This place was amazing! My piercer, Ren, knew so much about piercing. She went through the process with me and explained how and why she was doing what she was doing. She clearly knew so much, and I trusted her completely with my ears. I plan on returning to get more pierced and cannot recommend STUDS enough!

Took my teenager to get their first set of lobe piercings. The piercer was great! She explained everything that was going to happen, made sure we were good with the process and marked locations, and the piercings went smoothly. She was very personable and did great with my kid.

I had an incredible experience at Studs, thanks to Kelly and Lilly! They were both extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Lilly helped me choose the perfect jewelry, and Kelly performed the piercing with precision and care - it was quick, clean, and virtually painless! They took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I knew how to properly care for my new piercing. The shop was immaculate and welcoming. I can not say enough good things about Studs! I was beyond excited to get pierced here and my expectations were beyond met. Lily was so welcoming when we first got into the shop and she helped me out so much with picking out jewelry. And the piercer, Ren!! She is so sweet and so honest, which I appreciate!! I got three piercings total so I was a bit nervous, but she made sure to wait until I was ready to complete all of them. She really does know her stuff, and I will for sure be making more appointments in the future. :)

I rarely write a negative review but this seemed warranted. They canceled my appointment when I arrived. Said they emailed it but no one called. I asked why no one called and was told they dont have a phone. Most businesses that take appointments at least send a text message to cancel. For me, I think this is a sign I should not return.Update: I received an email indicating I would have a 35.00 credit toward my ear piercing and I decided to go back at a later date which was a month and a half later by the time I could fit it back in my schedule. The piercer had excellent skills and a great personality to keep anyone calm who might be nervous. They still need to figure out the phone issue or getting an app attached to their schedule that will text customers if the schedule changes. It doesnt cost that much to do an app that will automatically text clients.

Cannot say enough good things about STUDS and about my girl Kelly!! She is seriously one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She remembered me from the first time I saw her, and with each visit has made me feel so comfortable and always knows just how to tailor my piercing to me. She’s so efficient, sanitary, and makes the piercing as pain free as possible and as FUN as possible! I can’t wait to see her again soon for whatever we decide to do next to fill my ears

I went to this place on April 27th . I got the sword earring for my second cartilage piercing that I’ve had for along time. Asked if they could put it in for me and was kinda uncomfortable when they put the earring in . My ear was hurting and thought it could just be from switching the jewelry. My ear still hurts till today and when I took the jewelry out to clean it saw there’s a second hole next to the already pierced hole I had . Not sure if the piercer was looking when putting the jewelry in I did hear a crunch when she shoved the jewelry in so not sure if that piercer knew what she was doing . In the picture you could see where it’s circled where she just shoved the jewelry instead of finding the actual hole. Would like my money back for that damage the piercer did.

Stopping in from out of town was an absolute amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend. the manager was so helpful, kind, and informative. I got pierced by Ren, and she was amazing. I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say and I’m so happy with my piercings & overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend and can’t wait for my next piercing when I’m in the area! Thank you!!

I had a great experience getting my first cartilage piercing. My piercer was knowledgeable and walked me through the process of picking jewelry that was right for my ear. I was pretty nervous, but everything went super smoothly, and the entire appointment took less than 20 minutes. I left with 2 super cute piercings and my aftercare questions answered. I am already planning my next piercing here!

I had a good experience at Studs on Sate getting my ears repierced with Kelly this week. One ear took a little bit more effort and the other was completely pain free. I felt that she and the young lady at the counter were knowledgeable and Studs was using the best methods and jewlery to do piercings. I found a few pair of earrings I liked right away. They were happy to answer my questions and made me feel less nervous about getting it done. Kelly is skilled and friendly and did a nice job of putting me at ease. The after care information is very helpful. I highly recommend them, but suggest looking up where to park before you go as I thought the Lake St. Ramp was still there. It isnt.

This is my second time going for piercings and the staff , tho different from last time I was there, were equally knowledgeable and helpful. The space was sanitary and neat. Everything was explained in full detail!! I will be back for more ❤️

Ill start by saying that the actual piercing experience was good. The staff was friendly and helpful and my piercer was excellent. The environment was clean and welcoming. They even accommodated my sister and I as walk-ins.Im giving only two stars for two reasons. The top of my $80 earring fell out on day 2 and is lost. I followed all the aftercare instructions and did not touch it, twist it, or mess with it at all. An $80 earring, if put in properly by the piercer, should not fall out.The other reason Im giving only 2 stars is because I tried to go back to get a replacement earring during their stated open hours and they were closed. I only had one opportunity to get a replacement as I do not live close to this location and Im going out of town tomorrow. I now have to overnighting an earring from Amazon and hope it not only fits, but that I can put it in myself without it being too painful.

While a good time-frame for a given day wasnt available by an on-line reservation, early on my convenient day I walked in and was able to reserve a simple piercing later that same day. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and efficient in the procedure. The information provided (i.e., in-take, safety, follow-up, answering questions, etc.) provided was very comprehensive and is also available online. Reasonable pricing for procedures and jewelry - and even a student discount! Well done, Studs staff!

The front desk staff was great and my piercer, Ren, was absolutely fantastic!! Got my second lobes done and it was so quick and easy!! Really minimal discomfort and the whole process was fun. You won’t regret going there for your piercing!

Got my helix done, the piercer was knowledgeable, considerate, and I overall had a great experience. I really enjoy their jewelry options foe their piercings and overall having flatback-studs for healing is so much better and not many piercing places do that. Definitely coming back and recommending to my friends.

Just left my appointment a little bit ago and I am SO happy with this place! They definitely have my business, scheduling was super easy, the check in process was quick, everyone was so genuinely kind and thoughtful. Ren is such a talented piercer and made the process for me very simple. I’m afraid of needles but she pierced quick and I was done! And it looks so dang cute. This place would be amazing for first timers, highly highly recommend!

I went in to get my second lobes done and they were super sweet! my piercer was kelly, who was amazing and ensured that my piercings were lined up and that they would be perfect. i love that their piercing jewelry are flat-backs and they have a bunch of really cute options! i will be returning for my next piercing!!

I had such a great experience at Studs a couple weeks ago! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here and they were wonderful! From the staff that welcomes you, to the piercers (S/O to Ren!), just awesome! They went through the whole process first, answered all our questions, helped calm my daughters nerves and got right to it. Quick and efficient. No tears, nothing; just boom and done. They made sure she was feeling okay afterwards. She was a little shaky, so they got her snack and she felt 100% after that. Definitely would go back.

Studs on state is the best. I’ve had Ren for piercings twice and Kelly for one. Both are fantastic! They are super friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, supportive, full of enthusiasm, and very conscientious. The store is clean. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Incredible 5 star experience with Kelly as my piercer! I got two more ear piercings and as Im super squeamish and anxious she was very professional and efficient, and clearly knows what shes doing. Highly recommend Studs for anyone whos feeling apprehensive about the piercing experience but really wants piercings!

I had my conch and helix pierced with Kelly yesterday and I was very impressed. The selection of jewelry is amazing and high quality. Kelly was friendly and made me feel comfortable getting pierced even though it’s been almost 20 years since my last piercing. I look forward to map out my future piercings and buy more jewelry for my future earscape.

Very nice staff! Ren made sure I was comfortable and was very patient. I love the consultation rooms to give privacy. One thing I noticed is how small it was when you walk in. Other than that amazing! Definitely returning back soon!

I had a wonderful experience here. I felt very welcomed and the workers there were so friendly. The piercer I had, Grace, was so friendly, detail oriented, and took so much consideration in placing my earrings. I went with my friend and we had a great experience with her and we all made such fun connections. If I could give a six star review I would. 10/10 would recommend.

I loved that my piercer was super knowledgeable and did an amazing job. What I didn’t love, was the fact that their “Tipping Tips” are designed to make you feel guilty if you don’t tip a ton of money. I got two piercings for $50 and they recommended that I tip 40% if I thought they did okay, or tip 80% if I thought they did amazing. I did think my piercer did an amazing job but that doesn’t mean I want to pay a $40 tip on $50 piercings.

Ive been pierced twice here and both times have been a wonderful experience. The piercers are knowledgeable and nice, walking you through the process and will offer their opinions on placement and jewelry if you ask (which was nice for me because I didnt have a strong opinions on the jewelry). The atmosphere is fun and upbeat and you can tell that they really care about their clients.Checkups and downsizing/upsizings are free which is nice and responsible of them. Ive had a couple questions on parts of the healing process and how my piercings were healing. Each time I go in to be seen has been great, I had to go in recently to get upsized due to a recent piercing swelling.The only problem is they are so popular that they book up quickly so make sure you book an appointment in advance! They do accept walk-ins but on the weekend its definitely difficult to get in.

Had an amazing experience at this location with our piercer Grace! My friend and I both got two piercings, Grace really helped map out each one to make sure it fit our anatomy and preference. If you’re used to getting pierced at Claire’s, expect a completely different experience - so much more enjoyable and informative! 10/10 earring selection too, v cute and trendy pieces!! I would definitely schedule an appointment ahead of time if you’re going on the weekend, walk ins getting turned away because the time slots were full.

Ren was my piercer, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! It was my first piercing since childhood so I was nervous, but she was so great at making sure I had the information I needed, the after care and maintenance, and was excellent at melting away the anxiety!

I love the earrings I got! No discoloration after wearing them all day everyday, and they’re adorable! I had an issue with losing the dangling charm on one of them and customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement right away. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been pierced here twice and so has my daughter (14 now). It is clean and professional and they really take the time to figure out what you’re looking for! We are going back this week!

I can see why everyone is giving 5 stars for Studs! I just got my ear lobes re-pierced for my birthday and would highly recommend. My piercer, Grace, was amazing. Not only did she walk me through the process as she went along, but she was also a fun and wonderful person I felt I could trust. It was a bit more expensive than a typical salon piercing, but if you are thinking about a piercing and want a clean, welcoming, trustworthy environment with knowledgeable staff, then book an appointment at Studs!

The cutest piercing boutique and earrings! Staff were helpful with helping me pick out earrings and were upfront/clear about sales going on and what would count/not count towards it to help guide my purchasing decision. The ambiance is fun and welcoming. My piercer made me feel comfortable and calm the whole process and also not rushed. I changed out a rook piercing and had a second lobe piercing done. The alignment is perfect and its healing nicely! Cannot wait to go back!

Probably the best piercing experience Ive had. Staff was helpful and knowledgable. Everyone was so friendly and cute. I love the jewelry selection and am already planning on my next one. Appointments are recommended. I tried getting in same day but you can generally find a slot the following day.

I loved my experience here! The check-in process was super swift and easy. I got two helix piercings from Grace and they were very comforting & accommodating, as well as very *realistic* about the aftercare process. My piercing took all of 10 minutes (maybe less?) and walked away with a lovely aftercare & info kit. Will definitely be coming back in 8wks for my next piercing! :)

Had a great experience with Ren on 5/21! She was super thorough and walked myself and my friend through our two piercings each. I’ve gotten a number of ear piercings and this is definitely the most pleasant one I’ve had! Clean, fun facility and everyone was really nice. Positive vibes all around!

It was an awesome experience! The staff was so kind and helpful, not a bad thing to say about the experience. The only issue and reason I can’t give a five star, is the price. I’m not a struggling young woman or college student, I’m a mom in her 30s. We are not strapped for money, but the price tag on this service was quite a shock. I have a hard time recommending Studs to others, only for the price. I understand you take your business very seriously…that makes me feel good and safe about the situation, but I can’t get on board with the cost. That all being said, I’m glad I got the chance to experience this modern day version of a piercing parlor.

I had gone into STUDS for my birthday to get my seconds done. My piercer was super nice and so was the staff inside. About 9 months later my ears got badly infected (no fault of theirs I don’t think) so I had to remove my earrings and they partially closed. I went to a different piercing lounge and that’s were my eyes opened up. NEITHER of my seconds were at 90 degree angles which is ideal for healing. They are both crooked in some way. For the great reviews and price I honestly expected a better outcome or piercing alone! I also learned that their backs are not that high quality so my sensitive ears were not taking kindly to them. It is also really hard to get ahold of anyone, when you call you only get an AI person. I did enjoy my experience but with the outcomes that I now have I am not very satisfied.

Knowledgable staff & an excellent experience overall. My piercer took the time to walk me through my options (based on my ear anatomy) and was extremely patient. She made the process as painless as possible and thoroughly explained everything before starting. There were a lot of earring options to pick from too! Would definitely recommend and cant wait to go back for more 😁

Ren was amazing! Originally, I went in wanting my daith and tragus pierced, but was informed that my ear anatomy just wasn’t fit for it. She happily helped me get my rook and conch piercing and it looks amazing! She was so comforting and made the experience so enjoyable! It was so good I’m going back in a couple days!

I really enjoyed having my ears pierced at this place. It was a nice and calming experience with extremely kind people. My piercer walked me through everything she was going to do, which helped me calm down. Everything is sterile and the jewelry is super cute!

I went in to get some help with a helix piercing that I had gotten at a different piercing place, and the people working were very kind and wonderful and helped me pick out a new earring and even offered a discount because they were sorry that I was having issues with a piercing they didnt even do, and also offered to get me in to see a piercer the next day if I was still having problems. Its a great place and I hope to have more piercings done here in the future!

So I went to Studs today for my first time to get some new ear piercings! I got a Daith and high lobe. This place was amazing! Super professional, clean, trendy, and will curates the perfect piercings for your ear shape! They have a ton of super beautiful reasonably priced jewelry and metals to choose from also! From $20 titanium up to $150 for real gold. The experience was fantastic, their piercers were fantastic and knowledgeable and the best part? You get 2 piercings for $50 plus whatever jewelry you get! I paid $120 for my jewelry and piercings and you can not beat that! You also get a goody bag with tons of Info on your piercings ( gauge, mm, etc) and stickers and discount cards and a punch card! I was blown away! Definitely check it out if you’re looking to get some new ear piercings anytime soon! They killed it!They also have discounts for health care workers, military, and student!

Stopped by to pick up new tragus studs. Staff were kind and informative, answering all my jewelry questions (sizing, pricing, etc.) They also answered questions about a potential future piercing and were honest/upfront discussing potential cases where my piercing location in question may not have optimal healing. Would highly recommend.

Scheduled and appointment for 2 conch piercings and after talking with Ren about placement and my ear shape, decided to go go with a little bit different placement than I originally planned. This was the smoothest process I have ever had when getting a ear piercing. They ran me down everything that would happen and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice.

Was in my way to my appointment. Within an hour of my appointment they cancelled it. I have been getting texts and emails building up the anticipation of getting a new piercing just for them to cancel my appointment.. probably not going to reschedule because I don’t want it to happen again.
