one person tattoo me so this was the first time allowing someone else to tattoo me. They did not disappoint. The whole experience was awesome from beginning to end. Zachary was very nice and polite and made sure that I loved what I got. I will definitely be back.

I have only ever gotten tattooed at Caspian in the past. It’s been a number of years since getting a tattoo. I would’ve loved to get a tattoo from them again, although after going in and being given an email to set up an appointment with an artist because he doesn’t do consults apparently. Sent email and two weeks later I hadn’t received a reply and it wasn’t until a mutual friend of mine and the artists contacted him was I able to discuss (on a separate platform other then email) getting a tattoo from him. I sent him all the ideas and told him to have some artistic freedom and make it his own on how to layout the sleeve and so forth. When I arrived for my appointment he came to the waiting room pulled up our conversation and said you want these pieces but in american traditional which told me he probably hadn’t even looked at our thought about my tattoo or laying it out in the three-ish weeks between our conversation and my appointment. Then I sat in the waiting room for a half hour passed my appointment time with zero communication. I left the shop and received a phone call 12 minutes later. So 42 minutes passed my appointment was I even a thought about getting service. Idk if that’s normal at all shops and if so I just won’t get anymore tattoos my time is valuable to me which is why we use appointment times to not waste our time or the artists time sitting around waiting. I’m sure if I was 42 minutes late for my appointment I would’ve been moved passed. anyways hope the artists can enjoy some chipotle on my $35 deposit.8 tattoos from Caspian tattoo and I’ll never step foot back in that shop if they offered to pay me to tattoo me I wouldn’t go. Hope this helps someone make an informed decision to get tattooed somewhere that would value your time maybe.

I had my cartilage piercing done from a friend last year and during quarantine, I ended up getting an infection. It was my first time at a tattoo/piercing place and the person who took a look at my piercing was amazing! We were engaged in a conversation about Doctor Who and it helped me not flinch in pain when my earring was being taken out and replaced. He was so professional and kind. Definitely recommend coming here!

Awesome shop, not first tattoo but first time at Caspian. Rob did amazing work, took the idea exactly how I had it envisioned in my mind and made it a reality. Very light handed, minimal swelling and bleeding, healing went awesome as well with no need for a touch up. Will definitely be coming back for Rob, he is worth the wait list he has!

I have been going to Caspian for years and have had 7 0r 8 tattoos there, most done by Garrett. The shop is very clean and the artists have always done great work and were very friendly. I could not give higher praise to this studio. You absolutely will get your moneys worth

So far, I have gotten almost a full forearm sleeve from Cole at Caspian’s, I have NEVER left Caspian’s disappointed. I am starting the process with gauging my ears and the girl who did it did an excellent job. Every employee is very personable and professional every single time I go in. They will let you know whether a tattoo idea will work or not. They are all very helpful with advice on tattoo or piercing care. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, which is one reason why I chose this shop. I have gotten numerous compliments from strangers on the streets because of the work done on my arm. I have recommended this shop to so many people. Always a pleasure to do business here!

Ariel did both of my recent piercings (septum and nostril) and she was great. Very friendly and personable, she talks you through the whole process and makes you feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been to this place twice and each time was bad. They really should teach some of their staff friendly customer service, because DAMN its that bad. Glad I found a great tattoo shop that has a very friendly staff, laid back environment , clean and good work. They also treat everyone the same weather youre old or a new customer, some of the things this place should learn. Spend your money where you will be respected... Worse experience ever at any tattoo parlor. If I could give this place a zero star, trust me I would.

Really enjoyed the times I’ve gone in. Everyone is very friendly and the store is kept very neat. I get my tattoos from John who does a really great job. He took his time to make sure every detail was exactly right for placement. He was done way faster than I expected it to take. Got a tattoo here last week, it is healing very well and looks exactly how I wanted. The artist (Jonn) was very professional and worked impressively fast. I trust Caspian above all other tattoo shops in the area, they are extremely clean, safe, and talented.

I had a really great experience getting my first tattoo at Caspian! We worked with Andrew who was really professional and kind and got us in really quickly for a walk in. I would definitely recommend to anyone else and will be back for any future tattoos!

I went in and got some lettering done, and the artist did an excellent job. However, I was a little turned off when I found out that there is a $25 touch up fee. After about 4 weeks of getting it done, a tiny amount of ink had fallen out of one of my letters, and it would seriously only take about a minute to fill that spot back in. But I dont feel like I should have to pay a touch up fee as other tattoo artists in the area guarantee their own work and do touch-ups for free.

One of the best tattoo shops I’ve been in. The studio is very clean. They offer a great selection of artist with all different styles. Customer service is good. My artist was very professional, creative and outgoing. I plan to come back and get work done in the future. Overall a great experience❗️

This was my second visit to get some piercings done and they were once again very kind and friendly. Nichole helped answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable, she got the piercings done quickly and was super sweet when I also had some tattoo questions. Will definitely go here when I finally decide what I want tattooed!

Cody did a phenomenal job! Covid protocols are on point. Everyone is masked, hand sanitizer is readily available and used by staff. The shop is very clean. The staff is attentive and professional. I highly recommend for your next tattoo or piercing!

Honestly hands down the best tattoo place in Lynchburg. I have years of personal experience going to them and getting fantastic artwork done. Everyone is super knowledgeable about each of their services and own personal set of skills. Each artist has their own style they like to do. The staff couldnt be any friendlier greeting everyone who comes and goes. Super clean and professional work environment. Do your research before booking an appointment to get a tattoo!Came into the shop looking to get a tattoo and the shop recommend the artist Dos. I booked an appointment for a tattoo and paid the deposit but ended up deciding it was worth losing my deposit rather than having Dos alter my body permanently by tattooing me. Dos was extremely unprofessional and rude. Had I done my proper research rather than just going with the artist the guy at the front recommended I would have gone with Garret who acted like a true professional and someone I could trust completing my to tattoo in multiple sessions.

My oldest daughter and I went here for the first time. She wanted to see about a tattoo she wants to get done and get a price at the same time. Nice staff, nice place and good price.

Canaan is working on my sleeve, great dude. Ive always had awkward experiences at tattoo shops, not the case here and the staff is very respectable and gnarly. Communication is impeccable.

A couple years ago I would have given this place 5 stars as Ive received all of my tattoos here & received great customer service. Im not sure if its the pandemic but Ive been trying to book an appointment here for a while and each time I call their customer service hasnt been great. I reached out to another local shop to inquire about an appointment and they were so much nicer than the service at Caspian.Im sad to say that I think Im done with Caspian Tattoo.

I went there with one of my girlfriends and this girl was nice and greeted us. We went to go get a tongue piercing done. Within the same day we had bad reactions to it. We had to go the hospital that night to get seen. I tried to get my money back and they wouldnt give me money back. I did research on what happens when you hit a nerve in the tongue and we had all the signs of it. I ADVICE EVERYONE DONT GO THERE! The manager was a complete douche to me. I told the manager what happened and he said I dont see nothing wrong with it and all the signs we had were normal. They owe me my money back.

Customer service was good but tried to get a quote and do same day service and felt rushed to get out. Not sure I spoke to a tattoo artist at all. Never got the tattoo just the price. Little overpriced but to be expected in a college town.

After some research, I decided to take my 8 year old daughter to Venus to get her ears pierced. It could not have been a better experience. Ben was very sweet with her and she says didnt even say ouch. Her ears are healing beautifully, none of that crusty gunk I remember. The earrings were more pricey than other places but they are beautiful.

Got a double nose piercing. Willow was great! She made me feel super comfortable. If I ever get another piercing Im going back to Willow.

Cole did a good job would come back in the future if needed. Clean space and good manners. Reasonable price and even did a touch up on one of my old tattoos for free.

Not a good experience with tattoos. I went to get my first tattoo, which comes with a 35 dollar NON refundable deposit to secure a time. Ended up running 15 minutes late. By the time the artist came out it had been another 10 minutes and me and my girlfriend couldnt get tattoos at the same time slot. Walk-ins dont exist on Saturday so they said, even though they previously stated they did have them. Im sure they do great work but I wont be getting any work done at this place. Ended up going to James river tattoo place downtown and we walked in and they had me and my girlfriend done in 45 mins.

I have gotten quite a few peircings from here.Willow is great and so friendly. She is my peircing artist. Cant wait to get my tattoo next week..I would recommend Caspian Tattoo and Piercing to anyone who is looking for ths Best

Poorest public relation skills, not sure why they have the worst people up front. When we were inquiring about piercings, the long haired girl behind the counter pretty much told our group that we could get all our questions answered on the website or next week “in the chair”. She wanted to go help a paying customer at the moment.

Went here to see about getting a tattoo that had red/pink coloring in it. The blonde guy I spoke with told me that I was too dark for the color red/pink tattoo. When I explained to him that I got the idea from a woman who is the same exact complexion as myself; he then said it would cost $250.00 for him to do it. I got the impression that he didnt want my business so I left. That day I went to 4 other shops asking the same thing and not one person quoted me over $150 (which was exactly what I expected it to cost) and not one of them told me that I was too dark for color. I ended up getting the tattoo at Studio 7, in red, with no problem! I will never go back there and dont suggest anybody whos skin is too dark go there either!

I had called to ask how long it would take to get a nose piercing. The lady said 10 minutes top. I went in about 15 minutes BEFORE closing and they told me it would be 30 minutes to an hour. Staff was rude and sent me away because they were too lazy. Went to a Kiss of Ink and literally got my nose piercing done within 5 minutes. Plus they weren’t overpriced.

I went in for a quote on a tattoo for my back in Old English letters. The designer for the tattoos was gone for the day and I was told I’d be getting an email with details of a design including the price. I never got anything in my email. It ain’t hard to design something , maybe because they thought 4” in height was too big I was given an excuse just to get me out of there.

My friend and I went there so she could get her daith pierced to help with migraines. We get there and the man tells her that the anatomy of her ear was not ideal for the piercing and that it could cause more damage than benefit. That kind of honesty spoke volumes to me and though she was disappointed she could not get hers I would recommend them for this reason alone, they have your best interest over money in mind.

If Im willing to travel from Charlottesville, Virginia to get my tattoos (I currently have five and am looking to get a sixth soon), then they have to be doing something right. I highly recommend going to Caspian for your tattoos/piercings.I especially recommend Garrett for your tattoos; hes done all of my mine and I cannot seem to trust anyone else to do them.

This is the second piercing Ive gotten at this establishment, and I doubt Id ever go anywhere else. Its clean, well priced, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ive recommended it to multiple people and will definitely be coming back.

I just left caspian and it is rare that I leave a bad review, but I walked in to get a small tattoo and immediately felt judged for wanting one. I didnt expect to get exactly what I brought in as I know nothing about tattoos, but was expecting a good experience and to be able to get a solid idea of what I can get. Instead, I got 2 quick sketches in a plain, handwritten font w no variety of options. When I asked to see a change (I wanted to see varying weights in the text, was told I needed a bigger font to do so.. so I asked to see), he just sketched the bigger size in the same font - not even showing me what the varying weights would look like. He probably took 30 second on each sketch.This is something that woildnpermanently go on my body, so I wanted to see exactly what it will look like. I know that small tattoos are probably not an artists preference, but this was probably the worst customer service I have experienced in quite a while.If you want a pleasant experience with good customer service no matter who you are, I wouldnt recommend caspian.

Andrew gave me my first tattoo today! His tone and demeanor were absolutely the best part of my experience as Im typically someone who gets very intimidated walking into a tattoo shop.

Ive been using Caspians for a long time, I got my first tattoo from them 14 years ago when they were still located across from the airport. Canaan and Cody are both amazing and have great personalities! Dave Rose is also pretty awesome.HOWEVER, the rest of the staff seriously needs a lesson in customer service. The last several times Ive been in there, I have encountered some seriously condescending attitudes. Take it down a notch guys. Earlier this week I sat in there and listened to 3 staff members ridicule someone for calling and asking a question. Apparently someone was out of town and got a tattoo and called caspians to ask a question and they literally told him Idk go back and ask the person who tattooed you. Then proceeded to stand around making fun of him/her for having the audacity to call them after not being tattooed by them. OBVIOUSLY they thought you guys were knowledgeable and wanted your freaking opinion. Its not like they were tattooed down the street, THEY WERENT EVEN IN LYNCHBURG.And you know what? If thats the only thing that happened that day I could have easily let it go and chalked it up to being in customer service can be draining and I caught them on a bad day.But then I listened to another artist and his customer discussing color options. The customer started a sentence and the artist RUDELY cut her off saying No. No. I wont do it. If thats what you want you can go somewhere else. What the actual f*^k?! You dont think theres ANY other way you could have worded that?! If I were that customer I would have said keep the deposit and found a friendlier atmosphere. Because let me remind you guys, tracing is not rocket science. You are not brain surgeons. Yes there are artists at caspians with amazing talent (named above) but I have yet to be impressed by the ones this review is aimed towards.Now with all of that said, I will always say you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner tattoo facility than caspians, and they are constantly expanding their knowledge in the industry. Theres something to be said for that. Thats also why I dont mind paying higher prices to go to them. However, PLEASE get a grip on the arrogance. Its not necessary, and a huge turn-off.

Got a long awaited nose ring. The young lady that was there who put the ring in was friendly and answered any questions that I had. The store was clean and also for those that may be concerned, they followed COVID19 state guidelines. I had a wonderful experience.

The place is very organized and clean. They take sterilization seriously which is always a good thing. I only received a piercing there, so I think its ok so far. My piercing was a bit off center though.

Went in with drawings of what I made up and Andrew took it and did his magic and made it a piece of art. He did a Great job putting it on. I am very happy and will be going back to see Andrew again. Thanks Andrew

The woman who pierced my Tragus was amazing . It didnt hurt as badly as I thought . And it healed perfectly too . I just wish the jewelry there wasnt that expensive . Its very pretty but a little out of my price range .

Daughter got bellybutton pierced..65.00 ..was given bad care directions from piercer..the bellybutton so far has held up but she was told that due to it being a shallow piercing that it was going to walk out probably..so for someone who is getting their first piercing I felt like was not being looked after fairly.If it does or doesnt she wont be going back there for any work.. they used to be my spot when they were out on 221 many years ago moved away for a while and come back I dont know what happened

I gave them 5 stars because I’ve seen several peices from their shop and they have been actual really good. They are pricey but you get what you pay for. I will say my only experience with them was like 8 years ago I went in there and they weren’t friendly at all but hey that was along time ago.
