This was such a fun experience, I felt 12 again! Got out of Free People and saw that Rowan was new. Wanted to check out the space. I left with jewelry in my old ear piercings with most being open except for one that was re-pierced. Went from only wearing a single pair of earrings to an event a few times a year to wearing them in all again. Excited to get back into wearing studs. It really makes you look more dressed up when going out especially. Super happy with the experience on my day off. Everyone was super kind and made me feel comfortable. The entire experience brightened my day! 😊

Meghan W was amazing! My 9 year old was terrified to get her ears pierced, but desperately wanted them done. Meghan calmed her down and they look fabulous. We were so happy we went back and had Meghan do my 3rd holes. Professional and fun atmosphere!

Clean studio and knowledgeable, friendly staff! I got a bit woozy and they were super kind and understanding. Had a stud fall out a week or so after getting pierced and everyone was very helpful and accommodating.

Just had our youngest’s ears pierced and our LPN who pierced her ears was amazing. She was so good with our 5 year old which made the whole process go smoothly. No tears were shed and she was smiling ear to ear when we left. Thank you!

I recently took my 8-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! Rowan was LOVELY! They are a newer shop so they are still training piercers, but i felt so comfortable and they did a great job explaining the process and the aftercare. Highly recommend!

They did such an incredible job!! the girls working were so patient and sweet! would 100% go back again, my helix needle piercing was so smooth and i barely felt any pain with the great care of the nurses! the jewelry they offer are adorable, totally recommend it here for any piercings!

My 12yr old just had needle piercing at Rowan. It was a fantastic experience for her! We highly recommend Rowan. She had an old closed piercing from when she was 6yrs old and many instances of irritated skin from earrings.The Rowan experience has been great for her so far. Healing really well and the earrings are not irritating her skin.

The entire process from the website to the picking out jewelry to actually getting pierced was amazing. The nurse, McKenzie, was super sweet and did an amazing job. Bailey helped me and my friend pick out the earrings and explained to us the differences in the types of piercings. I had a great experience and will recommend to my friends if they are in the Madison area! ❤️

My lobe piercings from about 16 years ago had closed up, so I came to Rowan today to get them re-pierced. In and out, the whole thing took ten minutes, and the nurse working with me was very kind and knowledgeable. It didn’t even hurt! Prices here are a bit higher, but I’m happy to pay more given the quality of products, staff, and service. Very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend!

I came in to get my conch pierced and had an amazing experience! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions you could have. I have sensitive ears, so having a new shop that sells higher grade metals is nice, too. I will definitely be back in and recommend anyone wanting an ear piercing to come here!!

Amazing experience! My 9 year old was terrified but determined. The nurse helped ease her fears and answered all her questions. The piercing was excellent.

Walked in saying my 6 year old was interested. Showed me earrings then let me watch a piercing with her. Said that she is comfortable with it to another worker. She said we are all booked up today you have to come 4 hours later. No one mentioned anything why we were looking. Then looked on the app and there were appointments sooner but still 2 hours later. Communication was about seeing walk ins was poor and my daughter was all excited just to be let down. Horrible experience for me and my daughter.

Highly recommend this place. Mackenzie is absolutely wonderful. She answered all of my daughters questions (a LOT of questions) and explained the process so she was super comfortable and at ease.
