Gabby is really knowledgeable. We chatted for a bit. And she helped me choose a style of hoops to make a cuff on my ear in the future. She made sure to leave some spacing to accommodate for the piercings I will get in the future. They look really nice, and I got my set of hoops at a discount. Gabriel, you are the best.

Angelica is honestly the best!!! She takes time and doesn’t rush you at all! We came the first time and sadly Gabriel pierced my ears, we just didn’t vibe well. I came back a second time for my daughter and Angelica made my daughter feel so comfortable. I will be coming back for future piercings with her.

My daughter wanted to buy earrings and there wasnt anyone there. We stood there and she noticed something that said they would be be back at 4:40 pm so we looked at other stores in the mall and went back at that time. Still no one there. We waited another 10 minutes but nothing so we left.

My daughter went here for a second piercing of her ear lobe. A week later they were both swelling and the piercings needed to be removed before it got infected. We went to a piercing parlor and they recommended letting everything heal since the piercing wasn’t at a level angle through her ears and wasn’t placed at the best part of her line as well. They only offered using a piercing gun at this location and not a needle.

The sales rep Angelica Harper was very sociable and engaging. I got my daughters ears pierced and Angelica made all parties feel at ease.

Its Spring...time to do something rebellious...but not very. I had a cartilage piercing in my left ear about 10 years ago. Time to get the right ear to match. I went to Banter at East Towne mall in Madison. There was one young lady working and helping a dad get jewelry for his three kids, which took a few minutes. The person who was working stopped to acknowledge me and advise it would be a bit. Fine with me. Eventually they were done, and Gabriel introduced herself to me. She is very personable and has a great personality. We had time to chat, pierce my ear, and buy some neat jewelry. I really enjoyed myself and will be back to Banter...as long as Gabriel is working!! Ask for her and get great service!

10/10 would recommend! We had an awesome experience with my 7-yo daughter’s first ear piercing.Angelica connected easily with her and was amazingly patient while my daughter went through moments of being scared before the piercing actually happened. We will only come to Angelica at Banter for future piercings, she is great with kids and a total pro!!

Today I took my kids to the mall for Easter photos. The bunny was a no show, we had a scheduled photo slot so we stuck around for quite a long time before calling it quits. But during the wait time, my 2 and 4 year old were rightfully getting impatient. Angelica H., assistant manager, at Banter was working next to the bunny garden and not only helped me track down the bunny garden manager, but saw my struggle with keeping my kids entertained during the wait and brought over little gift boxes with Easter eggs, candy, stickers. And it was the most thoughtful, genuine thing. It made my kids so happy and definitely distracted them from the rabbit being a flake. She could’ve just looked the other way but chose to find a way to help❣️

Gabriel Keys at the Madison, WI east town mall has great customer service she is amazing. She helped me find the perfect gift for my boyfriend. She even polished everything I purchased.

Sean and Stefan were great! They were kind and took the time to explain the peircing and cleaning process to us. They also were wonderful with picking the perfect location for me and my daughters ear piercings. We had a really good experiance with this peircing pagoda! We will reccomend them and use them again for all our peircing needs!

My 8yr old daughter was sure she wanted her ears pierced until she sat down in the chair and pysched herself out and got nervous. The guys at piercing pagoda were so patient with her. I really appreciated how much time they took with her. Stephon was great talking to her and talked her thru it. I would definately go back again.

I was on the phone with an employee an they hungup mid conversation. I was respectful about it when I called back an said hey it’s me I think the connection went out but then got hungup on mid sentence. I don’t recommend calling them an expecting good service at all
